Such a lovely, serene, simple space. Friendly and helpful staff. My massage by Gracie was terrific! The temperature, the pressure, the scents....all perfect. A relaxing and delightful experience. I signed up for the monthly membership and cant wait to go back.

I had gone to see other massage therapists after the person I had been going to for years moved. I didnt care for any of them. I passed by Citrus Massage and looked at their reviews which looked very promising. After speaking to the front desk I booked a massage with Jennie. Hands down it was absolutely the best massage I have ever had. I have had lots of massages in my life and nothing compared to hers. She listens to the exact pressure you want and knows every little muscle to work. She is also an extremely warm person. Do not hesitate to go to Citrus massage. You wont be disappointed.

My first time at Citrus and it was wonderful. I had a 60 minute massage with Brittany. She was fantastic! Best massage I’ve had in a while. So relaxing, almost fell asleep a few times. Yet, also managed to find and work out those sensitive areas that needed extra love. Citrus itself is clean, peaceful and aesthetic. Will definitely be back!

Came in for the first time today, and from start to finish my experience was wonderful! All the staff is so kind and attentive. It’s my birthday, so not only was the staff kind enough to hang a sign in the room but they wrote me a sweet card as well! I felt so celebrated! My massage was incredible as well. I have never felt so relaxed! Make sure to add on the peppermint head/scalp massage as well because it made the massage that much better. I will definitely be coming back!

This is such a tranquil spa and has a great monthly membership! I would recommend booking with different therapists to see which one provides the style you are looking for. Jenny is incredible and very attentive & intuitive!

I love it here! I had a facial with McKenna today, and she is AMAZING! 🩵 She is kind and so good at what she does! She’s gentle and knows exactly when to talk and when to let the client zone out!Also, she pays attention to the little details that go a long way to enhance the experience: she doesn’t loudly get out the products; she checks on the bed temp and speaks softly; she makes sure the products feel good on the skin, etc.. Plus I left with glowing skin!I love supporting this local business. Everyone here is friendly, and it’s so clean. They have a membership program and offer a great line of products, but they aren’t the least bit pushy! I’ve always felt their focus is on your experience and not sales; it’s so refreshing! By pure luck I was able to schedule an appointment on their second day of re-opening. Of course, they adhere to the strictest guidelines, so I felt safe. I have followed CM on social media and have driven past here so many times, I was so excited to finally be able to check this place out. But, nothing could prepare me for kayce.Hands down, this was the most relaxing 60 minutes of 2020. He truly worked magic on me. It had been quite some time since my last massage and I appreciate the suggestion to a gradual approach as my body gets used to it again. He assured me he was going to give me “the best massage of my life” and he told no lie. He works to make sure you aren’t just getting a massage, but you’re getting an experience.I added cupping onto my service and will never be the same.. it’s a game changer. I HIGHLY suggest you do this if you’ve never tried before.The only thing I wish I had done was schedule the 90 minutes massage.Treat yourself and schedule a massage, thank me later.

Absolutely amazing and reasonably priced, Ive been going for almost a year now. The receptionists are always very nice and friendly and very helpful. Jenny has been the best ever! I keep coming back and shes so polite and always makes me feel amazing. They give aromatherapy during your massage (I always do the blood orange). Youll want to keep coming back, Ive never had any problems with anything!!!! 5 stars is not enough

My husband and I went for a couples massage today to celebrate our anniversary. We saw Lexi and Kyrstyn. I can truly say it was the most relaxing 60 minutes of my entire year. Both Lexi and Kyrstyn were incredibly attentive to our needs/wants for the session. The atmosphere was peaceful and aesthetically pleasing. When we left we were given a sweet note wishing us a happy anniversary. Overall the experience was amazing, and I would recommend Citrus Massage to anyone!

Wow this place a gem! They scheduled me right away which was perfect after I injured myself at the gym. The rooms set the tone for relaxation with a robe, a soothing scent and decorative decor. The massage therapist was amazing. They send you text messages to remind you of your appointment as well as call you the day before. The rates are affordable and have packages to choose from if your like me and need monthly massages. I’ll definitely be going back once I return to the US.

I have been to Citrus Massage 3 times so far and will be back for many more massages! I have had a different massage therapist for each appointment and they have all been amazing. I used to go to the reflexology places to get massages, but after trying Citrus Massage, I will never go back! From the kind staff, to the clean office, to the amazing ambiance, Citrus Massage has my business for life!

Amazing experience! It was the first time my husband and I have received a professional massage. We’ve had another since then at a franchise location, but we couldn’t stop comparing how much better Citrus was in terms of atmosphere, quality, and personality! Even the most basic, one hour massage made the franchise location seem subpar. We loved that we could choose a scent to be placed under our noses throughout the massage. Everyone was so kind and gentle! We’ll definitely be back once we save up enough money to do some add-ons :)

Worst experience ever. I made massage appointments for my mom and I. We went early to fill out paperwork. After being in the waiting area for 40 minutes, they came out to tell us they couldnt do the massage, because the therapist didnt feel comfortable giving my mom a massage due to her having an aneurysm. We explained it was stable and had been repaired 4 years ago, she gets frequent massages, goes to physical therapy twice a week where she gets massage, and on top of that had just gotten her MRA exam and had been given a clean bill of health, told there were no issues at all, and her doctor doesnt need to see her again for 2 years. The therapists persisted in their ignorance, and really should be educated on the difference between an acute aneurysm which would be a contraindication and a stable one which is indicated. Clearly they dont know what theyre doing, and wanted to go home, as they turned the lights out before we even got to the car. Apparently even tho they list their hours open til 9pm, we were their last scheduled appt at 6pm. We attempted to contact both owners Jacy and Seth Boyack, tho neither answered. Worst customer service ever. Definitely not ideal when the purpose of scheduling the massage was to relax. Do not get a massage here, Cameron and Travis do not know what theyre doing.

I began going to Citrus when they were so so new, and I was so very pregnant with my first!I truly think getting on a consistent flow for that pregnancy was what kept me feeling so incredible!Some things you can expect:-a gorgeous and very intentional space (its very calm, quiet and minimal so your mind can relax before your body even begins to)- kind and helpful staff-incredible therapists who truly want to help you and your body. Some do more intake questions than others, and have their own style to a certain degree, but you can notice some things are consistent (when you go as often as I do?!) in their care and work. You just know youll get what your body needs that day, and have an amazing massage.-owners who care. Every member gets a hand written note from the owner. Theyre such kind and caring people, and want you to have a great experience!

Cancelled couples massage 15 minutes before appointment. We pulled up in the parking lot, the phone rings and they cancel. They told my husband the therapist was sick. This was at 4 pm. Could they not call earlier or replace the therapist? Worse for it was husband’s birthday, and we were not offered any compensation they just offered to reschedule. No Bueno ! They contacted us after a week later and offered a free scalp massage, which normally is $20 add on. There are some businesses that just don’t get it, or understand what customer service means. Citrus massage on Pecos in chandler is one of them.

I recently had the BEST massage at citrus massage! I went as a “treat yo self” day and a couple weeks later I went in day-of to help with neck pain! Both times I left feeling so much better! I love that they were able to squeeze me in day of!- I saw Desi both times and she is a true healer!!Also I went for a facial and let me tell you 🙌 Amanda was so helpful and I left there glowing. Citrus Massage is the easiest place to recommend to people whenever they are looking for a place to get a massage. My wife and I make Citrus apart of every celebration we can and then some. The owners are the most real personable people I’ve ever met, and that translates over into the way they run their business and those they hire. I have never left an appointment disappointed and not wanting to book again. It truly is the greatest place to get a massage in the area.As for a personal masseuse/masseur recommendation, I couldn’t recommend Casey enough. Called and ordered my pregnant gf a massage. The lady on the phone was very nice and let me pay for it all right then and there. My gf said it was a great experience, she thought it was maybe a little rough but other than that she felt so much better afterwords! We will be getting another massage soon!

I dont remember how I initially came across them, but I booked a massage for my sister for her birthday last year, not knowing if/how much she was gonna like it. Let me tell you, she was OBSESSED after. Couldnt shut up about it. Then she booked a massage for my birthday a month later and I got to experience it, and I was equally blown away. Then they started offering facials this year and thats also AMAZING! Theyve become our go-to place for massages/spa services and I love that I dont have to think twice about where to go anymore. Also, aside from the amazing services, its obvious the owners (who are the kindest people!) have put so much heart, passion, and intention into their business/branding/customer experience. Everything seems so thoughtful and theyve really created an incredible experience from start to finish. And this is such a minor detail, but they had a birthday banner hanging up in the room when I came in for my massage and Im honestly just a sucker for the little things. Its really the perfect place to pamper yourself or a loved one!!!!!

Samantha is very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to choosing a massage suitable to your liking and I would recommend anyone who is new to massages or looking for a new facility to come here and try them out. And the essential oils you get to choose with each session is a nice touch (get sage & cedar, its underrated).

My husband and I came in for a couples massage shortly after Fathers Day, and after we moved in the hottest part of summer.The decor alone is reason enough to visit - carefully thought out paint colors, light fixtures, furniture, you name it! The environment makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk through the door, and then youre welcomed with the friendliest staff! Complimentary citrus water and oil scents are available in the waiting area. The massage room is gorgeous in a simple and relaxing way. My husband and I each enjoyed our massages, each with different requests met. We loved our experience so much, we bought a gift certificate for a friend on our way out.To say I recommend you visit would be an understatement. You NEED to go 🍊 I will be back again soon, myself!

Citrus massage was absolutely perfect. Their office staff was beyond helpful and nice. The decor and atmosphere was peaceful. My massage therapist was James. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. He was knowledgeable with muscles and pressure points. I had so much tension in my neck and shoulders and I left feeling like a new person. On the past I have never wanted a monthly massage anywhere because I never loved the places I would go. I would never request the same massage therapist because I didn’t completely love the massage. I love this place! I was looking for a place to treat my sister for her birthday and a friend told me about Citrus. I contacted them online and got a response right away- they set us up with therapists who could meet our individual needs (I needed prenatal and my sister wanted deep tissue). When I walked in I was greeted by the super friendly owner (how cool is that?!) who, even though I just met, made me feel like I have known her for years! I had a 60 minute massage that was amazing! I highly recommend Leanne! This is my new go-to massage place, I’m hooked!

I am in love with this Spa! I had my first massage last weekend and it was pure bliss. The staff is so warm and welcoming. I felt like I was family!I am currently pregnant and having the option to lay on my stomach via belly pillow was amazing. Something I haven’t done in a few months and I was also able to enjoy the massage in all its glory. The aroma therapy was a plus and the therapist was fantastic. I have already booked my second appointment, a couples massage. I need to make sure my husband gets to enjoy it as much as I did! Totally recommending this place to all my friends.

I’ve been going to citrus massage even before the pandemic and have always left happy. I just wanted a good relaxing massage after finishing my MSN and was paired with Desiree today. She’s new but I’ve never had a bad massage at Citrus. I think Desiree was highly professional. She told to me zone out knowing what my body needed and was professional in asking if I needed more or less pressure and if there was anything else I needed. I felt like she also was very organized and effective in where and how she performed. All in all, I will definitely book with Desiree again and I love Citrus in general.

She gave me a tour of their space and explained all their different services. She was very informative and not pushy at all! (Unlike some other places) Stacia provided such a warm and welcoming experience that I knew I wanted to make an appointment!A couple weeks later, I came back for my massage appointment and it was amazing! So amazing that I just had to sign up for the membership! The rooms are simple and comfortable, which I think simple is better. I have now gotten massages from Lexi and Leanne, and both are great! And I now know that “massage drunk” feeling that people have told me about.As much as I enjoy the massages, I also really enjoy getting to talk to Stacia! She and the owner, Jacy are such sweethearts! I can tell the team at Citrus Massage really care about their clients. This is the absolute best place to get a facial. I have gotten a facial with scalp massage and dermaplaning with Mckenna various times now. I have received facials from others before, but Mckenna is hands-down the best! She has the most gentle, kind, and thoughtful manner about her, which is hard to come by.

I came across Citrus Massage by chance and booked 3 massages this past Saturday to celebrate my friends birthday and WOW!! First, the awesome receptionist was able to get our 3rd guest in (a therapist volunteered to stay late and I have to assume it was because the receptionist asked or mentioned it). The day of the massages: easy check-in process, cute clean reception area and friendly receptionists. Someone (Im guessing one of the receptionists?) put up a Happy Birthday sign in my friends room...so thoughtful and it made my friend feel special. The room was very clean, the aroma therapy was delightful and the sheets were lux. The therapists, Hayden, Ben and Casey, were just AMAZING! I had Hayden and that was the best massage I have had in a very long time. Seriously. Hayden was so skilled and thorough; he clearly cares about his work. My two friends said their therapists were equally as good (although Im pretty sure I got the best one). We all walked out of there so relaxed, with smiles on our faces and we discussed how great we felt for the rest of the evening. Im so grateful I found Citrus Massage. They have professional therapists that truly care about their craft. Thank you, Citrus Massage!!

I was having a me day and Citrus Massage was my first stop. When you walk in to you will be taken back by how amazing it smells. They have a great seating area and ask if you would like some delicious water infused with fruit. It looks a bit small but when you go to the back its really big with lots of private rooms. Since my appointment was so early my room was in the couples room which is nice and big. The low lighting and music gets you excited while you wait for you massage therapist. I hate that I cant remember who gave me mine but she did am amazing job and I had a bad knot in my shoulder she got our for me. I cant wait to go back and recommend 10/10.

We did a couples massage at Citrus and were absolutely blown away at every aspect. Our therapists both knocked it out of the park. The spa is darling, decorated so cute, smells good, and has such a nice feel to it. The tables were comfortable and had warmers, and the sheets were SO soft. Aromatherapy (one of my favorite little touches) was free, you could choose your preferred scent. And another bonus we weren’t expecting- hot towels were used on our backs and feet which really added to the experience. We already booked an appointment to go back. We LOVE citrus massage. My therapist was Mysia and she rocked the deep tissue! Perfect pressure. And yet still incredibly relaxing. She has great technique. And I’m super picky about my therapists! Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this place enough, I learned about Citrus through a coworker and decided to give it a try. I’ve lived with rheumatoid arthritis my whole life, and I had a severe back injury at 12 years old. The pain from these two things have always made life difficult and painful, there are times when my leg pain is so overwhelming that I can’t stand or walk without support. I’m currently pregnant as well, and it’s safe to say that I’m constantly uncomfortable. I booked a massage with Andi due to the severity of my pain, I figured a massage was worth a shot to see if it helped! Immediately upon meeting her I could tell I was in good hands, she’s sweet and caring, and very communicative. During our first session I had sort of described my biggest pain areas, though honestly everywhere was uncomfortable (and at the time I was nervous to admit that, mostly to myself), and she seemed to immediately sense that my pain is in more places than I mentioned, and she worked her way through all of my knots and sore spots. I struggle to relax, because I’ve carried this discomfort through 24 years of my life, but when I’m at Citrus with Andi, it’s like my body takes a nap, and it wakes up refreshed every time. These past few months of my pregnancy (2nd trimester) would have been impossible if it weren’t for her and the incredible team at Citrus. If you’re considering getting a massage, I can’t recommend it enough. Especially if you suffer from chronic pain, you’re gonna be doing yourself a huge favor by taking the time to treat yourself! And if you can, try to book with Andi—she knows exactly how to help!

My therapist, Sidney, was very attentive and checked in with me throughout the service. Her technique was phenomenal! She worked out all my problem spots while helping me relax and unwind. Your service includes your choice of a variety of essential oils to add some aromatherapy. Also, they have several unique “extras” you can add like CBD oil and Indian Head Massage! I realize there are a lot of massage spa choices out there but this one is above and beyond! Plus when you support local small business, you support your community and local economy!

Went here on a whim to support a local business and after my first massage I instantly cancelled my other *massage chain* membership and signed up for one with Citrus and have been going almost a year now! I’ve suffered tension migraines for 11 or so years, so monthly massages are invaluable for relief/prevention and I’ve come across so many therapists in that time and can honestly say Citrus goes above and beyond to hire the best of the best. Joe and Mysia have angel-sent hands but honestly I trust going to anyone available (for the first time ever) here for both firm pressure on my extra knotty days and light pressure with a scalp add on on my headache days. My other big sell ( might be silly) is that they have the most comfortable head rests I’ve ever laid in that seem to have so much extra cushion and support than any other tables I’ve come across. They truly go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of and pampered and everyone from the front desk to the owners are the friendliest. I can’t wait for their second location to open that will be an even shorter drive for me!

I haven’t met anyone having a bad day there and everyone knows what they are doing, the massages are incredible. Again, I’ve never had a bad massage or one that makes me say “eh, it was ok”. I always leave refreshed loving the massage I just had better than the last, which I didn’t know was possible.2. Their social media. As a mom with 3 kids under 4 and business owner, I don’t always have the luxury of booking appointments in advance. But because they post all their NEXT DAY available appointments on their instagram, if I see one that works for me I can easily schedule it and take it. That’s a lifesaver.3. It’s local. This place is GORGEOUS. You instantly feel calm when you walk in the stylish lobby where two awesome and friendly women were there to greet me. You can pick your scent you want of essential oils which I’ve never seen and loved. The treatment room was so clean with soft sheets and an amazing massage therapist that checked in with me a few times and really listened to what I needed and helped me feel better. I scheduled my 90 minute massage with a cupping add on about 1 month ago. Jacy, one of the owners, scheduled my appointment and even from that phone call I knew I was going to love this place. Jacy was so bubbly and sweet and made booking an appointment a breeze! She listened to what i needed and put me with the best massage therapist, Casey. I had my first massage from Citrus Massage on Sunday evening and it was literally HEAVEN. I am a hairstylist who works 60+ hours a week and my upper body is constantly killing me. I have had a membership at a massage chain for almost 10 years and get one usually every two weeks, in addition to frequenting a spa every couple of months for some pampering. That being said, let me tell you... I have NEVER had a massage as amazing as this one at Citrus Massage. Keely was absolutely phenomenal. With the use of relaxing music, sound machines, essential oils, hot towels, and hot stones, the experience was truly unmatched. On top of it, I felt like Keely really was tuned into how my body was responding and the pressure she was using. Take it from a girl who used to frequent the Fontainebleau Spa in Miami for massages... THIS is the place you want to go in the valley. I will absolutely be returning!

Citrus just happened to be near my workplace, had solid reviews, and was not a chain...it was everything I was looking for! When moving somewhere new a lot of firsts are hit or miss, but this one has stuck. I only go once, about every other month, but Ive never had a bad experience. The first thing you notice is the beautiful Santa Barbra/ Spanish style of the building. It’s gorgeous. When you walk in, you’ll see that the inside is equally as beautiful. This isn’t like so many spas that smack you in the face with squishy velvet chairs, furry pillows and gobs of overtly feminine decor. This place just *feels* crisp. Clean. Fresh. No one would feel out of place in this space. Front desk friendliness? 10/10. The complimentary aromatherapy was an especially nice touch. (I tried peppermint) My massage was magnificent and the value of 90min of “hands on time”, no dressing buffer, cannot be overstated. Robert is possibly the most calming presence I’ve ever encountered. I had the perfect balance of drifting in and out of sleep without feeling like I “missed” the massage. Truth be told, I had to sit in my car for a few minutes to come out of my dreamy-massage haze. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 stars, I will absolutely return!

I had a head, neck & shoulder massage with Robert yesterday, also focusing on some points to help with migraines. First off, hes been polite and made me feel absolutely comfortable! Second, he had such a gentle and yet firm touch, gutting all of the right areas. I can tell he has got the technique down!! I have never actually fallen asleep during a massage (its a control issue of mine) but I found myself waking up more than once. Loved it!! I called in to schedule a couples massage for me and my husbands 5th wedding anniversary and spoke to Jacy. They only had one female therapist available for the time slot we wanted and I told her I would call back if we decided to go through with it. About 15 minutes later, Jacy called me back to let me know she pulled some strings and had asked her other female therapist to come in 1 hour early to give us 2 female therapists for our couples massage. This spoke volumes to me for Jacy to go that above and beyond to meet our needs and to make the massage possible and comfortable for us! This is a great family owned local business! I walked in as a crusty old broken ball of soreness and stiffness and I let Kyrstyn get to work. She was able to find every knot and chronically tensed muscle fiber and work them in to submission. I was so relaxed I almost needed to be carted away in a wheelbarrow back to my car. I look forward to the next one!

My MOH brought us here for my bachelorette party aka spa day and they were wonderful. The massage is great, so much so that I signed up for a membership, which is month to month so no lengthy contracts.

I’ve been going here for over a year now and I just adore everyone that works there! They’re all extremely helpful and thoughtful.I would go infrequently, but I think the monthly membership is a great deal!
