Massage Envy

I am normally happy with my massage here. But today, my 90-minute appointment somehow became a 70-minute one, with 10 minute to change and another 10 minutes after to dress. I specifically asked the receptionist if I came out a bit early and she agreed. Is this now the standard practice of this or all massage envy locations?

Whats the point of having a membership when you try to book and its always booked up they need better massage therapist and more people who have equipped experiences and lymphatic massages. I canceled my membership due to this reason waste of time and money.

08/20/2023Michelle gave me THE BEST prenatal massage I’ve had during any of my pregnancies! She was so gentle and caring! Made sure I was extra comfortable! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND requesting her!!

Cameron was absolutely amazing! She had excellent communication, was very professional, and not too chatty during the actual massage so I was able to fully relax. As a physical therapist, I could tell that she had really good knowledge of the musculoskeletal system, and appreciated her skill. I don’t live in Chandler, but I would 100% request her again in the future if I have the opportunity to come back to this location. I highly recommend her to anyone who likes firm to deep pressure.

Michelle at the front desk was AMAZING. THE most kind, welcoming, and professional front desk staff I’ve ever interacted with. I brought in a friend who has special needs, and she was so incredibly respectful, kind, and patient. First time at this location, I was having some shoulder pain but my usual location/therapist was booked. Happy to have got placed with Karina and glad to have two great massage therapist now. She helped with some knots in my shoulder/neck, made sure pressure was good and left me feeling relaxed when I left.

Just had the BEST facial with Kayley. Book with her, you won’t be disappointed. This was the most chill experience I’ve ever had here. Front desk was so relaxed and very sweet to me too. Happy 😊

I have been a ME member for over 10 years, & I stick with them, because its a great value, and reminds me to take a break and get a massage. That said, I love the Chandler Crossroads location, all of the employees at the front desk, are kind, & professional.And out of all the locations Ive been to, they have some of the best therapists! I recommend them to everyone, and my now personal favorite Bianca! Shes exceptional, as are all the others, but big shout out to her, & the entire ME team at that location!

This massage was for my 10 year old daughter, who at first was very nervous. The therapist did an excellent job communicating exactly what was to be expected before, during and after the massage. (I had to stay in the room which both my daughter and myself appreciated). Hailey took the time to identify any areas of focus as well as answer the questions we had.Always love coming to this location - all the therapists and front desk are amazing!!!(Visited the 202 and Germann location)

Courtney gave a great massage! So relaxing and just the amount of pressure I needed. She worked all my target areas gently and was responsive to changes in pressure needed. Highly recommend her!

Michele did a fantastic job working through my various muscle knot issues. My right shoulder has been so sore lately and whatever she did working on it yesterday made it all feel better. First good night sleep on that shoulder in a couple weeks and no soreness from the massage today.

Bianca is the best massage therapist I have ever had. She is professional, thorough, and makes sure that she understands all your needs before she starts. She gives the very best massage with just the right, custom pressure needed in each effected area. Thank you, Bianca!

Absolutely wonderful 60 minute massage from Bianca. She always listens and professionally works the areas that u point out. She is excellent in all skills and is an asset to your company. Front desk always greeting us and take care of us professionally and friendly.

Just not a good vibe. The gentleman at the desk was obviously not into his job.... such a flat insincere greeting. I told my therapist what I was having trouble with. She told me why she couldnt work on that area... thats never happened before. And afterwards, a different spot in my back was hurting she never addressed when I mentioned it, and the original spot still was not improved. And we started 10 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early. When I checked out at the desk, the same person never looked up or addressed when I said it wasnt a very satisfying visit. Think Ill go back to my old location, convenience isnt always worth it.

When I discovered Kayla was out yesterday, I should have waited to reschedule with her next week. I was in so much back and neck pain, I accepted Hailly. The massage was light pressure and I kept telling her she could go harder. Those heavy, super thick, bulky blankets that are on the beds and it’s their “protocol” that they remain on the beds during massage. I was sweating my butt off—the fan was pointing toward the air ABOVE MY HEAD and the room was REALLY WARM to begin with! I will never go back there!!!! They just lost two 12 year members!!!!!

The massage therapist seemed inexperienced and unsure of what she was doing. First off, for the amount of money you charge, my massage should not start at 3:14 and end at 3:58. Secondly, she asked where my problem areas were and I said my primary need were my hands and feet. She didn’t touch them until the last few minutes of the session. To charge $75-$125 for 44 minutes of an unsatisfactory massage is a joke at best.

Karina is an amazing therapist. Consistent and caring. My wife and I both see her and are extremely happy with her massage technique.The front staff is also great. Scheduling and schedule adjustments are a breeze with text. Check in and check out is easy and the attention to detail with Covid related safety issues is great.

Cancels on my wife with no notice. Manager is extremely rude and blames the mistake on not having the correct contact info. No sorry or given a free massage. This location is dirtier than the rest. Would book at another location as this is the least professional and poorly run location!

Not all massages are equal! Since finding Kourtney in September of 2020 at Gilbert Crossroads location Ive been booking bi-weekly 90 - 120 minute sessions. I would recommend her to anyone looking to get the knots out. Im sure she does a great relaxing massage as well 👍

Bianca is an awesome therapist. She pays extra attention to my troubled areas and ensures thats recieve the best experience possible.I also appreciate the calls to inform me of open slots in the schedule that I can book.

I’ve been going to Massage Envy for 10 years and I would put Karina in the top 3 therapists for me personally. Certain quiet, confident, efficient manner that has motivated me to ensure I don’t get lax in scheduling for next month.

I called in today to transfer my membership from New Orleans to Phoenix and James O. made everything super easy. He was able to access my information and send me all the necessary documentation very quickly. He was an absolute delight to talk to and made me feel comfortable with the transfer! James answered all of my questions with patience and was professional. Im super excited to continue my Massage Envy experiences in AZ.

My massage was wonderful. The therapist was very considerate of my requests and specific needs for relief in my neck and lower back. She was very professional for and gentle on her approach. I requested medium pressure and extra attention to my neck and she did a wonderful job at attending to it.

Again, it was freezing in the clinic. I will not be able to continue coming in if you choose to do nothing about controlling the temperature. I know Im not the only person who has complained about the cold temperatures! Kourtne did everything she could to keep me warm. It didnt help. I would like a call back please? My session was over $80 , and to be so uncomfortable for that price is ridiculous!Considering how we are all doing the best we can during these covid riddled times. I would like to feel safe when I go for my massage! But I understand if some are not feeling comfortable with the Sciences available! I need to feel safe during something so personal. We all need to be responsible!

My kids took me here as their Christmas gift so I was very excited. The massage was great. The whole time with my masseuse was 5 star. The only thing me and my daughters did not like was when we came in and was seen by the receptionist. He was rude and not welcoming at all. He was abrupt and looked like he does not want to be there at all.

Kourtney had a Great personality and always makes me feel welcomed to the facility. Great pressure and feel that she really listens to my needs and suggestions. Very educational when it comes to improvement on the body as a whole but never feels like pressured information. Will keep coming back just for her!

The massage therapists are amazing. The atmosphere is so relaxing. But the front desk receptionists grump attitude whether its morning or evening or whatever is n o t friendly. No smile. Monotone. Like they do not give a rats bootwah about anything and theres no visible desire to help.The massage therapists at this location are killer if you can get past the seratonin blockade.

5star sorry I misspelled your name but Kourtney was amazing.Walked out feeling awesome and the same when I woke up this morning. Definitely would recommend her to others as well as be back for more. Thank you Kourtney you are amazing at what you do and you probably hear it all the time but keep up the good work and look forward to my next visit!!!

From my first phone call 2 days ago with James to my check in with Antonio to my massage with Camron everything was extremely nice. So nice to have great customer service.The massage was an amazing mini vacation in my busy week. Thank you Camron for doing something you obviously enjoy. Your energy and technique are very effective!

The massage was not terrible just nothing that I asked for. Didnt work on the areas I asked for and no pressure at all.

I love this location! It is super open and the staff are very friendly! And I cant say enough good things about my massage therapist, Heather! She is so kind and treats each customer with care. I highly recommend her!

They completely messed up my payments. I signed up for a membership and they charged my card instead of my gift card causing me to be out over $100. They told me I would get my refund by the end of the day but they lied and now it’s been over two days. When I called they were completely rude and told me oh sorry and did nothing to make me feel comfortable or to fix it. I know it’s up to the bank now but they made me feel terrible and did not as a company respect me as a paying member when it’s was their fault not trying to make it right

Maricela is very good. She pays attention to what my area of focus each time. She give it her 100%. She is the best one so far I have ever had in so many years 👍🏼

Hailey at the front desk is so informative and sweet! My therapist LEAH IS THE BEST,!!! If you want trigger point and knots worked out... She can FEEL the knots and work them for you. She is Amazing!!! I cant even begin to tell you.

I’ve been going to Massage Envy for several years.I go to the one on Gilbert and Germann. My therapist is Maricel, and she is wonderful. Very attentive to find out where the tight spots are, and giving a wonderful massage. I highly recommend her.

Came in for a massage today and had some questions about my account. James at the front was soooo helpful answering my questions and helping me communicate with my massage envy home store to make the changes to my account that i needed. He was awesome!!!

Have had an account here for about a year an have dealt with nothing but great customer service until today , i called to confirm me an my fiancés couple appointment an was answered by one of the most rudest young lady’s by the name of taylor .She had such a horrible attitude and hung up on me while i was still asking questions . Our appointments were booked wednesday and she said she saw nothing there which was fine , i know i booked with the manager so i wanted to see what went wrong an asked if the manager can give me a call back , an as i finished i asked for the young lady’s name an was hung up on . i called back immediately to get here name an she had the most rudest tone an attitude with me. As a customer , it makes me not ever want to visit this location and or cancel my account in all .

A friend gave me a great birthday gift for a massage at Massage Envy. I was so pleased with my initial massage with Kristi that I signed up for their promotional monthly massage. I have continued to be very pleased with Kristis massage - she listened to my concerns regarding a previous back injury and tailored my massage to meet my needs. She has continued to provide great service.

Ive been coming here for over a year and have had a great experience! Ive had facials, massages, and waxes and each time has been great. The staff is friendly and they have a peaceful waiting room with hot teas and candies.

I received a very relaxing massage from Leah! I have been going to her for a while! She always does a wonderful job!!

Leah is a Rockstar! She is excellent in her massage for her clients! I’ve struggled with a frozen shoulder, and she has really helped me relieve my shoulder pain. This place is very clean and professional. My first massage just didnt do it for me, however after receiving a second deep tissue massage from Andrew I was blown away. Deep tissue is definitely the way to go!!!

I have only be a ME member since last year an originally I signed up in California and have been in Arizona for a couple of months and I tired the ME@ chandler blvd and now the one with chandler @ crossroads had Aubree was amazing also has Luis last month and he was great as well with deep tissue Both were well skilled on what they do had to try the hot stone massage for the first time with Aubree and deep tissue massage with Luis can wait to book my next appointment also jus booked with kourtney twice one regular massage and the second time was hot stone thanks to all the staff at this location and can’t wait to meet the manager as well

Not gonna lie. I had a dude massage me and his big ol hands got in there deep. I was out like a light. He said I was snoring. A bunch of pain followed immediately by overwhelming relaxation. Good place!
