Came here at 8:25 PM and it was closed, but the hours say closing is 9 PM. The door was being locked as we were parking. Ran up to the door and was able to asked the guy working if they were closed and he said yes. As I was leaving the parking lot another car came and had the same thing happen to her.Wasted a trip. Never coming back.

Didnt have Alot really going on. If dude is behind the glass and youre trying to ask him a question you cant hear nothing he is saying lol. I thought it was funny actually. But, this place is a no go. Pipe one is better

We came in a couple days ago to check out what deals they had going on and had a wonderful experience! Brandon spent a lot of time with us, answered every question we had and showed us every piece we wanted to look at and was able to give us tons of info about all of them, very thorough and knowledgeable. When he went to get bubble wrap for our purchase Chris was there to answer any of our questions and help us with anything else we needed, and he helped us with a speedy checkout and wrapping our new pieces for us! All in all a wonderful experience, with a big shoutout to Brandon and Chris. ☺️

This store used to be great! Not some much anymore. Staff is a bunch of children with no knowledge. I purchased 3 Funky Republic vapes on their deal and used my account I have with them for rewards. Went home and opened the first one no problem, second no problem, third one would not work straight out of the box. I went back to the store and the child at the register accused me of trying to get a free vape and game the system. If you’re gonna offer a 3 deal and have accounts but can’t tell me what I bought a week ago to work with your customer on coming to a solution about this bad vape with is 20$. I’ll just stick with Chattanooga Vapor Company for all my vape needs from now on since there account system works and they just swap it out when it doesn’t work even if it’s a week later when you buy more than one. I’d recommend everyone else do the same.

Cool store, friendly staff, and a ton of great products.

Been here a few times. Purchased a Vape battery that quit working after five weeks. Could not return it without a receipt which is understandable. They said they would cut me a deal on a better one because of it. Bought a new one, looked them up online and they sold it to me at full retail price. Awesome. Won’t be coming back…

Excellent choices. More product than I have ever seen. Price points and types to accommodate ALL. Super friendly and helpful employees and owner. They even have a glass blowing setup in the back you can see. Highly recommend, just aclean beautiful shop!

Always wanted to be apart of the 4/20 sale but was never able to make it. Came first thing this morning and got some amazing Fogz Glass pieces that made the holiday 10 times better. Huge thank you to Brandon and Chris who helped and hooked me and the homies up.

One of the first places in Chattanooga with quality glass, good selection of wraps, carb caps, Teri pearls, rolling trays, and more! The staff is very helpful and nice, and the glass artist has the most beautiful glass I’ve seen around. I always have to be careful not to spend my entire paycheck here, because everything is such good quality!

This place is amazing. The selection was overwhelming diverse and unique. They have literally *everything* you could ask for. The customer service was just as cool as the shop was. Thanks Ryan!!!

First impression was that the way the store is laid out is sleek and easy on the eyes. Friendly salesperson and quick and easy transaction. Quality product and was much cheaper than anticipated. Will give them my business again.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is clean and not crowded but has a full selection of merchandise. Since I found VI I see no reason to go anywhere else.

Nicely laid out, large store. Jordan was super helpful and kind. They produce their own kratom which is pretty cool. Will try it next visit.

Finally!! A head shop in town with quality products has been lacking in Chattanooga for a while now. The place was super clean and products were neatly displayed. Cant wait to come back and spend all my money😂

A bit on the expensive side, but the store is clean, organized and professional looking. They carry some interesting things and make their own gummies, etc. Its worth a stop in!
