Bought two Cohiba Blue cigars this morning, came home to enjoy them and they are dried and stale. Not happy at all. I suggest going elsewhere for your cigar needs.

Dont buy vapes from here. Purchased one for almost 30.00 and didnt work. Refused to give me my money back. The rude guy working failed to tell me their policy on returns but somehow thats my fault. Will not be back and definitely do not recommend. Also, their selection sucks and way over priced. The guy who waited on me seemed incoherent as he kept asking me the same questions and very nonchalant attitude. Was going to talk to a manager but not worth my time. Just wont be back and word of mouth goes far. Do better.

Employees are friendly and very helpful. There is a great selection of items to buy. They are also one of the rare stores in my area that you can use your mobile cigarette coupons.

Don’t work here 💯 they don’t know how to manage the store fr & schedule changes every week & when you ask for more hours they won’t give you any

Bought pods for my vape walked outside looked at them and they were burnt! Went back where I was told no refund or exchange she said only manger could talked to manager and was told the same thing saying Vuse won’t allow them to refund/exchange both staff very rude will not go back I did call Vuse and was sent a check for the money I wasted here

Went and purchased a new tobacco machine and the employee was very helpful! I havent experienced any kind of rudeness from any of the employees there.

Pretty bad when I used to write checks at smoking joes and since I had my leg amputated and cant get out they wont take my check.pretty dirty I think . I am going to tell everyone how nasty they are

MANAGER VERY RUDE AND ARRORGANT. USE TO B A GOOD HELPFUL STORE. STAFFS VERY UNFRIENDLY . PAID GOOD MONEY FOR E CIG HAD A PROBLEM GETTING BACK TOGETHER MGR SAID AGAINST IA LAW TO HELP ANYONE. Practically has every brand of cigarettes there is, thay have a lot of pipe tobacco to choose from and really cater to inexpensive brands for people that do not have a lot to spend, thay have pipes, filters, cleaners, all kinds of lighters and butane, fluid, and thay have Ash trays, snacks, cooled pop, and beer, and some novilty items. Cheapest place in Town for tobacco

I went in to buy a pack of import clove cigarettes, they had them on the shelf. But they were old and stale. They did not offer me anything ,no refund, nothing.. thats just wrong! Be CAREFUL what you buy from these guys BUYER BEWARE!!

Cashier held a bag over her face as she talked to another employee about I am assuming me. I was stared at and treated rude. I am from out of town and was going to purchase more than a pack of cigarettes, but I was humiliated. I will not return to this location.

Friday morning bought wrong vaporizer, went back Friday afternoon clerk said manager was only one who could help me, might not refund but would exchange, went back Monday morning manager said he couldnt help me, I used to spend alot of money there. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!

Not even a star they are crooked as hell I can buy same 12 can container of Longhorn fine cut natural in Illinois for 18 dollars they charged my nephew 36 dollars for it I called said it was not open I wanted to return it she was snotand told me no And hung up on me.Void these crooks like the plague or take a jar of Vaseline in with you for a good screw over cause they are crooked

Reprehensible customer service. Avoid this place at all costs.

Wasnt even greeted when I walked in but was told to remove my hood when my fave is clearly shown. A guy with a broken hand.

Tried to refund a defective product and was told it was the companys problem and not theirs and wouldnt refund me even though I had a receipt and never use the product.

Waaay to expensive.. 8 dollars difference in price of crown royal per bottle over where I normally buy..

I love Smokin Joes. Gotta give it to Rick, Kala and Ashley at the Burlington store. They are awesome.
