Lily Asian Massage Spa

One of the best massages I’ve had. I asked her to walk on my back to release sore muscles. She did and it felt so good.

Best massage!! I got 30 minute massage and it was perfect!! It felt longer than 30 minutes. I literally left there with my cervical not aching or throbbing anymore. My go to for massages now.

BEWARE! I was 100% violated here. First of all, they made me pay for a massage first when I walked in, which is not normal. Then they let me go in and get changed. Everything else seemed normal until she took the towel completely off halfway through the massage and asked me to roll over. I said no bc I didn’t feel comfortable as I didn’t have any clothes on. She insisted I roll over without the towel and when I didn’t she proceeded to touch me in appropriate places. I immediately said I don’t want that kind of massage and she kept trying! I had to actually get up and force her to stop. Needless to say I left. Spent $70 and left with more stress than I walked in with. This is actually appalling and disgusting.

They tell you how much to tip before the massage then they step out to answer phone calls and to talk to customers during your massage while your naked on the table while they leave your door open . And they do not compensate for the time they took out of your 1hr (it’s always only 50 min)

I enjoyed my time at the Lily Asian Massage Spa. We booked a couples massage the day before and they were able to fit us into the schedule. We paid for 60min but with undressing and paying at the start it only ended up being 45min. So arrive early so you can do these things in advance and enjoy the full time.

Today I set an appt with this massage place for 5:30. I showed up about 20 minutes early. I told the the emoyee I would wait and knew i was early. She told Me I had to leave and come back at 5:30. I asked if I could wait at the front and she made me leave and said I needed to come back at 5:30. Well my husband dropped me off and I didnt have a car so that was fun standing outside of an unfamiliar place as we were on vacation. I do not recommend this place. Rude and not customer friendly.

I just left and it was great! Not sure her name but was very relaxed and feel great after leaving. My only thing I would say is if your going to charge prior to doing the massage then give the chance for a tip after. I can’t just tip great not knowing how it would be, with that being said I did give 20% up front for the tip. I’ll be back

BEWARE of this place !!!! Went in for a massage , woman at the desk made me prepay for massage , which I found odd. No blanket to cover yourself with , just a skimpy towel . Woman who was there did not use any oil or lotion and to top it off, pulled the towel off of my back and was starting to take my panties off. I stopped then and there, told her to get out and still was standing there . Finally , I had to raise my voice and tell her to get out again . I demanded a refund , seeing I was only there for a total of 8 minutes or so ! Very unprofessional and I felt violated ! Do not go there . That should be the next place that is looked at

I when there for an hour, she kept going in and out of my room, not even giveing a decent massage, kept asking for something more I wanted while reaching in my belt area with a look of boredom, when another customer came I got pushed to the side, got less then a hour, that isnt what I ask for, I wanted it to forget and let my stress melt away, but no just got more things to get stressed about like I dont have already.Dont go there, theres more places to go then that place. Not worth the stress.

Doesnt look like much from outside, but inside looks spacious, clean, nice music, walk ins welcome, older women working, Hit-1st time was greeted by Kate, had one of the best massage in years, deep tissue, she used her feet, elbows, hands and somehow knew exactly where to touch to make mine sore muscles feel great highly recommend. Miss 2nd time came back after few days, again greeted by Kate, unfortunately before starting her regular client came and i got passed to another girl Sophie (this i didnt like, but being already in room and paid, figure i give a chance, well let me tell you this was bad idea) massage average, no deep tissue, kept asking what to do, no conversation, was disappointed but the worst at end i tipped $20, she takes the tip and instead of thanks says more, i give a 5and hear more, more. Well this unprofessional approach, made me not want to come back figure there are so many spas, that this one just lost a client, if you are thinking of coming i recommend call, book Kate and pay when she actually starts on you.

My boyfriend and I had an appointment for a couples massage at 10:30 and when we got there they told us to come back at 11:00. We were only staying 5 minutes away so we went back home and came back at 11:00. When we came back this time they said come back tomorrow and that they were busy. We explained that we were the people with the appointment and not walk-ins but they still wouldn’t take us. Terrible experience.

Had two massages done , and we tipped $20 for each masseuse. Two ladies that did our massage demanded we give them a $40 tip, and we’re very unprofessional.Would not recommend this place at all.

Good Asian massage. the place has a nice atmosphere. Good relaxing ambience, helpful staff and clean facility. The staff are nice and accommodating. The massages are offered for standard prices. This was one of the best massages I had so far.

High quality massage. the staff are quiet, polite and very helpful. All masseuses here are good. I’ve visited this spa many times and always had a positive experience. Would recommend.

For years, when traveling on business, we stop here for a couples massage. These professional masseuses deliver the finest in service.

It was awful. After 15 minutes I had to get up. I offered to pay for 30 minutes and she charged me 50.00. Won’t be back. Stay away. Go to massage envy.
