Tom is the best massage therapist I have ever encountered. He goes to great lengths to make every session special and goes the extra mile when I have special needs such as sports injuries. His skills are unmatched. I have been seeing him for several years and do not intend to stop anytime soon! He is truly an artist. But he also cares and listens. I recommend him without reservation.

Ive been going to New Era Skin and Body for years and Tom is an absolute miracle worker! I suffer from chronic back pain, rheumatoid arthritis, and osteoarthritis. Tom has always known exactly what to do to help manage flair ups and muscle strain. He provides a relaxing atmosphere to destress but also is extremely knowledgeable--I often say he is like a perfect mix of relaxing massage therapist with helpful stretches similar to physical therapy! I hurt my back moving boxes in my classroom and reached out for an emergency session. He had me in within 2 hours and I left feeling MUCH better! Ive had many doctors, physical therapists, and massage therapists over the years to help manage pain, but Tom is by far the best! Do yourself a favor and see how great youll feel just after one session!

There is no better massage therapist than Tom. I was routinely seeing Tom for 18 months to help with inflammation and my tension from endometriosis. Tom’s willingness to listen and work with my body’s limits makes him the superstar he is. I’ve since moved from the area but I still cannot find anyone nearly as great as Tom. I went to have my eyebrows done by Natasha at Beauty & Ink. She is in the same building as the massage therapist. She was great. Excellent customer service! She was not too slow! Took her time but didnt drag the appointment out. It was not painfulShe made sure to numb me very well!!I would recommend to others!

Tom is just amazing! Not only has he significantly reduced my number of migraine headaches with targeted massages, but he is just an overall great guy. I have had moderate to severe pain every day for the past eight years, due to injuries and arthritis. I was very grateful to get a customized, professional, and extremely effective massage session at New Era with a groupon coupon. I was pain free for the next couple of days, and quite limber for much of the next week, so I could work out a bit and head off the pain. If I lived in the area, I would definitely become a regular; as it is, Ive added New Era to my list of places to visit any time I am in the vicinity.

Tom is amazing! So thorough, he came as a massage chair event at my job and it was 15 minutes of complete relaxation!
