Jivana Green Spa & Salon

Ive come to Jivana several times now and had excellent massages from Heidi. She really has a good sense of how the human body is constructed and able to listen to what has been giving me trouble and make suggestions and build a massage with that in mind. All the other people who work there have been great to interact with too! I always feel so great after my massages.

Bought my daughter a gift card to your spa. She had a facial and did the sauna. Had wonderful time

Booked a spa day for my friends bachelorette and they were so easy to work with and super accommodating to us. The staff was very knowledgeable and it was fun to watch everyone come back from their treatments looking like a new person. We all look forward to coming back!

My experience receiving a facial treatment with Aida was among the most pleasant spa-style treatments Ive had. Surroundings were comforting and clean and service as genuine and friendly as it was professional. My face and body felt glowing afterwards. Id highly recommend it also for men, who might tend to hesitate before treating themselves in this way.

My actual treatment- 90 minute therapeutic massage with Gabriella- was lovely. The atmosphere inside couldn’t be nicer, and all of the staff who were there that day treated me very well.When I tried to book again, my card info got stolen the day before. I cancelled, fully expecting to be asked to pay the price anyway per the policy, and received a rude voicemail accusing me of lying about the fraud to get out of paying. I was unaware of the fact that I could get a new card in person, because this hadn’t happened to me before, but whoever called insisted that since I didn’t do that, I must be lying. It’s not a good look.

Do not recommend if your looking for a relaxing experience. The woman who did my facial talked about her life the entire time using me as a pseudo-therapist. When it came time to pay and leave myself and my friend were overcharged because they accidentally gave us the wrong and more expensive treatment and then proceeded to try a hard sell of their products. Just not relaxing and really dislike the bate and switch that was pulled.

I had a fantastic Thai oil massage here today, it was my first time trying Jivana. Beautiful space, with a really comfortable and relaxing room to wait and fill out forms in. Friendly receptionist and masseuse. The room where I got my massage was comfortable and low lit, which I like. Relaxing music and the place smelled great. The lotion/oil used also had a great smell, not too overwhelming at all, and also didnt leave a gross residue which I have experienced before.My actual massage was top notch. My masseuse focused on the areas I asked, but still left enough time to do a full body massage. She worked really well on my hips, which are the underlying cause for a lot of my problems, but in the past most places I have been too mostly ignored them because I assume they werent comfortable working that close to the buttocks, lol. But she managed to really do great work without ever making me feel uncomfortable or exposed. I would definitely recommend Jivana and return here!

Absolutely wonderful. Especially loved my therapist Aida, and loved it so much I came back 2 weeks later! Beautiful space, and very relaxing.

My wife and friends reserved here as part of a weekend away. They booked over the phone as one group for 9am. The following is a synopsis of that day and there is a summary / TLDR at the end.The spa took my wifes group in two halves 3 hours apart. When they took the first group they told group 2 they would be called in when it was time. This was at 9am when their appointment was booked. What they neglected to tell the group was that the second half wouldnt be taken until 12 noon. One of the group had to go and inquire about when they would start in order to find this out.When noon finally comes, they call in only some of the remaining group. 20 minutes later the final member asks when she will be called in and is told, for some reason, that she was only getting some of the services despite being a member of the same group as everyone else and booking all the same services.During service, my wife specifically requested her forearms be left alone due to some irritability she has been dealing with. This was disregarded and my wife had to request again, mid service, that her arms be left alone.TLDR: The Spa split a group that booked together, and served them 3 hours apart without telling anyone at any time that this would be the case. The only information given on this topic was information specifically sought out in person at the spa on the day of.My thoughts: So, while this spa may be lovely for small groups - do not plan on groups larger than 4 here. Disregard if they tell you on the phone that they can accommodate larger groups. They demonstrably will not.This is the only Spa I know of by name off the top of my head, and I will remember it only because of how terrible my wifes experience was. And I will be sure to bring up said experience any time the conversation comes to spas.

Amazing!!! We got a couples massage and the therapist were terrific! They used a combo of thereaputic and deep tissue depending on your needs. We got an added foot masque and my feet felt awesome after!It was a little chilly in the room so whenever a body part was exposed it was a little cold but they offer so much! And theyre fairly priced.

I had a wonderful prenatal massage at Jivana yesterday. My massage therapist, Tasha, was knowledgeable about what is going on in my pregnant body and also very intuitive about what I needed. She was willing to chat, and also comfortable with silence. Great balance, very relaxing - I will book with her again!

I booked a 75 minute deep tissue massage and I was very disappointed. There wasnt one minute of the massage that was deep tissue. I arrived with knots in my shoulders & back and I left with the same knots and less $120. For 75 minutes I stayed on one side. The front of my body was never touched. The massage room was warm, no music and there isnt any parking. Very inconvenient. Ive had massages at different locations around the world as military reriree and this massage was the worst Ive ever had. Dont waste your money! Go to Asian therapy at the mall they get the knots out.

I received a gift certificate from my old company and thats how I ended up going to Jivanas. I wanted a hairstyle change for a while and went in open minded for any short hairstyle suggestions. My hairdresser was wonderful, she listened to me, looked at some pictures I brought with me, looked at my scalp & hair texture and began her masterpiece. I received a deep hydration treatment for my scalp which was flaking due to the ever-changing weather, a cut and a blow dry. I was extremely happy with the result, but also find myself looking at the mirror every day and feeling more confident, not that I can go out anywhere with the quarantine situation, but I am very happy with the full experience and the result! Thank you so much!

My facial was delightful! Renee was lovely. Warm soft hands, very gentle touch, nice hot steamy and towels, natural fragrant botanicals. I felt pampered. They are located upstairs, which might be a consideration for some clients, but the salon is clean and the staff is welcoming.

Wow, wow, wow! Cannot say enough good things about this spa! I love the atmosphere, its calm and relaxing and smells amazing. Ive had several massages, every time the therapists listened to my needs (Im a bit squeamish). Udorin is my face. Facials are to die for. I didnt even know my skin could look like it does now, Erin is literally the best! I havent been wearing make up for a week (Erin gave me the advice to let my skin breath and heal) and Ive actually been complimented on my appearance. The receptionists are always friendly and are quick to offer fresh tea and water, both delish. Just heard they added hair services to their menu and I cannot wait to try them out. I have a balayage and shadow root (never heard of that, but it sounds intriguing) booked for next week. Jivana is my go to for relaxation. I will be buying gift cards for my family members for the holiday season and I recommend you do as well! So grateful to have discovered this haven.

I love this place. Last week, I went in for their March massage and infared sauna package and left a new person. Matty is a very talented and professional massage therapist. He gave me just what I asked for and wasnt afraid to use the pressure level I requested. I highly recommend the sauna after a massage. This week, I went back for a badly needed haircut. Im very particular about hair products being chemical-free and natural. They carry a great line from O Way. These products are not just free from harmful ingredients, but they actually work (which cannot be said for all natural hair products)! I got a great cut and went home with a product that has transformed the way my hair sits and feels. Couldnt be happier!

The front desk was super helpful and sweet! The owner was rude and unprofessional. Tried to plan a surprise for my husband but didnt go as planned. So we were charged for a service that we couldnt get because my husband isnt vaccinated due to a health condition. Thankfully Brilliant Skin &Massage was able to accommodate us. I highly recommend them.

Had a massage with Lauren today. It was amazing. and when I say amazing, I mean I am a massage therapist with 25 years of experience and this was one of the Best Ive had!

My first impression was fantastic....when you walk in the place smells nice and is well designed. BUT, my massage was in a cramped room with other equipment (an ugly tub thing covered in plastic?), the sheets were dirty and rancid, and the massage therapists were barefoot in a public space. The worst of it though was the owner yelling at the therapists. When I remarked to my therapist (who was nice, session was ok) she said the owner has a hard time keeping people. I can understand why...she seems crazy. Hardly holistic just because you use organic products.

Gonna go full experience for my partner, money doesnt really matter. Didnt have a pleasant phone experience. I did ask in the beginning if she(maybe the owner?) had a quick sec to ask about how packages worked since I know nothing about them and was driving. Maybe the she was having a bad morning, she was very short and kind of rude. Cut me off to say, go to the website. Not my expectation of relaxation spa. Theres other spas around. Ill go there. Maybe Ill give them a shot next time. Maybe just an employee, if thats correct than value this review appropriately.

My friend and I just got done with our 60 minute massage with CBD add on. We both fell asleep so that should say enough of how relaxing it was! We are visiting from Boston and would definitely go back here instead of trying for another place if we find ourselves back in Burlington. Loved the place from the moment we walked in as well. Just relaxing, start to finish!

I really love this spa. I would go more often if I could afford to do so! The last time I went, I had a deep tissue massage with Matty. I have a recurring knot on my right shoulder. Not only did he spend extra time on that knot, but he showed me things I can do at home to alleviate the pain and stress of that area. Ive also had the Grande Classique facial there that is so relaxing and makes my skin feel so soft. Highly recommend!

Very nice ambiance and people were really nice. Massage was fantastic with Val.Facial was not so relaxing….cold hands, cold liquids, cold towels. On a 2 degree day it was not relaxing. She didnt use any hot steam or hot towels.

Such a treat to have downtown. Perfect for a quick treat, be it massage, sauna or both, when I need some me time between work meetings and life! The staff is very friendly and informative, and the space is an unexpected zen zone above the din of Church Street.

The best massage today at Jivana Green Spa & Salon. Valentina artfully provided the most thorough massage I have ever experienced in 1 1/2 hours! Although I live two hours from the Spa I will return.

Highly recommend! The staff were very accommodating for my 37 and 1/2 week prenatal massage and didnt bat an eyelash when I was 10 minutes late due to difficulty parking and my slow pace!
