Elements Massage

I signed up for the membership to save costs. I explicitly asked if I could cancel anytime and was told yes. I tried to cancel after months of use and was told I would have to pay for one more month due to a minimum 30 day cancel policy.I have canceled my membership and have had to pay an additional $119 than I wanted. I let management know and they didn’t even try to help.It makes no sense to have a predatory policy like this for a service that has not been rendered. It’s a price gouge and underhanded especially when I explicitly asked about cancellation upfront and was told I could “cancel anytime”.

Whenever I go in for a massage, I aim to relax and enjoy, and hopefully come out feeling renewed. The massage therapist was nice, but the massage was okay. The worse of all was she was talking for the whole hour when I was there. Initially I was engaged in the conversation thinking it would be for 5-10 mins, but she just kept going. I tried to close my eyes and only acknowledged what she said, hoping she would get the social cues and stop. Of course, that did not happen. I ended up feeling very exhausted after the massage.

I had a great massage with Stephen an Elite massage therapist. He addressed all my issues with my back and neck and my legs. I felt extremely comfortable after his treatment. I was extremely satisfied and I am still feeling great a week after. Thank you

I was referred to have a trigger point massage with Maurice from one of my clients at this specific Elements massage spa. He is very knowledgeable, professional and helped with A LOT of tension that I had been experiencing. I will definitely return and highly recommend Maurice. 👌🏽

Great massage Maurice did trigger point. It was excellent. Relaxing. Only slight annoyance was other customers next room over were loud and I could hear their entire conversation. Maybe a sound machine and music to cover up the next room sounds or just keep appoints with spaced out rooms?

I had 2 weeks of back pain and tense muscles after long transatlantic flight, took Ibuprofen, heating packs, stretching, etc, with no relief.Had 1 hour massage session with Steven: oh my! Back to normal self!! Cant thank him enough! So knowledgeable! When people are highly mastered their profession, it makes all the difference

Havent had a massage in a while and received one today from Chelsea. She was great! I also attempted to pay with a gift card but was unaware that they are specific to location. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Ill definitely be returning!

If you want a really good sports massage, go to Elements Massage in Burlington! Absolute best, it is a peaceful, well kept and beautifully furnished establishment. They are very organized, the staff is helpful and friendly. The parking is also really good, its a small parking lot, but since this place is located in a quiet area, theres not any problems with parking.I was having issues with my muscles due to heavy training at the gym, to the point where I couldnt sleep that well. Stretching didnt help, either. In desperation to ease my pain, I looked up massage establishments in Burlington. I found this one, and it was highly rated. So I booked an appointment, and after only 60 minutes, my masseur helped ease 100% of the tension from my shoulders, my legs, my chest and my arms. I left relaxed and feeling peaceful, plus, I finally had a good nights sleep for the first time in a week!If you are an athlete, or like to train hard, but you need to recover, consider elements massage! Also, if you simply are stressed by your work life, or by anything else, than this establishment will help you relax and find some peace. They offer a range of different kinds of massages, so theres something for everyone!Ask for Steven, hes not only skilled, but knowledgable in this field of work!I am definitely going to become a regular here! if I could give 10 stars, I would! This location is amazing! I always recommend Gina! She has the best hands - gentle yet firm enough that I leave feeling relaxed and stress free every time! The place is clean, safe and very relaxing.

The therapist was fantastic! Great pressure, and control of pressure. The location was convenient and nice inside, with a wonderful mascot in Walker the tuxedo cat! Good options in skill levels of therapists as well.

Can’t say enough good things about Elements Massage! From the time you walk in the staff are so friendly and kind. The waiting area is like an oasis. I’ve been seeing Gina for a few months now (almost a year) and she is THE BEST. She always asks what areas I want to focus on, if I have any questions and her technique is great!

Making an online reservation is so easy. The atmosphere when you come in is so relaxing and friendly. The therapists are always attentive to your needs, and make sure you are comfortable. They have different skills, so depending on what you need, you can select the right therapist for each visit. Im really happy with my membership. :)

Felt compelled to share that Elements (esp. Burlington) has excellent customer service! I allowed a bit too many massages to accrue and they have been very accommodating when it comes to scheduling and rescheduling. Shout out to Taryn for being very responsive online. One less thing to stress about, one more reason to feel relaxed leaving.

I took 1/2 day off and was looking forward to my massage. This is my first time going here since I had a gift card. The therapist I had today was horrible… she literally held her hands on few spots on my shoulder for long time… no massage and did not massage my waist or hands until I finally asked Christy was her name. I do not recommend this place for anyone… just ruined my day!

I have, without exaggeration, had hundreds of massages in my life, dating back to racing triathlons, and massage had continued to be an important part of my life for therapeutic purposes. This was the absolute worst massage I have ever had. It was 90 minutes of clumsy and awkward pawing. I don’t know how else to describe it. There was nothing enjoyable about it. The parts of my body which needed work were barely touched. When I told the front desk person about this awful experience, there was zero empathy. She just said, “well that’s $129. Do you want to book another?” I would absolutely not recommend this place. Awful massage, awful customer service. I am not sure why I took the risk. Don’t make the same mistake!

Today I had my first massage in a long time. What a treat. The staff was welcoming and wonderful as always. Rachael sure knows how to run the studio with perfection. My massage therapist was Beth. She was outstanding. When I finished it was like I was floating on a cloud. Looking forward to going back soon. David

Ive been a member at Elements Burlington for years and years. I first started going as therapy for my 70 mile daily commute, and have continued even after I ditched that crazy drive.Their therapists are all very good and the staff is really professional. Rachel runs a tight ship over there, and gives a great massage to boot. I highly recommend!

Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Making future appointments is always easy even with my busy schedule. My massage therapist, Kristin H, is fantastic. She works diligently to relieve all the painful areas I present her with each and every time I have an appointment. She is so pleasant and knowledgeable when I ask questions about what is going on in a certain area that is painful. She also makes suggestions on how I can work on problem areas at home. Your front desk area, waiting area, and all the rooms are always clean and neat. Overall I feel so comfortable and relaxed from the minute I arrive until I leave the building.

The front desk was great when I came in. The therapist was great too. As soon as I came in I could feel a nice and relaxing ambiance. I enjoyed the massage, and can tell that she paid attention to my needs. I would love to look into the membership.Thank you!

I was working with Elements Massage in a business sense and could not have been happier with all of our interactions. The manager treated me to a massage to get a feel for the services and Phoebe my therapist did an amazing job. She listened to all of the things that were bothering me and did a truly spectacular job on my trap tightness. Overall, an extremely professional, pleasant, and polished business!

Getting my prenatal massages here from Paula, she is amazing! She is very gentle and knows how to relieve my back pain. I always look forward to my next appointment with her. The place itself is very welcoming and the environment is very clean and relaxing. Totally recommend it if you wanna treat yourself.

Good place. Staff is friendly. Therapists are pretty good. They have a variety of therapist at different levels. Rooms are clean. Everything is very private. It can get booked up, so best to plan ahead. They offer many different styles of massage.

I had an appointment with Mauricio yesterday May 19, 2023 at 7:00 pm BURLINGTON LOCATION and he was totally disappointed, he did not do anything as agreed and that was minimal, I am not sure if it was because of the hour and he was tired but Absolutely unprofessional. It is frustrating that you are looking for a place to have a moment of relaxation and you end up disappointed and even more so paying high costs!!!!! I will never go back and I will even less recommend this Establishment, if you are looking for something of quality THIS IS NOT THE ONE

I have been very impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff, and the knowledge and skills of the massage staff. Generally I see Laura, who is excellent. As a runner, I frequently have specific issues with legs or back, and she has addressed every concern. She even suggests stretches and exercises that I can do on my own time to help.The monthly package makes this a very affordable option. As other reviewers have indicated, it is no frills, but that is my preference. They do offer a place to relax before or after, and provide a bottle of water after every massage. Highly recommended.

Donna was amazing. Firm, gentle hands with a smooth flow. A very thorough deep tissue massage without the pin-point pain Im usually resigned to. Both a relaxing massage and a very deeply therapeutic one. Im very impressed. The space is peaceful, beautifully decorated, very pleasant people and they did not push any extra services or programs on me (just gently offered). Its not the closest place to my house, but Im be coming back for sure. And they are open weekends, including weekend evenings!

I have gone to Elements in both Indianapolis and Burlington, MA. Both have been wonderful experiences. The Burlington staff has continually gone above and beyond in their service over the last 9 months. I live in Chicago but work in Boston and they were always able to accommodate my schedule to fit me in while I was in Burlington. Also, I have been getting prenatal massages from Rose and Amanda. Both are AMAZING. Amanda even pampered me with a baby gift at my last appointment! The staff is wonderful and I would recommend Elements Burlington to anyone.

Aaron was great about intuitively being able to tell where there was tension. He checked in prior to, during and at the end of the massage. Environment was relaxing, plenty of parking and was able to book a last minute appointment.First time customers pay $69. After that,without membership, its $129. While my massage was good. I wont be coming back at that price.

Paula is absolutely amazing! Her experience and care is evident as she expertly heals me! When I leave I feel alive and pain free. The staff is wonderful as well and the environment clean and soothing. Terrific every time!!!

Booking an appointment is super easy, even same day! Front desk staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Massage therapists are professional and highly skilled, always eleviating my chronic neck pain/tension headaches and addressing any other concerns or problem areas I may have. I now pay for the monthly membership, to keep the pain away and take better care of myself and my body. Totally worth it.

Elements massage is wonderful. The reception area is very calming and the front-desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. My massage therapist Rosie is so sweet and really listens to what I need for each appointment. I also like that Elements massage is open every day at a variety of times to accommodate various schedules. I would recommend Elements Massage to anyone looking for a soothing massage from an experienced massage therapist.

Great service, the reception staff is knowledgeable about the pressure the massage therapists use and are able to make good matches. The therapists are very professional and have availability. They have been great at listening and give awesome massages.

I wasnt sure about this before, because Ive never been to a massage place before but after I got my massage I felt great, Maurice knew exactly what to do asked me if there were areas that needed more attention, the lady at the front desk was very courteous and how was my massage, told her it was great and immediately booked my next appointment, overall Im very happy I listened to my wife about this place!

I recently transported a large quantity of leaves using a plastic sheet (not dragged, but carried) from my front yard into the woods at the back of my property. With the number of trips I had to make, I calculated that I carried them a total of .8 to .9 miles. My neck, shoulders, arms, and back were really sore. Fortunately, I had a scheduled appointment with Elements. Paula, my massage therapist, carefully listened to my concerns and the problem areas I pointed out to her. She did a fantastic job in her treatment. The next day, my aches from my leaf management were gone, although I was a bit sore from the treatment itself. I guess this comes with the territory. Kudos to Paula! Thank you!

Took my mom there for a massage with Gina. She said this was one of the worst massages she has ever gotten. Gina was also very disrespectful to her. When my mom asked her to adjust the pressure, she responded in a very rude manner. A few minutes later she made another request (related to a medical condition she has) and again got a very rude response. She came out of that massage room more tense/stressed than she went in. I wanted to make this weekend special for her but instead this experience ended up ruining her day. I have not seen her this upset/frustrated in a very long time. This was a total waste of time & money!

Great place for a deep tissue massage! Ive been a client for years to help relieve chronic back and neck pain. The staff really goes out of their way to get to know their regular customers and youre always greeted with a smile.

He had really strong hands. Very good massage! The front desk didnt try to upsell me like crazy, just asked nicely if i wanted it and accepted my no with a smile. If I lived closer, I would definitely go back!

Dealing with the new normal of Covid-19 and mask wearing, I felt completely safe getting a massage from Dylan. Even with a few changes to the massage routine (i.e. mask wearing, waiting in the car prior to the appt, no blanket provided (dont worry there are still sheets)) I was completely comfortable and would still recommend Elements.

Elements Massage in Burlington offers deep tissue massages. My therapist Phoebe is wonderful. I always come out from a massage feeling so relax and tension free.
