Prime Tobacco & Vape is the go-to store for anything Vape and Tobacco. I worked for about 6 months and its only been a positive experience, the boss, Adam, strives to provide only the best customer service and to assist customers until they are satisfied. Adam only allows premium products that are trusted, reliable, and tested. He always keeps the inventory full so we are never out of anything. Its always a pleasure to work here, the customers always feel welcome and never feel alienated. We are encouraged to ask questions, and also encourage customers ask questions so we can provide the most accurate information and the best customer service. We accept phone calls, even if 90% are scam calls, the last thing we want is to neglect a customers needs. Jay and Madison will be there to help and from their experience they will be able to provide accurate representation of the products we offer. Anyone in the area, or even a little farther away, it is always worth the trip to come to Prime Tobacco & Vape due to our premium services and products. We are the Best Vape Shop in Burlington for a reason.

There are plenty of good shops, but this one is my favorite! Im treated more like a friend and not like a customer. Always friendly service and honesty about the products. Great Store. Management is all ways willing to help new and old vapers alike. Best juice selection and some of the best prices in the area and online. If there is a product you would like to buy they try to take request to get the product. They are always willing to talk you threw the juices and mods to see what would fit best for you. They are now the only shop that I will go to for all my needs!

Great selection of e liquid, with very knowledgeable staff, I also believe very good pricing, as I got over 1000ml of juice (in different flavors all premium brands) and 2 batteries for $170. The average person just looking for one bottle can probably expect to spend around $20 perhaps less.

Good guy working behind the counter, talked with him for a while. Alot of nice vape products that are cheap for the country, 19$ a bottle instead of 30$ premium juice. They also sell kratom in powder capsule and extracts. The kratom extracts were expensive but im not from this state so not sure if its normal pricing. Anyways, nice place.

This place is the greatest spot to get your tobacco and vape products! And Moose (I think thats his name) is very knowledgeable on all of the product thats in stock! Highly recommend you visiting here!
