ENVY VAPE AND CBD

Every single time I go in here I encounter the absolute nicest people on this entire planet. Every time I’ve been it has been the same 2 women who are beyond kind and helpful. Tonight was a different woman for me who also could not have been kinder. You wouldn’t expect a vape store to have the best and most helpful staff I’ve encountered anywhere. Nowadays, this kind of service really stands out. They could teach Disney World employees a thing or two!!!

The gals who work here deserve some sort of peace prize, the way they treat everyone makes it my absolute favourite local shop

Just stopped in for the first time and am so glad I did! The owner was beyond accommodating and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, gave me recommendations, an awesome deal, and had a kickass personality . I have been waiting for a place like this in the area! He has it all! This was our first time there. The lady was so helpful and kind. We really needed something for pain. Praying this will help. The greeter was so cute.

Customer service is lacking. Wasn’t spoken too or asked if I needed help the whole time I was in there. Girl behind the counter glared at us as we walked around. The owners dog was sitting on the merchandise counter and started barking @ me and my boyfriend and charged at us. Serenity Smoke Shop & Good Guy Vapes are way better businesses.

The woman at the counter was incredible! She was knowledgeable about their products and helped me find something to help with my moms arthritis. Very glad I stopped in.

Theres this one girl there thats really cool and the way she grabs pens and her coffee mug makes me laugh. She, like, grabs it the wrong way every time and I literally have to excuse myself out side to laugh and cry

I will never shop here again bought a vape pen. When I bought it she said this was the floor model if anything is wrong with the button bring it back. Ok so bought the pen and 6 extra coils get home button was broke and now I have 6 wrong coils. So I brought it back was told I can not return it and if I want to exchange the coils I have to drive to the other shop up north. Well I will never ever shop here again and I hope you get busted for selling drugs out of here again.

Never seen a vape shop so big. The biggest selection of CBD, devices, e-juice, Kratom, you name it they have it, if they dont Im sure they could order it. The staff are so knowledgeable cool, down to earth and they dont try to sell you stuff you dont need, their prices are amazing. I will be going there for a long time. The best vape shop around for sure.
