I usually call ahead and ask if they have what I need specifically for my vape ( the cartridges and the type of e-liquid I want) so that way I don’t walk there for no reason, plus there are like 5 other Blue Moons in the area. If you call the one in Central Square they can usually tell you which one has what you’re looking for.

This smoke shop has amazing cbd flowers and nice glass pipes and amazing manager. Disposable everything you need !!!

Best smokeshop in the area, reasonable prices and great customer service! I Live across the street and walked in one night a little after closing time and Ali still took care of me without feeling rush or dissatisfied.

Snow is the man! But honestly everyone Ive met who works here is very kind and helpful. I go pretty far out of my way to go to this shop because I like them and what they have that much.Seems like maybe they dont have regularly scheduled restock days or days they get new stuff in, maybe they only order things as needed. Im totally guilty of almost buying them out of my favorite products, hoping they get more in soon!

Terrible I bought a atomizer for my boost evo and it didn’t work and manager said he wouldn’t help me very rude as well..

As my neighborhood store I can’t recommend it if you have alternatives. It’s fine but prices are normal to high and customer service is…basic. Like every other smoke shop I’ve been to has been better, but they’re not egregiously bad (thus two stars and not one).

Do not go. Overpriced products you can get cheaper two blocks down the street for better service. Seller behind the counter was rude, tried to push us to buy unhealthy metal smoking implements and threw a hissy fit when asked to put their mask on stating we should have stayed home in response to the request.

Got sold a defective atomizer for a Puffco Peak. They didnt let me exchange or refund. Just save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else

I cant really speak to the vape/ glassware side of Bluemoon, but I can tell you that the staff is incredibly friendly and willing to help. I needed a particular type of battery and wasnt sure if itd fit, so the staff member let try the batteries before purchasing. Not the most spectacular thing, but its not something that you can do on Amazon.

Mirza is super helpful. Coming in from NY he knew exactly what I needed. Space is open late abs is super clean. Definitely stopping again if I’m ever in MA

I went there for the first time a week ago. The young lady that helped me was very nice and helpful. The man not so nice. He just had the most disgusted look on his face. I will go back again on only because of the young lady. I wish I remembered her name.

First time I went in great service and I got exactly what I wanted. So I went back and the second time the associate was rude and condescending and didn’t take the time to actually answer my question or help me understand the product. Definitely not giving money to a place that treats customers that way

Came in with a vape pen and cart that wasnt working with the pen I had, the person working let try a couple options to make sure it was working. super helpful and in-and-out in 10 min. nice people, knowledgeable staff.

Recently moved near store. Called to ask a couple questions 5 minutes before opening. Woman was very rude, terrible attitude and pushed me off the phone. No worries, Ill just take my nicotine addiction elsewhere.

Cashier has Repulsive service to repetitive customers has an Attitude. And for some reason they’re flat out rude. Every time in there and I HAVE NOW STOPPED BRINGING MY MOMEY HERE. AN ESTABLISHMENT WITH A CASHIER LIKE THIS DOESNT DESERVE CUSTOMERS.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. It’s like they’re mad when you have questions or are looking for a specific product

I went to the Blue Moon closer toward Harvard Square, they didnt even have cigarette tobacco in the bag. Figured its a smoke shop that would have tobacco, nope.

Blue Moon is great shop, many locations in Boston/Cambridge. Great selection of product.
