Love the owners and the employees. Weve been customers since they first opened.Only issue is: we got hooked on vape juice we first purchased there. Aloha Rave and Milk of the poppy are the juices we buy. We got told those companies went out of business. Well we did some research and we actually go out of town for the manufacturers of aloha rave and they have no intention of going out of business. And theres severable stores in town that now carry milk of the poppy. If they carried those items they use to carry, wed 100% give them our business because we prefer them over others. Not to mention my husband got bit by their full grown pitbull and we didnt do anything about it. Blood and everything. Yet they barely implemented rewards for discounts. Bit of advice: even if you have money, still treat your customers with grace and appreciation.

Both Carlsbad locations are top of the line! Super helpful, honest, and patient employees. Prices are better than others in town as well. And above all, they stand behind all of their products! This is the only place I’ll go while in town from now on!

Hands down in my top 3 vape shops in New Mexico!! They always have what you need, and if they don’t they’ll get it asap! Great variety, no cheaply made products, and the staff are willing to teach you a thing or two about the products you’re purchasing. Friendly, you don’t feel forced to buy anything while recommending products bettering the consumer’s preferences, habits or picky like myself. I could go on and on. Go take a trip to T’s yall!!

Super expensive compared to other shops, 30 dollars for a 100ml bottle is ridiculous, 9 dollars for one coil is price gouging. I will most definitely shop out of town before I come back here. I do have to say though they are super nice and knowledgeable. But price does make the difference.

Awesome place with amazing people! They are very attentive to any needs you may have, and they are helpful with any questions or concerns. I can’t say enough good things about Ts. I send anyone interested in vaping on over to them.

The service is good. There prices are not, A package of coils that are $30 cheaper online and $24 cheaper at other stores. I have learned that there are better places in town. I also do not see why anyone would want to waste there time with a 5ml bottle of juice. Over all too expensive and not worth the time.

First time buyer, went in and bought e-juice, and 3 coils 50 bucks. Only to later on break My vape tank 🥺. Afterwards iWent in for a replacement glass,instead of selling me the extra glass that the sub ohm tank comes in out of the box he charged me for a whole new tank, 😑 came out spending way more than i wanted to😒. Other shops usually sell the extra glass since all the tanks boxes have extra seals and glass. Why charge me 50 bucks when all I wanted was the glass 👎🏼. Came out paying a whopping 100 bucks. 😑What happened to customer service.

Customer Service makes it all that much better, all of the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Many brands/flavors, plenty of starter kits and such. The only thing they lack is having every single brand new popular vape, but it really shouldnt matter if you use tried and true rigs.

Large variety of flavors but the two flavors I selected were not made well at all. Cloudy and flavorless juices. Coming from another state (ND), the prices here seemed really high. 60ml for around $20 is what good juice goes for in ND. High end and reserves obviously goes for high. Purchased 2 CBdubbies at > $15 each. Ive never paid for one before. Generally they are given away by shops here. I do understand that the market may be different this far away from home but not by that much.They have much to learn about good juice and their prices are too high.Will not be going back.

I go there for my vapes. I work in the oilfield as an operator and they have great knowledge about what will last the longest for my long days

Nice little store, has huge varieties. Could walk in and get what you need than head straight for the exit in .,..it would take you up to around 5.00ish - or maybe try at 8:00 at the latest..

They have ripped me off more than I can count. They make the worst juice out there. It’s harsh and it don’t taste good after a few days. Order your juice it’s cheaper, it taste better and your not getting screwed over.

Bought a dry vape it didnt work when i got home. Took it back he said it was use and it wasnt it wouldnt heat up. So got tired of trying to exchange it. Wasnt asking for a refund just something that worked paid 75 dollars for a paper weight. They were disrectful and didnt want to help and the first vape they sold me was the wrong kind so bought 2 vape spent over 120 dollars in same place when i went in there. No vape and 120 dollars poorer. For my experience if you can order online you get for half the price and probably better service

I love going into Ts honestly, wide selection, great mods, they treat you respectfully and inform you on exactly what you need to know, My friends and I go in here on a weekly basis whether its for juice or upgrading, highly recommend and wouldnt go anywhere else

Trash this place is terrible drove from El Paso cuz I was told they had 0.5 PODs for my Orian DNA and I get here and they tell me they don’t even sell them that’s terrible!!

Love the selection and the customer service is always amazing!

Went in for freemax coil triple mesh and some juice. The guy who helped me didnt know the difference between the types of mesh coils. I also asked for 3% nicotine on my menthol juice. Got home and the coil pack was open along with juice labeled 6% nicotine.
