This place is clean and well appointed. The person on the phone spoke good English, as well as the one at the front desk. My massage therapist, Coco was very good, professional, just enough personable (I dont like a lot of talking during zone-out time), and worked on all my sore muscles. She had some techniques for working out chronic knots that other therapists dont know about. Im feeling so much better with daily living and sleeping better too. I like the price here too at 1/4 of the price of a resort. Ill be back to see Coco.

Just had a great massage with Monica! The massage was exactly what my body needed. The business is clean and quiet.

Unfortunately the massage I received here was not satisfactory. The one person working the front desk and doing massage was unable to speak any English so that was part of the challenge when explaining Id like a deep tissue. Then the actual massage room did not seem very clean and the service was shortened, and hardly any pressure. Im disappointed and wont be back :(

Was looking forward to a good massage, but didn’t happen. Wanted a deep tissue massage and it was more like a rub. Therapist/receptionist did not speak English and not qualified to do a massage. Will not be back. Very frustrated.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! No matter how badly you need a massage DO NOT go here. I promise you will regret it. It was one of, if not THE WORST massages of my life. I then let the manager know how bad my experience was and told her I didnt want to pay for the massage. She told me I had to pay and could not leave. She then called the owner who said the best they could do was give me $10 off. Instead of making a scene I decided to pay and leave as quickly as possible. I will never go back and I implore you to do the same.

So...not the best massage, she (didn’t get her name) felt like a beginner. Handwork wasn’t great but the hot rocks aspect was very good. Negatives- she leaned against me often, beginning of the massage was awkward, elbows too hard and hands too soft, clearly right handed. Positives- flowed smoothly, mirrored right and left (mostly), hot rocks! stretching was well done.

My wife had this and she said was the best massage she had in years. The place was clean and the staff were super nice and polite. She told me her body felt like jello and pain free. Katie was amazing and she will defiantly be back. Thank you guys so much!

Great massage but the lack of English speaking people makes it VERY difficult to get what you need worked on done! If they could have a sheet you marked your problem areas or at least 1 person there to explain to therapist that would help! The sister location East Holistic has an English speaking receptionist. The form doesn’t seem to help. If you tell the receptionist to relay it she will :-)Jason and William give a VERY deep tissue massage.

I have been to LA Costa Massage many times and all my visits have been really nice! The women take the time and effort to make sure Iam always doing well and are not afraid to go deep (when I as ask them too). I also accept any communication gaps since some of the technicians are from abroad, it makes it fun for both parties (if you let it). Iris and Amy come highly recommended.

I visit this place about once a week. I always get a great massage for a great price. Its usually a walk-in basis. Ive had many different therapists but they have all done a great job. Its a great find.

Wonderful! It may not be the Omni, but it makes up for that in several ways. Its easy to get in, the massages are fantastic, and its pretty inexpensive. Im going to make this a regular thing!

Scheduled an appointment for a 30 minute massage at 3:00, when i arrive the front desk woman whom which speaks no english began asking me for $100, which i had discussed with someone else already and was $45 when booking my massage, she then proceeds to tell me im 30 minutes to early and asks me to leave, absolute waste of time and im still in loads of pain, would not recommend if you plan on actually recieving a massage!
