The absolute best vapor store in or around DFW, worth a trip to Carrollton, coming from near or far .They offer many brands of mods, accessories, anything your mind or vapor stick can use or need they have it to include disposables I believe. They have their own extensive juice bar and menu. All the flavors are great, nicotine level up to a 12.Their product and inventory is better than most but their best attributes are their customer service and their prices. Everybody you meet in the store is extremely helpful,courteous, and friendly. At these prices, competitors in the area are in trouble. So if youre in the area of Old Denton and George Bush, go see Jay, at JK VAPES. Youll be glad you did.

This is the best vape shop Ive ever been in they have a very large range of products and the prices are really good as well and Jay is Super friendly and very knowledgeable about different vape types and I usually get burned onbad vapes at other stores but you can return a bad vape if you bought it the same day thats good because I have bought some before at other shops and couldnt tell right away that they were not any good but thats not a issue at JK Vapes check them out for your

The guys in the store are very friendly and not know it all and look down on you for asking questions like some other Vape stores in Carrolton and even Dallas/DFW area. The store is very clean and chill. Great shop and they have everything you need from a beginner to veteran vapers. They mix their own high quality juice in house and I found out they where engineers who loved vaping and decided to open up a vape shop together years ago. They are super dudes. 👌 I highly recommend them!

Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional staff. By far some of the best quality vapor liquid that can be found here in Dallas. Always a nice clean vape, with no leaking or burning problems. I try not to go anywhere else.

Since Ive been coming here, I have never had any kind of bad experience! The guys are great, they truly value their customers! In rare instances Ive been out of town and had to go to another vape shop and I always end up with the wrong thing. Either the coil or the glass. I drop and break my glass often as they know. So this is where I will always go, even if I have to call them and ask them to send it to me, they would still send me the right item. JK has always been the best. The owners are good people and take care of their customers. Theyll go out of their way to help you and make you feel comfortable. Their products are the best and they help you get that perfect taste, even if they have to mix up juices.

I have been to a few vape shops, but the customer service here is amazing. I worked with Jay on 2 separate occasions. I was having an issue with a Nord 4 that I purchased from another shop. The tanks keep leaking no matter what I do. Jay listen to me and guided me to what I needed, he was not wrong best travel size pod mod I have used even my wife wanted one. I went back to get her one about a week later, Jay was there and remembered my name. The prices seem fair but I will always pay more for great service.Thank you Jay!

Been there a few times and they always rush me right back out the door. I look like an average person so its not like I go in there looking like a thug or a beggar. They have a small selection and are overpriced and on two occasions did not have the juice I wanted, which was a VERY COMMON and very popular brand.For my girlfriend, they set up one of those regular customer account things where regular customers earn points but never once bothered to ask me my name and number to set one up for me. I feel offended every time I go in there and I am always polite and thankful.It is a shame that I wont be going back because the place is less than 5 minutes from my house.

I went here for my daughter because she moved away and ran out of one of their signature vape juices. My boyfriend vapes but I dont know much about it so I asked the gentleman working quite a few questions about ingredients they use and things like that. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered my questions without having to look it up or ask a co-worker. I decided to get my bf some juice and paid almost 40% less than what we usually pay at our regular store. My bf says that it is some of the best juice he has ever had. Im almost positive that we will be going here from now on.

Drove 30 minutes to get the peach green tea flavor, and boy was it worth it! The staff was an absolute delight to work with and gave me a free bottle of juice! I will definitely be coming back here, awesome spot!

Bought it and used it three time one day, save it for a few days and now it’s not working. Even charged it but still nothing.Can’t return it either since lost receipt.Never buying again.Thanks but no thanks

JK vapes has become my defacto vape shop. If you need something, theyll start stocking it or try their best to. If your vape breaks, if they can help you with fixing it they will. And best of all- their prices have always been fair across the board. No gouging on the juice prices, they actually carry the cartridges and coils for what they sell, and the staff there is just relaxed and good people. Definitely go there for your vape stuff instead of online.

Ive been frequenting JK Vapes for a couple of years now and I have to say they are the best shop in Carrollton, if not DFW altogether. Jay and Justin are not only knowledgeable, but they are helpful and friendly. Everyone is a friend when you enter their store. They give advice if needed and dont force sale you anything you dont want or need. You ask them a question and they give reliable information and recommendations based on your needs. They have an AMAZING line of house juices that they consistently build on as they try new flavor combinations to find what the customer likes. When I first visited their store, they sold primarily premium juices made by other crafters. But since then, they have developed some of the best flavors I have had the pleasure of sampling (and ultimately bought). And these flavors rival any top shelf premium liquid I could buy online. Bonus: they offer a reward system and have a BOGO Tuesday offer. So, if you get the chance and are in the area, stop by and see them. Even if you arent in the area, make a trip to Carrollton to try some of their juices. You wont be disappointed.

Went in to buy a subtank mini and these guys are the best. Treat a noob with patience and tell you in a simple way how stuff works. You could get a subtank mini cheaper online but for 10 extra bucks you will get insight and they go beyond and above to send you out the door satisfied and happy. I think I have found the best shop for ecigs in the area. Will definitely visit often.

My wife and wanted to stop smoking cigarettes. We chose JK vapes, and each and every employee have been friendly and extremely helpful. Lauren, on her day off, actually went to the shop and brought the new vape that my wife and I wanted and she even found it in a couple of colors that we didnt know were available. Justin text me and was extremely helpful in getting the info relayed to Lauren so she knew what we wanted so we didnt have to smoke cigarettes while waiting for the vape to arrive. We havent had a cig since we started vaping and we will be non stop customers. Way to go all Staff

Went in to buy a mod and they had a small selection with very over priced items. I took my business elsewhere and got the same item for $20 less.
