Elements Massage Chandler Village

This was my second time going to Elements, each time has been a great experience. Very professional staff, calm environment, and I leave very relaxed! This is both from the experienced staff and the overall environment. Recently made comment on the rooms being much more relaxing with the dark ceiling, nice sconce, professional looking sound system, and option on heated or no heat table.

Jerry truly helped me get my inflammation in check. My eating habits have drastically changed and I feel so much better. Thank you for your expert advice. I feel great!

Selena is absolutely wonderful! She doesnt just give a relaxation massage (though shes great at that when needed)... she pays attention to the muscles... how theyre moving or not moving, how they fit with your bones, how they work with your body movements. and making sure you leave refreshed and feeling put back together. I have never had a bad experience here, even on days she isnt available. The front desk staff are so helpful, caring, and do a great job of explaining everything. If you havent been to this location, I highly suggest it.

My massage appointment was amazing. The front office is very calming and welcoming. My appointment was at the same time I had booked. My masseuse asked what I would like the focus to be and I am so glad she asked because those areas were needed more than I knew! I had the CBD added and I feel like it really helped during the massage. I will be booking again soon!

Love this Elements location! I’ve been going here for several years. Front desk staff are always super sweet and helpful. I’ve had several therapists and all are well trained and attentive to your needs.

Elaine was great! Found all my troubled spots, there were many and knew exactly how to treat them. Great communication and totally professional and very skilled! Wish I was local, id be a regular!

Elements has been super easy to work with. My preferred therapist Jordan always seems to know exactly where my pain points are and works to ease them. The service and friendliness of the front desk staff are also a plus.

BEWARE! When you purchase gift cards and send the recipient into the salon with an appointment, they may try to get the person to make an appointment for the following month and if they do, your card will be charged for the appointment without your consent. Why they don’t allow that person to setup their own account with their billing information blows my mind, Kiera the asst manager was very rude and to the point about the situation and unfortunately uncharacteristic from when I first purchased the gift cards back in December for a Xmas gift. Quick how businesses changed up when they’ve already collected your money. Offered no resolution to the problem at hand and unfortunately I have to take another route to resolve this issue that could have been easily handled with a solution, but none was presented by Elements.

Stay away from these scammers, I called for a DEEP tissue massage and got a light pressure massage, the massage therapist had zero intentions of doing a massage as she was all over the place not knowing where to start or where to finish.Mind you, the receptionist said she has 20 years of experience and she is experienced in Deep tissue massage. I reminded the therapist multiple times during my 60-minute massage to go harder and apply more pressure, but she never did.She only put extreme pressure on my neck which is an extremely dangerous area where the carotid arteries are!I had to instruct the therapist to place a pillow under my head because the therapist’s true intentions were to make this massage as uncomfortable as possible.I drove from Tempe and it was a total waste of time, gas, and money and to top it all off I had neck pain for 2 days.This establishment doesn’t care about customers one bit, the manager never addressed any of my concerns rather she defended the actions of her employees. That’s why they have you sign a 10-minute waiver to cause damage to you and get away with it. From all the messages I did at different companies and different countries, this ranks the worst. This company spends money on marketing which they did a fantastic job at, but the actual massage and their employees are not even beginner level.

I recently had a massage with Selena and she was wonderful! She listened to my needs and was great at targeting areas of tension. This location is very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Selena!

Jose is the most phenomenal masseuse I have ever been to! He is so knowledgeable on how the muscles all work together. He was able to release so many of my tight spots in just one session.

I have been coming to Elements for over a year now and always book with Olivia! She has a great touch, deep tissue when needed but also a very enjoyable and relaxing service. Front staff is also always wonderful, professional and accommodating.

Anthony is wonderful on massages. Just the business practice is not up to par. I have been under a lot of pressure due to 2 deaths in the family and in the middle of buying a house, I totally forgot about my appointment. A goid friend and I agree the front office should have been more understanding. I was charged and they would not reschedule unless I paid full price for another massage since I was cancelling my membership due to moving/buying a new home.

Just tried to book a massage and she put me on hold due to computer issues then comes back to say she cant book me due to an altercation at another location. This is completely false. No altercation occurred. I couldnt make my appointment due to car breaking down. I was told they would fill it but instead got charged. I immediately canceled my membership due to the young girls attitude. She apostrophe put notes in the system that is is totally defamation. Each time Ive asked for the owners info. They refuse to provide details. Dont lie on your clients to save your own job and then refuse them service.

Jose was absolutely amazing! No joke one of the most theraputic massages I have ever had! If, like me, have tension that countless previous massage therapists were only able to make feel a little better and want to be released from the stress and tension trapped in those trigger points.....go see Jose!To give you an idea of how good he is, I debated posting a review because I dont want his schedule to fill up too much, so that I can still get in to see him!

Typically have great massages here but my recent massage with Selena was lacking. She focused mainly on my arms, but also rubbed my face which I’ve never had. Not sure if these oils are facial friendly, but I wouldn’t recommend this massage.

I have been fortunate enough to be a client of Alexas for over 3 years. Last month, due to our schedules not aligning, I had to book a massage with another person, at another business, that wasnt so great. That not-so-great experience reminded once again how amazing Alexa is at her job and why I continue to book with her. If you have been on the search for a great massage therapist look no further, book an appointment with Alexa!

Jerry is an ahhhmazing LMT! He’s extremely knowledgeable and very skilled. He uses very good technique and knows what you need! Just tell him what hurts and he “got you”! (Lol) :)!

Selena did extremely dangerous job to me. She surprised me at the end with pressing so hard on my neck and carotid arteries, it was extremely hurtful, I even have pimples in my neck for the first time in my life right after her massage. I don’t understand why she pressed so hard on my neck while other areas lighter. I writing this so you avoid putting on yourself on this situation, it was the worse experience I have ever had.

Jose is an outstanding massage therapist if you are looking for a medical massage to aid with injuries/ailments. I have now had 2 sessions with him and have seen vast improvement with some neck/shoulder issues I have. He is extremely knowledgeable about muscle/tendon insertion/attachment. He is able to pinpoint specific areas that are the cause of pain, etc., and provides detailed feedback. He utilizes multiple massage modalities so that even though the focus may be trigger point release, I still leave feeling relaxed.As a broken down ER nurse, I provide this perspective. Now don’t y’all take up appointment slots that I need. 😉

I have seen Selene twice and can not wait to go back and see her again! I love that it isnt just a massage with her but a stretch session too! She makes me feel comfortable and gives tips to work on things at home. Would recommend Selene 10/10!!

Selina did an amazing job, checked in with me often regarding the pressure during my massage. I was not tender or sore the day after either which I of course liked! Will definitely go again!

I have been going to this studio for over 5 years every 2-3 weeks and its always a relaxing and refreshing experience. My current regular therapist Olivia does a fantastic job and listens to me on where I most need work. I highly recommend the studio and Olivia.

My husband and I come to Phoenix once a year for vacation, and we always book a massage for ourselves. Zulie is one of the best massage therapists Ive ever had. She works wonders with the hot stones and is always a highlight of my trip. I would highly recommend her.

Girls at the front desk are SO sweet and on point. I have only had Alfonso for massage services but on a scale from 1-10, a SOLID 12, seriously be is worth every penny and then some. He is kind, considerate and made me very comfortable. I had only 1 massage done and I purchased the membership. He is THAT good. Man had a gift, no doubt about that!

Great massage from Jose! He was amazing! I have had massages from them all and Jose was the best for me! He fixed my shoulders pain on my first visit! Hes the BEST!

I love everything about your services! The front desk ladies are so personable, smiley and loving, it makes for a wonderful and at home type atmosphere. Booking an appointment is never a problem, they always work with me and do their best to fit into my schedule. The therapists are absolutely amazing, great personalities, always willing to talk but also will give peace and quiet if you do not engage in conversation. Additionally, the management is absolutely phenomenal! They are so easy to work with, and keep their business sparkling clean. This is by far the best Elements Massage I have ever been to, and quite possibly the best massage firm in Arizona!

I see Alphonso religiously each month. He’s been great at listening to what I need and figuring out what my body needs as well. I’m booking him now for my prenatal massage sessions and it’s absolutely amazing. Their office staff is always super friendly and the ambiance when you walk in is extremely calming. I would definitely recommend Alphonso and the Chandler location and tell you it’s worth the investment in your body!

UPDATE: All good things must come to an end. After years of visiting Elements because of a good massage therapist, I realize the business itself is flawed. After having been a loyal customer for years as a member of their wellness plan, they cancelled an appointment I had scheduled and moved me to a wait list because American Express cancelled my credit card on file to reissue a new one. They say they reached out several times through phone, email and text, but those all get filtered automatically as spam. Still, this is not my problem and is a non-issue.I have been a loyal customer for years and how do they recognize that loyalty? They cancel your much-needed appointment because they dont have an updated credit card on file mere days after the old card was cancelled. That is not a way to recognize loyal customers.Its absolutely clear Elements Massage puts the dollar in front of their customers.They have already and probably will comment on here to make excuses. They say its my fault for not getting their calls, texts and emails. They dont care these past couple days Ive been busy moving things from my garage without using my computer. They dont care their phone calls and text messages get filtered as spam. The manager hides behind saying its policy and that the system automatically does this, as if the system is totally out of their control. Im done with this place.------------------------------------------------------------I love Elements Massage Chandler Village and have been a loyal customer for years.I highly recommend Alexa, as is very attentive to customizing your massage experience to address your areas of focus and is great at making sure that her pressure level and everything are to your liking. It doesnt matter if I am going in with neck and shoulder issues, leg issues or just want a simple relaxation massage, Alexa does a great job every time.I highly suggest the wellness plan, as well. The wellness plan encourages me to go in for regularly scheduled massages once a month at a discounted rate - a great plan to promote self-care.

The whole place was amazing. The inside is clean, calm and peaceful and the lady at the front desk is so nice and accommodating. Dan was my massage therapist (i got the deep tissue) and he was wonderful!

The massage therapist Alexa was inexperienced I went for full Boby massage but received massage only on arms and calf that to only on my back part of the body. I have paid $79 plus 20% tip. I have informed the same to front desk and the lady told me that she will check with Alexa and will get back to me. I never got a call back after 3 days when called back to know why did I received only half body massage the facility manager was telling me that Alexa was not that experienced and I should go for another massage therapist.next time. I had a good lesson for trusting them. I will never go back recommend others to think twice before choosing Elements massage. I just got robbed.

Scheduled a massage here... first time coming. Had Dan!...one of the best massages Ive ever had! If youre looking for a deep tissue massage then Dans your man. Highly recommend. I felt he was in tune with the areas of my body that needed specific attention.

I visited Elements at Chandler Village for the first time today. The experience was great from start to finish! Booking was easy, the front desk staff was kind and professional and Helen is a phenomenal massage therapist. Shes a great communicator and skilled therapist. She listened to my needs and easily identified other problem areas. Also, I am so glad I decided to add hot stones (they are a must)! Thank you! Im looking forward to my next visit.

Alexis was amazing! I received a two hour massage from my daughter so it was my first time here. I’ve had many massages, but truly this was one of the best! She listen to my needs and met each one! Definitely recommend her!

Ive been a member here for a few months already and love my regular therapist, Alonso! He is amazing and probably my only masseuse who gives me a hug after 😁I called Saturday morning and wanted to book 2 last minute massages at the same time as I had a friend who was visiting and had just hiked the Grand Canyon so needed therapy. Me...I always have so much tension in my neck, back and shoulders. The front desk girls are great and scheduled us in same day. I always get the royal treatment when I come because Susann and team know how to make people feel special. Alonso was booked of course so I got my massage woth Ashley. I had her do upper body to get my knots out. She was superb! I loved the massage and her scalp massage was fantastic too. I had kinks in my neck for the past 4 days and she got them out. I feel so much better today. Now I have 2 therapists to pick from. Thank you again!

I had my first 90 minute massage with Helen and all of my expectations were met. Starting with the front desk, the check in process with Ivy was very smooth and inviting. After being taken back, I really enjoyed the questions asked in order to provide me with the best experience . Alex gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve had in a very long time! I had a 90-minute highly recommend to fully allow your body to relax and muscles release! I have been going to Elements Massage at the Chandler Village during most of my third pregnancy and it has been such a wonderful experience. It has allowed me to get in a relaxed state and helped me with my discomfort levels. I really enjoy they require prenatal certification for their therapists and the prenatal beds are amazing! Upon walking in, I am greeted by my first name, offered water, a chance to use the restroom, and always have a friendly conversation with Susann at the front desk. My children were sick one time when I had an appointment and on my next visit, I was asked how they were doing. It was heart warming she remembered.Each of my massages have been enjoyable and I have had a few different therapists. It is good to know that I will not be let down if I do have a different person. I always have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders from a previous neck fracture and I feel so amazing afterwards. I will say Elaine has been one of my favorites therapists; I once told her that her hands were made of gold. I am always asked about my comfort level with the bed, temperature of the room, pressure of the massage, and my target areas that need some extra attention. I really enjoy they focus on me! :)Definitely try Elements Massage at Chandler Village and you will not be disappointed with your massage or the fantastic customer service.

Booked two 60 minute massages a couple days beforehand and they were very accommodating. Front desk staff was pleasant and easy to work with. My friend and I enjoyed our massages so much we shouldve booked 90 minute ones! Massages therapists knew what they were doing.Nice relaxing lobby and rooms were very spa-like. Great prices, they had a special for new customers. Would definitely go back again when Im in town!

I love this place! All of the people who have given me massages have been amazing. I come in stressed out and tense and leave feeling like a brand new person. If you need a light massage to feel better or serious deep tissue work they have someone who can help. I can’t mention my favorite person because it’s already tough to book an appointment with her!

Lisa is the best! I feel so much better every time after I see her. She always listens to my specific concerns, makes recommendations, and even gives me tips on aftercare and what I can do at home in between appointments. I feel like she really cares about my well-being and comfort, and she does such a great job.This Massage Elements is in a great location. Their membership is pretty straight forward and easy to update and understand. The add-ons (such as aroma therapy, etc) are nice as well.

I had a prenatal massage there yesterday from Alphonso and it was the BEST massage ive ever received! Ive had many massages before, regular and prenatal and nothing compared to the one I had yesterday. He is so attentive to the client and has the ability to work on those tough areas while still being a relaxing experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know!

I recently had my first visit to Elements and was very impressed! From first contact on the phone, Ian was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful in selecting a therapist that was exactly what I needed. My 90 minute cupping massage with Lauren was relaxing, inviting and she hit all the spots just as I needed. I will be cancelling my membership with the Elements competition and making Elements a regular part of my wellness regimen.

Reception staff way very nice and welcoming. I saw Sean for my treatment and he was amazing. I had a lot of pain in my back and he really focused his attention there are relieved a lot of the pain i was having. Will go back to see him!

The therapists that they have are mind blowing. Seriously an all star dynamic team that allows you as a patient to find the perfect fit. Even if you dont know exactly what you are looking for, after answering a couple of questions and a couple visits, their team has matched me with the right therapists that can provide pin point relief or all around care. They provide the highest quality of care from both a service standpoint and a clinical standpoint.The company and particularly this branch should be lauded for their exceptional and consistent pursuit of the highest levels of performance and care. My wife and I are exceedingly happy with them and we have a membership with the company now. I spend a lot of time in front of a computer, and as Im getting older my body needs a lot more care and preventative maintenance. If you are reading this, you are probably thinking about giving them a try, so my suggestion is just call them. Tell them whats going on with yourself, be honest and open and you will have one of the best experiences youll ever have followed by doing something you never do... writing a glowing review and posting it.

3/19/14I have never had such a professional and enjoyable massage. Elaine was the best therapist I have ever had! The atmosphere was so relaxing and I felt very comfortable. I will definitely be going back. I am also excited to tell my wife about the prenatal massages that they offer!

Another great massage! From the moment I stepped foot into the building I felt welcome and relaxed. The front end staff was attentive and friendly and made me feel right at home. Nice size rooms with the most comfortable massage tables. My masseuse was fantastic. Best massage I have ever had. He explained his plan of treatment. The pressure was perfect and I especially appreciated the attention to details like the small towels he placed under my shoulders while I was lying on my stomach. Overall it was a relaxing and great experience which is exactly what I needed. Will definitely be back.

The front desk staff was friendly and explained everything very well. Selina was amazing, super friendly and very attentive, making sure everything was in my comfort level. I haven’t had many massages because of poor past experiences, but she definitely will be my go-to after showing such pride in her work!

Visiting Tempe, Arizona from Atlanta GA. My mother in law and I decided to get last minute massages. After looking up reviews we found the Elements in Chandler was the best. I called and spoke to Jessica who was friendly and had the best personality!!! We booked our massages for 7:00pm with Nick and Alisha. Check in was fast and easy. We got the introductory rate of $69 for 1 hour. I mentioned to Jessica that I saw a groupon for $59 and she immediately honored it even though I didn’t purchase it. The spa was very clean and had a great ambiance. Nick was very personable and did great work on my mother in law. Alisha was my therapist. She was very nice and quiet. She really worked on the areas that I mentioned on my check in card- neck and shoulders. Also liked that they have special accommodations for me who just had a baby and breastfeeding. Will definitely be looking for a Elements in my state and would definitely visit again when I come back to Arizona.

I hurt my back on Sunday. I always know everyone at Elements is there for me. I called and was set up with Jessica who did a phenomenal job of relaxing my sore muscles.Everyone, including all of the reception staff to the therapists are always helpful and friendly. They treat you better than family.Today I went back thinking I had an appointment. Apparently it was next week. My mistake. The front desk found Tiffany was available.After 90 minutes of pure excellence, I can finally stand upright.You’re still reading?? Call and make your appointment! And no, I don’t get paid for this. I love Elements Chandler Village.

If you are looking for customer service this establishment is not for you. I made an appointment through shared with my partner. After driving 25 minutes, I arrived to hear their was a “glitch” in the system and I shouldn’t have been able to book that time. Without any real apologies or concern, they said I could return a couple hours later which conflicted with another appointment. I said I felt there should be some type of accommodation due to my inconvenience and the manager basically said oh well. They just lost a customer. So much for relaxation!

I have the best experience every time I get a massage at this Chandler location! It is clean, they are always on time, and the environment is relaxing. I highly recommend Olivia, but the 2 friends I took with me had great massages as well.

My therapist Alphonso is amazing, and he listens very well to what I need on every session. I suffered from chronic back pain and since I started going there monthly my back pain is so much better! the front desk is always so friendly too. They greet me by name every time I am in there which I think gives a nice personal touch.

I must say that Alphonso was awesome. I have had great experiences with everyone I have had but this is the first time that I have EVER been moved enough to leave a comment. He is excellent. Detailed attention on all parts of the body and works out all knots. Excellent communication for problem areas. You will leave more relaxed than you will ever believe.

You guys! I had the most awful experience yesterday here! I saw Tiffany and she literally talked the entire time. To top it off, she talked politics!! Who does that? I was so uncomfortable I couldnt wait for the massage to be over! I told the front desk gals when my massage was over and Instead of apologizing or anything they tried talking me into getting a membership. I will never go back. Ive never been more uncomfortable in my life. Also, the rule is to wear a mask when you are faced up and she told me I didnt have to because she doesnt believe in masks. So unprofessional.Update: the owner of the salon called me and apologized and offered me a free massage. It was WONDERFUL!! I am so thankful she offered me to come back. I will definitely go there again.

I had not had a massage for quite sometime and needed one badly-I had Lynette and she was Fabulous-she was so Great I am scheduling another session with her in three weeks! Its like she had worked on my body before-she knew just the right pressure to apply and where and how to apply it to the sore spots. I cant give her enough positive feedback-plus the place itself was very nice, clean, quiet and updated very professionally!

I had a massage with Jesse. I finally feel like I have found a massage therapist that doesnt shy away from pressure and working on my tension and muscle knots. She did a fantastic job! Now if only I lived in Arizona (rather than just go occasionally on vacation). The front desk team members were very welcoming and helpful as well. Great service.

I had a fantastic massage with Christina the other day! Ive been going to the Chandler location since October 2020 and always had great massages, but this was my first time with Christina. I love how she asked about the pressure beforehand, she was able to do just the right pressure to get into my back and shoulder blade tension and I felt so much better afterwards.

Several years ago, a doctor diagnosed me with myofascial pain syndrome, and told me the best treatment would be massage therapy. I asked what other options I had. I really didnt like the idea of a stranger touching me. He suggested yoga, so I went with that... but it never really helped enough. I was still in pain.Fast forward several years, my daily pain had increased so much I was desperate. While on a Target shopping trip, I spotted the Elements Massage place. I took a deep breath, called them up, and am so glad I did.That was one year ago, and I have gone regularly since. After my first massage, it felt like someone took off a metal brace on my shoulders, neck, and back, which I didnt even realize was not normal. I could move more freely, the pain went down. It was a HUGE dramatic change in one session.The front desk and those heading up the front desk have always been kind, welcoming, and accommodating. On my first visit, they put me at ease right away. When I walk in, they know my name and greet me with a bright smile.I tried out three therapists, all were good, but eventually, I found Franny, and she is AMAZING. Talented, understanding, and sweet; I love my sessions with her. She puts you right at ease and is so knowledgeable. Id say the vibe with a massage therapist is as important as the massage technique, and Franny has a loving, safe vibe.Ambience is important, and this place has it. The front room has comfy couches, the massage rooms are clean, fresh, and lit with dim lighting. Theres relaxing music in the background, but its in the background -- it doesnt overwhelm you.Keeping it real here, I still experience pain -- I do have a chronic pain condition, after all -- but is 1,000 times better than it used to be. I cant believe I waited so long to try it.If you havent tried massage therapy yet, if youre in pain but nervous, TRY THIS PLACE. And ask for Franny. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

This place is great! The people in the front are very friendly and the therapists are amazing! Francesca changed my life!Ive been to tons of massage places and this one is by fare the most professional and most experienced therapists in the valley. From the beginning, Ian from the front desk was super helpful. Helen was an amazing therapist and my session was so good, she found so many knots that I didnt even know I had! Totally recommend this place, it is super awesome and super sanitary!

Alfonso was absolutely fantastic! My first time with him today and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! He completely took care of me and I feel absolutely refreshed and rejuvenated! I already rebooked for two weeks from now. Shhhh.....don’t tell everyone how fabulous he is, otherwise I’ll have a hard time getting in to see him!

This Elements location is wonderful all around. I have had multiple prenatal massages from across the valley and different salons but the therapists and front desk staff at this location are the most friendly and the massages from here are by far my favorite. Alphonso in particular is especially great as he used perfect pressure and gives full attention to client and individual needs. I would not go anywhere else!

If youre looking for a massage therapist, I would highly recommend Elaine. I have chronic neck and shoulder issues and she really understands the anatomy, and knows how to get to get all of those knots out. I have honestly never felt better!

Elements is very inviting when you first walk in. I love the front end ladies. They are very friendly and accommodating. My schedules changes all the time and I can call at the last minute and they always take care of me. As far as the therapists Ive seen 3 different therapists and all 3 were amazing. I dont know how they get all the good therapists but its obvious they dont just hire anyone.

I have used the same therapist since this location opened. I am very happy with the massages I receive. She is very good and knows exactly where to apply needed pressure if you are having any aches and pains. The front desk personnel is always pleasant upon arriving and when leaving. They are most helpful to get massages booked for your next appointment. I highly recommend this location.

I almost don’t want to post this because I want to keep Fran all to myself but she is amazing. She’s so bubbly and sweet! I signed up after one massage with her about 3 months ago and I can honestly say it’s one of the best things I have ever done. She has greatly reduced my neck pain and she is just a joy to be around. I feel comfortable around her and honestly I would recommend her to anyone.

I like pretty much everything. The facility is nice and clean. The reservations staff is always nice and welcoming. As soon as I walk in the door, they have me checked in. The therapist are knowledgable and well trained. Each therapist has listened to what I say about what pain, stiffness or symptoms I have and direct their treatment accordingly. They have assisted me in particular exercises and stretching needed for my stiffness and pain as well. I like this play much better than Massage Envy.

I have been getting deep tissue massages regularly for the last few years, and let me tell you that ALEX deserves a definite shout out! She is great and was able to fix my neck in one session I would most definitely recommend to her anyone!

This was my first time at Elements. The ladies at the front desk were very kind. My muscles were hurting because of working from home at a computer all day, every day, with terrible posture and loads of stress. Selena was great. She was very personable and made sure to check with me throughout the massage to make sure the pressure what what I needed. She even gave suggestions of how to stretch and keep the muscles loose. I even signed up to be a member to make sure I’m taking care of myself while working from home.

This place is the best place for a massage in the valley. I had a hard time finding a place to book a massage for my fiancé last minute but I called this location and spoke to Maya and Alysa not only were they able to fit me in last minute but they were willing to help place rose petals on the massage room for my fiancé’s appointment. Massage is great, well trained professional therapists! I only give it a 3 star because they are after your money and will strong arm you.Heres what happened. I tried to cancel a membership technically barely 30 days before the next withdrawal date and they strong-armed me and said today didnt count as one of the 30 and I would be billed anyway or forfeit my current months prepaid massage.Not smart Elements, you lost a loyal customer and I will never recommend you to any of my contacts due to the rigidity of your contract and not bending even a bit for the customer.Derek is right too. They are very corporate and ask you to come back in 2 weeks for a 90 minute massage every time. Hmm... I wonder why? $$$$$$ Never bought into that logic.

My therapist, Jessica, was phenomenal. The massage was very relaxing and everyone there is so friendly. They truly care about their clients well being and always makes them feel welcome. They address you by name as soon as you walk in. I highly recommend this location to anyone.

Keyaira is always helpful when I make an appointment and always a pleasant person to work with. Tracy is great, she always listens to my concerns about my problem areas, and goes above and beyond in each session to help me relax and unwind. Her cranial unwinding technique is the best Ive ever had.If you suffer from chronic pain, ask for Tracy and get the Himalayan stones. Totally worth it.10/10 highly recommend.

They need to do a better job with hiring at this location. Usually, Elements are very good (the one in Scottsdale is) and I enjoy it but this place was just terrible. It was a waste of money! At the end of the massage my masseuse said, sorry I could not get to your arms and legs. I was in shock because I had booked an hour massage. It was just a mess. For the amount of money they charge, trust me when I say, go somewhere else. Also, can you at least play music? I could hear people talking in the other room during the session. I will not be back!

I feel like I just paid someone to leave me bruised and in pain. This is the WORST massage I’ve ever had. I went because my lower back had been sore from workouts and Alexa only made things worst. I don’t know where in massage training did they teach her to dig her elbow into your calves. A day later and my whole back still hurts from her digging her elbow. I don’t know if maybe she had a rough day and was looking to take out her anger in someone but my God. Absolutely awful experience. I am so sore and in pain throughout my back and legs.

Excellent desk staff, always SO friendly, helpful, and willing to explain things and work with you no matter what the case is. Exemplary customer service! Not to mention AMAZING masseuses...my guy is Ryan, and it literally couldnt have been better. I just had back surgery. Ryans brother having back problems fit him into massage in the first place, and hes got a surgeon in the family as well. On his own time, while he waited for me to come back to see him, he did extensive research as well as talking to them both about how to treat me! As a manager in retail, and a customer service expert, I very much appreciated and recommend Elements Massage over any other place Ive ever been! And Ive tried a LOT of other places!

Yuliya is the absolute best who cares about making you feel better. Her massages have relieved so much of my back pain which helps me need less ibuprofen. I am grateful for finding her.

Elaine was amazing and very experience with what my body needed to relax and imporve movement. I was in such pain before I came in and couldnt sleep without pain meds, or advil constantly etc. Now I can sleep and only take a few tylenol to help with some remaining tightness. I need another session to help completely disolve the pain in my upper neck and back. However this was exremley helpful and benificial to me at this time. I see Alphonso and he is the only massage therapist I will ever see. I refer all of my friends and family to him. He understands the unique needs of a persons body and works with the client to come up with a plan for the care and keeping of their body. I am a trauma therapist, so I know the value or a person who understands the impact of stress and trauma on the body. Alphonso can tell me what kind of a week Ive had by what is happening with my body and reminds me to take breaks and gives me exercises I can use at home to help with my back and neck, which are common problem areas for me. He is apart of my healing journey.

I have been a member of Elements for over a year and have never once had a massage I did not thoroughly enjoy! I cannot recommend this place enough if you want some personal service and attention to what YOU like with a massage. My massage today with Ruby was A++. It is so apparent that this is a local owned business that really cares about their customers!! They are keeping me moving and shaking!

I called in at the last minute on a Sunday because I was in pain. I originally called in to the Arizona Avenue location, but they didnt have any availability. The receptionist realized I was disappointed and checked other locations and booked me at the Chandler Village (CV) location. I appreciated the extra effort she put in to help me out. The receptionists at CV were just as nice and helpful. The therapist was amazing and I have felt much better since that appointment and am now walking pain free.

As many folks who have gotten massages know, it can take time to find the right therapist for you. My last favorite moved at the start of COVID, and I was beginning to despair that Id ever find a new favorite.Enter: Jarred.I managed, via sheer dumb luck, to snag Jarred on his third day at Elements. Friends, if you have ever felt that moment of hesitation at getting a massage by a male therapist, I was right with you! Jarred, however, put me right at ease. His goofy disposition and obvious talent were just the thing to help me relax. Ive now seen him three times, and Im just hooked! He has great pressure, can help release even the tightest muscles, and takes the time to show relevant stretches for problem areas. He specializes in cupping (not my thing, but darned if it doesnt work), hot stone (new fav), and CBD (tbd).I legit have waited these months to post a review because I heard that Jarred was super booked at his old job, and I didnt want the competition 😂 However, after being thoroughly sheet-faced (TM pending), I figure its only fair to share this gem with the rest of yall.

So bought a gift card for my husband for Fathers day for 100.00 and he lost the gift card. After speaking with the location in Chandler Village they cannot help me with redeeming without the card even though they can see I purchased in their system. They physically have to have the actual gift card but dont disclose this when the card was purchased. Just seems very unreasonable and now 100.00 just gone because they refuse to honor. Not a way a business should be run. Especially now after covid.

I called today to schedule an appointment for this weekend. Spoke with a Kaylee who didn’t seem too happy and more bothered. Tone and overall professionalism was off. She asked for my gift card code before we could even talk about open availability. I was completely confused and taken back by her approach that I concluded the call and scheduled with the location on Ocotillo.

To say I am disappointed in the service/massage I received would be an understatement. Elements manager ( Suzy) not only was dismissive of my concern regarding my massage with Rosa, she practically called me a liar. It is incomprehensible to me why a Manager would be so eager to be offensive, dismissive, rude & condescending as pertains to such a personal service. A “complaint” need not be cause for anger, employee dismissal, etc. but, rather an opportunity to learn, grown and ultimately improve upon a service. A massage is a very personal experience and as such I do not express my concern lightly. It was a horrible experience, weird in an inexplicable manner, compounded by manager dismissive response.

Tiffany is truly amazing. She has strong hands and really engages your muscles to work out tension and stiffness. She is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever been to.

All the therapists have been amazing. Especially Alphonso! He definitely knows what he’s doing and listens well. His technique is very calming yet efficient with minimal to no pain even with deeper pressure.

I overpaid for essential oils and a horribly painful massage. I could only smell the lavender which was stuffed in a bag and put in the face hole of the table, for 10 minutes of the 90 minute massage. I was given a lady who was referred to as The Muscle Whisperer and I told her most of my pain was in my lumbar. She spent most of the 90 minutes on my shoulders, and for 4 days after my shoulders were completely bruised and I couldnt raise my arms above my head. No thanks.

No obligation — All this and no long-term contract! is noted as one of the benefits. However, no where during the membership sign up process or process of freezing my account did it mention I would be required to pay for an additional month if I decided to cancel. None of the documents that was provided to me to sign, (suspension form nor cancellation form) state this Corporate Policy ,which is upsetting due to the fact that I dont want to utilize the services anymore. I was already charged the following month during the freezing process and if it was told to me that I would then need to pay for another month once I decided I was not interested in continuing my membership, I would have never taken the advice of the receptionist to freeze it. The point of canceling is to revoke, end, remove, terminate so why would I want another month??? If this is the policy, I would expect this information be communicated to customers in advance. Overall experience here, I would not recommend....UPDATE: Thanks for your response, I understand and truly enjoy being locked in a payment for something I dont want. Appreciate the help.

Since covid is in place, I was a little concerned, but the incredible staff put me at ease from the moment I walked in the door until I left. I so appreciate their professionalism and not to mention their great massages. Try one from Zulie, she is my therapist!

Let me start out by saying that the front house staff is always polite and courteous. Also, Tai is the best massage therapist I have had in a long while. Every. Other. Therapist. Sucks..... I took my girlfriend to get a massage because she injured her back. I was assigned Rosa and my girlfriend got (Kristen?). Rosa, try as she might, failed in every level of the massage. Her abilities remind me of an awkward teenager who doesnt quite know what the heck is going on. Her pressure was sporadic, she had no consistency in time management and she doesnt know the proper technique to place the sheet when massaging the legs. This made it super uncomfortable for me. When she exited the room she just bolted. Nothing in the 1 1/2 hour massage could be considered an enjoyable experience. My girlfriend had a worse experience with the other massage therapist. No pressure. She said it felt like a bad back scratch for 1 1/2 hours. It was bad enough that my girl just wanted Kristen to Stop.My Advice:Unless you get Tai... Go somewhere else.
