I’ll go in the shop and I asked him do he got $15 Hyde’s and and dude that was working claimed to me that they never sold Hyde’s in months and I’m like that’s a lie I got one last week “but claim never sold in months” I’m never coming there for services ever again !!!

Left a review about how I had a bad phone call experience with this shop on Facebook and the owner proceeded to harass me and try to tell me I was making it up and told me they only treat people like customers if they buy something. That was very upsetting to hear as a potential customer. I have worked in customer service related jobs for four years and the main thing I’ve learned from that is to treat everyone the same regardless if they are buying something or not. Kindness goes a long way when it comes to dealing with customers or potential customers and this business has none. This business is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend it to anyone. Stop arguing with everyone that leaves negative reviews I was a potential customer and lying about it doesn’t make you look any better.

What a great place for all your oil accessories

Stopped by with my Mom to look for a gift and a few items for myself. Hank was incredible. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Amazing selection and reasonably priced. I made numerous purchases mainly because of how friendly/funny Hank was. That’s the exact person every smoke shop needs. Thanks so much. I’ll be back sooner than later.

Friend brought me here with good reviews. Tried to buy some products , looked through the book, INSTANT attitude from the owner (guessing it’s Henry from a previous review). Asked to see the product, snarky remarks each time. Asked him if everything’s okay. Looks at me and tells me he could just deny my sale. Respectfully, I’m trying to put money in YOUR pocket. The attitude wasn’t needed at all. I finally tell him to lose the attitude, he replies with a “I don’t have to” 😂 .. this is the OWNER guys. Definitely didn’t feel comfortable giving him my money. Definitely made an easy experience into a difficult one. Anyways, don’t buy from here. There’s nicer shops out there. Have a better day. Hope you lighten up.P.S. I heard Ricky is the nicest! Wish he could’ve been there.

I went in there on a Saturday morning, the staff was very nice and helpful. I searched every where in Buffalo for CAMO natural leaf wraps, this is the only place that has them. It was a little pricey compared to the online price, but I was happy to pay it.

They had the new ooze pen a little expensive but I just love it. Due to the vibrating effects to let you know its on. And the automatic shut off so you dont burn your cart. Very friendly. Nice little smoke shop

I met Henry who worked the register with the WORST communication skills! I was trying to buy some products from the store and he got frustrated from my questions. Long story, short...I live right around the corner and wont be going back there to spend my money. If youre local, Id suggest not going to the Local Smoke Shop! I was told directly by Henry that they dont even use the products. I just wanted a vape pen. SAVE OUR GREAT CITY OF BUFFALO FROM THESE OWNERS!!! There are better places. Id suggest the 716 shop across the street from University Station.

The man that was in charge of the store was extremely rude to me. I asked a simple yes/no question and he basically yelled in my face. never going back

The guys who work here are really sweet and helpful! Theres an array of different things they have in stock related to vaping and smoking. Not only that but they also have plenty of clothes on sale there. The guys also happen to be extremely LGBTQ+ friendly!

Great atmosphere, great toons, and excellent service! There one worker goes by henry or hank is fantastic. Super knowledgeable on everything in the store amd more great customer service always has a smile and very friendly.. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for more then just a smoke shop! Im a regular 3 times a week 😊 definitely check it out

Great employee he knew his things and being with a scientist like my self he learned from me and me from him. I’m from out of town but will come back. Tomorrow I gots to get more equipment if the deal is right. The knowledge and customer service was superb I could hang out with them and turn it into a life lesson on the magical holly burning bush they talk about in the Bible and this is it. I’m a theologian as well as a scientist and other thing that is 9-5 that is not such a great job.Please be open on time because I need to take a flight and will like to buy your goods.God bless and god bless our magical holly plant 🙏🏼😇

Rude dude at the counter. Their bud/flower use to be some of the best around. Now it is at best sub par. They will learn the hard way when legitimate shops soon open for business.

It sure would be nice if their phones worked. I want to go out to buy a new vape but I just get voicemail (a step up from a few months ago when their phones were out altogether)Btw, this is a cool place and the staff have always been nice.

An awesome stop in the heart of the city! Joe and Ceara are wonderful people and their shop matches their equally awesome dynamic! Filled with all sorts of American goodies and a great selection of hemp/CBD products, plus a corner store on the block and 3 awesome bars within walking distance.

Local has some of the most high quality pieces I’ve seen around, they are very friendly and they help you find what you need. There website is easy to use and shipping always comes on time or early.
