Worst experience here. I dont know what happened, this used to be my favorite shop. First the worker had no idea what we needed we finally figured it out. Next time we come know we want to get some candy, he has no idea how much they cost, prices arent posted, he even called the other store and they had no idea how much either. Went to favorite shop to worst shop know my opinion. I loved their selection of juice and now I will have to find a new shop. Very disappointed.

I went in today and was very pleased with my visit. The employee was very knowledgeable and helpful. He willingly looked at my other vape to see why it kept leaking. This will be the vape shop I go to from now on. Thank you for making my experience worth going.

ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING WITH THIS VAPE SHOP! First off, they just hired a new guy that literally does not have any knowledge of vaping. Whenever I go there to buy ANYTHING, and I mean ANYTHING, he has to call his manager and ask what the price is. 9/10 times, the manager says that he has no idea then hangs up, and the guy just stares at me and says Well he said he doesnt know, and declines any offer I make because hes not allowed to sell without knowledge of the price. On top of that, they think its just sooooo funny when Im explaining my problem. I politely told the man working How am I supposed to buy something? Ill offer any $$ amount and then him laughing saying beats me man, haha.

Its great to see a vape shop open up so close to downtown Cedar Rapids, Czech Village, and the NewBo District! A great locally owned small business I love to visit on a regular basis because of their selection comma customer service personal approach to their customers.

We stopped in today looking for a new vaping device, and the rep had no desire to help us, even though we were the only ones in the shop. When we first came in, the rep was crouched behind the counter, and looked stoned. He rushed us out of the door, before i finished my sentence.

Every time I stop by the Czech Village location its closed even when it should still be open, lights are on but doors are locked. Ive tried knocking and no answer. If yall arent open, turn off the sign! EDIT: someone is there but they never answer. Last time I stopped by someone finally let me in.

Horrible customer service didnt know the prices off products. Then called manager and she didnt know either on multiply products. Dont go too this store they are not good at all.

This is my go to vape store. Its got a nice vibe and knowledgeable staff.

Terrible... Waited 15 minutes after 12 to get something while on lunch ended up leaving to get back to work.. place never opened while I was there waiting. (place says opens at 12).

Great environment and can special order and have it in 3 days or so

At least update your stuff so people know youre closed or out of business.
