I LOVE this place. Every single member of their staff is so kind. I have had 4 different therapists work on me and each time, it is wonderful. This last time I had Dom, and he was so great. They always make me feel comfortable, their prices are extremely fair, and I think the coolest thing is that they REALLY do massage for an hour.Will absolutely continue coming here. Thank you so much for your kindness and excellent business!

After trying out various massage parlors, I found the service here to be truly outstanding. The massage techniques of the staff member Kat are very professional and deep, helping me relax much more than other places.

I’ve tried many face masks and moisturizers before, but none have been as effective as this place. My skin feels “awakened” and more toned. I feel refreshed and invigorated every time I do it.

We’ve been to many different massage businesses but booked this place on a whim due to the services offered and location. It was overall terrible! Up front customer service was mediocre and the therapist assigned to my husband lacked skill, could not communicate due to a language barrier, left the curtain open during services which created disruptions and essentially made him feel worst than when he came, in addition to not receiving a full 60 minutes of treatment. My technician Jay was great and was the only positive in our visit. My only regret was booking and visiting. We will share with both our personal and professional communities to avoid this business. Don’t have the same regret we did! We paid 100% and tipped well for subpar service for him.

I’m livid. I was so excited to get a massage I got the neck shoulder with cbd, 3 minutes into the massage I was having a severe reaction to there cbd , and I get cbd allll the time, the lady doing my massage was so nice and I let her know she wiped it off but then proceeded to use the tools she used before , that had the cbd on it and I continued to have a reaction, my skin was on fire like someone was using a blow torch, I asked her to make the massage shorter and told her it still burned , she did her best and wasn’t her fault aside from reusing the tools with the same triggering lotion on it , but what I’m livid about is I’m covered in hives as I’m now home and my skin is literally still on fire and I had to pay 60$ to have an allergic reaction, I got 10$ off for the Inconvience but with tip I paid 60$ for 30 mins of torture , to now have to go to urgent care because it keeps spreading, I get it’s my bodies fault for reacting but to have to pay for that experience after such an insane reaction makes me so mad. I won’t be back here . Sincerely , covered in splotchy hives.

I was so excited to find what I thought would be our (Husband and I’s) place for massages as our first experience was great. However, apparently the system that schedules the online appointments glitches. (So if you go just make sure to call and confirm…it’s a great place…I just had a bad experience). When we arrive they state we are late. I explain the last text I received was confirmed 3:45 and shows the massage. After the glitch is explained…she continues to tell us our time will still be cut short. Essentially in an unprofessional argumentative manner told us it was our fault and we should have called. I had no voice message as she said they provide. I also requested a managers number and she refused to do anything further.

I was terribly disappointed with the massage that was more like a rub down. I would recommend Authentic Thai in Scottsdale. Its a drive but never dissappointing.Maybe the front desk person was having a day because we definitely didnt get what we wanted or paid for.

The first time I tried Gua Sha, I was a bit anxious about how it would feel. But it was actually very relaxing! It felt like each cell on my skin was being massaged. After the treatment, my face looked flushed and plump, appearing much more youthful.

Not a great massage. I’ve had much better at Massage Envy and Super Class Reflexology. When I complained the manager didn’t do anything. I guess you have to stop them in the middle of the massage if you’re not happy!

It was my first time here and I had a beautiful visit. I was ambitious and scheduled a 90 minute deep tissue massage. My therapist, Tina, was spectacular. She found tender spots I didnt even know I had and worked them out without bruising me, which actually has happened in the past. I cant believe how good I feel now.The spa is decorated beautifully. Thai Royal Massage in Scottsdale is truly the best! I visited their branch with muscle soreness and back pain, and their 90-minute session worked wonders for me. When I relocated to Chandler, I was thrilled to find the same branch and booked an appointment with them. They didnt disappoint! I sought relief from back and leg pain, and their massage provided me with complete relief. Highly recommended for their consistent excellence in service!

Visited this place after two years and it has declined in value. I used to be a regular two years ago and it was just excellent. Every therapist I had was effective and really worked hard to help me stretch and feel better. Apparently there was a change in ownership which is noticeable given the low quality. Today was quite disappointing and not worth the time or money at all.

Booked a 1 hour massage and 30 minute foot reflexology. I was taken back to the room at 10 and dressed and out at 1119. In that time, 5 minutes was spent with them messing with the air conditioner controls, and they were in and out of the room multiple times. You should receive the amount of time you pay for and book in massage. The actual massage was great.

Just walked in to this amazing place with lower back pain. Got Thai Traditional Introductory massage with Jay. She was absolutely wonderful. All stretches and presses felt for purpose. They place is absolutely gem. Super clean, nicely decorated and have great ambience. Receptionist was very courteous and friendly. The massage was good but they don’t have a place for customer to hang our clothes up. My clothes got wrinkled after the massage. I gave a nicely suggestion to the receptionist that they should have a place for us to hang our clothes up. Instead of appreciated my friendly suggestion she have a bad attitude with me. I started resistance work out and ended up with multiple spots of stiffness and muscle soreness. Thanks to various recommendations, I booked a 90mins Swedish Massage and was very impressed.My therapist Nancy is a golden gem. How could a small lady can have such a strong touches? Also she helped me to stretch my muscles and even walked on my back but I felt amazing. I’m definitely coming back for more.

Went in for a Swedish and received the wrong massage. I was karate chopped, elbowed on my ribs and punched in the feet. When I asked for lighter pressure it was extremely light, and asked for a tad heavier and it was worse than before. The massage started off okay but when I spoke to the front desk, they threw up their hands and said oh well, next time notify us in 15 minutes. I have bruises on my shoulders and feet. This place used to be amazing, but unless you’re seeing Kong or Dominik, don’t waste your money.

We have been to this location a few times now and it has been amazing each time. I recommend the Swedish massage as they truly focus on a deep tissue. I have received massages from Kim and she is the best. She is really caring and checks on you if you feel any pain during the massage. It seems that when the massage starts they know which areas to focus on. We will continue to frequent this location, well worth the drive from Laveen.

Needed a massage while in town for a work trip. So glad I decided on Thai Royal instead of a large massage chain! I had the Traditional Thai Body Massage and it was the best massage hands down. John was my masseuse, he was highly skilled and provided firm even pressure. The place is calm and clean and at a great price. If I lived here I would start getting massages once a month! I slightly sore (in the best way) and am relaxed, I feel great!

My first time here and my first Thai massage. Just wow!!! John was amazing (I want to take him home with me!) as were the girls at the front desk, even though I had messed up by booking 2 slots through my miscommunication. But they were so nice. Great discount on my first visit. 2 hours of both the good kind of pain and deep, deep relaxation. I had the one hour Thai foot and one hour Thai body with hot rocks. John took care of some very bad leg, shoulder and arm issues. I don’t know how I drove home as I felt like a bowl of jello. He explained everything thoroughly about what had been causing my pain. I hope to visit again before I leave town.The main Thai massage room is very quiet and relaxing even with other clients in there. They are very thorough in extra cleaning precautions for COVID-19. I highly recommend.

I selected a swedish massage, but the therapist told me he chose a mix of Thai pressure points with swedish. It was painful with the pressure points. I had bruises and pain the next few days from the points. I was looking for a relaxing massage but didnt get that.

I had the traditional Thai massage. It was my first time so I didnt know what to expect. Communication could have been better. My therapist asked me about the clothes I was wearing but didnt understand what I said and couldnt answer my question. This left me wondering if I was supposed to remain fully clothed or not. I felt as though I missed out on something not being able to communicate with her. I had severe lower back pain due to muscle spasm and there was no way to communicate this with my therapist. The massage was very painful at times, and I think did more harm than good. I did like the stretching - that seemed very necessary given how tight my muscles were. I would go back and try a different style massage. I would not go back for the Thai massage but would do a Thai massage at a different location.

Always a good experience and they take such great care of your needs.

We loved our first experience and since then we’ve been coming here consistently anytime we want a massage and I think today is going to be the last time we come. It went from our first time being WOW. To my second time being absolutely terrible, pinchy, and uncomfortable. To the third time being good again. To today... it was not terrible but it was not the same. My husband and I both left disappointed. Sadly. The worst part was the Cold towels. Not warm, not room temperature. COLD. The massage was pinchy again. Our visits are very inconsistent and I need the consistency. I do ask for the same person but it still changes. Oh and the guy disappeared from my husband for like 15 minutes to let the sugar scrub set... to only bring back cold towels. So we did a 10 minute add on for $25 each to let some sugar sit on our legs and to be wiped off with cold towels. Very dissatisfied.

My friend and I was on vacation in Chandler and decided to go to a Thai massage spa. The service was outstanding! I feel so relaxed with my one hour massage. I had a small lady, who got on my back and loosened all the muscles throughout my body. My friend who is disabled, never had a Massage and she enjoyed it and asked me to find her a Thai Massage therapist in Michigan where we’re from. If I ever go back to Chandler I will see them again.

This place is DIVINE! And my review is long overdue. I moved to the area back in February and was looking to maintain my 2x per month massage regimen. Then, the pandemic hit. For months I sat with tension and tight muscles. When the stay at home orders lifted, the first thing I did was book a massage at Thai Royal Massage. The ambiance inside was beautiful, my therapist listened to my strength preference, I was so relaxed that I knew I would be back frequently. I continue to go and experience deep relaxation, stress relief and a clean, chic environment. I am asking for giftcards for my birthday and the holidays as I love it that much. Best thing you can do for yourself or gift to someone else.

It was incredible.The ambiance was soothing, the massage therapist clearly takes pride in what they do as they do a fantastic job! One word for my first experience at Thai Royal Massage was WOW! I came out feeling rejuvenated and new.I work in the dental field so my neck, shoulder, and hands ache constantly. I’ve been having chronic issues for a while now. I’ve been to plenty of massages and this was by far THE best massage I’ve had. After my 1 hour Thai Yoga Massage, I came out a brand new person thanks to my masseuse John! He used kneading, pressure points, stretching, and focused on the specific body parts that you asked him to. Gosh, I moved out of state a couple years ago and now I want to move back just to get monthly massages from him!My husband’s masseuse Pong was great as well!Not only was the place clean and professional, the customer service was pleasant. The main Thai massage rooms had six beds with barriers between the beds, the room is dimly lit, and has a tranquil feel to it. There’s also private rooms. If you forgot comfortable clothes, no worries they have loose top and bottom for you to borrow.If you are someone who enjoys deep tissue massage with on point pressure, go to John. He’s pleasant, respectful, and kind along with everyone else there. He will literally transform your body into a new one! Thank you John, see you again! This is a family favorite ! Whenever we have family visiting from out of town we always take them here and it never disappoints! The 60 min foot massage is the most relaxing way to spend an hour. They are so good at what they do and so friendly and professional. I live in Queen Creek and it is definitely worth the 30 min drive!

Came here with my girl today. Firstly, I like how peaceful this place is. Eventhough it was quite busy but the frontdesk and therapist both made sure to gave us the attention that we need. I highly recommend the Thai Massage here, no doubt one of the best one I had so far.

We’ve been going to RTM for a few years and won’t go anyplace else for a full body massage! Whereas with other massage location you might leave feeling sore or like you hadn’t had a massage at all, at TRM you feel rejuvenated, pain free, and at peace. Their facility has a beautiful and calm ambiance and their staff are all wonderfully courteous and kind. I have had several therapists and they’ve all been excellent, keying in on problem areas and working on locations I didn’t know were sore at all! My husband really enjoys his time with Kim, as she is able to locate and relieve any tension and pain he’s experiencing.All around excellent massage that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!

The Swedish massage here works amazing. I have herniated disc in my lower back. The doctor said I have to live with the pain for the rest of my life. So I have tried different types of massage to relieve the pain naturally for the last few years.When my massage started, the masseuse climbed on the table and stepped on my back. I usually ask my kids to do that for me every ninght but I have not had that done by a masseuse before 😅. So this is definitely another level up.She used her hands and feet and elbows to lead out the right knots and tension I had in my lower back, arms and legs. She constantly checked in with me to see if the pressure was too much and also what area do I like her to focus on. I can tell that she is truely care about the customers experience.It is definitely an effectiv pain relief in my case. I did not feel the numb in my left leg for a few hours after the massge. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this place!

IT WAS AMAZING! I get 2 massages a week and I work out INTENSELY 6 days a week so Im very picky with my massages and making sure theyre not glossing over important areas where I need additional work but my masseuse (I believe her name is Phuong?) was a small woman but INCREDIBLY strong! Her pressure was amazing and she was also able to give me a great full body stretch! Its a bit far from my home but DEFINITELY worth the drive because I have yet to find a masseuse this good!

Came in today with lots of pain all throughout my body because I’ve been sleeping on the wrong bed for my back. I was just at massage envy the day before and that was a waste of my money I was still in pain when I woke up this morning . I got the 90 min foot massage w/ Dominic and boy was he Amazing !! I walked out feeling sooo much better. I loved the decor and the cleanliness and it had such a nice aroma in the air all throughout the place that , i just knew I came to the right place. All the staff there is nice and friendly like it should be when go somewhere. I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences going to places, but this place is definitely not one one them. I walked in and everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I ended up getting a Swedish massage from Sam and he was beyond amazing. He asked about pressure and any specific areas that needed or didn’t need extra attention. I highly recommend Thai Royal Massage and Spa to anyone looking for a good, quality, and affordable massage. My Wife and I have been to this location a few times and had great experience. This past weekend, however, I had Kim as a masseuse. It was awkward, as she repeatedly kept flicking my nipples, and scratching me like I was a dog. After the massage, I informed the receptionist of this, and was offered a whopping 20% discount. I paid, and went on my way. I later went to another location, and received a much better massage. Im giving 2 stars simply because the past massages received were good. This time, it was horrible.

This was my first time coming to this place to get the Thai massage. I came in with a large group and they accommodated all of us really well. The one hour massage was awesome and very relaxing. It felt great afterwards. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Shout out to the owner Tiara, thanks for your help!

In the 3 and a half years Ive been going to Thai Royal, I have not received a bad massage. Normally I request Kim. The things she can do with her knees and elbows. On the occasions I walked in rather than made an appointments or she wasnt available, well, I walk away feeling as though Im walking on a cloud. I cannot say enough good things!

I highly recommend Thai Royal Massage! Ive been seeing Dom for years - he is the best! Ask for the foot massage (its still head to toe massage) for a full hour and costs a lot less than the full body. They also have a new client discount for your first service. This place is very calming, immaculate...its in an open room atmosphere, with a tranquil water wall. You wear scrubs which they provide or your own comfortable clothes. Its a little different type of massage, stretching, pressure points etc. I love this place and Dominick is the best!

Affordable massage with plenty of options. This is a great location for both solo massage and couples massage. There are options on full body or foot massage. Both have the option to change into scrubs for a more comfortable experience. The 2 hour foot massage includes work on the legs and arms as well as some neck work. I am addicted and end up there about twice a month.

New ownership poor quality and service. I would avoid this as it is no longer a great place to relax they push you back in a bunch of rooms where you can hear others massages. The entire time it felt like I was being petted not massaged. I ended my massage early.

This was my very first time in a massage place and it was amazing! I had Dominique and the first thing I noticed was he was very friendly, knew exactly how much pressure to put and he made me feel very comfortable at all times. I felt like I could trust him immediately, and his welcoming personally made it even better. I had gone in with severe back pain from my glute up to my neck and I wasnt able to touch my toes and when I left I was no longer limping and crouched over in pain and I could touch my toes with out wanting to cry. He was very gentle and amazing at reading my body language and if something hurt he knew exactly what to do. I could tell he had a lot of experience with how to touch and handle people. I will definitely be going back again and I heavily recommend this place.

John gave me a 30 minute massage from my hands, and my arms that was numb, and he made an incredible difference, and did an awesome job. I already scheduled an hour massage next week for my hands. Looking forward. Thank you 😊.

We had 90min Swedish/Thai massages there last weekend and it was beyond amazing. That combo is highly recommended. We will be back for sure!

John is absolutely amazing, he is like my doctor, preventative, he fixes anything ailing my bodyt I try to make it every week but for sure every other week. The Studio is very nice and extremely relaxing. I absolutely loved that the salon was not too cold and the mint in the air of the foot root.I fully enjoyed the Swedish massage absolutely amazing!I then proceeded to get a reflexology session in which I was given a new therapist (Blond women). This therapist seemed to be in training and slightly scared to massage me, passed alot in between so it was shotty at best. Yet I felt even if she barley touched me, I will just advised the front desk they should train her better before sending to clients. Then she put a pressure on my low back incorrectly and rapidly on the second side of my hip and a slow string pain began in my lower back (heart of my back). I advised her I could not complete the session. She as any normal person expressed concern and offered a heating pad. I assured her I can get one from the CVS and proceeded to the front desk.The studio should ensure they work with her because she can one day make a great therapist I am sure. She also, clearly had no intention of causing me any discomfort. She was a very sweet old women.I went to check out and I mentioned to the young lady up front that the 1st massage was amazing and that somehow my lower back was now in pain from the second.Rather than her expressing concern as the therapist did or apologizing. She immediately said, next time ask for a different therapist so we can switch one out. So instead of showing any compassion or concern she was merely concerned about collecting the payment. I at NO POINT suggested that I was not paying for any portion of this Spa service.While I would recommend the therapist , I would not recommend this location unless they get rid of this front desk girl. Basic Human skills of communication and empathy are a necessity at any place that provides therapy even massage therapy.

Thai Body w/ hot stonesHad an amazing experience, exactly what my body needed. My muscles are always so tense and tight, my masseuse was able to stretch and work my body in ways I couldnt. I can definitely see this as being a once a month or more routine. Thank yall so much

This is the worst massage Ive ever had. I dont know why they hire people who doesnt know how to treat the clients. I had to tell her many times to do it softer. And she had a nasty attitude against me. I will not recommend this place and will never come back again.

If I can give zero starts I would, this place was the worst experience I have ever had in a massage parlor. Came is at 4:50pm to get a massage with my BF. They told us to cone back at 6:30pm because they where booked, this was fine, we came back at the time they told us. I start my massage at 6:35pm and by the time it was done and I fully dressed it was 7:25pm. I asked for a 60min Swedish massage, so I let the cashier know that it was only 50min and not 60min, but I didnt want to get undressed to to get the 10min owed. He told me he confirmed with the massus and it was 60min, I told him its 7:29pm right now, so how can it be 60min if my appointment was at 6:30pm ? I got a blank stare. Ridiculous is all I got to say, I would give it a better rating if it we had a good massage but neither of us got a swedish massage. This place is not worth the money.

We came for my brother’s birthday, and it was a gift for both of us. I’ve been sore from recent travel, which only tightened muscles that were already sore from health problems. My masseuse targeted the correct places on my legs and lower back. But, he also stretched and ease some pains in my arms and upper back near my neck. I’m definitely coming back.

They promote a discount on Thursday until 4pm for 45.00 for an hour. They would not honor the discount and the lady at the front desk was quite rude and was more interested in playing on her phone. The massage was ok and the place is nice but the front desk ruined it for me!

I have gone to about 4 sessions. This place is clean and professional. Everyone is friendly. Ive only had the Thai full body massage. I have always felt very good afterwards.

Great massage for a great price. This is not a traditional western massage - your clothes stay on so wear something comfy. Its a mixture of acupressure, yoga, and reflexology. I felt very relaxed afterwards and it has helped my energy. Ill definitely be back soon.

I did not know this was independent from the place on Dobson. This place is cleaner and feels more spa like. Very professional and easy to get in and out. They provided shorts for my sister wearing a dress, which I loved! Great birthday gift!!!!

I am so disappointed to be writing this review with as low a rating as I am since I had high expectations and was impressed by how lovely the atmosphere was when I arrived. I came in for a couples massage with my boyfriend last night and requested a female for myself and a male for him and when we got in I had a male and he had a female but we decided not to make it a big deal and continued on and while my guy (Dominic) was great the female that my boyfriend got (Kim) was so horrible my boyfriend wanted to leave during his massage and said he felt worse leaving than when he arrived. She spent his massage tickling him and nearly innapropriatly touching him several times and giggling all the while. She would begin a massage and then stop and tickle him he was so annoyed by the experience and we let the front desk lady know and she did not offer to refund or give any sort of credit unfortunately wont be back to this location ever again due to how horribly upset my boyfriend was over the experience

I used to love this place and the last few visits have been incredibly disappointing. It might be time to find a new massage place.If you get treated better the Thai foot massage used to be my favorite.

Ive been going for years. At least 6. If you get the full body, change your clothes into what they provide. Its worth it. If you get opposite sex make sure you clarify whats okay to touch and what isnt. I didnt clarify with a guy and he went really soft on the presses and I didnt get the whole body. He stayed away from my rear and upper torso.

I came here on 2 other occasions and my experience was great, today I came in for a 1:30pm appointment and was immediately attacked by the guy at the front desk about me not leaving a tip on my previous visit (COMPLETELY NOT TRUE). I’m well known for leaving $20 tip everywhere I go, been doing it for over 20 years now. I was completely offended and felt unappreciated.......I would never ever refer anyone to this place ZERO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS!!!

Just visited this beautiful spa. I was so excited because it was so beautiful and just a wonderful vibe but unfortunately my experience wasn’t the best I ended up walking out in more pain then when I entered.
