Encore Nightclub Charlotte

I had another wonderful experience at Encore this weekend. VIP was the best the Owner made sure we had an unforgettable night .. there was plenty of room for us get the party going. The drinks were delicious.. I was comfortable the seating great. We were well attended by our hostess. The bottle girls were beautiful and made us feel special. The music was wonderful and sounded fantastic. It was lights camera action with the light and everyone had a great time. Security was on point and helpful even help me feel special, getting up and down the stairs. If you are looking for a safe fun environment to let loose and enjoy yourself I recommend Encore. I will be back💋

Nice little club. Good Music. Friendly staff. On the smaller side, has a lounge feel and is a very intimate atmosphere. Located in the heart of downtown Charolette’s bar destrict. Relatively safe. Plenty of other bars and clubs to keep the party going. Show quality will vary by artist. Cash Cash & Audien are safe bets for a fun night at the club

I wanted to go to a nightclub for my birthday since it had been a while and stumbled upon this new club thats located off College St. In uptown. I decided to get a table as I heard and read reviews from other people that it does get crowded, so to be more comfortable, a table would be a better option. Im so glad I did! First off, we arrived a little before 11 p.m., and there was no line outside. The outside does have some palm trees, which gives it a Miami feel to it. We walked up to the host stand, Gabe them my info, and let them know we had a table. She was super sweet and nice. Our table was right in the center and across from the DJ booth, which I loved because we were able yo see the whole club from our location and be in the middle of everything. The table was super spacious, and I loved how the club was decorated. Lights everywhere and sometimes when they would play a song, the music videos would be playing all around the club, which I thought was cool. Our bottle girl was super nice and attentive, and she made sure I had a blast and took care of every detail. Towards the end of the night, though, it did get super busy, so we lost her for a while, but it wasnt a big deal. Now, this club does have a small dance floor that gets extremely packed, so I do recommend that if you want to have your space and be comfortable, a table is the way to do it. They offer table service on the dance floor also. There is a parking garage right beside the club, so you dont have to park far and some on the street if you find a spot. Now this is a more EDM, hip pop, pop club so if it isnt your taste in music you probably would not enjoy it. I definitely will be back for sure.

Visited 3 times. Here’s the details.Depending on the side you walk in, you’ll either be greeted in the club side or the lounge side. Both have great vibes depending on what you’re looking for.Lounge has hookah’s, a side bar, individual tables and separate house DJ. The club side has an impressive amount of VIP space for tables close to the dance floor and further secluded. Additionally the club side has a great lighting set up similar to Hive but not nearly as bright inside(for the better). The music all 3 nights were mostly consistently upbeat house music in the lounge area as well as occasionally some rap mixed in.The club area music ranged from electric house, trance, deep, some rap, lot of range in the mixes. Generally as long as the mix isn’t too heavy in the head banging , harder bass-dropping house music, the crowd can dance to it. Overall, I think it’s a blast.If you’re familiar with Charlotte,It’s basically Lost and Found meets Hive.Good music and plenty of space.Only thing I would mention,There is 20% tip already included in the price. We were told it was a $1850 minimum, not a package section. It came with 3 bottles and champagne, never got the champagne…We were told we could have 25 in our section and any after that we’d pay for extra wrist bands. After we got there they said anyone after 20 people had to pay for wrist bands, we were told on the phone they were going to be around $20, they were $45/per wrist band. We spent $450 just on wrist bands when we would’ve gotten another bottle with that.

Went to the entrance of the establishment and my party was asked were we arriving for brunch or the day party. From the line we could see the place was packed good music and folks were eating brunch. But we wanted the day party for we had already ate brunch.We advised the person working the day we were present for the day party. They then advised us we had to go to a back entrance. Which was an entire walk around a corner 😩😩Ok cool no biggie really. Get to the back entrance, the person at that door was like we not open till 4. Now why didn’t the person in the front advise us of that and save us that walk? Bad customer service but ok.We waited until 4:15 and still was not let in the building.We have got to do better. Black owned etc whatever customer service is KEY. I don’t care what the color of the person is that runs the business. Had we been properly informed 45 minutes of our time between walking and waiting would not have been wasted. Your business will not last long if you don’t have it.Also don’t give folks a time if you ain’t opening at that time. And there was no apology for any delays or nothing. 5 workers just sitting there looking at us like we were the problem when all the while we were inconvenienced TWICE and somehow that was our fault…

So much fun at Encore! Encore, Hive, and QC are right next to each other!! I definitely recommend VIP with Bottle Service once you decide which club is more your vibe. I loved the DJ at Encore. XOXO is a part of Encore but much smaller, more of a lounge. Pay for parking.Great night full of fun!

A large group of us were looking for a location to celebrate a friend’s birthday after much Google searching we found Encore. We saw it was a new location with a great layout and pictures looked great. We called to let them know we would be coming. We slowly started to arrive at 9:00pm by 10pm we had 50 people with us and some still coming. We started off in their smaller bar XOXO which is absolutely beautiful the decor was amazing and drinks we made to perfection. We noticed the waitress/ bottle girls were dressed in all white and looked stunning. They let us know that they had a private event at 10:15 to at 10pm they would walk us into the Club side. We all drank and chatted as we waited and they walked us in to a large vip lounge area. Mind you this was all last minute! They were so sweet they brought out our bottles, we had a beautiful young lady and maybe her twin helping us all night. We didn’t find coat check so we stacked our coats but worked great so we could go out back and smoke and not be cold. Now for the location it’s self. It’s set up perfectly clear entry and exit points. Bars always accessible and you don’t wait forever to get drinks like many other locations. The bathrooms are clean and they have attendants in them. You may catch a small line but goes fast. The dress code is strict and I like that because people have to put effort into their attire.The crowd is mixed I mean a true melting pot of people and ages it’s great! The security and safety were all so polite and dressed nicely. We went early to avoid the long lines to get in that’s why we went to xoxo bar which worked great.Our VIP section was large and worth every penny. Since it does get crowded I would suggest getting a group together and just getting a VIP area. The DJ was awesome he played some good mixes for the night I do believe it was more edm style that night. Some people were saying that the drinks are pricey they can be $12-$18 maybe more depending on what you get. This is a high end nightclub you can see that by entering and the quality of clients. Our group had a great night we will definitely be there again and we will recommend for others. The only suggestion I would have is don’t allow glass cups from XOXO bar we did drop one and felt so bad. I would also recommend cups with tops the floors will thank you I wore about 3/4 drinks from people dancing and walking past I don’t care because I dance so much it’s dries fast but for the damage it will do over time to the flooring and it’s super sticky when walking.Thank you for having us and the great experience.

They charge like $1000 for a section and it absolutely sucked!! Supposed to be the better deal lol DJ was trash. We requested a song and he just rudely ignored us being right there in front of us. Could’ve just said he doesn’t take requests. We were only there for an hour. Never again. 😅

Section isn’t worth it! Don’t get it!! Hookah trash!!! Don’t get it! They swear it’s nicotine in it, and it’s weak! We got a section. We didn’t get a bottle until 45 minutes later. 2 different people from my section ask for a food menu 30 minutes apart, we never got it. And now they about to close. Trash 🗑️

Front door people will get money from you even if you were part of a private party theyll still tell you to pay and they wont tell you theres multiple entrances for different guests. They wont refund you either. Glad it wasnt my party there, I definitely would never pay that much for the product that was given. Good vibe but not what you paid for. Our bottle girl was very nice! But drinks went empty fast and not poured again for awhile. Nice but slow. And the tips are included but they expect more at the end. Also front door let me in then on my way in from the smoking section I was told I cant bring in the Birthday gift I brought. So idk take what you will.

I usually like Encore but now know not to get a section there. They scammed me out of $1100. They took my card and ID for the section payment and 30 mins later I checked my account, 3 different transactions for a total of $1100 had been taken out as well. I’ve never been scammed. I asked about the transactions and the girl who was our bottle girl told me she never even took my card for a payment (lie number 1) and all managers told me it had nothing to do with them because the additional transactions didn’t say “Encore” and then they kicked me out of the club because I went to follow up on the situation. Clearly, after I gave them my card, somebody wrote down the card number and made a bunch of online purchases. All of the purchases were made while my card was out of my possession between 12:30-1am. I had to do a police report and all. Don’t get a section here.

My wife went to Encore as part of a bachelorette weekend. One of the bartenders demanded she go out back with him to talk. When she refused, he had security throw her and her entire party out.

Great experience! I love the set up of the club, the light show and the DJ was on point. There’s a cocktail lounge called XO on the other side as well. The servers were super friendly and the drinks were to die for! Would definitely recommend for everyone to visit this new gem!

I had the most wonderful experience booking VIP with Brittany LaShae. The atmosphere and VIP service is fantastic. The staff puts customers and clients first. Brittany’s VIP management ensures only the best experience for all the patrons and customers!!! There’s nowhere to sit, they make you pay for all seating. Staff was very rude to our group, we got dirty stares for dancing (normally, on the bar floor, to dance music). It’s literally a strip club, should be advertised as such. Also if they register your phone number (mandatory), they harass you with texts until you block them. I DO NOT recommend for women who want to have a fun night.

Last Sunday was my first time and it felt like Hollywood when we stepped in front of the club. The XOXO bar lounge in the back is nice setting from the club. Brittany and staff was the bomb. Good vibe and dj was awesome. Had a blast. Cant wait to go back

I will definitely be back! I received more of LA vibes than Miami. It was really nice in here. The bathroom service topped the charts for me. The music was also great. They played a nice variety. I have no complaints.

I went 2 weeks ago with my friends. We’re sitting in the lounge bar & got charged $18 for a drink when it says only $13. I asked the bartender why I got charge more & he said it’s for tax & tips. But I saw the bottom check they charged tax & $10 tips for 3 drinks when I already gave the bartender cash tips. Be careful when you order drinks. Check what you’re paying for!

Every purchase quietly adds a 20% gratuity charge. Confusing entrance that has separate lines for VIP, tables, and GA which all lead to the same area. Even going to the bathroom requires you to push through the crowd. Literal fire hazard. I could not enjoy the music from a major DJ that I love. Please send a fire marshall here before Charlotte has their own Station nightclub type incident.

I went to go see Disco Lines on 3/3, this was my first time at this venue. It was WAY too packed, standing on top of people, and constantly getting ran into and almost knocked over. It was very unprofessional to sell so many tickets to a venue that will not hold the capacity. My friend ended up passing out and smacking his head because it was 90 degrees and had to leave immediately. Never will I ever go back to Encore.

Encore XOXO is a blast. Every time me & my colleagues enter this venue we’re greeted by their excellent staff & treated to the best hospitality in CLT. Brittany is awesome & always so helpful. I recommend Encore to all my friends for these reasons & so much more. Encore has quickly turned into my favorite venue since it’s grand opening.

This club is exactly what Charlotte needed! A big, beautiful Miami-like club with plenty of large booths to accommodate big VIP groups. The space and staff were so inviting and the drinks came out fast. Will be back :)

The worst night experience you can ever have in terms of service and staff. There was violence in the club between guest and staff members. And the night came to an end after which the bouncers were manhandling all the guests to get out. Without any respect and my female friend was pushed over as well where she fell and hurt herself when I came in middle he started swinging at me. The bouncer was a black guy and had dreads. I also had to reach out to cops in regards with this and the bouncer still had no guilt and regret we have filled a complaint and we regret going to this place. I do have the complainant number as well to prove and show. Go ahead and check your security cams at 2:15 am at your exit.

I love it here!! Rhaven & Kayla are the BEST bartenders! They’re fast, the drinks are good, and always greet you with a great personality/smile. I will definitely be back!!

10/10 experience! As somebody who goes out a lot in Charlotte I can tell you this is the SPOT! The atmosphere is unmatched! You can tell they took their time and didn’t cut corners, if you’re looking for a spot to check out this is definitely it!

Great staff, people, and music. A must-see place to be. The design and effects is nothing Charlotte has seen. We plan on hosting our company events here too!

Waited 30 min in line just to be told I couldnt get in for wearing shorts....their website and social media doesnt mention any dress code. Its unconsistent some people w tennis shoes get in others dont.Also, they need to hire more people to check the ids because the line is sooo long to get in. They have like 2 people trying to handle a line of 100 people.

Honestly just go somewhere else you can’t really enjoy your time unless you have a section also they scammed me out of 470 dollars when the told me my bottle was 200 and 262 after tax the bottles girls played in my face the whole time kept our id and card at the end of the night they finally decided to mention there was a 450 dollar minimum for that night when she had plenty of opportunities to tell me that the money was never the issue it was just the principle will definitely go somewhere else when I come back to visit

Pleaseeeeeeeeeeee do not go here!!!! They sell drinks with ants floating in them and bartenders are aware and don’t care!

Very nice club. State of the art sound and visual displays. Usually people dancing somewhere in here because of the good djs.

Horrible place. When I was leaving a bouncer asked me, to my face, if I was dumb. I would advise for anyone with pride to stay away from this club.
