After driving to four stores, we landed here at Spring Express. Not only were they the only place to have what I needed, but it was also priced well. The young lady at the counter was awesome!!! I purchased my first vape last week Friday and met Will (I think that was his name). Answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with getting into vaping for the first time. He recommended the Rush brand because the nicotine comes from a non tobacco plant and the flavor is great! I went back a few days after to purchase another flavor and met the owner Hill. He happened to be smoking the same brand And let me try his to see if I like the flavor. It was great. So I purchased 3 more. I will definitely be patronizing thd place moving forward

I called many vape stores in the area over the weekend. And felt like I got nowhere. Other than them saying to come into the shop. Which, I get (I guess). But, I wasn’t able to go on a wild goose chase, not knowing if they’d have what I was looking for. When I called Springs Vape- the employ that answered was sooo informative. He didn’t rush me off the phone like EVERY other store did. When we got to the store, the customer service was amazing! We have been to over 20+ vape shops over the years and this was BY FAR the best experience we’d ever had. Their stock was amazing, lots to choose from, their prices blew my mind. But, their customer service made things so much better. The owner/manager came in as we were leaving (we thought it was just a customer, lol). But, as we were bragging on the shop & overly thanking the employee that helped us. The manager/owner, was incredibly humble and proud that we were so happy with our experience. He didn’t just say Thank you- You could see it on his face. This will be our only GO-TO store from here on out.
