Good service, lower price on some items than other stores

I had no idea how wonderful this store is! I had an old vape pen and they are the only place I found them.Their prices are great and the staff are so personal and knowledgeable.

If youre a veteran, go here & let them know. I am not often impressed but, they continuously do so here.They have a discount that stays with your profile, so they just look up your name and it should tell them if you have a discount. 10% is a big deal when it comes to regular purchases.If you vape on the regular (especially if youre a veteran in the area) Just Vape is no doubt, no hesitation the go to spot. In my individual and humble opinion, no shop around this one is as good.The products are solid, the employees are always helpful and Ive never left without a big smile.

I love this place, and will be a life-long regular. When I first started, it was simple little products to get me by. They had great recommendations and an awesome selection. When I was ready to upgrade, they took the time to give me specs, show me how to use my products, answered my questions, and have always been extremely helpful.

I love going here! The staff are highly trained and knowledgeable in all products. The staff is also personable and treats customers more like friends. They never try to sell the most expensive juice or mods. They get to know the customer and suggest products based off of each customer individually. I would highly recommend this place to new and veteran vapors!

Love this place. Love the guys!!! Awesome atmosphere. Got some juice by Aqua, fruit...love the taste. My neighbor bought banana by Yogi, some coils and a battery charger. Great prices. They dont try and make you spend more than you need and are very helpful.

Best place around for juice, they have a way better selection then others. The guys are helpful if you need them to be. Great selection on mods and accessories. Prices are better then Ive been at other shops. Sorta out of my way, but Ill travel the extra distance.

This shop is very knowledgeable on vape products. Cbd productsand much more. Not to mention they sell disposable nicotene vapes at some of the best prices locally I have ever seen. And always authentic never worried about fake products. Chris, Rodney and Alexa are all amazing staff! Always recommend this shop for vaping and cbd needs!

So far, so good. Only been there once- but I was helped well, like the juice, and had a great conversation. The guy I talked to is my age (50- ish. Lol.), and that particular day we ended up in a conversation about how tough life can be. It was nice to talk to someone. This is only based on one visit so far. 👍I can update after a few more visits.

Just Vape is a store for everyone. I’m so glad I tried this place. They don’t let minors purchase there and the atmosphere is perfect. The employees are fun, interesting, and very helpful. There are only a couple of employees so it is likely you will come to really enjoy spending time there. It’s a nice balance between a casual vape shop and an extreme vape shop.Update 03/24/2022: I am updating my review from four stars to five. This place has earned my business and the communities trust over the years. They consistently increase their selection and recommend brands they trust.

Best vape shop I have ever been to! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and assisted. They are super nice and knowledgeable and its overall a great atmosphere. The one guy helped me through the whole process of buying a new mod kit. Im super indecisive and he was patient with me and answered all my questions. In the end he explained to me how my new mod worked and put it all together so it was ready to use before I even left. I have never received such great customer service at other vape shops and I highly recommend this place. They have a huge variety and carry the best products at great prices. Love my new vape and will only go here from now on.

Super friendly & helpful staff. Went in there not knowing too much, and they guided me on what products would be best. They also helped me set up my vape. Very happy with my purchases. Will stop in again, for sure!

The shop owners are friendly and knowledgeable. They only thing is that they are so focused on the customer that people who come in end up being there way longer than they need to while waiting for the people in front of them to pick vape juice or try something new out. It can be hard to get out of three parking lot unless youre going right or go up to the exit with the traffic light.

The guys at just vape are like family to me. They have always been super helpful and made sure that I was getting exactly what I needed for my specific taste. Whenever I walk in they get really excited and when my boyfriend goes in without me they always ask how I’m doing. I would highly recommend this shop because even though another vape shop might have cheaper prices I guarantee that the customer service/your satisfaction will be the top priority at this store. I love the guys here and I’m sure you will too!

UPDATE:I previously posted a very negative review due to being upset over how an issue with a product purchased from here was handled after being a long time customer.It was posted during a heat of the moment , upset emotional state of mind. I would like to apologize to all involved as well as extending a Thank You for the professionalism in the way the end result was handled. I to work in a business enviornment where customer service and satisfaction plays a huge roll on the survival of the business, things happen, mistakes are made and I to know how hard it is to deal with irrational customers such as I myself was but Ive also learned that in business just as in life you take care of those that take care of you and thats exactally what they did. So with that said I again sincerely apologize for my actions and the way I handled the matter. I will continue as before to recommend those I know looking for quaility products and great prices to this store. Thanks Again for the way you handled the situation.

Have been to this store various times. It has had a few name changes over the years. The personnel/staff are great and very helpful. The prices are relative to other vape supply stores and they carry high quality equipment.

I am new to vaping. The man who I believe is the owner of this store was not only unhelpful, but also rude. I made an excuse and left. Work on your customer service skills 🙄Hes also more expensive than other local shops.

Two honest and down to earth guys that work there. It was my first vape because I am trying to quit smoking. They answered all my questions and showed me how to refill my vape. I even had questions about safety and they knew all of it. I was so happy with the service I got and I really hope they get alot more business because I really enjoy their shop.
