Gabby and Brenda are some of the best massage therapists Ive had. They are good at listening to the issues you are having and customize your massage to help the areas that are knotted up. I appreciate the professionalism and knowledge of the therapists at this location.

I recently decided to cancel my membership with Massage Envy due to really bad anxiety that had nothing to do with the company, I just was not using it enough to spend the money. I have read horror stories of trying to cancel memberships and it made me really scared to cancel mine, but that is not what I encountered. I emailed corporate after I read online that I needed to, but they told me to just let my location know. I planned to go in person several times, but ended up being unable to make it. My mom and I called a couple times to work it out and they told us only a manger was able to cancel it; however, they were able to tell us exactly when the manager would be in next (which was all day the very next day) so that we could do so. We ended up talking on the phone to the manager at the Chandler Blvd location, Bella. She was so kind and understanding and made the entire thing so easy. She even accommodated our situation by sending the forms by email immediately and sent me a confirmation directly after I sent the forms back. It was such a relief for me, as it was something I was stressing about for a while before I dealt with it. She was very compassionate, which is hard to find in managers these days. We appreciate her help so much and because of her kindness I will definitely be returning to this location once I get my mental health worked out.

First time getting a massage at Massage Envy and I enjoyed my experience very much. The staff was super helpful over the phone and in person. One thing they recommend for first timers is come in 10 minutes before your appointment time to complete some electronic forms and run down of what to expect.Making an appointment was easy online, however, it does require you to create an account. This helps speed up the process before showing up for your appointment and paying after your appointment so I recommend it as it also shows the services it provides. Super helpful! You will also receive a text message reminder on the same day to remind you of your appointment time.Valencia at the front desk was super helpful and informative. She welcomed me in, explained everything offered at this location, answered questions and offered me water. Checked me in and had me ready to go.Laura is who I had for my session and she was very accommodating on intensity of pressure during the massage. She checked to see if there is any pain or medication she needs to worry about. I told her about my left shoulder and she focused on it during the session. She will check to see if you want more pressure or lighter to make sure you are not hurting. I felt great afterwards! I highly recommend her.Ana at the front desk was super awesome at multi tasking from the constant phone calls and customers waiting to book their next appointments. She told me about deals going on and answered all my questions.Overall, this place is filled with positive friendly staff that are helpful and patient with you. Their energy is comforting and was a good start to my session from the time I walked in and the time I walked out. The place is clean, relaxing, and the music is soothing. I love the atmosphere and the little relaxing room they have.Thank you everybody at Massage Envy Chandler! I will definitely return and hope to meet again! Worst Front Desk staff possible!Although my massages have been nothing but decent, I would not go back to this location specifically (Chandler Blvd) to feel like I’m inconveniencing the front ladies. Rude, dry, unprofessional. Not to mention how hard it is to get a hold of anyone there over the phone.

Tricia was AMAZING! I really appreciated her attention to detail and she gave such a thorough and deep massage. Highly recommend if you’re feeling stressed. I will definitely see her again.

If you need to have a massage every month or a facial, this is a place you have your choice between a lot of different people and products.I recommend the red light facial. Its excellent.

Been a member for years… had numerous problems with scheduling and using my membership. Therapists were ok… but the price and difficulty in using just isn’t worth it. But I tell you… try and let you membership go and all of a sudden they won’t stop texting you and calling, multiple times a day… geez… enough already

Massage Envy on Chandler Blvd is wonderful. Front desk staff is professional and helpful with scheduling and my regular therapist,Gabby V is the best!! I would recommend this location without hesitation.

Over the last few years, the number of therapists, quality of their work, and ability to schedule took a hard nose dive. I had multiple sessions where it was clear the therapist had not looked at my chart or history at all.

Jackie is my favorite massage therapist. She consistently goes the extra mile. I came to her with a tight and sore shoulder and each time she remembers the location and works that side a bit more. She checks on me to make sure the pressure level is good. Additionally she shows me stretches and weight bearing exercises to do that will help stretch and strengthen certain muscle groups. Thanks Jackie!

Nice place. Low key and professional. Staff friendly, and non-stop relaxation music. Easy to fall asleep 😴Will Taylor your message to what you want.

I come to AZ once a year to see a friend and we always stop in for a massage. Today I had a massage by Collin. He was amazing! He had great deep pressure, was able to find the spots that needed worked on, and even added in stretching. Ive seen over 75 massage therapist in my life and he is easily in the top 5. Just a heads up, if you tell him you want a full body, make sure to say include feet if you want that 😉

Edit to say the fact that I posted this review 5 days ago and you see no one has replied on the post, says a lot.I have been a Massage Envy customer for over almost a decade and have been a member at about 3 in 3 different states since we have moved around quite a bit. I have never had issues cancelling my membership when I needed to, but at this location I experienced for the first time this problem (that many others have notoriously complained about the Massage Envy chain for a long time).I cancelled this membership thinking maybe I would return later in the future, but was not sure of what timeline due to personal reasons. I called to request a cancellation form and was sent one via email. I submitted the cancellation form to be sent on October 18. I emailed on October 20 asking to confirm the form was received. No reply. I later called the location and was told they received it but because cancellation required 30 days notice I would be charged in November and have 1 more credit. I said fine. The person I spoke with told me about freezing my account and that option which I didn’t get upset at, it’s their job to try to keep people as members. I politely declined. That should have been my last charge on November 1 and the end of that story.I then receive earlier this week an email randomly from the manager of this Massage Envy telling me about the freeze form and how it is an option. Confused, I emailed back and told her that I had cancelled my membership so I was puzzled as to why she was emailing me about freezing my account when theoretically I am not a member? I asked to confirm that my account was closed as requested back in October. That was a red flag and the no reply was ever given.Fast forward to today and I wake up to a $75 charge on my credit card from Massage Envy. This is totally unacceptable and again, the last 3 locations in Maryland and Virginia I was members of, I NEVER had this issue. At this point this location has had several opportunities to ensure that they made this right, so even if it was a “mistake” they willfully ignored my several emails asking to confirm this membership was cancelled.I can honestly say I will never get a membership at another Massage Envy franchise location, regardless of ownership ever again due to this very shady practice that I never thought I would be a victim of. I am an attorney and know my rights as a consumer, so I truly find it particularly appalling when companies do things like this. It makes customers lose trust in them, and providing your personal credit card information is not something that should be taken lightly.I already was on the fence about this location before this billing issue, but had not totally written them off since it was conveniently located for me. When I finally found a therapist that didn’t talk the entire massage and did a great job, she left and they recommended a new one. She was great but her availability was so limited I started to have to book at another location that had way more availability towards the end of my membership. Months ago, I went to get a facial once at this location and booked online same day - I guess no one communicated with the esthetician that an appointment had been booked because I had to wait 15 min past my start time for her to arrive. She was lovely but the lack of organization and communication was not great.I do not recommend this location and I can no longer recommend the Massage Envy brand after this experience.Let’s see how long it will take to reverse the charge or if they will even do it.

Massage Envy therapist Shannon is extremely helpful and very caring. Unfortunately she is not with ME Chandler. Their front desk just called me on the day of my appointment to cancel appointment without offering reschedule with someone.I noticed when customer cancel their appointment less than 24 hrs it accrued charge but when ME cancel appointment less than 24 hrs just okay? I Clarified to front desk, she said company policy.

10/10 recommend Laura! She was amazing and gave me the best massage I have ever had. She had a perfect balance of focusing on my problem areas while still providing a full body massage. I will definitely be back to see her.

They had tried on 2 occasions to charge me during an account freeze, and I had to argue to get refunded, so I finally cancelled my membership (I should have done it earlier, but they always try to find ways to get you to reconsider and do the recommended freeze instead because they dont want to not be able to keep charging your account.) I would not recommend a membership at any Massage Envy because they will try to pull this with any customer that signs up, and then say that the wrongful charges cannot be refunded. That is not true. ALWAYS get a refund if they had you go through the trouble of filling out their account freeze form and charged you anyways. Its your right.

I have been going to Massage Envy off and on for the past 10 years or so. After taking a break from the Gilbert location, I signed up at the Chandler location and had a great experience there for a couple of years. I was on auto payment each month and got a notice that the card on file expired, so I called with the new expiration date. At that time, I mentioned I wanted to put this account on a 2 month hold as I was traveling for the Summer. The person I spoke with told me I had 5 credits left and she would put it on hold June 29th for the 2 months. However, when I got back from vacation and wanted to book an appointment at a different location, I was told the account was canceled. I called the Chandler location and spoke with the manager, she was going to look into it and call me back. After a few more calls to the manager, no call back and I was always told she was not available. They canceled my membership and took my 5 credits ($325 I paid for them).This is a horrible way to do business and not how Massage Envy typically operates! I would avoid the Chandler location so they dont do the same thing to you! What a disappointment! If I could give negative stars, I would.....

Brutish unrefined sloppy unprofessional therapist who nearly broke my foot by yanking it so hard I nearly leapt off the table in pain! She went on and on about herself her story her exploits all unsolicited...so I couldnt just relax and enjoy the experience. Terrible experience. They dont even have bottles of water for you either.

Massage envy… been a mess for years in multiple states. I took time off because it’s such a night mare to book. No one answers the phone, the app is a hot mess. I had to freeze my account because i have so many passages built up. I finally take the plunge and decide I better start to use these stupid things up. I manage to book 3 appointments in the app, which took close to 40 min. The entire app is more worried about upselling you than it is getting you booked or finding an opening. And what happens? 2 days in a row, a massage and a 60 min stretch. They call and cancel me. Nothing, just basically tell me lies different days about people being sick and an emergency. It’s all nonsense. Haven’t been in in forever. And they just call you and cancel you. Do they offer you anything… Nope, use go ahead and good luck rescheduling something for 3 weeks from now that will prob also be cancelled. No matter what you did with your own schedule. I can’t wait to figure out how to use up this almost $2000 worth of massages I have built up, so I can never deal with the terrible customer service of this company again. Check back with me in 10 years. I might have been able to use them all by then. Pls do not support this company. They will not support you. Pls go with ANY other company. Give some independent therapists. Even if they are more expensive. This company has a ton of my money and I can’t even use with them. You know how many times this has happened to me? More times than I can count. You think they’ve ever offered anything for the inconvenience? Any thing at all? Nope. Take, Take, Take… Never give customer service.

Massage Envy has no problem taking your money. Massage Envy takes your money if a customer does not cancel b4 24 hrs of your scheduled appt, but I got a call from Massage Envy less than 15 minutes b4 my appt this morning telling me my massage therapist didnt feel well and my appt was cancelled. I was already pulling into the parking lot for my appt and had to turn around and go home. I asked her how Massage Envy compensates their paying customers when THEY cancel less than 24 hrs b4 scheduled appt, and she said an Well, we can offer you an enhancement - aromatherapy lol. Massage Envy has no problem taking the customers $69 (1 hr massage session) when you do not abide by their rules, but Massage Envy does not compensate the customer equally when they do not follow their own rules. Massage Envy wasted my time, my gas, and created agitation and stress.This has happened b4, but this time Im documenting Massage Envys business tactics.Addendum: just got a call from general manager regarding the above incident who only offered to reschedule another appt. I told her due to my busy schedule I am scheduled every month thru the end of 2023. I told her the only way she can fix this is by adding an hour session to my acct. She repeatedly kept saying she could only reschedule.Once again, documenting Massage Envys business tactics. Its all about the money to them. To heck with good, FAIR customer service, relaxation, healing.. lol...this clinic is a JOKE!

Visited this location for a facial today. I received a 90 minute custom facial along with neck treatment, and hand masque, and WOW!Melanie was fantastic and explained everything to me and used phenomenal products. Thank you for making me feel so relaxed and rejuvenated during such a difficult time. I will be returning 👍😊

My wife Darcy has been having issues with headaches and a knot in her neck for about 3 weeks now. We have tried a variety of things but wanted to try a massage to help. On 5/6/2022 I called to schedule an appointment for the following day and was able to schedule one for 4:00pm. I gave extremely clear instructions that this was my spouse coming into the location, provided her name, and even had to spell it a couple times for the person on the phone.I was then given a confirmation of the appointment same day and in the morning of 5/7/2022 was provided an additional confirmation to which this was confirmed.My wife (day before Mother’s Day) goes into the Chandler location 15 minutes before the appointment at 3:45pm. She was then “checked in” and escorted to the waiting area. By 4:15pm no one had gotten her, and she went out to talk with a “customer service” person to inquire about her appointment. At that time the person informed her that her appointment was scheduled for 4:30pm and not 4:00pm. However, we then later found out that the person who told her this information was the massage “therapist” that was scheduled for her 4:00pm appointment. She then retreats back to the room and then again comes out to inquire at 4:37pm. At which time she is then informed that not only was she checked in incorrectly, but the “therapist” whom she spoke to about the appointment had left for the evening.For her troubles, the “customer service” person then offers to SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR HER ON THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY. Zero concern for the HOUR she had wasted sitting there. Zero concern for the actual issues that my spouse was experiencing. In addition, she felt that CHARGING HER FULL COST FOR THE APPOINTMENT A WEEK OUT was enough.After learning about this, I called into the location to inquire about what occurred and was promptly told that it was basically my wife’s fault. I listed the issues: 1. She was checked in wrong. 2. No one bothered to review or ask her name. 3. The massage “therapist” that was supposed to work on her literally lied to her face and then left while leaving her stranded in the waiting room. She left in tears not understanding what the hell happened. The “customer service” person double downed on blaming my wife for the situation.Needless to say, Massage Envy could give us a lifetime of free massages and we would NEVER walk into another location ever again. You would think after the Pandemic that customer service would be a priority, but not to Massage envy. RUN AT ALL COST AND NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. PERIOD!

This Massage Envy location is the best! David the manager is so accommodating and compassionate. My mom has an aggressive brain tumor, and her very favorite thing to do is get a massage. She has always loved this location and she has always felt like everyone who works there is like family. Jocelyn at the front desk goes above and beyond to make sure her gift card credits are being used before they expire and she is so patient in scheduling my mom and I on days and times that are best for us. Laura is my mom’s very favorite massage therapist for so many reasons and she has mastered her foot massage technique to actually give my mom some much needed sleep during the session. Sarah L was my massage therapist and she was a pleasant surprise for me. Needless to say...we were in absolute heaven for 90 minutes and we are excited to go again and again!Update: Michael has been my massage therapist the last few weeks and she is great at personalizing the massage session to meet the client’s needs.Thanks for all you do! We highly recommend this location mostly because of caring environment with people who sincerely shine their light into others.

Due to an emergency, my original appointment with Carissa was cancelled 15 hours prior to my appointment, and the customer service rep was not helpful in getting rescheduled. I was able to reschedule online within two days. I had my appointment with Laura, and she was great! My prenatal massage was wonderful (although they didnt have a pregnancy-specific table), and she even sent me home with a few pressure points to try to induce labor.

Jackie was amazing!!! I had a full-body massage with two focus areas, but I didn’t even realize how many other areas needed significant attention until she worked through them. Jackie was very communicative and made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed. She did a great job! 10/10 would book with her again.

Danielle is not only very talented, but she knows when to talk and when to be more quiet. She also hits all of the important spots, like scalp and feet. There are some talented therapists at this location, but one can’t stop talking making me appreciate Danielle even more.

From the moment I enter the facility/spa the front desk girl was so sweet and pleasant. Well everyone that I came in contact there was very nice warm and welcoming and had a smile on their face. Joseph I’ve never received a massage from before. He was absolutely wonderful. He was very professional very knowledgeable and use techniques I never even had experienced before. I lived in Vegas for eight years so I’ve had many massages at all the famous hotels & I’d say I would come to Joseph and get a massage before I went back to one of those places and paid more. He’s really that good no BS! After my 90 minute massage I feel like a completely new woman I feel healthier , stronger mentally & well-balanced. I will definitely come back and get a massage from Joseph as well as refer him to everyone that I know. The girl at the end who checked me out fixed a mistake the other place had made and fixed it . She was so helpful!

1/21/22. Gabby has been doing massage for 17yrs. I enjoyed our conversation as she massaged my back and shoulders in a nice rhythm. She loves massaging feet and I appreciated that, too. My 1-1/2hr massage was very therapeutic, I felt a wonderful ease of movements in my stiff muscles for hours after. I’ll be returning! Thanks Gabby!Dorothy was professional and spoke about her style of massage therapy. She is intuitive, not using too much pressure as she sought to work my muscles for the first time. It was a lovely hour.🙂

Love going to this Massage envy! Check in is effortless. The staff are always soooo friendly! Danielle is a wonderful masseuse! Her technique is great! I feel so much better after a massage. She really focuses on my problems areas. She’s very knowledgeable and she can do firm pressure which is awesome. If it’s a day where my body doesn’t want firm she can easily change the pressure no problem… Update I am still so amazed at Danielle’s massaging skills! A+ one of the best massages I have ever had.Thank you soooo much Danielle and Massage envy!

I always get a great massage at this location! I’ve had a handful of therapists work on me both for prenatal and just relaxation. I always walk out feeling refreshed and relaxed. The front desk staff are kind and welcoming and the establishment is clean and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend.

I must have lucked out because I got Deanna the next evening I called. She is awesome and worked very hard to get my muscles to open so she could work on them. I’ve had 5 back surgeries and 3 fusions and my muscles are always quite tight. Deanna told me what part of my body she’d work on naming muscles. Her determination to loosen all areas really paid off! She’s the best!!! You may have to wait awhile to get on her schedule, but trust me—she’s worth the wait! Highly recommend Deanna! Dara, who worked the front desk was very friendly and was a great help to me as well.

I received a prenatal massage from Deanna and it was WONDERFUL! She knew exactly where I needed the most help without me even saying anything and made the experience very relaxing! I had to fight to stay awake! If you are expecting, I would definitely recommend booking with Deanna because she is awesome! Also if you aren’t expecting!

I have been using this Massage Envy for 4+ years. I have loved every massage therapist I have seen there. Iris and Delilah are phenomenal! My personal massage hero is Alan! For the last 3 years, he has been my go-to-guy. He has a talent for finding the root cause of your pain, and fixing it. Hes amazing.I love this Massage Envy, the staff, and my experiences with them. I highly encourage giving them a visit!

I have been going here for 20 years! I was lucky to have gotten the best therapy ever the third time, as I had Brenda G! ❤️ She is a rarity among professionals as she loves her job and works as hard as she can to make you feel better! I have tried many over the years...so thankful I found her🥰 You can see how popular she is when you try to book with her a day or so ahead.. No last minute unless you are lucky....I had to set up a regular massage weekly on a certain date and time as she is in such demand🤗

My massage therapist Danielle was amazing! She was super friendly and listened to me about all of my ailments and pain and focused on my needs. She made me feel so comfortable, I can’t wait to go back.

Uris was extremely professional. She was very friendly. She gave me an amazing massage. She also adjusted the pressure to accommodate me. If you like a firm massage, I would highly recommend her.

My first massage ever was with Danielle at the queen creek location! It was an amazing experience which enabled me to go back multiple times. I signed up for their membership which gives you a credit each month and if you don’t use it, you don’t loose it! How awesome is that!! I will go about every 2-3 months and will get a full 90 minute with Danielle who is now at the Chandler location! This location is really fun to be around and they have an amazing staff!! But probs goes out to Danielle for always coming in clutch! Whether I wanna sit there and just relax or have a full on gossip session Danielle is by far the best therapist there!

I had a wonderful massage @MassageEnvy!Darin is great, professional and know his job perfectly! He makes sure to understand your needs before the session and gives you a feedback if you ask, after the session.I was very relaxing, I recommend 100%!!!

Deanna is the best!! She listens to my needs and always goes over and beyond. Very professional and knows her stuff! I look forward to every massage with Deanna. Very relaxing ! Great job DeannaWish you had someone to do facials in late afternoons and Saturdays. If they did as good a job as Deanna you’d have lots of business.

Yris does a great job and will address any issue you bring in to her attention during the session! I recently moved to North Scottsdale from Chandler, but i still drive back to Chandler for a massage because I have not had a bad experience at this location ever and feel comfortable with the therapists here.

Danielle was great! Lately I’ve been having not so great experiences at other locations with different therapists so I was a little apprehensive, but Danielle really surprised me! I even rebooked with her again in 2 weeks. She was very considerate of concerns in my back area that I shared which I appreciate a lot. 10/10 recommend Danielle at the chandler/Dobson location

My massage therapist was of the highest quality. I’ve been getting massages for over 20 years, and Gaby ranks up there with the best. She is very skillful, listens to your needs and follows through by relaxing all parts of your body and relieving your stress. I highly recommend her!

Gabby is my favorite!!! Forgive the saying but she’s real, she talks to you like a person and a client, and that means a lot to me. I enjoy coming to relax as well as she really seems to understand where my issues are sometimes before I tell her. She only works during the week and I have to take time to schedule when she works but it’s worth it!! Gabby Girl thanks for everything!! ♥️♥️

Pandah was incredible!! I recommend her very highly! She has magic in her hands! I have arthritis and anxiety and after the massage was over I felt euphoric and it was like an out of body experience in the most amazing way and felt no worry or stress! Phenomenal experience! The girl at the front desk was amazingly sweet, as well! 100/10!

Had to schedule a last minute appointment and was unable to use my normal therapist. Panda filled in and was absolutely wonderful. Her knowledge and understanding were key to helping me and making me feel better. Panda had awesome communication and made me comfortable with my treatment. I left better than I came in.

I can’t say enough nice things about this particular massage envy! They have Jeff…. I saw him years ago and never felt better, he’s so knowledgeable where he even knew I had to wear heels for work. Recently I got in a car accident and my back was hurting to the point I was walking like a duck! I was just straight miserable. I let Jeff know about all my problems that are bothering me but to my surprise he found soooo many other knots that were killing me! He worked on some areas that shocked me because it gave me so much relief. I prefer a stronger touch so I really got so much out of my massage! Yesterday I felt like million bucks! It wasn’t before the car accident but really really close. I expected the next day to be horrible but I just kept it low and relaxed and kept myself very hydrated like was suggested to me and I’m way looser than before, the pain is manageable! I HAVE THE BEST DAD IN THE WORLD! Best gift I ever received! The girls were so sweet even at 8am, and I was barely awake but extremely sweet and helpful! I will be back within the next month! Deanna is THE best massage therapist! And a fabulous human being! She gets booked out for a reason. If youre lucky to get her for your first massage youll never go to anyone else.

Ive been in 4 times now. Everyone has been wonderful. The desk staff answers all my questions. I saw David a few times and then he wasnt available so I saw Nathan. Both were fantastic. They personalized my massage to just what I need. The prices are much more reasonable than the spa up the street. They are open late which is great because I work nights and keep a night schedule on my days off. This way I dont have to rush in to be there before they close. My husband decided to join and also loves both therapists he has seen. The sales pitch is a little strong your first day in, but I was expecting that and honestly, its a great deal. All around very pleased with Massage Envy Chandler.

I have been going to see Gabby for years now and she always makes me feel relaxed and eases any aches and pain I may have. She can do all different types of pressure and never fails to make me leave feeling like a brand new person. She takes the time to get to know exactly how youre feeling and anything you may need that you dont even know to ask for. Shes wonderful and I absolutely recommend her to anyone!!

Kaylee at the front was so kind and took such good care of me! I didnt have the best first experience and she got me in for a 2nd time with a more experienced therapist and took care of the massage as well! Deanne was an amazing therapist, highly recommend for prenatal massage! Wonderful experience overall and couldnt be happier with the the way I was treated, very impressed!

I have been seeing Darin for over 2 years. He has a wonderful personality and touch. He finds all the right spots. A great massage from Darin is always beneficial to my health and well being. I have been a member if ME for over 16 years. Massages are a part of my health routine. You get all the stars!!!!

I have been going to the Chandler Massage Envy for several years seeing Jeff! And!!! The front desk staff is super awesome! friendly, and helpful! And if it doesnt seem so, maybe just ask them how are you doing today? Maybe they could use a little pick-me-up by us who are getting pampered in the back!😉🤗 And yes, I am super satisfied and would recommend coming here to anyone!!

For the past week I have been feeling a lot of knots and tension in my upper back and shoulders and my regular massage therapist is at another location but she books up very quickly and is almost never available last minute. So this weekend I couldnt stand it anymore and so I booked an appointment with Delilah at this location and she was amazing! It was just what I needed.

I have been seeing Deanna for 2 years. She’s always in tune with my back problems and takes time to understand any new challenges I am having since my last massage. Employees don’t always get proper recognition for their dedication and service. I am blessed to have her as my massage therapist to help keep my body moving with a lot less pain and tension.

That was my first time with Gabriela. I usually do deep tissue massage but she does firm. I didnt know it at the time but firm was exactly what I needed. Her massage was THE BOMB. I am not saying that my deep tissue sessions are not great, but Gabrielas massage felt more spiritual. I will definitely include her into my rotation of great therapist to help me on this journey of feeling my best!

Not the best service. Even with the monthly subscription you pay $65 monthly which is more expensive than any other massage places and when you want to transfer your paid unused credits to a family member they charge you another $10 per transfer. Worst service.

Needed a massage and this was one of the places I like to go to. Check in was easy and simple, waited shortly in the waiting room until I was greeted by the masseuse. She did an amazing job and will definitely ask for her again at my next appointment.

After taking a year off due to Covid/being unemployed, I was bummed when I saw my old therapist no longer worked for Massage Envy. I took a chance and booked an appointment with Darin and wow! Exceeded my expectations and then some! He’s awesome and has been helping me get my body feeling good again!

Probably the least enjoyable massage I’ve ever had. My therapist talked the entire time even when I remained quite in hopes she would stop talking. When I asked her to apply more pressure she insisted that ‘she knew what she was doing’ and that ‘ I would feel where she had been afterwards’ and that ‘she’s the best therapist at the location and that’s why she gets paid the most’… the list of buzzard is too long. I also let her know I scheduled this massage for my niece and I because my sister had recently passed away, hoping she would get the hint that I would prefer to be in silence, nope. She also mentioned she was an empath… negative…. Had she actually been an empath, she would have picked up on the fact that I was in a state of grieving and had zero interest in anything more than my massage. It’s annoying to request a firm massage and spend an hour of someone performing a light massage as they talk through it. She also never touched my lower back and gave the worst foot and calf massage. I hate leaving negative reviews but I would never return to this therapist. My niece loved her masseuse ’Panda’.

I need to have my back worked on every few weeks and I have tried many therapists at many places. Fortunately I found Lori a number of months ago and, since finding her, she consistently does a wonderful job getting my back muscles to relax.If you are in need a great massage, I strongly recommend Lori. Ive been fortunate to always find an LMT I can be comfortable with at Massage Envy. Jen Manalo was my first favorite at this location, then when her schedule changed, Yris Garcia became my next regular LMT. She is amazing with trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage.Update 4/10/21After over a year of not getting a massage because of the pandemic, I went back yesterday (4/10/2021) in great need of therapy on my neck, shoulders and lower back. Yris wasnt available so Alan was recommended as a deep tissue expert. He applied the perfect pressure and worked out quite a few knots.This was my first massage in over a year and the pressure and firmness he used was exactly what I needed. But after a year, there were a few moments that made me gasp or inhale deeply and I told him, Theres this rule at Tokyo Disney that discourages people from screaming on rides. The rule is to Scream in your heart. He just laughed and said, ....okay. I explained, I didnt really understand how that was possible until now.😂Update 5/7/2021I have had 2 sessions with Alan and 1 with Yris since starting up my appointments again last month. I had my first ever session with Sarah L. and Im so thankful she was able to provide me a lot of relief from my sciatica and back pain. She used perfect pressure and found all the knots that needed loosening.This Massage Envy truly has some of the best LMTs. Ive been thoroughly impressed by the sessions Ive had recently with Yris, Alan and now Sarah L.Update 7/24Yris is the best trigger point massage therapist. Shes extremely knowledgeable and always teaches me something new with every visit. I appreciate how she knows exactly how my pain can be relieved and what stretches will make movement easier for someone who has chronic neck & back pain.Update 11/20/21I still believe Yris is the best LMT for me. She knows when I need deep tissue work and when I just need a gentler touch to relax tensed muscles. Im always amazed when she works a seemingly unrelated area and I get relief where it really hurts because shes just that knowledgeable about the interconnected muscles, tendons and nerves. This location is conveniently located, clean, with friendly helpful staff. My massage therapist, Yris is absolutely amazing. I was referred to her by my wife, who also sees her regularly. Jeff Fox at Massage Envy is one of the top (if not the best) at his profession. I have the tendency to have tight muscle groups after working (even with extended stretching). Jeff does an excellent job in relieving these tight muscles. Thanks Jeff.

Alan is awesome! After establishing a regular visit schedule with him, he understands my Physicality and normal issues. He does a great job addressing them and working out the kinks. While it is a tough session (deep tissue & trigger like point), he gets to the problem, works it and within a few days is dissolved and I feel MUCH better.

My massage from Lori L., at the Chandler office on Chandler Blvd. was perfect! She did everything the way I communicated to her. She was so nice and gave the best back and foot massage ever! The office staff were very friendly and efficient!

Is gratuity a requirement? I thank for the service, and payment was done through a gift card I received and they still asked for gratuity. People need to check their wording or check your verbiage. Honestly I came because I needed to relax but the girl in the front desk made me feel uncomfortable, I’m not coming back here.

If your looking for a new Massage Therapist, I would HIGHLY Recommend Deanna Dunigan.She has won Massage Therapist of the year.She is a small girl but her fingers and Elbows are Deadly weapons when she is Massaging you lol! She can do deep tissue among other techniques.I dont know them all but I would say at least give her a try and I bet you wont be sorry.She has a Long wait list unfortunately because everyone loves her Massages. But its worth the wait in my personal Opinion.

Alan, 1 million!( or 5 if thats the highest). He listens to his patients and Ive never found anyone like him! He has actually HELPED me. He said he is verified in medical massage and you could tell!This was my second visit from him and I told him that if he ever plans to leave he has to tell me because I dont ever want to be with a different massage therapist. Alan should be the model massage therapist in training 💕The head rest really stunk like old moldy clothes so that wasn’t ideal- Its happened before but not consistently. Another tribute to Alan, I almost fell asleep on a stinky headrest!

Besides feeling rushed out and they not having enough cash to break a $20, it was a great massage from Tiffany at the chandler location. Brought my boyfriend and we were in the couples room which was lovely! I would NOT suggest going at 9pm everyone seemed to be in a hurry to leave and I could hear them changing trashes and talking during our session. Probably will not be back at this location. Wish I would have booked at another location.

My 25 yr old daughter & myself made appointments 2 days prior for 90 minute massages for our birthdays this week :Show up 20 minutes early to fill out paper work .They put was in relaxation room very dark and very uncomfortable stiff hard bench seating . We waited 15 minutes while the employees were making so much noise talking & laughing, coming in n out from front to back talking loudly among themselves .Finally come to get us , Lori takes me into a room that looks like a storage room they set up last minute for my massage , her snd the orher girl nervously ask is this ok ?? . Chairs n tables stacked up on one side of room . The room was extremely warm on a very warm day outside . I could not believe I was put in storage room make shift massage room last minute when I made my appointment 2 days prior .I walked out front explain I tried to get comfortable the face cradle was Raggy n uncomfortable as well as storage room hot stuffy no air flow furniture stacked up . . Lori came out looking for me agter 10 minutes said another client No showed so we can use that room , it was a set up as a massage room & cooler , they made excuse that they got booked last minute so I got stuck in this storage room /old massage room !! Thus was more upsetting !!I made our appointments for us , & explain it was for our birthdays 2 days prior not last minute. As returning non member and my daughters first time , I was shocked my experience here !! Cost $98 per person !! Then they suggested I tipped 25% or at least 20% , total shock at these people !!!I just looked up quickly , that should be a private choice !I should be able to leave what ever if anything ! I left each gal 15% .This reminded me why I only used this location. 1x about 2. years ago & stop going to this location . Unclean , noisy , rooms unprofessional!!’Lori was very nice but never again !!’

I had a 90 min massage from Gabby for the first time yesterday after having the worst stressful 2 days because my car broke down on both days. Plus, my sciatica has been flaring up for the last 2 weeks, and especially after I pushed my car off the busy road. OMG! It took my breath away! And 3 of my toes were numb. So, Gabby doesnt specialize in deep tissue (which i get often, but after vein surgery 4 weeks ago, I have to hold off on that a little longer), but her hands just unstressed my whole body and mental state. Her 17 years of experience was so good and soooo relaxing for me. I walked in with the help of a cane, but left without having to really use it. I walked a lot better.The next day I was a little sore, but not a bad sore...if you know what I mean by that. Plus, her rooms donut hole (and Jeffs room from last weeks massage) where we put our heads in for support, did NOT smell like body oder or mildewed towel. Yay! If this improvement was because of my last review, thank you so much. And thank you Gabby!

DARRIN was a great massage therapist. He took his time and asked questions on the type of pressure to apply for the massage. Nice person. I would recommend him if you want a deep tissue massage.

I had two gift cards and the girl checked them and said they had 50 dollars each on them. Received my massage and then gave them to a different girl. She tried to apply the gift cards and said they were expired. I told her I wouldn’t of gotten a massage if I knew they were expired that’s why I had them checked before. She said the most they can do is call the number where I got that gift card at and ask the manager for a new gift card.

Absolutely disgusted. Second time in a row that less than one hour before my session I receive a phone call that my therapist is sick. After all my years of being a member of Massage Envy on Long Island, I have never had two sessions cancelled less than one hour before my scheduled time. And although I understand therapists get sick and cannot risk close contact, I find it almost hard to believe both bookings they called out so last minute. As a full-time working mom of 2 young babies, having this appointment canceled so last minute is a lot more than ‘Would you like to reschedule?’ I will never book at this franchise location again.

I visited this Massage Envy after having some major soreness in my upper back and neck due to my occupation as a dentist. I asked for a therapeutic massage to alleviate the pain I was experiencing. The massage was everything I expected and more. My soreness was gone in 2 days after the massage. The atmosphere was very beautiful, soothing, and relaxing. I scheduled my 90 min. massage with my regular and most wonderful therapist, Miqui. The massage was amazing as usual, just like she is!!! Miqui is not only a fabulous therapist but also a very caring person who really listens and always addresses your specific needs. I discovered her at the Gilbert location and followed her to the Chandler location, so that is saying something in itself. I have had numerous massages given by Miqui and they have all been just fantastic! I would highly recommend her to anyone; she is the BEST!!! Also, my experiences with all of the people at the front desk have been great as well, with each of them being extremely kind and helpful.

Dustin was a great therapist always asked if i was doing ok and if i needed more pressure or less. Yes I consider my massage therapist Jessica to be part angel. I come in, I’m stiff, I am sore, I’m achy, my arthritis is killing me, but when I walk out I feel like a new man. She really is a cut above all Therapist and I can’t be happier with the service I get from her.

This was the first time I’ve ever had a massage the lady took time to answer all my questions she was very kind and gentle since it was my first time Since there are different pressures they can use for massaging you which I did not know or think about at least. The experience was wonderful I will definitely have a Massage again in the future with the same lady.

Miqui and Anthony are wonderful and genuinely care about making sure you get the most from your visit whether its just a need to relax and brush off daily stresses, or get relief from chronic back pain. The staff are very professional and pleasant. I would love it if they would create a frequent flyer type membership for those of us that are in there more often, to treat specific issues, such as relief from back pain caused by scoliosis, as it does get costly. I appreciate their expertise and highly recommend them.

My mother and I both went in for massages and were disappointed with the results....I had a facial that more time was spent getting products ready than the actual facial! My Mother went specifically for a foot massage and ended up with an hour massage elsewhere and a few minutes on her feet!

Feels like all they care about is your MONEY. I have a membership (regret doing that but the fine print says Im locked in for a year - such a rip). I have only used 3 of my credits since March, and the last massage was just ok, and the facial was an actual joke. The facial lady was very nice but she did nothing more than wash my face and put on a little face mask, which I could have done at home. She had her phone out, showing me vacation photos, talking the whole time, didnt use the down time while masks sat to do any extras. So disappointing. But I just thought maybe it was a fluke and let it go, and havent had time to go back in for any other services. But dont worry, they take my $65 every single month like clockwork. And now that my HSA card has changed this month, and theyre not able to take my monthly charge (just a clerical issue as my company is using a new HSA card vendor, not trying to get out of paying them), they are HOUNDING ME for my money. No joke, they call me and leave a voicemail every single day, they text me every single day, and have sent me emails saying they need to process my payment. I mean they have probably hundreds of my dollars sitting in account credits right now but yeah its cool to go crazy trying to collect more right? They have never ever tried that hard to get me in for an appointment but they are obnoxiously pursuing me for updated payment info. Also the 2 times I have been in here Im very surprised at the lack of professionalism at the front desk. Both times the ladies taking phone calls would finish the calls then speak so rudely about the caller to one another after they hung up, within earshot. And, the little office room thats right up front had the door open and right in view of clients was signage clearly meant for their staff about pushing memberships and hitting goals. I work in a multi-unit healthcare company, specifically in the patient experience department, and I would never want my offices to operate like this. I will finish my contract with them, use my credits and never return. I should have known better than to sign up in the first place. Lesson learned.

I visited massage envy in chandler for the first time today and got a 1.5hr massage with the aches and pains aromatherapy package -- it was incredible! Monica did a great job working with targeted areas and alleviating some of my chronic pain from fibromyalgia. Highly recommend!

Marjorie took all my info then at the end asked for my credit card or gift card numbers. I told her I didnt have them with me because I was driving and didnt suggest anything else just wanted to cancel my appt. I thought that was rude and never had that happen to me at massage envy. I called the Dobson one and they were pleasant didnt ask for my credit card info and got everything scheduled for my mom and I right away. Im glad I switched to the Dobson location.

When I booked the massage it said therapist did light to firm pressure. She never asked what pressure I needed nor did she check in with me about the pressure. I was in a lot of pain and asked her to focus on upper body and her flow was all over the place and her pressure was way too light. I left in the same pain I was in when I got there

Yrls knows her stuff and hits the tight muscles right away. Broke my foot last year and she is loosening scar tissure and bound up muscles. Can’t say enough good stuff about her!!

The hard sales tactics they use (leading questionaire at check-in and pressure to schedule your next appointment when youre leaving as well as sign up for a plan) in the front of the house eclipse any skill in the back. Its not relaxing at all to listen to a sales pitch. This is the case at any Massage Envy.

Booked an appointment, scheduled my day to be there on time and when I arrived they tell me I am not on their schedule. Looked up and confirmed that I called but had no answer to why I didn’t have the appointment I made

This ME is excellent! The front desk staff is always friendly and the massage is magic. The therapist Michael gives amazing deep tissue massage.

Do not sign up at this location, the staff is rude and unhelpful. I have been a customer at this location for over a year and customer service is a complete disappointment. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

Do NOT sign a membership! I have attempted unsuccessfully to cancel my membership for 4 months. I sent the required cancellation form 3 times with no response and attempted to speak with a manager on 4 occasions and was told I would get a call back but never did. This is unacceptable customer service and I will file a complaint with the BBB.
