My husband gifted me a massage for my birthday. I had never been here before, so I wasn’t sure if I would be happy. I was very pleased with my service. I had the 90 minute sweet treat massage. It was relaxing and exactly what I needed. I was rushing into my appointment, so unfortunately, I did not catch the name of my therapist. I would definitely recommend this day spa and will be coming back.

My daughter and I were in Chattanooga for Spring Break. I wanted us to enjoy some “mother-daughter” time by getting full body massages. This was my daughter’s first massage and she absolutely loved Ms. Jackie. She stated that Ms. Jackie explained everything that she was doing to ensure that she was comfortable and that the massage was very soothing and relaxing. She has been asking about getting a massage ever since ❤️ My masseuse was Rob. He was superb!!! I enjoyed his demeanor, professionalism and conversation. It was a great end to our vacation. I have always had great service at Natural Body! Just had a 60 minute signature massage with Kit that was fantastic. It was the best hour of my day and such a great way to start the weekend.

Wonderful deep tissue massage by Kit! It was my first deep tissue here but I’ve had many regular massages with Natural Body Day Spa and love their services and the products they use and carry. I plan on booking another one with her next month!

Such a wonderful experience! I went with some girlfriends for a spa day and boy did we have a fantastic experience. We had body scrubs and massages, and none of us wanted to leave! The staff were friendly and very professional. The establishment was clean and they also have a little shop that carries a pleather of spa like products. I will definitely return the next time I am there. Highly recommended

I received a facial from Carly, she is an expert, the products felt amazing on my skin. I have sensitive skin, Carly knew exactly what to use, the fragrance was absolutely wonderful, I fell into deep relaxation. The steam was perfect, Carly also massaged my arms and hands; using the perfect amount of pressure. I will be booking facials very often.

I had a male for my massage. I can’t remember his name for sure (Rob maybe) anyway, he done fabulous! He was super nice and made sure I was comfortable the entire time!

I had a great experience at Natural Body Hixson/Riverview. Kit was wonderful, she really listened to me, and delivered an excellent deep tissue massage. I have less pain and can move more freely after the massage. I will definitely book with Kit again

Ive now had 3 reiki sessions with Jackie and every time is an amazing and different experience. She truly puts her heart and soul into each session and everytime I leave feeling healed in some way. She is a true gem to natural body’s therapists. Couldn’t say enough good things about her! Thankyou Jackie!

This was my second visit here, and I loved it. Friendly front desk staff and I had a great experience with Rob. He asked about what areas needed the most attention and he gave that area a lot of attention. He used firm pressure and it was great, and checked in to make sure I was comfortable. I went in there with really tense pain and a possible pinched nerve. I left on cloud 9. If you need a massage, this is the place to go!

The heated stone massage I received from Jacqueline was exquisite -- peaceful, healing, and rejuvenating. The rooms are made for relaxation and the use of aroma therapy is quite wonderful. If you need a recharge while relaxing, this is your place!!

This is my favorite Spa in Chattanooga - I love their products that they sell in the little shop and Jacqueline is a fantastic practitioner. I have had a few massages with her now and she is truly amazing!!!

I saw Carly today for a hydrafacial and could not be more pleased with my results! My skin looks amazing and I feel so relaxed! Carly is very knowledgeable and kind. I could not recommend Natural Body Spa more and will definitely be back!

I have never had a facial or a massage by a professional and I had small anxieties about it. Carly and Kit treated me so kindly. They both are very good at what they do and made me feel extremely comfortable. I guess that’s their job lol. It was the best relaxation I have ever experienced. Excellent massage from Robert!Very poor communication! I made an appointment over the phone and told them I was coming in from out of town. Not knowing they had moved, I went to the old address (the one on the website) and by the time I got to the new address on the other side of the river, half my time had passed! Even though it was the receptionists fault, I had to pay the full amount! I still tipped the therapist for a full massage, however...

Excellent services today from Jacquline (massage) and Carly (facial). My friend and I have an annual girls trip and meet in Chattanooga each year. We always have a spa day including facials and massages. I had Jacquline last year was so excited to see her again this year. She has such a gentle and sweet spirit. Staff was very nice & pleasant. Unfortunately, my massage felt very lacking. I feel like I paid someone to very lightly rub some lotion around on my skin, not much of a massage at all. The neck pillow that was placed 1/2 way through was so uncomfortable, I think I actually walked out with more knots in my neck than I went in with. I hate to write a bad review, but just disappointed with the experience for how much it was.

I should’ve have gone in weeks ago for the awesome massage I got today. My neck and shoulders have been a mess but Emmie did some therapeutic and relaxing work, which made me feel like a million bucks. Next time, I won’t wait so long to get relief.

I only visit Natural Body (Riverside) when I need a massage. I’ve had headache massages, Hot Stone Massages and today a Cannablis (CBD) massage. I actually purchased the lotion after because it’s THE BEST.Kat is AMAZING! Natural body is the most professional and the most individualized massage treatment in town. I always know I’m going to have the most amazing experience, from the moment I walk in the door, to the days and weeks after, because I’m no longer in pain! Can’t wait for my next visit!

I just had top 3 best massage of my life by Kit. Definitely the best massage I’ve had in Chattanooga. Perfect atmosphere, pressure, transitions. She really worked out a lot of my stiff sore spots and now I’m in bliss. Can’t recommend enough!!

Carly has been my go-to girl for almost a year now! Her oxygen hydra facials & dermaplaning leave my skin glowing for two weeks afterwards. She’s exceptional at what she does, and always goes above and beyond for her clients.

I came for a deep tissue 90 minute massage and a signature facial. Robert gave the best deep tissue massage Ive ever had! I would highly recommend him, he worked out some problem areas Ive had for awhile and other massage therapists havent been able to truly work through. He was very personable and made sure I was comfortable when he hit the tough spots. If youre looking for a super relaxing massage or need deep work, hes your guy! My esthetician did an amazing job for my facial, the blueberry enzyme peel she recommended for my skin concerns is amazing. The staff all around was very welcoming and helpful, I highly recommend this spa!

Although the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing, my massage was not the best it could’ve been. The therapist did not massage very deeply and I left feeling like I didn’t get much out of it. I realize it was not a deep tissue massage but I expected a bit more than what I got. The therapist told me she couldn’t massage very deeply on my upper body because I decided to leave my bra on, but in that case she should have told me in the beginning that the experience would be better without the bra. Even on other parts of the body, it was not that deep. I would go back to Natural Body, but in the future I would choose a deep tissue massage.

I gave myself a Buccal Facial Massage with Carly for my birthday and it was fantastic. I knew I held a lot of tension in my jaw, but the massage and the release of all of that tension was amazing. It is a 2 hour experience that you will absolutely love, so give yourself a treat at it is so worth it. Thank you, Carly!!!

I took my mom for her birthday she had a signature massage done by Emily and I had a signature massage done by Jacqueline They both did amazing and were so super nice. It was an amazing first experience can’t wait to come back.

I wanted to surprise my mom today with her favorite skin care Eminence and with a facial with Julie at the Riverview location. My mom absolutely loved the spa immediately and Julie and the entire staff were all amazing, kind, and pampering. Julie knew exactly what my mom needed for her skin and made her feel so relaxed and loved. I had a signature facial by Carly. Started out great. She went to town cleaning my face and extracted all my blackheads. The massages she gave in between treatments were horrid. Will need to book a massage elsewhere just so my body can forget. She also gave incredibly wrong information about products I’m using while pregnant. Suggested the products I’m using will cause birth defects. All it took was a quick google in the parking lot through tearful eyes to realize she was wrong. Overall my face looks good, my shoulders are in pain and my fetus is safe.

This was my first time here and Im very pleased with your service. Carly was very professional, kind and helpful, and my skin became relaxed and radiant after the treatment. Ill be happy to come back again!

Roberto is out of this world!! He has great skills, is super respectful, and knows what you need. He uses great pressure and is extremely knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend him if you have deep muscular problems and need a release. Totally worth the money.

A perfect addition to our Chattanooga weekend getaway! My wife and I experienced a day package with Natural Body Spa, including a body scrub, massage and facial for each of us. Emmie, Jacqueline and Carly were professional and highly skilled. If you want to add a great spa experience to tour visit to Chattanooga, give Natural Body Spa a call!

The level of service. The staff was courteous, professional, and accommodating. They offered to store my umbrella and rain gear at the desk. I was also offered an envelope for my jewelry to keep it organized and accessible after the service. In general, I am not a fan of therapist who talk to me during a service, but in this instance I made an exception because I learned a great deal about the reason for some of the discomfort that sent me there. I will return. The only warning I have is related to purchasing gift cards. Be sure to ask how long the gift card will retain its value so that you can give notice to the recipients to ensure they have all of the funds they expect at checkout.

This was my second facial and eyebrow wax appointment with Carly! All I can say is wonderful and relaxing! Carly is excellent at the services she provides and is so informative regarding issues with your skin and can provide information regarding products thatcan help with those issues. I will continue my facials and wax service with Carly, she is extremely kind!

10/10. I purchased a deep tissue massage for my girlfriend. She told me, afterwards, that she felt like a brand new person. Massive knots in the shoulders, body hurting from work and everything. She was rejuvenated beyond words. Thank you for doing this and taking care of the love of my life. I, myself, hope to come experience this place at some point.

I was a first timer and wasnt sure what to expect. Everyone was super frienldy. My appt was with Rob and he made me feel instantly comfortable and explained everything. He has the touch, let me tell you. Once, he hit a slightly tender spot in my thigh and I barely tensed. He noticed it immediately without me saying a word and gently worked the spot. I have not felt that relaxed well, ever. I booked a 90 min massage before I left and Im hooked!

I had selected this spa on Hixson Pike due to the reviews online and booked multiple items for multiple people seven weeks ago. We planned our girl’s day with each person getting two services, so we’d all be done around the same time. Prior to our arrival I received a call saying one of their staff that did the deep tissue was out sick, which I totally understand. But, was told they were trying to get someone else in to cover, we arrived at the spa 30 minutes early and was told up arrival, everything had been resolved and taken care of, which was great news to us. The welcoming aroma when we arrived was exactly what you’d expect when entering a spa, but that’s pretty much were it stopped. We had staggered services, which we were aware of, however we were all extremely disappointed that the relaxation area we were expecting was two chairs in a busy hallway. The staff was very friendly, so no complaints there, again that’s where it stopped. The first person went back to being the first of her two services, the second went and then the third, however when the third came out and the first person was done, we were quite confused as we all had one service for about 75 minutes and another for about 90 minutes. When the first person mentioned she had another service, she was told they combined them into this one, but was charging her for two services. They offered a small discount, but how do you charge for two services in one, plus you never mentioned that going in. When I approached the manager to question this, she became somewhat defensive although I made her aware I was not happy with this. Her only comment back to me is what would you like for me to do? Let’s see not charge for two services when you only provided one? Other issues we had is the massage tables were cold, the air condition blows right down on you and I have to say from all the massages I’ve gotten over the years, I couldn’t wait for this one to be over, so I could go outside and get warm. As I said the ladies were nice, but the services provided certainly do not justify the prices charged. After we left the spa called the first person and stated they only had them down for a 90 minute service total. I assure you this wasn’t true, as I went through every single service in booking myself and feel this is a way they are trying to cover their inappropriate service fees. My suggestion, do a better research than just the reviews online, because I certainly would not recommend this business to anyone.

Unfortunately missed the mark on service today. I booked a 90 min massage and 75 min body treatment. Total services lasted 75 minutes. I was understanding when I couldn’t get the deep tissue due to sick massage therapist but was really hoping for a better more relaxing girls spa day with friends.

Best massage experience! I called in today in tears due to muscle spasms in my neck and shoulders, luckily they had an opening and said they would take care of me. I was immediately greeted by my massage therapist, Amanda, who asked me about the pain I was experiencing in my neck and then began to walk me through how she would begin to treat it. She did an incredible job! I could feel my body relaxing as she carefully worked through my stress points. By the end of the session I was loose and actually had movement again. They recommended a muscle freeze product that I will continue to use to treat my neck and shoulders. Definitely coming back for routine massages! Would highly recommend Amanda!

Unorganized front desk and rude managerI went a couple of weeks ago to the Riverview location for a facial and a massage. I called prior to upgrade the massage to add a body scrub too. At first the front desk confused me with another appointment saying I only had a 45 min massage, but I had a 60, now upgraded to 75 with the scrub. While I was talking to her, I mentioned I have a gift card. It was from Christmas 2019. I checked the balance and a fourth of it had been removed due to inactivity. I said that didn’t seem right since Covid hit. The employee agreed and said the manager had been adjusting them to full value. Sounds like others had the same issues, no problem understanding and resolving.On the day of my services, they were fine. However I noticed my massage and scrub didn’t seem to last 75 minutes. Anyway, I showered off the scrub and changed for about 15 minutes total and went to pay.I told the manager who was ringing me up I had a gift card and the ordeal about losing 1/4 of it and what was told to me on the phone. She said point blank she was the manager and had not been adjusting gift cards. Also, they were “open pretty much all during Covid.” Then she proceeded to charge my credit card for the remaining balance. Either don’t have your employees promise something else or honor what they say. And don’t be rude about people being too uncomfortable when Covid hit to get spa services.Then, after really doing the time math, I was over charged. I had a 10:00 60 min facial and an 11:00 75 min massage/scrub. I was done at noon, with a 15 minute shower, and my receipt was time stamped 12:19. It also said 75 min massage/scrub on my receipt. I called back to make sure I wasn’t overcharged, because I should have been done at 12:15 and checked out around 12:30 after showering and changing.After telling the front desk person that I think I only had a 60 min massage/scrub, she said “Ok, so you’re just dissatisfied?” I said well, the services were fine, but I just didn’t want to be overcharged. She said I’ll have someone call you back. No one ever did.Keep in mind I was never rude or argumentative and kept my calm the whole time. I tried to see if we could make things right. But I don’t think they were fair and were very disorganized. Given their long-standing reputation in the community, I expected more, but I’ll never be back.

I booked this for my boyfriend as a birthday present and he loved it. It gave me some peace and quiet to read more of my book too 😉 Highly recommend!!

The best experience!! I went last Saturday to the Hixson location and I will DEFINITELY go back and recommend to others! The people there were very helpful and acted as if I had always gone there. I wasnt treated as a number, but as a person. They truly care about their clients! From the time I got there to the time I left I felt so comfortable and I had never been to a spa before.

I had a very high end professional experience. Julie made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable and helped me with my questions and made me feel relaxed during my service experience.

My experience at Natural Body is typically great however my last 2 visits did not come close to meeting my expectations. Not sure I will visit the Chattanooga locations again any time soon.

I prebooked a CBD massage for my husband and a deep tissue massage for myself. Both we subpar. The pressure was nowhere close to deep and the technique was more like reiki therapy than a true massage. It certainly was not worth the money or the time spent. I realize this has nothing to do with the establishment and everything to do with the therapists. Unfortunately, due to the ineptitude of the therapists we will not be returning or recommending this place of business.
