Wow, I can safely say that Kat at the Kure shop in Noda provided me with the best customer service I have received in the two years I have lived in Charlotte NC. Kat went out of her way to take me out of my comfort zone, ask me discovering questions, and educate me on the products in their store. I felt comfortable and confident with the products and knowledge I received while I was in their store. As someone that values customer service, people like Kat give me hope in business’s investing in people who hire employees that are customer focused. I will be back!

The staff here are the best! They are so friendly and helpful, I always have a great experience!

The associates here are always incredibly friendly and helpful. I am very lucky to have them right around the corner from my home. Every time I go in, they treat me like they already know me. The selection of products, willingness to share pointers, and allowing you an overall unhurried approach to flavor selection are huge. On my last visit, two associates spent over an hour working on my old mod. It literally made my day, and tops the list of best customer service experience Ive had in a long time. Thanks Kure!

Today was my 2nd visit to this location and let me tell you the customer service I received from Andrea was phenomenal! I went in and explained to her what I needed and the fact that I needed a vape similar to the disposable one that I had currently. She proceeded to recommend a few different products and actually EXPLAINED the difference in the options she gave. She was very knowledgeable of the products. I ended up coming back later that afternoon to do an exchange which Andrea made so easy and she didnt let me leave until I was 100% satisfied! I love this place and if you give them a visit, you will too!!

Customer service was pretty good but geez when did Kure get so freaking expensive. Had a military discount plus the points for $5 off and still spent $75 on 2 of their house juices. The place I usually go to I get 2 non house juices for $40. Looks like my days of going to Kure are done. Prices are insane now.

Jules and Ian were AWESOME! Basically read my mind on my favorite type of juice and made me something delicious - Riptide! Definitely check this location out, it’s huge and the customer service is fantastic.

This location is wonderful! I usually go to the University location, but I much prefer this one 1. Because it’s right down the street from school and 2. The staff is incredibly kind and informative. Today, Ian assisted my friend and I and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be stopping by at this location from here on out. Thanks Ian!

Watched a woman curse Kelly out at the register tonight because the receipt printer took too long to print. She maintained her composure, and was very respectful the entire interaction. She was very kind to me, offered fantastic customer service, and apologized on behalf of the woman being erratic.

I’m from canada and my car broke down in charolette on my way back from florida. we ended up staying in a hotel for a few days and I needed a disposable vape. The lady working was super friendly and helped me pick out a good option as i’m not familiar with any of the products here. Would recommend for anyone in the area great shop and great people!

The staff at Kure here in NoDa Have always been warm and welcoming to me every time I come in. The staff is always welcome to assist me in any questions or worries that I have about the products I’m looking to buy. Every time I come in, they always greet me with a smile and ask me if I have any questions. The staff there has always been top notch for me, no question about it.

First time at a vape shop. Fighting the urge to smoke again. The young man that helped me today was knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very comfortable going with his recommendations. He was totally right - super easy and very happy. Its 40 minutes from my house but I will definitely drive there just because of the service.

Ive been going to this location since it first opened. Mason is the only reason I keep coming back. Hes always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to do whatever he can for any customer Ive seen him deal with. Hes the reason for the 5 stars.

Worst customer service ever. I walk in on a dead Wednesday night at 9:23 for some mango pods. No one acknowledged me for 15 mins. Finally one of the “ supervisors” finally saw that I was agitated and I told him i was running late for a personal issue. He looked at me and told me he had to finish up with some customers,and I told him that’s fine but the other “supervisor” was just blowing clouds and talking to a another customer he was done with. I am sorry but customer service is key at least recognize your customers and greet them when they walk in and if it’s so dead why not just grab what the customers needs and let him know that he’s in good hands. I am Kure member and I have never had this problem before totally ruined my night all for a 5 min transaction. Do you job or get better and friendlier workers.

Kelly was great. As an older person thats kind of new to this, she took her time with me and listened to what I was looking for. Result: Im stoked with my purchase. Couldnt be happier. This is so much better than smoking cigarettes, plus I can smoke indoors, plus I dont stink now, plus Im not hacking stuff up all the time. KEEP KELLY Around! Update because Google. Still okay. Kelly was really good. Now:meh. No complaints.

Very helpful! First time I’ve been and some shops act like you’re an annoyance if you’re not quite sure what you are doing. He was friendly, informative about what was coming with the new laws and helpful. Highly recommend!

Fantastic shop. Super clean and everything in order. The folks there, Kevin and Aaron (sp?) could not have been nicer or more helpful. Took the time to actually listen and make sure i had the right setup for my needs and then even showed me every little detail about it. Glad I found you guys and will definitely be back. Thank you!

I cant rave enough about Kure! The staff is encyclopedic in their knowledge. The interior is beautifully designed with an atmosphere of cool blended with sophistication. They make custom blends. As of this writing, they have batteries for every flavor, just travel around the store with your disposable tip and taste them all! I wont go anywhere else for my e-juice!

My absolute best store to get my juice & gear. Extremely nice ppl always happy to help. They have always assisted me very well they clearly explained anything I didnt understand. Gr8 manager also!

Because they mix their own flavors, they dont always taste the same. They have great deals, and their hardware is top quality. Wait time varies from in and out to the sun has set, and Im still waiting. Staffs cool.

Mason and the other employees at Kure in NoDa are much more knowledgeable and friendly than any other vape shop I have been to. This includes other franchise locations as well as numerous shops in Florida and Los Angeles. They always give me free samples when I ask as well as give discounts. I’m only there once every couple weeks and still greeted by name and they go as far as to hold the exact flavor and coils I need whenever new shipments come in. Best vape shop in the Charlotte area, it’s not even close. Ask for a first responders discount or military if applicable as well as other point incentives to save money :)Eric

Outstanding doesn’t even begin to describe my experience at KURE NoDa.I sadly don’t remember the name of the employee who guided my choice in purchase, but he was very friendly, laid-back, knowledgeable and helpful. I was offered a wide range of options to suit my needs (I was looking for a high nicotine salt-based juice with less of a throat hit but the same buzz) and the associate was very accommodating! I tried a ton of different flavors, was able to decide on something I really liked, and ended up purchasing a 30ml bottle of a 45mg peach/mango blend. I’m very satisfied with my purchase!One might be a little discouraged to buy a custom on-tap blend of juice, because most people assume the prices will be insane, but the prices are very reasonable, and it really is worth a few extra dollars.On top of that, the environment is very catered to customers’ needs, and I think this is the first vaporium I’ve been to where I don’t feel pressured in the slightest to buy certain products. Maybe I’m just overly cynical and automatically assume every employee wants to make me pay them as much as they can, but KURE NoDa almost instantly put me at ease.However, this wasn’t the end of my above-and-beyond service at KURE.I had scheduled an uber to get home, and my driver was having a lot of trouble finding the location, which was odd because the store is not hard to find.I asked another employee, William, if he could help me describe to my driver how to find the store, and he actually ended up giving the driver directions for me!I asked if there was a tip jar in the store so I could repay him for his kindness, but he politely declined.William basically navigated my uber for me, and when he ended the phone call, he told me that the driver seemed a bit sketchy, and gave me a card with the store number to call if I ended up in an uncomfortable situation. (My father was out of the country on a business trip)My uber ended up sitting in the parking lot a few stores down, and I was getting ready to walk over to find it, when William, the other associate (and several customers) offered to walk me to my ride.Keep in mind I didn’t even have to ask for any of this outside of navigational directions.I ended up declining, thanking everyone in the store profusely, and walking to meet my ride, which actually ended up being perfectly fine. (Technical difficulties with the Uber app. Go figure.)I can not properly express my full gratitude to the employees at KURE but I’m doing my best. Friendliness, helpfulness, and knowledgeability is one thing but these guys really made me feel safe.One thing’s for sure, I’ll definitely be going back the next time I need anything or have questions about anything vape-related.

Have been coming to this location for about a year now and I must say the product, store, and customer service has been superb! Shout out to Mason (Store Manager), Ian (Supervisor), Will (Supervisor), and Keri (Supervisor). I started vaping this year, to quit smoking, and had no prior knowledge of vaping and vaping accessories.Everyone at the store has been extremely helpful in their knowledge, about the house products and third party juices/devices. Outside of product knowledge I have to say; in my 10 years of customer service, management and associates haven proven themselves to have my loyalty.

Prices are average to low compared to others in the area. The staff is knowledgeable and with the exception of one person I havent seen in a while really nice. The stand out thing here is their custom juice mixes.

The flavors are fresh and natural. The melon felon has now become my new daily vape juice. Plus the first time I was in there my buddy and I were greeted by the cutest and coolest vape store employee Ive ever had the chance to meet. Definitely a store to check out and return to frequently there after.

Awesome place for those that vape and would like a place to vape and relax. It is just like a home away from home. Amazing customer service. The K-reps are very well knowledgeable about products being sold. I have been there several times and will continue to visit. They have some of the best flavors made in-house, netflix and chill and black hole are some of my personal favorites that i would suggest to anyone. There are millions of different flavor varietys for everyone taste.

I ended up grabbing Graham slam, a 100ml bottle. I paid 37 something after taxes. I go online to see if I can find it cheaper. Literally the majority of sellers are offering it for less than 15 dollars. Never again am I coming to this place. Absolutely ridiculous pricing. Vape mods are also ridiculously priced.

I was trying to get in and out, but they were very personable and the employee was focused on helping the customer that was there first. The employee was very patient and helpful to the customer he was helping. This is a great place to get setup and help with what your needs are.

New to vaping. Had already purchased a stick vape from another shop here in Charlotte, and the experience was horrible. Found KURE on google maps and called them. Spoke with Matt, and he couldn’t be more helpful. Bought juices the next day and he made exactly what I was looking for! He helped me choose a mod that better fit my needs, and helped me set it all up. Customer service has been top notch, and absolutely friendly!! Only place I’m going for now for all my vape needs. Thanks again to Matt for all of his time and information!

Very large Supply of all of your vaping needs. Staff was very helpful. Very nice atmosphere. Reasonable pricing and very competitive. I will go there for all my faith in needs and recommend it highly

If Id only dealt with Mason, this would be a five star review, but the fella I assume is the manager dampered my experience. I had already committed to purchasing around $75 worth of items and was awaiting a coworker, more knowledgeable about the vape industry to arrive, when he approached me and asked if I had any questions: I explained that Mason had been very gracious and answered every question posed, but was curious to know if Kure would match competitors pricing. I felt an immediate tension as if I had no right as the consumer to ask such a thing. My Freedom Smokes, approximately 5-7 miles from Kure, had the same mod in question offered for $ 30.05 cheaper. He explained that although you can physically go inside MFS, they considered them an online company and could not due to that. Ok, no problem, but as he walked away he mentioned something about Kures overhead costs specifically the rent of retail space and that didnt sit right with me. No consumer is concerned with a companys overhead, its obvious it costs to run a business, but we just want to know were paying a fair rate for an item. Kudos to Mason for being educated and professional, I paid more than I could have for a product because of him.

My go to. NOTHING Ive purchased anywhere, from top shelf premium to clearance. NO brand in my opinion is half as good. They keep everything climate controlled and in the off chance u cant find a flavor to suit you, They will mix and make it to your exact specs. On top of all that, theyre all just cool dudes to talk with that possess alot of knowledge that take their jobs serious and want you to leave satisfied. Personal favs are Wills sticky nuts with some added whip cream and hippie snacks (granola) also strawberry and banana with yogurt and whip cream is outta control or brunch time... no additions. Try Kure and you will return.

I have been coming here for a few years. I live wayyyy on the other side of town, but this is THE ONLY place I buy ALL of my vape stuff, from the endless selection of vape pens and mods, to the wide variety of CBD products, to the amazingly FANTASTIC vape juice. Awesome service very knowledgeable about the stuff they sell and when I had a problem with the tank I just bought brought it back they pretty much knew what the problem was off the bat take apart fixed it and hella great conversation the whole time highly recommend his guys and if youre looking for a recommendation on Vape juice go with the apple pie
