This is by far the best vape store in Cape Coral and fort myers. Cody at this location is always very professional and helpful. Extremely knowledgeable! I’ve been a regular here for 8 years.Every time I go in the entire staff is extremely friendly and respectful.

So I just came back from the king of vape on Santa Barbara and they were fantastic! I walked in and all 3 guys greeted me immediately. Cody was the one that helped me find a vape that I needed. I almost didnt come here cause I read a bad review that they werent help and were rude. My experience was the complete opposite and the just gained a new customer, thanks again Cody!!

I was looking for my first glass piece here and fortunately I was able to find it with the help of a worker who had a beard and glasses; he was very helpful! The workers all seemed very competent and knowledgeable about the products they sell. All of the pieces I wanted to look at, he would take down for me and explained which would be more suitable to what I was looking for, which was a small, but nice glass piece. Ultimately I got beautiful iridescent glass piece half off at $180 so I paid $90 for it, and I’m in love!! I’ll definitely be a continuing customer

These guys rang up the wrong vape. I paid, he handed it to me. I informed him this wasn’t what I wanted and they proceeded to not exchange the same vape unopened for the flavor I asked for. Manager said I confirmed my order on the screen and there’s nothing he could do. 🙄 NEVER OPENED IT, never left the store. I did this all as soon as he handed it to me.I spent a lot of money here. Will not be back. I’ve never been treated that way before as a paying customer.

Worst store out of the entire batch in the local area. It seems to gone downhill 6+ months ago once they got this new management that took over. This guy is a tool. Has no customer service. Very aggressive and rude. I don’t even understand how he got the job, He has to be a cousin. Nephew or brother of one of the owners you know the type that only gets the job because daddy made a phone call. They don’t honor any of the promotions that all the other stores offer even when you tell them to look up your purchase history, or bring in receipts to prove that you purchased that particular item or those particular items from the Santa Barbara store, they still say it’s impossible or there must’ve been an employee error but yet I go to Del Prado and I get charged the same price I go to Fort Myers I get charged the same price as well as Pine Island .From what I’ve heard, and I cannot put names to the boys, but from other employees that have work there have now relocated to other locations because of how they were treated by this awesome gentleman of a manager I just hope one day the owners can really see firsthand that this guy is bad for business and should not be running their store. I can almost guarantee that ever since this guy took over as the new manager, their numbers have gone down, because I know a lot of my friends have stopped going to this location because of the Customer Service the arrogance and the complete disrespect from the employees. Please don’t get this wrong not all of the employees at Santa Barbara are rude or nasty but there is a handful and I could only chalk that up to , their buddy buddy with this new manager but me and a lot of my friends will no longer use that store anymore. We are loyal King of Vape customers so we will just continue to use the Del Prado pine Island and 41 locations because I will not give Santa Barbara another dime of my money , and if that was the only king of Vape in my area, I would have to find another vape store. Luckily it’s not so that now I could just go to another location and get what I need management. If you read these comments get rid of this Manager before it’s too late and affect your bottom line.

Customers most be aware that there inventory is filled with very bad quality Chinese products. They know it but anyhow try to sell it you. If you sell anything that you believe will work you will not be given only 7 days to return.

I’ve been shopping here for about 6 months and will continue to shop here for any thing I need. Cleans store with a family atmosphere. Can sit and talk with those guys for hours. They help you with any question you have and never feel pushy or try and get you to leave in a hurry. Helped my grandma start vaping and really made sure she was getting into the right product. Unfortunately, their service is not up to par. I bought an eGo AI0, and right out of the box it popped louder than I had ever heard. About a month later it will not charge. I brought it back to the store I bought it, was told there was a 30 day warranty. I said I dont have the receipt, could they look it up in their system. No was the answer. I asked if he could look at the device to see why it would not charge on anything I tried. Even though I was the only one in the store, the guy behind the counter said there was nothing he could do since I didnt have the receipt. Basically they sold me an inferior device and would not help try and figure out why it wouldnt work.UPDATED Response: It still wont charge, which was the main reason for my visit. The employee did plug it in for about 10 seconds and determined it was working fine even though I explained that it will not hold a charge. The employee said it is charging now so there is nothing he could do. I did ask about the very loud popping sound but he said that was normal so I said OK. I subsequently purchased another type elsewhere and do not have that same issue (nor did he on his device - it sounds like a cap gun going off). I wasnt trying to get a new device for free, just trying to get some help. I came in fully expecting to have to buy a new, better device if I couldnt get this to work.

The policy of returns is very bad and unfairI bought a disposable device and later on it was not working because of defectous battery. I did not use at all.Despite de guy that was in the shop was very polite, he didnt accept the return despite I had my ticket. I do not recommend at all this shop

I have been to many vape stores across the country and this is possibly the worst experience ive ever had. Im not sure if the store pays for these reviews, but the employees are NOT as friendly as the reviews sound. These are the most condescending vape store employees I have ever met. They spoke to me as if I had never used a vape in my life. When I bought a product I was told there was a manufacturer return period. You can imagine my suprise when I went back to return it and they claimed it wasnt defective enough to return. In fact, the employee tried to blame ME for the device issues like I am some kind of newbie to vaping. After this horrible experience I attempted to contact the owner to give them another chance and right this. It has now been over a week and he has yet to respond. I would recommend ANY other vape store as there are several within blocks and all have given me a much better experience

I was skeptical when I walked into the store, but as soon as I was in I was instantly greeted by Nathan, who was super nice, and knew everything he talked about, he was able to help me with all of my vaping and CBD needs and I was able to get in and out of the store with no problem, definitely will be returning!!

WARNING if you shop here & get a DEFECTIVE, NON-WORKING PRODUCT you are NOT able to return it & get your money back under ANY circumstances!!! Even when the clerk dropped the product on the floor before putting it in the bag. He said it LOOKED fine. Took it home & the torch did not work at all. Returned to store with it & both clerks could not get it to work. To get a refund they had to call manager who told them he would call them back in FIFTEEN minutes. We waited for return call & then told no refund only exchange. But, they would not demonstrate that the replacement torch worked. Left the store & now disputing charge with credit card company.DO NOT SHOP AT THE KING OF VAPE AT 3032 SANTA BARBARA CAPE CORAL!

I brought a $50 YoCan dry herb vaporizer right before I went away to NYC on April 6th., try and try and I couldnt get it to vape. Im just getting back today, 21 days later and went to address it at the store, they checked it and sure enough it never worked. They just told me I would need to take it up with the manufacturer because it was over a week since I purchased it. Where is the accountability here and customer service, where? I just got back; I didnt try it until I got to my destination because I specifically got it to use it there.The 2nd thing, I packed at the spot directly in front of store and the parking cement block is exposing the inside metal rod, the cement is totally off. I tripped over it, told the guy in the store it was dangerous and someone is going to get hurt with it. No apologies about me having to trip over it and I was simply told it was the landlords problem. So, its, so what if one of their customers get hurt... is that what is it? where is the customer service? where is the accountability?

Worst return policy even though the device is within 3 days. Also sold me a fake device when I went to register it thru the website it said the serial code was invalid. If your devices were really good why so much thing with returns? It is fraudulent what the store is doing. Also I’m 30 and the guy got all sassy when asking for my ID like if I was 15 the way he looked at me asking for it. Really unprofesional, and fraudulent with return policy will never go back.

I bought a charger walked out the door and it didnt fit my device after I showed the guy what my device was and asked for a charger for it. I walked back not even two minutes later and was told no refunds unless there was a manafacturing defect and I should have known even though the website says unopened or unused items can be returned🤣

My Review of Natures Tru Cbd gummies I bought the 500 mg sour gummy worms were really great tasting. I only eat 2 and feel a great sense of relief for anxiety and pain . Ill be continuing to use this brand.

Worst return policy EVER!!! Have had a Vape that didnt work right out of the box and they wouldnt take back even with a receipt!! Stupidly I went in again a few months later and bought a base, which I was told I could return if there were any problems, well it wouldnt work on any of cartridges I have, so I tried to return and they wouldnt take it back cause it worked on one of the cartridges they had after 15min of messing with it!!! But still it doesnt work on the cartridges I have so its worthless to me!! I had already gone somewhere else and purchesed another one!!! So once again I have a useless item purchesed through them that they wont take back!!!

Went in to purchase a Juul vape and pods. I was sold an ovni device with juul pods, being told the entire purchase were Juul products. They told me to keep the receipt for a 10 day return. The fake and defective device would not hit, and tasted burnt. Returned within 3 days, and was refused both a refund and store credit. Very deceptive sales practices, fraudulent return policy, and terrible customer service. Will not return.

I bought a Juul Vape at a competitors store and they misinformed me about refilling. I then went here Because a coworker recommended the placemThe guys helped me understand more about switching from cigarettes to vaping to ween myself of nicotine. They explained how the juices work and were very knowledgeable about the product.They set me up with an inexpensive but sturdy vape and a wonderful juice. When I purchased, he took the vape out on the packaging and showed me every step of maintenance and how to full and use the product.I see why my coworker recommended this place and Im glad I went. Its also around the corner from my house. 10/10 would go again
