I had Tamara yesterday and she was the absolute best. My better felt so much more relaxed and relieved than when I came in there. She hit all the spots where I was suffering and she didn’t talk me to death which loved. Just let me breathe and enjoy my quiet 🤫 time. Best massage by far I will come back to see her.

I had a great first experience with DJ! I felt like the massage was very tailored to me and my needs. He stretched areas that were really tight and even tried cupping which I had never experienced but now I’m a big fan! Walking out of the room, I could literally tell a difference immediately! I will definitely be going back to see him.

I’m writing this review after just walking out of the door. Maya is amazing!!! This is quite possibly the best facial I have ever had. Well I know it is. My skin feels and looks great and some how I feel so relaxed. The shoulder massage was amazing!! My next appointment isn’t until July and I’m already ready to go back. If you need a facial do yourself a favor and schedule with Maya! From the beginning checking in (I didn’t get that lady’s name but she’s great too) to the end checking out….10/10!

Sorry. I was late and couldn’t get the appointment. However, since it was my first time, the staff forgave me and I was able to reschedule. Everyone there was very nice when I am excited to start having some regular massages.

I had the best massage that I’ve had in a very long time from Quentin! He seemed to know exactly where I was sore. The pressure was exactly as I like, He was respectful and I thoroughly enjoyed my massage.!

I get a 60 minute massage here every month and it’s always so relaxing. All the staff are very kind and professional. Jazmine helped me reschedule my appointment after a booking error and got me in the same day. Jazmine was so welcoming and helpful at check in and answered all the questions I had about my membership. I also heard her have friendly and engaging conversations with the other clients. She’s wonderful!

DJ was the gentleman who did my massage and he was AMAZING!!! He was very attentive to all of my pain spots and really did the best he could to release all tightness in my lower back, shoulders, glutes, and legs. At the end of the session he was even kind enough to show me stretches that I could do to help prevent tightness continuing in those areas in between my massage sessions. I have already booked my next appointment to return to him!!!!!!

My experience at Massage Envy was 10/10. Davian was attentive, knowledgeable, extremely professional, and very thorough. The front desk staff were friendly, engaging, and everything was on time which is always appreciated. I will definitely be returning and would recommend this place to anyone else looking for a great massage.

Lonie was fantastic! Would definitely recommend her. Her touch was great firm like I like it, but not killer so I was able relax. Will see her again in two weeks.

Everyone is professional and helpful. Tanaja is truly awesome. She has new techniques at each one of the monthly sessions. She’s great about adjusting the massage to your specific needs as well!

I specified the level of pressure that I wanted & Paula instantly found my problem areas...it was like her fingers had eyes. I myself am a massage therapy student graduating soon I was intrigued & motivated by Paula knowledge of muscle. Alexis was very knowledgeable and professional! She listened to me and graciously informed me of problem areas that were effecting areas I thought were my problem areas. Not only encouraging more massages but also things I can do at home to help. She was awesome!

This location got me in same day, the service was cheaper than the other locations for the 90 minute massage and Anthony did an amazing job. Got out the knots and was good at trigger points to release tension in my shoulder. listened to what I wanted during the consult before hand. I recommend!

Jeong-Hoon is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever experienced. He knows anatomy! He listens to my concerns before he starts as he wants to fulfill my desire from the massage but he just knows as he is working where problem areas need attention. I told him I was tight in my neck. He raised my arms, moved my arms in ways that stretched the front of my chest, down my sides and my shoulders as he was simultaneously massaging, then spent several minutes massaging and stretching my neck. His technique is polished and skillful. He is a true professional.

Had a scheduled appointment which was fortunate because all-day meetings messed up my legs and glutes. Matthew did a great job addressing the lower back and IT bands even though I know those are difficult areas to hit. Thanks to Matthew for his excellent work!

I just received a massage at massage envy and I normally would not post a review but this one was just bad. I’ve been to many different locations and spa’s and this was the worst. The therapist didn’t even massage my back and I scheduled a 60-minute full body. I’m really disappointed with this service. My sister had a massage as well and her experience was great so it depends on the therapist you get and that is a risk. I would come back to this location or recommend to anyone.

Had a great massage from Davian (DJ) this morning. Very knowledgeable and accommodating, would definitely recommend his services to anyone who needs some relief from their muscle soreness.

I had a facial with Jan Marini and a massage with Anthony for my birthday and I was so happy! I booked last minute because my regular massage guy was booked, it was super relaxing and everyone from reception to service providers were so kind ❤️ Both services felt customized to my needs, Was considering the membership but I hate commitments, definitely planning on returning though

I received an oxygen facial by Makayla and she was extremely knowledgeable about explaining the different kinds of facials and how they benefit the skin! I loved the facial and 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Tanaja is BEYOND gifted. I had one of the best massages of my life with her yesterday at Massage Envy SouthPark. My best description is that was more healing + healthcare + transformative wellness than just a “relaxing massage.” She is a special one.

Jeong HP was awesome. He is fantastic when you need a true deep tissue massage. The best massage EVER! I wish he had more appointments.

This was my first massage with Anthony. He was a little late taking me back but once I was back, we went over my areas of concerns. He was professional and evokes a relaxing environment. He gave a good massage, increased pressure when requested and he took his time with each area. As good as the massage was I don’t feel like it was customized to my needs. I would definitely request Anthony again and stress my areas of concerns at the beginning of our session.

Tanaja Stevenson deserves a bonus. She always gives 100%. Great masseuse. Great attitude and great customer service!

Pro: Massage Envy is a great place to be a member. While most of their massage therapists are great, and each with their own specialty, Matthew is my favorite. Con: The only problem Ive ever had here was with, Fatima, an employee who I strongly feel should not be working in customer service, as she was extremely rude and condescending while I attempted to make several appointments over the phone this afternoon. The amount of stress she caused while trying to schedule these appointment(s), was unnecessary and the exact opposite of the relaxing experience I needed today. She even ended the call saying, I hope you have the kind of day you deserve! (Fatima said it with a tone as if I were the problem in this verbal altercation). This was an unpleasant dynamic Ive never had to endure before today, during my 4 + year membership with Massage Envy.

I recently had surgery and Jeong was very accommodating in the way I had to sit rather than lay on the table to receive my regular massage therapy.I felt much improved after just one treatment.Thank you Jeong and ME.

I’ve been getting regular massages at ME for over 10 years and it really helps reduce chronic muscle tension and is so relaxing and soothing. A 90 minute session with Solange is fantastic. She is amazing and so knowledgeable and skilled. I always come out relaxed and rejuvenated.

I usually get a massage but now i branched out to facials. Maya had my skin glowing and clear and is always taking great care of me. My face is still glowing after a couple of days and she truly does a great job!

I had a great massage with Paula. I have several places in my neck that are painful, but she did a great job alleviating the pain. Some areas were very sensitive to the massage (as she was working it out) and she made sure I was okay when she noticed the tenderness. In other words, it hurt so good. I have already booked my next massage with Paula, highly recommend.

I booked a couples massage with Adrienne and Matt and the entire experience was excellent! They both made my partner and I feel very comfortable before, during, and after our massage. We will definitely be back!

As always I had a great experience at Massage Envy! I have been in therapy for my shoulder and arm. I requested someone with that specific training and Davian is certified. He took great care of me and my arm felt 100% better. My mobility increased tremendously more than expected.The extra for the customized cupping is certainly worth the money. Oh my, Solange!!! Retired competitive gymnast here. Regular to massages. This was the 4th person I’ve tried on for size there & … wow. She blew me away. She was focused, intentional, & comforting. I know I was probably 1 of 6-7 clients she had today, but she absolutely made my day so special. She’s gained a new regular for sure.

Ive been a member of Massage Envy for a number of years. Robert used to be my main therapist until he moved on to bigger & better things. The last few years Ive gone between Murielle and Christian, both are also amazing therapists. I leave feeling fully relaxed after all of my sessions.

Murielle is by far the best masseuse at this location. I’ve been going to her for over 2 yrs now. She tailors to your needs and remembers details about your previous session. She is kind and respectful and gives a great massage!!I will miss her terribly!!!

Listen Lonie is my go to and favorite masseuse! If she’s booked, I’ll wait. If she’s on vacation, I’ll wait. Go in stressed and muscles tight. Leave feeling like a noodle 🤣 That alone should tell you a lot! I can’t wait until my next appointment❤️

I recently had the most incredible massage with Miss Paula that left me feeling rejuvenated and utterly amazed! Her expertise was evident as she tailored the massage to address my specific needs - relieving tension and melting away stress! I had a massage today. The pressure was good, no complaints there. However I was up front about where I wanted attention. I expressed that In on my feet often and wanted calf and feet dedication. I may have received 5 minutes on that area. Definitely feel like I wasted a massage being that is what I went for.I just feel like I should have gotten what I went for. I now have to schedule another. I still tipped well because it was a good massage.

I had an exceptional experience with Seberta during my 90 min massage. I came in needing a reset of mind and body, I left feeling relaxed and invigorated mentally and physically. Thank you for giving me exactly what I needed☺️. I’m ready for round ✌️

In a lot of muscle pain yesterday. Muriel not only has strong hands and relieves the pressure, she has caring hands. She uses the approach of using her hands to cover the affected area, then uses her fingers at same time for detail pressure, amazing technique!!Her attention and demeanor to ensure we, the customer feel the full effect of a true massage make her exceptional to anyone else I have ever had! I would follow her anywhere!!! She also closes by waiting for me to exit and asks if water is needed or ask how I feel. She is first class all the way.

Excellent service. Ebony was fantastic! I came in with a bit of stress my Bp was elevated. She was caring and gave me some great advice. I always feel refreshed after my service, whether facial or massage. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this location!!

I called in on 6/1 to inquire about a gift card. Purchased for me, there was no issue at all over the phone however when I went to pickup the gift card on 6/5/23 the front desk staff was rude from the eye rolling to them refusing to look under the counter to find it- it was there with my name on it! . After I called the person who purchased the gift card the buyer mention they too had issues with the same staff they told me I didn’t have to be upset, I never did anything to indicate I was upset, not sure why this was said My voice wasn’t raised & I wasn’t irate I told them to have a blessed day and I took my gift card to another location and got the best service. When I called to complain about the service I received I was informed the staff that treated me so bad was actually management.

Kiaundria was fantastic! She listened to my needs and took care of me! Thank you, Kiaundria- my birthday was much more relaxed! Also want to say the front desk showed great customer service to the customers they helped- very patient, friendly and helpful.

I got a facial with Maya and she was so personable, attentive, and kind. She’s also extremely knowledgeable. I will be going back to see her as soon as possible!

I’ve seen Murielle for over a year and she’s wonderful. Personable, friendly and very professional. I don’t know how she knows, but she always gets right into my pain points, without me having to tell her.

I love my appointments with Christian. She makes my sessions friendly while also repairing any issue I bring her way. She gives great advice and recommendations for exercise that will aid healing and recovery. Overall just a great person plus the added bonus that she has a gift to help heal and restore your body. Definitely a treasure and god send for me with all the injuries she has helped me with lol

I just started getting facials a few months ago & have had such a great experience & results that I’ve made seeing Alex a regular thing. She is also a therapist so you get a little bit of a massage with the facial & she’s got great pressure & style. Great conversation as well!

Massage was great. She, Lonnie made sure I stayed warm because it was Cold in there and that I didn’t like.My second message I had yesterday was a 3-4. I didn’t get my feet done and I was freezing couldn’t really relax.Next time when I come, just letting you know if it’s Cold like yesterday I’m Canceling! Ebony’s hands were cold that’s how cold it was in there. I stayed under the cover for an extra 3-4 minutes before getting dressed.

Kiaundria is the best. Shes always my go to. I wish massage envy would let her make her own schedule. So she decided to go to another company & I will be following her as soon as my contract is up!

Maria gave me the best massage since I’ve started back using massage envy. She not only got my frozen shoulder moving but also provided me with information to help keep the range of motion going in the right direction. I really appreciate her advice and the work she performed on my shoulders. This was the first massage where I felt like the masseuse knew how to fix my problem. My entire health team has said “no pain- no gain” for this frozen shoulder of mine and Maria gave me a new hope of getting my shoulder moving correctly again. Thank you so much!!!

Had my first massage experience here the other night. I went in thinking I was going to be knocked out the whole 90 mins but I had really authentic and fun conversations with my masseuse, Kiaundria. I forgot my shoulders were tight and as soon as he started applying pressure, she was able to loosen them up. I ended up signing up for a membership that night. 10/10 recommend

This location was a disappointment. My wife went in for an hour message she scheduled WITH additional treatments. At the end of the message, which my wife said was very good, my wife was told the masseuse forgot about extra treatments and had another appointment. Neither of which was my wifes fault. It was her first time there so she received a first timer discount for the message AND treatments, except they forgot about extra treatments... but they told her she can reschedule for another message with the extra treatments at full rate. I hope this is not common among other MEnvy locations.

I was uncomfortable with the massage therapist and asked to end the session early. They have offered a “half credit” but will not refund my money nor give me the full credit. I find this grossly unfair. I loved this place, doubt I’ll be back.

I had my first Massage Envy experience yesterday and it exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. I had a deep tissue massage with Sharron W and she was the most knowledgeable massage therapist I’ve ever had. Within 5 minutes of my session she was able to tell me why certain muscle groups and areas were feeling they way they were. If I ever come back, I will definitely be booking it with Sharron W.

Paula is strong and knows how to bring relief to tired and tension filled muscles. She’s also kind and has great interpersonal skills. Sometimes she lets me talk and it’s nice, but other times she knows just when I need to relax in silence. She’s a real treasure!

Dont Waste Your TimeMassage Envy Southpark had cancelled two couples massage sessions without offering solutions or alerting the other party of the couple there would no longer be a couples massage. I was the one who had to make contact with the store to alert them it is no longer a couples massage if only one person is present. Communication and customer service is almost nonexistent.Its understandable sometimes things come up, therapist get sick, quit (in our case), and other things. However, this store did not offer any type of solution or contact the other party in the couple. Even after I contacted the store the first time, they offered no solution at all. Just Sorry, he quit. I had to suggest we reschedule to another date and time. We did reschedule and the second time they also cancelled. This time they confirmed my appointment but did not offer any solution until I told them to cancel my appointment. Even then, no solution. The manager finally called me after a text I sent about the poor customer service and bad business practices. At this point, she offered a facial, but only at this point, hours later. There was no offer of a facial when they cancelled the first appointment or when I cancelled the second appointment. Only AFTER I complained in the text and also on the Massage Envy website.Save yourself the headache. There are way too many options in Charlotte for massage at the same or better price that will give you better customer service and communication.

Lets you know an hour before hand that they will cancel your appointment then be ecstatic that you don’t come back.

My massage was excellent. The attendant at the front desk needs an attitude adjustment. She was not friendly, and intentionally didn’t even say hello when I entered and spoke directly to her.

This review is only for the front desk. They always mess my appointments and automatically change them from weekends to weekdays. When I schedule my appointment, I never get an email (earlier I used to) and the front desk have no clue. When I talked to them about this they are sarcastic about it and unhelpful. The front desk is rude, unprofessional and messed up. The therapists on the other hand are the best. Please fix this. I absolutely want to continue but the front desk has messed my appointments way too many times and I am now asked to pay a cancellation fine for an appointment I did not even make.

Used Lonie for a 30 min stretch and then came back for a 90 min massage. It was excellent. Finding times with her that work is difficult but I’ll keep trying. Thank you

Lonie is on another level. I dislocated my shoulder two years ago and suddenly it came back to haunt me. I’ve been In pain for three months. After describing the limited perimeters of arm motion my shoulder pain was causing, Lonie honed in with pinpoint accuracy, exerting the exact amount of pressure that relaxed the bound up muscle tissue and produced instant relief. I’m grateful for her knowledge and her learned ability to apply it with precision.

This location is amazing- the front desk team is very friendly. The reason I signed up for my monthly membership a year ago was because of Paula. She is SO amazing and is great especially if you like deep tissue and hard pressure. I recommend her to everyone! I feel so relaxed every time I leave. Thanks !
