The NOW Massage Chandler

I’m visiting family in AZ and decided to get a massage because I’ve been stressed and sore from work.The receptionist was incredibly kind and friendly, which made me feel comfortable since this was my first time getting a massage.Even though I came in 15 minutes early, Amanda took me immediately. She was super attentive and AMAZING.I felt that this experience was worth the price. I’ll definitely be coming again my next visit! :)

Omgzeee I love this place. From check in to my massage it was a wonderful experience!! I had Daphne and let me tell you she is awesome 👌. Very good at what she does without a doubt she made the experience so wonderful. I literally was so relaxed she had me seeing color orbs in my head lol. Do yourself a favor and go treat yourself to the best massage you can have!! And dont forget to add on the scalp renewal it was worth it for only 10 dollars more 😉

Bailee did a wonderful job working out all the knots Ive built up over my years of desk work and bad posture. The environment is very relaxing and the desk staff is extremely kind. A+Something to be noted is that because of the layout of the massage rooms (its all a giant shared space, but very well divided for privacy) it can be a little difficult to communicate during the massage if needed. Not necessarily a downside if youve ever had a chatty therapist before and didnt like it.

I got the Healer massage with Daphne and had the most incredible, relaxing experience! Daphne was so kind and intuitive and gave me the best massage with the perfect amount of pressure and attention to tense areas. Everybody at the NOW was so friendly and the environment was so cool and relaxing. I loved the whole vibe of the place and will definitely be back!!

We honestly had an excellent experience, but it wasnt worth the price we paid ($300) We both did the deep tissue add-on, and there was nothing deep about the massages we received. None of our muscles were really worked on. If youre looking for a REAL massage for your body, I wouldnt recommend this place.Oh, I forgot to mention the pointless scalp treatment.. There was ZERO scalp massage; I just got oil poured into my hair.PS: they dont actually offer couples massages. I was quoted $110 for a couples massage; it was never clarified it was actually $110 PER PERSON in SEPARATE rooms.. thats NOT a couples massage..

I’ve gotten a lot of massages in my life but this place has been my favorite! The space is beautiful and peaceful, the therapist I have seen now 3 times, Raylene, is absolutely fantastic, spends time on points of tension and works it out with deeper pressure and technique. I LOVE the scalp add-on with coconut oil, worth the extra $10. Great value and I leave completely relaxed and relieved each time!

Indigo was amazing and really made me feel comfortable and relax. I was just in town visiting and would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Just got out of the worst overpriced “massage” I’ve ever had in my life. It was a 50 minute rub down with oil. No pressure was applied. I wasn’t asked what pressure I would like. I mentioned what areas affected me and they were completely ignored. The masseuse seemed very inexperienced and didn’t know what she was doing . The other 1 star reviews are accurate. Lazy massage with ZERO effort. The $10 “scalp massage” is fingers lightly rubbing your head for a minute. The cupping was a joke. They kept falling off. All my knots are still affecting me. I booked a massage at a well known place I usually go to immediately after walking out of there. It was a gift to me and we were both so frustrated with the experience because of the money you pay for it is $140 for an oil rub down and they don’t even wipe the oil off of you…

This is my second appointment at NOW and it was better than the first. Trisha is an absolutely amazing massage therapist! This was probably the best massage I’ve ever had! Thanks 🙏🏾! I’ll definitely be back.

Saw Reese today she is a life changer, had a very stressful couple of days and very bad upper back discomfort, she is a life changer I have never felt so mentally and physically relaxed , she know her stuff. Everyone there is kind fun and welcoming, I love the now massage

Had an incredible first time experience with Gerardo (Jerry). He listened to the areas I wanted to focus on and literally made it feel as if the knots in my back were physically and energetically (stress) leaving my body. Highly recommend! The overall ambience and aesthetic is so relaxing as well.

I absolutely love this place!! Ive been here 3x!! The last time 2x Ive been with Indigo!! I recommend everyone get a massage by her!! She is absolutely amazing and very thorough! She is extremely professional and picks up on the stagnant energy in the body!! I love this place and will continue going!

What an amazing experience at The Now. My therapist was Tricia and she is absolutely amazing! You can feel the care that she provides to her clients. All it took was one massage and I became a member! She provided (hands down) the best massage I’ve ever had. Jenna checked me in and was so patient and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and made me feel so welcome. The Now is definitely the place to go for a massage in the East Valley.

Bought my husband a massage here for his birthday, and he was very unimpressed. Extremely over priced for a body rub, NO RELIEF whatsoever. I even spent the extra money for cupping and the cups kept falling off. Seemed as the massage therapist did not know what she was doing what so ever. Will NOT be going back, don’t waste your time if you’re looking for a REAL MASSAGE.

Ive been coming to The NOW Massage in Chandler since they opened and couldnt be happier (or more relaxed)! The spa setting is truly unique. It reminds me of a beachside massage with the sounds of the ocean enticing me to fully relax. Ive seen several massage therapists and theyre all excellent. Additionally the front desk staff (Jannah & team) are very welcoming. They also sell some candles that not only smell amazing but (as I just learned) & burn clean so you can also dip your fingers into them & use to moisturize your skin!***Update to my review 5 months later***This place is Amazing!!! I always look forward to my massages and absolutely 💜 getting my massage & how great I feel afterwards! Definitely recommend you give them a try if youre not already a member!

Tricia was incredible!! Even before the massage started she provided so much information related to the structure of my body and was able to explain why certain issues were arising for me.The actual massage was the best I’ve ever experienced. I could tell immediately that Tricia understand all the different and complex systems in the body and was able to manipulate them to provide healing and restoration.Initially I signed up for a once a month membership but after experiencing a session with Tricia I instantly changed my membership to see her twice a month. Looking forward to having NOW & Tricia as a critical tool on the path to healing 🤍

Overpriced massage for little to no benefit. We selected The Healer 80-min massage. We even paid extra for deep tissue and felt that the one therapist didnt want to put in the effort to actually do deep tissue. Instead, my boyfriend ended up getting a Swedish massage. He stated it was the worst massage hes ever had.I ended up getting a 50 minute massage with the last 30 minutes just lying there with his hands lightly touching my skin, as if to comfort me. Waste of time and money. Wouldnt recommend this place, especially for the price.

Best massage in the valley. Love the staff, the facility and the relaxation!! James was outstanding. Really focused on what I addressed, can’t wait til my next visit! I highly recommend the calm balm too!

Truly the best massage I have ever received. Tricia is wonderful and knowledgeable about Scoliosis. She took the time to understand my unique structure and then provided an incredible massage where she loosened the muscles in the specific points that would provide the most relief.Highly recommend!

Jerry is outstanding. The stretch massage is unique - he challenges me every time & has slight variation which is appreciated. He knows exactly the amount of pressure and just when you need to relax. Some of his maneuvers I have not had - such as his psoas muscle technique. Very professional and one of the best I have had. Thanks for stretching me out Jerry!!

James is an amazing massage therapist. He listen to your concerns and your issues and works them out the best. Knows what hes doing. The prices are well worth it atmosphere. Is wonderful staff is very friendly.

This was another great massage at the NOW -the first one Ive had with James and it was an awesome massage!!! I appreciate all the attention he paid to my job and figured that all the typing would create problems for my arms and hands - and he spent a lot of time working out places that I generally ignore!!! Ive had massages for years due to spinal issues and this massage was hands down (lol) definitely a goodie!!

The NOW was beautiful and clean! Tricia gave me the best massage I’ve ever had! She was very sweet, made sure to check in on me and explained everything. If you’re looking for a relaxing place with a vibe, this is it :)

Nice atmosphere. Dark and calm. Relaxing sounds in the background. Wonderful fragrances throughout. Amy was wonderful. My body feels so loose and relaxed.

Good massage but not a great place - open area instead of closed room

Tricia is Heaven sent! I am spoiled with a Mother in law that is a massage therapist. However, when I travel back and forth it is hard to find help. While in AZ for work my sciatica flared up. The Now got me in same day and Tricia was the best therapist I have found in Arizona! I highly recommend this place and this company. I literally felt like I was on a beach and was able to completely decompress! Make your appointment now!

Jerry was attentive to my needs and adjusted the pressure upon asking for my input. He noticed the difference in my range of motion for each side of my body. Jerry was patient and took time to answer all of my questions before going back. I will certainly return.
