After I stopped vaping for a while, I decided to start again. As it has been a few years and things have changed quite a bit, I needed some help finding what worked best for me. The staff at this shop were the best and most patient people ever when it came to helping me out. It took a little for me to find what I liked but their knowledge and patience got me to a good spot. If you ever stop in, talk with Shane and/or Tyler as they will get you what you need.

Super excellent staff. Very helpful in helping me choose a new device. Unfortunately, my device jumped off the counter and fractured its belly. I went back the next day and different staff convinced me that I had an extra glass in my box, guess what .....I didn’t. 😥. Went back the 3rd day and (same different staff) they didn’t have glass in stock, leaving me no choice but to buy a whole new tank. Depressing! Still love the store tho. Amazing flavors in juices. How have I not seen this store before??

Found this gem of a vape shop after the vape shop we had been loyal to for over 4 years went drastically down hill!Shane, Tyler and Justin really know what they are doing!! All are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly!! After only a couple of visits, we are treated not as customers but rather family!!Shops atmosphere is very nice, prices are great, and the rewards program can not be beat!!They have EARNED a new very loyal customer!!!

I love this place! They have such an awesome, unique variety of juices. The employees are super friendly and informative. I always look forward to going there and seeing/trying all their new stuff. I got an awesome set up. They are so friendly and knowledgeable on all the new things they get and all the new flavors. Their juice is so good. I am a forever customer.

Justin was nice and helpful. Only store I know of where you can still sample flavors.Great rewards program. I bought a kit for 64.99[and got 20% off that with rewards so paid 52] I know that the same kit is for sale across the street for 79.99. My only criticism is that prices should be shown clearly, so you dont have to keep asking and employees dont have to guess. Was going to buy 3 flavors, but only one was available in the 30ml size. Will keep coming back for nice employees and sampling.

I am happy that when I finally decided to buy a vape, I stopped in to Premier Vapor. Tyler, the person who helped me, was awesome, his customer service was Superior and he was a very patient! I purchased a product that he recommended and Ive stopped using cigarettes! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who wants to buy a vape.

Premier Vapor of Cape Coral is a Awesome place to go for your Vapor needs. The customer service is awesome after My first trip there they remember My name every time i go. So that should show you the care. Its the only place i shop. Thank you Premier Vapor and Your great employees.

I have been to many Vape shops around the Cape Coral area and Premier Vapor is hands down the best. Customer service is impeccable and the flavor and hardware variety is outstanding. Its a clean, well kept establishment and I will be recommending to family and friends.

Very friendly staff and reasonably priced Cape juices. They also have an area where you can try the vape to see if it is to your taste which is definitely useful so you dont spend money on something that you turn out to not like. They also have very reasonably priced vape devices and a decent variety

Maybe nice when it opened but dont let the pics fool you. The place is small and inventory is really limited. 3 juices that I asked for were out of stock, but plenty of house juice to go around. Guys at the counter were nice enough but I dont do house juice. I would look elsewhere if you are visiting Cape Coral EDIT: i will add a star for any business that responds to negative reviews, this is an indicator that the business owner cares about public perception. Perhaps I came in on an off day.

I vaped awhile ago a didnt enjoy at all si when i found my sister and brother inlaw doing it I laughed!!!! But then my sis stoped to get supplies and I went in w her!!! The gentleman that works there ( Shane) took the time to explain everything I needed and wemt above and beyond!!! I left the proud new owner of a vap and have love it SINCE!!!! Went bk 4 supplies and Justin took the time to show me how to change and clean everything and how to order online seeing im not frm here!!!! I hav never ben to a cleaner or nicer vap shop and w the greatest employees y go anywhere else!!! Thank u Shane and Justin

I absolutely love going in to this place. The manager is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable about all of the different products that they sell. I always look forward to a friendly faces, smiling. Everyone I have come in contact with there has been amazing!! If you haven’t been there, you need to go!!

Every juice size is the same price no matter the brand, which makes it easy to choose. Discounts, great service all of it! I was surprised I have never been here and glad I stopped in. My new fav store!

Great prices, very friendly and knowledgeable.I stopped at another vape store closer to home and bought a coil and some juice. I had them put it in, and when I tried to use it my readout was saying shorted. They looked at it and told me my battery was no good and stood by his decision even tho I told him It was just working before i came in. He tried to sell me another expensive battery. I had a feeling something wasnt right.So I called Premier Vape where I have always gone and should have to begin with, and he told me he would look at me vape but it sounded like the wrong coil was sold to me .When I got there he looked at my vape didnt try to sell me a new battery, and told me what he suspected was correct The coil sold to me, the ohms where to low for my battery. He put in another coil and I was good to go.Love Premier Vape in Cape coral even tho its a 15 minute drive from my house. Will never go anywhere elseI

Shane worked with me on what juices, vape kit and nicotine level I should buy as a beginner vaper and he was great! I got the Wismec Motiv Pod Kit Gun Metal along with their Blu Raz and Mr. Cheesecake and Rasberries and I love it! I will be shopping here all the time. Thanks Shane at Premier Vapor!

The guys are super friendly and knowledgeable about their productsThe place is clean and smells great! As a novice to vaping, sometimes these places can be a bit intimidating, but I left pleasantly surprised. I would absolutely recommend this place !

If you are a younger person say 24 to 26 or younger, good place to go with assortment of products. Very reasonable pricing on most items and a really dim atmosphere. Older, maybe head on to other locations for supplies. Just to pick up refills etc. Nice and knowledgeable people though

Finally! Im as picky as they come, but these people have finally shown that not vape shops are the same. They worked with me on getting exactly what I wanted. Pleasant staff, clean facility, and a huge variety of everything. Amazing!

Awesome vibe, awesome cutting edge hardware, top of the line juice, extremely knowledgable staff, LOVE the PV line of juice, no one in your face trying to push anything on you, always stocked, what else can I say?? Always friendly and helpful. Having just moved here we needed a Go to. After several different vape stores it was an easy decision that This is our new store.
