This is my favorite place. Ive been gone for a year in California and I come back and they still remember me and I brought my friend get the best quality devices and juices and just like before I had to get educated on whats what. If you dont know your stuff they can tell you about everything and they know all of it

My first time here and I’ll definitely be back! I came into Cloud Slingers and I usually smoke the elf bars. The one I usually get wasn’t available but the lovely lady Kai guided me in the best direction and recommended one that I love! She was so friendly and welcoming. This isn’t a normal smoke shop vibe, they have couches, complimentary coffee and a tv you can smoke and chill at! Don’t sleep on this smoke shop y’all

Pricing is wayyyy too high. Try gravitate or select in Chandler. Better selection and prices. You have to travel a few miles further but save a good 10 bucks.

I’ve gone here a few times already since i moved into this area and they have really nice employees don’t get me wrong, the only problem here is the selection kinda stinks. i feel every time i walk in they never have what me or my friends want. they barely have any batteries for carts and they’re all overpriced, and they don’t even sell any kind of blunt wraps, just wraps for joints only. no quick fix either last time i checked :/ i just feel like i’m better off going to gravitate or rj’s if i REALLY need something next time tbh. again, good customer service though.

I purchased a device from them and within the first month, it was broken. There was something wrong with the button where it wouldn’t stop firing. The juice got so hot that it leaked out and burned me to the point of blistering.Between me purchasing the device and it breaking, they told me they had changed their policy and would no longer exchange the device. They assured me that they made this decision because VooPoo has amazing customer service and would take care of me.This is an absolutely garbage response and shows how little they stand behind their products.VooPoo let me know that they could not and would not help me since I didn’t purchase the device from them and my shop would need to take care of me.After all of this runaround, the shop still refuses to do anything to help.It is wild to me that they changed their policy and wouldn’t grandfather in the people that purchased before the change. Terrible business practice.There are so many awesome shops around the Chandler area. I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere.

This place is so wonderful. My grandma and I have purchased a few different products and we love them all. The staff are warm and friendly and help us find exactly what we want and need based on our likes and budgets. I sampled a bunch of flavors and found 2 that I love. They have an awesome deal on juices too, buy one get one 50% off! We love these guys, would highly recommend.

Every time I come into the shop the ladies are always so welcoming and friendly. I typically never know what kind of juice I want, and can just give the flavors I usually go for and they always pick good juices, and Im almost never disappointed. The best customer service I’ve ever had!!!! I was serviced by Makai. She was so nice and helped me pick the flavor that I wanted (which is now my favorite). All you have to do is tell her what you like and she’ll get it for you.

I went in tonight for the first time after I had called and spoke with Alex. She was so knowledgeable and accommodating that I rushed over the pick up what I asked her to keep aside for me. I couldnt get there until 5 minutes before closing and she still took her time and answered my questions without making me feel rushed. I hope her manager reads this because she deserves a raise! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I love this location specifically, because for one, Roxana is beautiful. This is the first place I bought a vape, only because she explained everything about all the devices I asked about and I felt great about my purchase. Its way cooler looking than any other smoke shop and I would recommend even going out of your way to check this place out. Maybe even chill on the couches like I am right now while writing this review. Peace out

Geoff was amazing and knowledgeable. The shop has tons of flavors and he knew every flavor including the mg of each one. I tried the Twinkies Geoff recommend. I have to say, this is my new favorite juice! I love this stuff! I will be coming back!

Great selection of vape juices at this shop, as well as disposal vapes. Went in with so many questions and the girl that helped me answered everything I could have hoped for. She also told me they are in the beginning stages of becoming a smoke/vape shop so thats definitely cool. They have papers, dab rig tools, CBD, hemp wraps, pretty good selection for just starting out, honestly.

Good selection of juice and vapes. Definitively use the rewards points or get hit with the chandler markup. My only complaint is the inconsistencies in staff. Some are friendly and helpful, 1 not so much.

This place is amazing. I bought the ccell palm a couple months ago which lasts a few days even with excessive use. I accidentally got the magnet stuck in backwards and the girl fixed it for me in one second. I was so happy! Everyone I’ve encountered here is so friendly! HIGHly recommend.

After attempting to obtain assistance at two other Chandler vape shops, I stopped at CS where I was greeted by a friendly, helpful employee who quickly helped me get my vape functioning again; was knowledgeable, understanding and very accommodating, even adding my favorite flavor to the next months orders so that it would be in stock in the event it would -- as is often the case -- be out of stock in my neighborhood vape store. Great service!

A great shop nice displays and juice lined all along the side way a ton of selection! I went in for a voopoo coil and wanted to try the rba variant but the didn’t have it. They had my regular coils and offered to order the rba coil system for me! This is the third time I shopped there and won’t be my last!

I usually got to Vape lab this ones a little closer so it tried it a few times. It’s more expensive then any place I’ve been and me and my friend bought 2 to 3 bottles of juice each and all of them had expired in 2018. Went in about a week ago and bought a reds grape. It turned out to be menthol and the package and bottle say nothing about menthol. Kind of sketchy don’t want to return

Visiting town and googled vape stores. I saw that a Cloud Slingers was nearby, and since I had such a great experience with CS in Prescott, I called. I confirmed that they were open, nearby and had my favorite flavor, Mint Kicker :) I shyly asked the price, and as per my experience, the prices are the best in the state. The gal behind the counter was helpful and happy and carded me lol I love that. But unfortunately they dont take pictures of your grandchildren as proof of legal vaping age hahaha. Im stoked to have CS all around me, but I still bought two juice just in case :)
