Josh was super helpful when I came in today. I was looking to replace my box mod with a smaller vape. He is very knowledgeable about all the different products! Wasnt pushy and didnt try to upsell me. They didnt have the exact kit that I wanted in stock at Lewisville but he called the Carrollton location to see if they had it, so I went there. Morgan, at the Carollton store was dope too! He was patient with me because Im weird and indecisive. I highly reccomend checking out either of these locations. Ive never had a bad experience! This place is very professional and super nice. I go for kratom every week. The guy inside always makes sure he has what Im getting and seems to actually care about his customers. I have purchased two kits here, one for $50 and one for $90, and was pleased with both of my purchases. Both times I was assisted by the same young man who was knowledgeable, understanding of a newbie, and offered a no-pressure sales pitch. Will definitely be going back and purchasing another, more expensive device in the future.

Prices for some things have improved but juice is exorbitant. Sorry I can make high quality house juice at home for .75cents/120ml.Hoeever best price on coils around and great knowledgeable staff that will teach you coil building etc.

Was in a pinch and needed a new set up this morning. I didnt get the guys name who was working but, that dude was one of the nicest and most genuine people Ive ever met. My man knows his stuff and earned himself a return/regular customer.

Updated my review to three stars because all of their house juice comes in glass bottles. Everyone carries extra juice when they leave the house, but you cant carry a glass bottle around! I had to buy plastic bottles to keep the juice in. Its a pain to have to move my juice to different bottles every time I buy new juice.Great flavors and a very friendly and helpful staff. Prices are a little higher than other shops.

Over they have good selection of liquids and products. The only real problem I have is thier rewards program. When I initially started there was all different options to use your points with then they changed it all of a sudden to something I think was in the wrong direction. Ive had points missing several times and they still fail to move me to silver level earning more points for what I spend. I have accumulated around 700 points and they still have me at the bronze level. I know other stores with better programs but I come here for the service and convenience of being close to me.

First of all... I am not a big fan of posting reviews on Yelp. I believe Ive only done like 3-4 reviews so far, and never negative. But I strongly believe in giving credit where credit is due.I just moved here (Dallas) from Phoenix about 5-6 months ago... And I wanted to find my place, my vape shop. Little do I know that I was going to find it right away. Im extremely picky with the devices I use, the juice I vape, and how much money I spend. But most of all... Im extremely picky with customer service. Everything can be great, but if I get treated the wrong way, I will never go back to a place.This vape shop wowed me since the first 5 minutes I was there. Their customer service is like no other! Usually in vape shops you can find very cocky people (at least in my past experiences), but not here.Sheriyar and Lewis are the main two guys that have taken care of me! These two guys are AWESOME! There is no other way to describe their customer service; friendly, always with a smile, never in a bad mood, always willing to help out and never trying to sell you something that you dont need. Also Morgan who has taken care of me lately... extremely patience and always a great attitude and very knowledgeable of the devices and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure the customer leaves happy and with no regrets (exactly what happens tonight) (THANKS Morgan). Last but definitely not least... Lyric and Tyler which Ive only seen a couple of times but also very friendly and helpful.You can honestly say that these people care about you and your needs.I will most definitely keep coming back to this location and only this location.Thank you ALL for being so AWESOME at your job.

Superb store in Carrollton, I have never seen a store with such a large selection of e-liquids that you can test before choosing. They even offer custom nicotine levels which is really cool. Friendly staff. Enjoyed my time in this store.

Came in 20 minutes before closing time. Cameron walked me and my girlfriend through different options of vaporizers in our price range. He was extremely knowledge and helpful in all the services and stayed 30 minutes after closing time to make sure we were taken care off. I would highly recommend this shop for all your vapor needs.

I dont know if its just because of the type of CBD I purchased last time from somewhere different. But a gentlemen with pretty long hair helped me out with a 1700mg that was literally stronger than the 2500mg I purchased elsewhere. Yeah, Ill def be back

Tank selection is terrible and they do not even carry coils for the tanks they carry. Stock levels on fluid are extremely low even though you informed the employees you would by 3 bottles a week if they have it in stock
