Elements Massage

I don’t normally post reviews, but I felt strongly about having to respond to my experience at this location in Cary . I’ve been going for three months as a member and they are a wonderful group. First and foremost, the Price is amazing but just the welcoming and the care about you more than just a customer. Tim, the manager amazingly accommodating compassionate to all. And reflective with staff. 😊I’ve only worked with David and he is Fantastic I highly recommend him.I haven’t used any other therapist, but I’m sure that they are all great. I am a highly satisfied customer

Ive been coming to Elements Massage for the last couple of months and its been the best experience so far. Ive gone to many massage parlors in the past and I have never been able to find the right one. When searching for a massage in my area, the positive reviews and comments is what drew me to give it a shot in the first place. The appointment process over the phone was a breeze and the gal I spoke with on the phone was incredibly nice. I was introduced to my therapist, whos name is Dean, and have not gone anywhere else since. Dean is professional and ensures that every appointment I have is a success such as asking me which areas I want to focus on, level of pressure, bed temperature, etc. At the end of every appointment Dean gives me recommendations that I should practice on my day to day to reduce the level of stress I tend to carry in certain muscles. He is very knowledgable and I trust his expertise when it comes to my physical health. I have a busy schedule, always on the go and Dean knows how to help me escape into a world of relaxation. That said, if youre in the area, whether you live in Cary, outside of Cary, or even dropping by temporarily, I highly recommend checking this place out and working with Dean. I love this place so much that I even got the member subscription. I am not a fun of subscription based models but this one was worth it without a doubt. In my experience, lots of massage parlors are heavy at selling these subscriptions but i was not pushed at Elements at all which I think is what drew me to actually get it lol. I should also mention they have some awesome enhancements that you can add to your massage experience. Ive tried the aroma therapy and the CBD one and I cant wait to try to the hot stones in my next appointment, but of course with Dean. And as a reminder, make sure to tip your therapist after your appointment. I never think twice when it comes to tipping because Dean is truly part of my healing process and is much deserving. Anyway, if youre still reading my review, I would highly recommend making an appointment now. I saved you the hassle from experimenting with other parlors. Thank me later. Good bye :)

Tom has skills to read my body’s reaction and proceed accordingly! He is very skilled at the right pressure for deep tissue massage! He made me feel very comfortable throughout my massage! Great massage!

Front desk is friendly, office is clean and quiet, Dominic my massage therapist is the best - thorough, knowledgeable, gifted, communicative, respectful, kind. Every experience at Elements is 100%!

Latasha was excellent! Deep, firm massage and very detailed in massaging every muscle, she also focussed on some area of tension she picked up. She seemed very knowledgeable, is professional and polite and I would definitely book with her again! Thank you Latasha, i had a wonderful time.

I agree completely with Mama Daye. I just had my first massage with Jazmine, and in my ~15 years of massages, I do not exaggerate when I say that she is probably the best. I like truly therapeutic massages, which are challenging as they require strong pressure throughout a 1.5 hour session. She never lagged and even occasionally explained scientifically what she was doing and why (I love this as I am a scientist). Without hesitation, she described the relevant muscles by their medical names and what the technique was doing. In other words, we nerded out together, Im pretty sure I dozed off at some points, and I emerged feeling better than I have in years. Jazmine, you have my loyalty!

4/2024 Updated review:If you are able to actually have an appointment, the massage therapists that Ive had, both Oscar and Jessica (Jessica no longer works there) are amazing. But the available appointments are far and few between and are often canceled day. I canceled my membership a year ago because they kept canceling my appointments, and when I asked to be refunded for the massages I had paid for with my membership, they told me this was not their policy, and that they could give me gift cards to use instead. I just tried to use one of these gifts cards, I got childcare so that I could go and relax, and what do you know? Morning of... They cancel my appointment because my therapist isnt feeling well. I wont be returning.------------------------Ive been coming to this location for over a year now. Jessica is the best you can find!

I love a deep firm massage and if you are like me Jazmine is the Massage Therapist you want! She goes deep in and can find every knot, and tight muscles spot. I have only gone to her twice and I am sold. I have Cauda Equina Syndrome and one of the severe symptoms is locked muscles and nerve pain. I usually have to take muscle relaxers 3 times a day and still dont get a great relief, however Jazmine does her magic in 60mintues, and I come out her room feeling like Jelly! She also goes beyond the massage table by giving me stretches and exercises that will help me relieve my muscle and nerve pain. The front desk staff and facility are professional, positive and calm experience. I truly enjoy going there twice a month.

One of the newer therapists didnt make me feel comfortable - put an extremely hot towel on my back (she did apologize), didnt check my footrest, didnt cover me back up with sheets prior to leaving the room. I think all of these issues are basic customer service that can be improved on.I used this location for over a year, but with recent changes in massage providers, I will likely cancel my membership.

I got my first massage here and I loved it! I just came back for a second one and will be scheduling a third. The people are kind, I love the environment and ambiance. I have no complaints! Shoutout to Colleen and Jessica!

Amazing experience from Google searching/research on the site to the front desk staff, and my therapist. Extremely comfortable and inviting atmosphere. My therapist, Jessica, was marvelous! She took the time to verify concern areas I had, then actually focused most of the time on them, while periodically asking if the pressure is ok (she can generate some serious pressure). Looking forward to going back and checking out the Sports, Trigger Point, and Stretching Massages!

I came here before and the experience wasnt too great..it wasnt warm and welcoming and my masseuse had a bad attitude. BUT Jess changed my whole experience the second time I visited. She is awesome, welcoming and she does what she does very well. I left out feeling like a million bucks after her deep pressure massage. I will be returning and requesting her.

I have been coming to see Varshay for over a year now. He is, hands down, the best massage therapist I have ever been to. He focuses each session on my pain points, talks to me about new methods before diving in, and makes suggestions. He is also such a ray of light, I love going in to see him every month and always leave renewed and refreshed!

Top-notch facility with a beautiful and relaxing interior, as well as very friendly, professional and attentive staff.This is the best place to get an amazing massage, without question. Staff listens to your desires and customizes your massage to be exactly what you want and need. Ive received massages from Varshay and Melissa. Both are highly skilled! Most recently, I have been receiving massages from Melissa. She is the best masseuse I have ever had and is absolutely incredible!! She is also very professional before, during, and after the massage. I prefer deep tissue massages, especially for the muscle knots in my upper back and shoulders. The quality of care that Melissa provides leaves me feeling extremely relaxed and rejuvenated! I am definitely a happy customer! As long as I live in the RTP area, I will never leave Elements Massage.

Go somewhere else if you can. I started going here because it was easy to book online, and went about once a month. I now have neck issues I didnt have before, and when they feel your knots, they barely even work them but say thatll take multiple sessions (yea cuz youre not working it anyway). Theyll massage your hands and arms when you tell them to focus on your back and neck. Definitely dont get a membership! I thought I was saving money but if you need to reschedule, you may still have to pay that month for 0 sessions because they rudely say, yea no were all booked.

The office is clean, quiet and welcoming. Unlike other salons it is not bustling with people getting a multitude of different services. My massage was amazing! Nadia asked questions as she went to make sure she was working the spots where I have issues. She was absolutely amazing! I have had not so great experiences when I have had to use someone other than my regular masseur. This was a wonderfully recharging experience! I will be back!

I went in for a deep tissue massage and came out worse off. My shoulder area was really painful. I was offered a free massage. I am thankful for that. While it did not alleviate the problem, it made it slightly better. My suggestion to elements is to treat their clients based on the responses they get from them. I had told the therapist it had been a while since I got a massage and he could have treated me accordingly. Anyway, I appreciate Elements offering me a complimentary massage and my therapist Emmy was great.

Ive been going here for a few months and recommend them. My partner and I have seen a few different massage therapists here and theyve all been excellent.Their membership can be a good deal however I decided ultimately to cancel mine since I was struggling to fit massages into my schedule. Canceling the membership was a guilt free and smooth experience, which was refreshing.

The entire staff was very friendly. The environment was clean and relaxing. My therapist, Varshay, took the time to listen and made me feel like he truly cared about my well being. And did I mention that it was the BEST MASSAGE EVER!!! Ive been getting regular massage due to my profession for over a decade now so I know a good therapist when I find one. Ive already booked my next appointment with him and cant wait to go back. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!!!

My boyfriend got me a massage here for our anniversary. They create a calming and welcoming environment from the time you walk in the door. My therapist, Desiree was fantastic! She was very communicative and good at her job. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their health and well being. She has great ideas for an all encompassing practice that I hope she one day pursues.

I loved my first time at Elements Massage. Ms Barbara at the receptionist desk is very kind and friendly. My massage therapist for my prenatal massage, Melissa, was very professional and did a great job helping get much needed relief for my aches and pains. I love the heated beds and the options to add some of my favorite essential oils. I am going to return biweekly to monthly and take advantage of the awesome rewards they give their members.

Had my first massage here with Stacie today and she was AMAZING!! I work out a lot and have a lot of stress so my body is always tense and sore. I chose to get the Himalayan salt stone upgrade and really enjoyed them. Stacie was very sweet and her pressure was perfect. The room was relaxing and there was even chocolate on the table before we started! This was one of the best massages I’ve had. Carla up front was so sweet and kind as I checked in, she got me all taken care of and booked my next appointment as well. She made me laugh and talked through the benefits of a monthly membership. I’m definitely considering it. I cannot wait to go back! Thank you both!

Outstanding front desk greeting and help. She was very informative and made me feel like their most important customer. Oscar did a fabulous massage! I went in in pain and walked out significantly better. I immediately arranged for my next appointment and signed up for the monthly membership. I loved that I didn’t feel ANY pressure to enroll in the program. I’ve already started telling people about it. I was sincerely impressed!

Absolutely wonderful experience! My first time at Elements Massage and I have to say it was my best massage to date. Oscar was fantastic and got all of my knots out + found knots in muscles I didn’t even know existed! So pleased that there was a cancellation and staff called me back to fit me in same day... will be back :-) thank you again for all you do!

From the start they stood out, I have never met a more friendly front desk, and my massage was great, Stephanie made me feel so at ease, comfortable and very professional. I could not find a single fault in the service. I was so impressed I got a membership (which by the way is an awesome deal, month to month and you can share it with an additional person). If you are reading this and debating going, go! You wont regret it!

They have been rescheduling mine and my husband’s appointments for over a year. Impossible to get a refund too. In the past for one of the 60min sessions , their therapist wasted ~20mins in total by coming late, adjusting my pillow over and over again. You don’t get your money’s worth here.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I went with 2 others and they also had amazing experiences. My masseuse was Jothem (he goes by Jo). I was so impressed by his technique and how he made sure I was comfortable. I have struggled to find a good masseuse and I have found one! I cannot recommend this place enough! Very clean and friendly staff!

Jothem is great - all of my massages have been very relaxing and hes good at applying the right pressure and finding the problem spots. The office is very clean and quiet. I like the monthly membership, making massages affordable, with some added perks. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my first massage with you. I liked how easy it was to make an appointment on line and find out a little about each provider. Reggie gave an excellent deep tissue massage. I plan to be back.

Therapist Jo was amazing, excellent deep tissue work, listened to areas of concern and really focused on these. Very professional, clean and relaxing facility. Staff is always kind and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, comfortable and relaxed.

Jo is great! He has helped tremendously throughout my pregnancy and his prenatal massages are highly recommended! Jo is very informative and professional, giving me extra tips and stretches to relief my stress and pain. Deciding to get a prenatal massage was my best decision! Thank you Jo and elements staff!

I received this as a gift from hubby because they are nationwide and we travel often. Im in NC and this was my 1st appt. Stacey ( sp? ) was wonderful and very attentive to my needs. Having neck/shoulder/arm/hand issues from years of abuse at work she focused on those areas but was in communication on each area to make sure it was comfortable while still assesing my problems. If back in this area I will definitely see her again!! I believe this is one of the best gifts hes given me!! They were all wonderful.

I felt very pampered from the time I walked in the door. The staff was very informative about services they offered. The massage therapist, Nadia, was amazing. She listened to the issues and problem areas I expressed. When I left I felt very relaxed and less tension in my problem areas. The massage therapist suggested some stretching techniques to help with the muscle cramps as well.

The massages themselves were average, not bad but nothing spectacular. Facility was clean. My biggest issue is I had a massage membership and canceled it having two massages built up. On the cancellation paperwork it states that you have to use all of them within 60 days of canceling, which was fine! When I call to schedule my second massage before the 60 days was up the desk receptionist corrected me and said I had until the end of 2020. When I call to schedule before the end of the year they said I had to do it 60 days after canceling my membership... so even though I tried to do as the paper work said the employee told me wrong and then the owner wouldn’t hold true to what I was told by their employee. I found it very unprofessional. I hardly ever write negative reviews about companies but hopefully I can keep someone else from having a negative experience due to their bad communication.

As a person who suffers from chronic back pain, massage is something I do to help with that, in addition to it being a relaxing experience. Over the years, I have had a number of different massage therapists; however, no one comes close to how great Varshay is. He has been my therapist for several years, and I cant imagine going to anyone else. He just gets the human body, takes the time to listen about where the pain is, and then methodically goes to work to ease the tension and pain. Anyone looking for an amazing therapist should look no further and book an appointment with Varshay!

I like my therapist, Melissa. She is exceptional and so strong! I always leave better than I came. Shes the best!

Oscar have me an amazing deep tissue massage. Helped me get motion in my hip back because my thigh muscles got too tight. It was my first time there and I signed up for a membership that day. Looking forward to my next massage!

It was a good place to get a massage up until covid hit. I could not go due to considerations related to health after that. They just kept charging me over and over knowing well that i wasnt using the subscription for almost an entire year until i finally filled out the form and asked to cancel. I got a tepid call stating gift cards are offered if i liked. Fleecing people at a time like this is completely unacceptable.If person cannot come due to health reasons issue a refund and apologize. Thats the least you can do. Absolutely will not revisit or recommend to anyone.

First of all, heads up this business offers a first time service 10$ more than surrounding places.I made an appointment online and then called the store a couple minutes later to double check that the service I signed up for was good to go and the correct price. The woman at the front desk confirmed that yes the appointment was available for me and they would see me in a couple hours.30 minutes later she calls me back and tells me that the masseuse was leaving early and couldnt make the appointment anymore. Then she asked me to reschedule for later today. Didnt really apologize that she had just confirmed with me that the appointment was good to go and when I explained no I wasnt able to come she just said for the next time I make the appointment she will still honor the first time discount.If I call to confirm the appointment is right and then you call me back at least offer me something worth rescheduling with you. I wont come back.

Joe was awesome! I enjoyed a very thorough, relaxing and educational session. Usually I wake up with back pain or stiffness in the a.m but the next morning I felt a huge difference...pain free!!

Receptionist was very rude. I was unable to schedule an appointment because according to her they were booked for the entire week and no she did not check the schedule.

I had an appointment scheduled for about 3 weeks. The day before the appt I had received a reminder text. I show up for the appointment only to be told that I do not have an appointment. Showed the nice young lady the reminder text from the day before and was then told that the therapist had called out for the day and that they were all booked up and could not fit me in today.

Horrible experience, my husband and I (who are both health professionals) went to this place, long story short... he went in perfectly well with no issues and now he can barely walk now and neither he nor I have been able to sleep well in the last several nights due to pain and discomfort. We now have to go to the doctor to see what is going on. The person that contacted me tried to educate me about lactic acid build up and muscle cramping as an excuse for severe lower back pain and compared it to post workout cramping. Which upset me even further since we are both knowledgeable in how the body works and know the difference between a muscle cramp (even severe ones) and severe pain due to wrong manipulation.

Alex did an AMAZING job. I love it that she incorporates stretches into the message. I left feeling amazing! I also love that Alex is a great listener and really cares about what she does and how you are feeling throughout the massage.

Excellent experience! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I really appreciated the fact that since my start time was running late, they gave me complimentary aromatherapy! I cant wait to return :)

I definitely recommend this place. My wife and I went here and both of the people that we seen were outstanding. I seen Stephanie and I think my wife seen Lindsay. The prices here are comparable to some of the other ones and the establishment was clean and inviting. We will definitely come again and you should too.

The staff was awesome, and Jason was super knowledgeable. That knowledge translated directly into fixing some musculoskeletal issues I have plaguing me. He also gave some great advice for follow on care.

Emmy did an excellent finding my trigger points, explaining what she was doing, and providing me with stretches when I go home to prevent the trigger points from coming back. It was a great massage

Thank you Stacey for the wonderful massage. I am not the easiest of customers due to medical issues but Stacey listened and my massage was really nice. I was there for a 1 hour session but it felt like 10 minutes meaning it could have gone on longer. 👍👍👍👍

The technician was amazing and very knowledgeable about what to do to help relieve the pain I was experiencing and it helped me so much. Its the first time Ive been pain free in awhile.
