Terrible quality vapes. 2 of the 4 I bought here started leaking before they were empty. When I asked about replacement of the defective product they refused and said it’s not their problem. I asked if their vapes were made to break before they were empty and they hung up on me. Terrible businessmen too if they’re willing to give up $60/month in revenue just to avoid the $10 it costs to replace a clearly defective product.

9/10 times you stop by the door is locked with a “be back in 20 minutes” sign. Joke of a ‘company’

Like at least one other poster said, I too have been stuck with defective products. Three cartridges so far. When I bought the first two the staffer told me that there was a problem that led to them getting clogged making them barely function and that if it happened I should come back to return them. This confirms that they know they were selling defective cartridges. She explained that because they were closing in less than 20 min and since I was already home that I should come back the following day. When I arrived the woman was not present and the staff claimed that the conversation could not have taken place because the same cartridges worked perfectly and there had been no returns. Despite how kind and soft spoken I was, to not insult the staff, I was still blown off.

I always go 4 miles out of my way to come to this smoke shop due to the down to earth, well versed and smart manager named Nick. Just a good dude! He has gone out of his way for countless customers in the year that I have been a customer. I figured this was the least I could do! Something tells me that he and his friend that work that store are what keeps the thing totally afloat. These two go the extra mile and also give everyone a big sense of importance, no matter who walks through those doors, Or how stoned those questionsmight be. 😎

I personally dont smoke but people I know say this about this establishment .Great products ! Awesome selection! Extremely friendly! Very knowledgeable! Absolutely wonderful store!! So much diversity and cool fun epic products the only AND I MEAN ONLY downside is there Is one employee who smelled horribly of cheese it was nauseating

This is now a Blue Moon smoke shop, it is a great spot to get glass and accessories... these bad reviews must be from when it was under the old management... Blue Moon has 11 shops and all of the ones I have been in are great. Two of witch used to be Boston Smoke Shops (Harvard Sq, Cambridge & Newbury St, Boston), both of those shops look way nicer than before.

This shop sells fake THC carts. Also known as black market. If you try to take them back they will scream at you and then kick you out of there store! They seem like very trashy people that don’t care about customers don’t recommend going here at all

They sell fake THC carts, likely containing synthetic cannabinoids. I bought a cart that said LUNAR on it, and I had to go to the hospital after smoking on it for 2 days. I got a chest infection. My homie also bought one and he has been vomiting for a week.

This place is awesome I walked in not knowing a thing about vaping and I wanted something to start with so I could move away from smoking and this place nailed it they got me a nice easy setup to transfer to and the right juice and all the knowledge I needed to get started and they are really cool here and have a ton of stuff and the best is they don’t push u to buy the most expensive stuff they tell u what’s good and what would work for your situation and go from there so they deff know there stuff and great shop to go to deff my main shop for all my vaping supplies and questions!!!! Deff recommend this place and they have tons of other stuff for even the weed smoker as far as pipes and everything that goes with that too!! My favorite place to go to now!

Do not buy here!Sold me a product which stopped working after 24 hours. When I went back they said all sales are final and that I shouldnt have bought that product. The same one they recommended lol

The attendant was very helpful. Walked out spending only 100$ for a rig, nail, banger, torch and cap. Thank you so much for making it a simple process.

I drove all the way here from Malden because they were supposed to be open until 10 p.m. and come to find out the lights are off and the doors are closed at 9 p.m. even though the sign on the door says theyre open till 10 p.m. on Sundays. Waste of time and money

There was a young lady working in the store when I went there. She was very helpful and nice to me, thank you again young lady! I liked it down there.

Best spot for heavy metal cartridges filled with pesticides, all the leg numbness and chest pain one could imagine. 0/10 would not recommend

Depends whos there, most are very knowledgeable about juices and stuff, they have a great sale going on, buy two juices for 30 bucks 60ml each. I recommend this place.

I called to ask if they had the Juul pod flavor I wanted and the woman on the phone talked to me for about fifteen seconds before saying Im leaving cause I have customers, bye and then hung up on me.

Apparently the older store i used to go to closed down and now a new shop took its place with a new staff. Awesome staff

The best of the Boston Smoke Shops with the largest variety of products. The clerk there, Cliff, was extremely personable and knowledgeable as well

If you like to smoke lead paint direct from China this is the place for you! EVERY pipe in store is painted in the inside and you will be smoking it when you use it.

The service is really bad, the staff is rude, rude and free of charge. Totally unnecessary. Youre happy, wanting to see whats interesting to buy in the store and the guy being boring all the time. After you choose half the store, he turns around and says he wont sell it. because you dont want to... cool.
