This store is great!! I work near it and normally stop by after my shift, they remember their customers and treat you good! Tim knows what i want when i come in, even when i don’t sometimes🙏 he’s the man

As a 10+ year vaper who switched off cigarettes this is the only vape shop in Canton that I mess with. The shop has everything you need from vape juice to delta 8, thc a, and kratom. The staff are awesome as well they all really know the products that they sell. The store also has a super chill vibe.

These dumpy crooks sold me a knock off product claiming the name brand was going out of business. It isn’t. The product they sold me well past its shelf life.

I mean, the people who worked they were cool but wished they would keep their backwoods in a humidor room or in a cigar case. The last two packs I brought looked like they tried to survive brush fire and desert heat. Those things were dry and dusty. The unraveling of the leaf had me looking like salt bay!!!!

But each time Ive had an issue I simply go in and talk to them and they genuinely will assist to make it right.

Every single part of my experiences in Cloud 9 have been great. The staff are always knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I have never left empty handed, as they never fail to meet my needs. We dont have Cloud 9 in my city, but when Im in Canton I make stopping by a priority.

I have recently returned and found that there is now a return policy. As always, with my prior visits, the staff are great.PREVIOUS REVIEW: Im new to the area and have made purchases two times, both times the product did not work. Unfortunately they do not accpet returns, with receipts. The staff here is great, and it is because of that Im giving a 2 star instead of 1. I would recommend seeing if you can test a product before actually making the purchase. Maybe that would elimate wasting money.

In canton ga, the one on riverstone Pkwy has been great to go to for the past year. They struggled for a while but management has got them back on track and they are always very pleasant to deal with and keep a good inventory. However the on on hwy 5 has went downhill since there management swap. She is always unpleasant and they havent kept a good inventory over the last several months. Ill recommend riverstone Pkwy to everyone asking they have been great...

Anytime I come into the Riverstone location everyone is always wonderfully friendly and eager to help me find whatever I’m looking for. They just got some new HiSi water pipes that’s the manager Trevor showed me, will so be getting one soon! And their CBD selection is amazing!! I love this place!

I bought a cartridge holder a week ago and it was damaged and broken when i looked at it right when i got home. then over a few days it split in half and the wires broke. i went in asking if they had any store policies about selling costumers damaged products and they told me there was nothing they could do sense i didn’t immediately bring it back to the store. a waste of money just thrown away. this is the only time i shopped there and the only time i will. no other smoke shop ive been gl has been like that they always do everything they can to make their costumers happy. you don’t sell damaged products then act like it’s the costumers fault for buying it bc they didn’t know it was damaged… the people who work there are nice but i guess it’s the rules that they can’t help with that..which is messed up. the store could be making a lot more if these simple things were fixed.

Went yesterday to the cloud9 in canton. Ive been going since it opened and it only gets better each time.Great guys working in there didnt catch their names one guy was taller with short dark hair the other was shorter with long blonde hair.they were Very helpful and knowledgeable and everything was wrapped up nicely. And to my surprise when I got home I got a little goody bag of free items. I always love free stuff hahaGreat experience over all

They sold me fake or knock off products and assured me that they were name brand. The associate told me some bogus lie as to why they were in unmarked packaging. It wasnt until I went back to buy replacement parts that I figured it out. Also the quality is horrible my product is falling apart. When I have gone in the staff has little knowledge about products and acts like that are bothered by questions... I will make the trip to other places from now on. These people are liars and wont get another penny from me...

Came into this location with a few problems I was having with one of my old vapes. Karim not only insisted on providing the help that I needed. He quickly found the route to the problem I was having, and provided phenomenal service! He gave me an extra coil and also filled my tank with a flavorful custom Cloud 9 flavor!! Beautiful customer service, would refer anyone to visit any of the Cloud 9 locations! Always my GO-TO smoke shop of choice!!!

Bought a exxus snap a week ago and charging indicator light will not come on. They will not exchange....what poor customer service. So I guess if it breaks after 2 days because of defect you are out of your money.After talking to Kyle they exchanged my device for a new one. I am changing my review to a 3. It should have been exchanged the first time I went.

The only reason why Im giving 3 stars over 1 is because of your employees. The employees are kind, courteous, and always helpful. HOWEVER, your Kratom selection and stock maintanence is really bad. You dont refill stock on the most popular types and you only have small bags. You guys need way bigger bags (500-1000 Grams) and need more Red AND Green Maeng Da which are by far the most popular types of Kratom.

Hands down one of the best cloud9’s in georgia. came in here with my step father to get a vape, but he’s not going to use it very often and they were able to find him something basic and nothing too major, was awesome help and as always sweet as all get out! highly recommend coming to this store for any of your vaping needs!

Made my first purchase here on 7/2/2016. This place is ok. Their card machine was down so I had to go find an atm for cash but hey, this type of thing happens so no big deal I guess. There was, however, a guy in the store (not sure if he worked there or just a regular customer) that made me feel a bit uncomfortable by continuously staring at me. He gave a bit of input as he listened in on my purchase, which is cool, but he seemed like he had never seen anyone like me before lol. It was a bit creepy. There are still 2 other vape shops near me that Ill have to check out before I decide whether Cloud 9 will be my primary source for juice.

Great staff! Theyre always super nice when I come in. They have a wide range of glass and cbd products if you use them but they respect soberity too and talked with me about my recovery and understood why I didnt want the cbd (even though cbd is non psychoactive some people in recovery still dont use it.) They have disposable vapes, pods, and vape juice of nicotine AND cbd! Which is so cool. Im from Seattle and we dont have vape stores that carry cbd products. They also have incense and small selection of vape mods.I only wish that they hired women too thats the only draw back really.
