This is the best Vape shop around!! Matt is a great guy that knows his stuff.

My husband has been shopping with you all for years at this location. I typically come in once a month to grab supplies when he’s unable to make it there. We’ve enjoyed the extended hours with the addition of the Lounge but have noticed a change in the “feel” of the store. There used to be a great group of guys working there that were always so helpful. Sadly, the employees we have been dealing with are not as inviting. We’ve had great interactions with the day time crew. But sadly can’t say the same for the later night pickups. Younger employees seem more concerned in talking to their friends and are usually short and quite rude compared to daytime. One younger girl didn’t give me the chance to enter my number for our points and said “sorry I’ll remember to give you 2 stars next time”. Little things like that make us just try to avoid going at night anymore. We love Naples Vapor but will continue to only shop during the early morning or head to another location.

Hours are unbeatable. 7a-12a Monday to Friday. Disposables are fairly priced. The rewards system comes in handy too. Not much of a selection for disposables but I switched to elf bars which they always have in stock. They’re 5k puffs, string flavors, and they charge 2 for $45. Can’t beat it.

The manager really seems to know his stuff. He recommended a few products and coming from a viewpoint of someone who has a medical marijuana card the stuff he recommended is just as potent as the vapes from the dispensary but much cheaper. Like 50 bucks for 3 grams cheap. I didnt care for the flower though. Just try it you wont be disappointed.

Matthew was a great help when we came in! He was thorough when answering our questions and made some great suggestions. Definitely will return!

Have been going to this store for a bit. Went to replace my vape last weekend (9/12/20), everything went fine with that visit. 4 days later (9/16/20) my vape brand new stopped working (wont charge), took it back to the store, and they said they would exchange no problem, but that if anything happens they have a one time only exchange according to what I assume was the manager. Here it is 2 days later and the vape I bought is not working (exact same issue). Now Im out the purchase of a vape for less than a weeks worth of use. Will absolutely NEVER shop here ever again, and will encourage anyone I know to not shop here either!

I dont usually leave reviews but I am so bothered by this that I must!I have been doing business with Naples Vapor since they opened their doors. I first went to the one in Naples then to the one on Metro Pkwy then to the one on Colonial. I love the black label sub zero! I have tried others but nothing compares to that juice. The employees have always treated me and my roomy great!I just recently moved to the Cape and when I saw the Naples vapor at the corner of my block I was so happy. Unfortunately I wont be a customer there anymore.I lost my NORD 4 On Sunday so I went to the store to see if I could replace it. My luck they had none. Because Nords are all that I ever used I needed to pick something possibly close to that. The young lady just stood there and wouldnt offer antyinformation about the pod systems and in my experience she seemed to not be interested in make a sale ! I needed to leave with something but she was just short and uninterested in my wants and concerns that I walked out. I sat in my car very irritates so I did some research on the ones that I saw that you all carried and because I needed a pod system due to the time. I was in my car about 15 minutes then I marched back in there. Like she did before , she came from your lounge with an attitude like I was putting her out. I tried to get information from her but she was more interested in getting back to your smoking lounge. Sadly I walked out of your shop with a pod system that I absolutely hate! Its the Scepture and it is nothing even close to the Nord. The coils burned out in 2 days and the hit is not very satisfying! I cant afford buying coils every other day and now Im stuck with this pod system that is going to end up in the skeleton box! $45.00 WASTED! I was going to buy a disposable one to but she had no interest in selling me one!! So I wont be going to that store again.

I have been shopping with Naples Vapor for over 3 years. This last shop things did not go as planned, when I reached out, they were quick to reply back with me and made the wrong correct. I was very impressed at the urgency they put forth, and I will remain a loyal customer there because of this. Oh and also stores are always very clean and friendly staff!!!

Nice chill place, great Staff, everyone is very knowledgeable about their products and I enjoy the relaxation. Definitely will be coming here often.

Great place and a friendly staff for all of your vaping needs

I’m going to give this place a 4 instead of a 5 only because of the rewards program. The store is clean and staff is always super friendly they get me what I need before I even get to the desk. The problem is when they had their gold coins they would forget to give them to you 9 out of 10 times and now that it’s digital you have to remind them faster then they ring up your total. It’s super annoying!!! Last week I went to use my 5$ off and guy was like no you earn it when you buy so much , I told him I have 5 off he looked at me wicked confused. I should not have to remind them of there rewards program EVERY SINGLE VISIT. Either do way with it or remember to ask. Otherwise what’s the point in enticing your customers at all with it. Your better off adjusting your prices then having one at all.

I have been to Naples Vapor before but my visit on 4/22 was worst ever. Some girl behind counter had no clue about anything and the owner was un another room then he came out from behind doors and only helped the new employee once. The e juice i got sucks! Strawberry watermelon was not what I wanted at all! Oh and prices there are sky high! I will go to The Vape King from now on!

Tyler is amazing! I went to two other vape stores, which included the place that sold me my device and no one could help me with getting parts for my device and no one even tried to help me, they basically just said sorry and showed me the door, but Tyler made it happen. He fixed my device and found parts that were compatible with out hesitation. I will be back! Satisfied new customer here!

Ive been going to these guys for about a year now. They are the sole reason I have chosen to support a local business over ordering off the Internet for a slight discount. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed while remaining attentive to the needs of the customer. Today I stopped in looking to get into some of the more advanced aspects of the... hobby I guess you could call it. These guys spent close to an hour of their time with me, while tending to other customers.Those of you rating down this business due to the behavior of other customers are ludacris. Would you give a restaurant a poor review because the table next do you had poor dining etiquette?Keep doing what you guys are doing, in a world where customer service is a dying art, you guys have truly hit the nail on the head.

Bought a mod back in July. Hasn’t worked real well over the last 6 months. They have tried a few times to repair it for me. Today the manager gave me a brand new one. Their policy is 60 days. It’s been almost 180 days. I have been buying vape materials here for years. Their customer service is above and beyond what you would expect. If you vape, try these guys. I have not had a bad experience with them yet...

Ive been in a few times for different things and theyve always been helpful. Today was no exception. I was having a really bad morning (lost ATM card) AND my mod broke! Oh and I was about to drive home to Miami. On a budget and in a hurry—Tyler helped me find what I needed. He took the time to explain my new mod and got me out the door. Im on the west coast often and this is now my go to place!

I don’t know who the beautiful brown skinned woman who helped me out last night is but THANK YOU! I told her I would leave a review if I enjoyed the product.. I suffer from Insomnia and often times it takes me hours to get to sleep and by the time I go to sleep, I have to get up to go to work or school or handle my motherly duties. Cannabist next door told me about Delta 8 product.. Let’s just say I slept like a baby last night. My little cousin came in my room and apologized if she woke me up last night and I don’t remember anything. Definitely returning back.

Was sold a device which turned out to be a Sample Not for sale product. Quoted one price, then charged another.EDIT to respond: 25 + 15 = 40... not 45. Also, would you like me to snap a photo of the SAMPLE-NOT FOR SALE device I just purchased to clarify?

I just moved here and purchased a sub ohm about a month ago or less I have been back several times with a faulty device and each time they where able to fix it and send me out the door. That being this said this last time after loosing a tank of liquid in my purse and ruining a few things I asked to swap it out for the same device. OK no biggie except I cant find the receipt anywhere in my email or on paper. I was then brushed off and treated very poorly. Well I have lived here for about a month and have only gone there for my liquids could eat. I left this time in tears and will never be back I have spent over $200there in a month the least they could have done was swap out the obviously defective device I mean come on 3 times someone fixed it and sent me on my way. Oh and when I mentioned I never liked the color much anyway the boy behind the counter told me he thinks I just dont like the color and want to swap for another color and that a new unit would just do the same thing then quickly passed me to someone else since it was the end of his shift. Oh well I guess $80 bucks in coils and a vape device down the toilet but not their problem. I left in tears and will never be back. 😓

I have never been to a store with such racist employees. My wife was so offended she had to leave the store. I was just taken back that in the times were in that people could make such horrible comments. Hopefully this isnt a regular thing but with the hateful things that were being thrown around it seemed as if the Arian teller was comfortable with offending customers.

Friendly staff persons that attract people with their personalities,That in business you must have people with Karishma. And they have it. Now people that say that the staff were rude to them, I believe everyone has their day thatThey wake up on the wrong side of the bed! Everyone goes through that in life . But yes they have to be able to separate their personal lives from how they handle thereCustomer, yes I totally agree with that. But otherwise they work great.

These people do not allow returns of any kind! They claim there is a 90 day return policy, but they do not honor it. My return was 1 day old. Complete liars. Do not trust their word on anything! Terribly manufactured tanks that literally fall apart in 1 day, and scumbags to boot.

I’ve been going there for three years and they are great!! They take their time with you and don’t force anything down your throat. The staff is very helpful and the prices are great!! Thanks guys!!

Beautiful store with a great selection! I wasnt sure what I wanted n the young man helped me pick the perfect one for me. He patiently answered all my questions and showed me everything I needed to know to take care of my new vape pen !

Aside from today my shopping experiences have been on point. I buy the same crown IV mesh coil with juice like clock work. However after installing this coil purchased today, I noticed its round wire..not mesh

I went into Naples Vapor Lounge and I had requested a particular ejuice that they had in stock cuz I called to confirm that they had it. Before I got out of my truck I called King of Vape which was 30 seconds down the road and they said they had my ejuice in stock for $29.95. So I still wanted to give Naples Vapor a chance to earn my business. I went into their lounge and asked them how much for their Bam Bams Cannoli. They quoted me $39.95. I asked them if they price matched their competitors. They said no on liquids. So I told them I was just gonna hop back in my truck and cruise right down the street and save $10 on each box of ejuice so manager said go ahead. I said see ya. I saved $20 that day just by driving down the street not even a minute away to King of Vape. Naples Vapor is way out of line with their prices. I guess they have too much overhead to sell competively with the other Vape Shops down the road. Dont waste your hard earned money buying ejuice from them. Go to King of Vape instead.

I am a total noob with vape and the guy took the time to explain everything and answer my questions and didnt make me feel loke I was bothering him. Was nice to see good customer service.

Great products and freindly staff at times but on occasion it is packed with rowdy teenagers who are very snobby about their vaping. I have witnessed them sneering and laughing at newbies looking for a pen or beginners set up. This type of elitism is rude and counterproductive to the continued existance of vaping. Not every vaper is a rich kid with money to burn and looking to blow sick clouds bro some of us were actually addicted to cigarettes and use vaping to remain smoke free.....
