Great experience. Went there went my wife so she could buy juice. After trying the free samples at the bar and talking to the staff i was hooked. Being a new bee i had plenty of questions which they answered. I brought the recommended mod and tank and after a week I really enjoyed it. The following week I brought a nicer mod and tank with the assistance of the staff. I always have a great experience here. This is my one stop shop and go to store. Thank you for the introduction to the world of Vaping.

Went in here for my first time the other day. Great store prices are a little bit higher than most shops but the staff there is very helpful so I dont mind spending a few dollars more. They really nice and take the time to show you everything about the mods and tanks (Especially for newbies like me). I havent tried the juice yet but they tell me its premium and top of the line materials in it. They also give a military discount which is great for my fellow service members and myself. The one thing I wish they did though was have a point system or rewards programs like the other stores just because its nice being able to get some free juices or things of that nature. All in all this is the one spot that I will continue to go to and get my vamping supplies from.

These guys really seem to know their stuff. Very pleasant and entertaining when you have questions, not trying to close a sale to rush to get to the next person. Really a good shop with a great staff.UPDATE: Had to have some work done on a mod I have, they didnt pressure sell me, or try to get me into a new device. They did a very professional job teaching me and helping out and making the parts I need available.Not just knowledgeable, but really nice and competent!

As a newer user to vapes, this place is great. I mostly dealt with an employee by the name of Ed, and he was awesome. Took the time to explain the differences between the products available to me for my own needs. Not to mention the extensive selection of e-liquids, which are all available for you to try. All in all it was a good experience and I plan to be a regular customer.

I was greeted warmly when I opened the door. I was buying a gift card for a friend and the guy behind the counter actually knew my friend as a customer just by name. They definitely care about their customers here! The prices were also pretty good compared to other vape stores.👌

Ive been to several shops in the area and hands down THIS is the best shop! I love that they have a rebuild class for FREE and if you make a hardware purchase that day its 10% off! (I would love to see a loyal customer program put into place). All the employees are very friendly - you NEVER feel intimidated when you walk in. They actually greet you when you walk in and once they learn your name - fuggdaboutit - they remember it!! (Im horrible at names) The space is BRIGHT and clean and very welcoming.They have nice sized ORGANIZED juice bar set up with the juice samples right there - you dont have to ask someone for this one or that one - everything is right there for you to try along with the juice description AND they provide disposable drip tip covers (very clever). The carry their house brand as well as premium brands.

I came in to get a decent vape and wow did they deliver! They made sure I knew what I was doing & answered all my questions. Even helped me pick out a flavor that I love! The staff is amazing! Ill definitely be back (:

Wow where do I start. I had a cigar a day habit and I was looking for an alternative. Heard about e cigs and I gave it a shot. Been cigar free for 3 weeks now thanks to the guys at firehouse!! I cant say enough great things about this place. The staff is awesome!! They really know there stuff. Being new to this I had no idea where to start. They Walked me through the process help me pick out what was right for me. The store is super clean and well organized. They have tons of e liquid in every flavor possible. Also lots of equipment for everyone from newbies to experts. So if you are looking to take that next step in quitting smoking give Firehouse a shot you will be glad you did.

My husband and I came in here about a month ago as first timers. The girl that helped us was very nice and so patient with all of my questions. I have been to a handful of other vape shops in the area and have yet to feel as comfortable as I did at Firehouse. Found my go-to shop!

Probably one of the best vapor shops in South Jersey. Prices are good for a vapor shop. They have a ton of E-liquid flavors, great selection of hardware from beginners to advanced. The guys that work there are friendly and always can answer your questions.

Love this place everytime I go there!The people are nice, friendly and help you right away. They have testers to taste a lot of the flavors (many many varieties). They have deals and offer military discounts. Everytime I have a problem with my vape they fix it right away with no problems and they are very knowledgeable. I am and will be a forever loyal customer to Firehouse for as long as they are open! 😊❤

The best, most knowledgeable staff around! Ive been here twice, and I have literally found a forever home for all my vaping needs. Extremely helpful employees. Been here twice. Once for my first vaporizer, then again for my mom. I had done a large amount of research prior to buying, so I can safely say that the advice they give is sound and comes from a vapers point of view, unlike most of the fly-by-night outfits out there cashing in before the FDA deeming. Yes, devices are sold at a premium, but youre paying for the customer service and the very low pressure sales environment. Liquid prices are competitive with online prices. Theyre also very active in the advocacy community unlike the other shops Ive been to. If youre thinking about vaping, or are already a vaper, you owe it to yourself and your hobby to stop here at least once. These guys actually care and have the vaping communitys best interests in mind.

Very good prices and a pretty good selection but I bought something that wasnt compatible with my device and I was going on their recommendation. They cant know everything but in my line of work, unless I know 100% I err on the side of caution. Other than this one-off situation I would recommend them, just do your own research

Ive only interacted with a few of the staff, but I have been to a few vape shops in the area and the people that work at other shops can be a bit snooty and make you feel stupid for only having been in the vape scene for a year. Not the case here. Mike Nelson was instantly welcoming and friendly as well as helpful. I almost forgot knowledgeable. Im extremely indecisive and I gave him a few ideas and recommended Experiment One (my favorite cereal flavor) and Marea just off of a few questions. Just on those few experiences, Ill definitely make Fire House my go to shop!

After to being to many different vapor shops in the South Jersey area, I have to say Firehouse E-cigs & Vapors by far is the one I have recommended the most to people. Their shop is layed out very nicely and is always clean. The staff that work there by far are some of the most knowledgable people I have met in the industry. The one thing however, that make this staff stand above the rest is they treat you not only as customers, but as friends. They are more than willing to give you the information you need to either start out with E-cigs, or for the more advanced people, share insight and different techniques they use for mechanical mods, rebuildable atomizers, etc. They dont treat you as just a number, focusing more on their own personal mods as well as trying to shuffle you through the door like other shops do. If you are looking to start this is the place to go. If you are looking for higher quality liquids at a price that I have yet to seen at other shops, this again is the place for you. You will not regret taking time out of your day to not only stop smoking and better your health, but to come and just sit down and talk with the staff. Its always a pleasurable experience to go in. I dont give places many 5 star reviews, Firehouse is more than deserving of a 5 star review.

There are a plethora of Vape stores popping up all over, but so few actually know what they are doing and care about what they sell. Every single person that works in the building is knowledgeable and considerate while assisting each customer. When I was a beginner, I had several bad experiences at other stores, but not at Firehouse. ..they have guided me from beginner to where I am now, and smiled the whole time while I asked all of the silly beginner questions. They are also experts when it comes to flavor profile. Show them your mod and tell them your tatstes, I gaurentee they find a flavor you love in minutes. They have a huge tasting bar, so you never buy a flavor you dont love.To summarize; whether you are an expert experienced person in the vape world or a new-commer looking to quit smoking or just enjoy delicious vapor, Firehouse is the place to go.

I walked in. Staff was cool, no pressure to buy. So, so! knowledgeable about every product, including idiosyncrasies that would stump new users such as myself, or even cause me to destroy the product through misuse! Best part is you can try multiple models before you make purchase. Im going back today to get more fluid, i ran through my first bottle of TNTice in 3 days through heavy use. My vape is perfect and Im hooked. Because of quality vapes i just quit smoking cigarettes cold turkey, and feel 200% better after 3 days, my voice mood and energy are coming back from the brink after 10 years of that nasty habit. After 12 hours of vaping, i could smell nasty cigarettes on peoples breath. Gross! I believe this product may save my life. A++++

After trying a few different places the guys here really stood out. 1. They know what they are selling, and walked me thru setting up my kanger evod. 2. They are all ex-smokers, they speak from experience. 3. They have a big selection of vapors and have a vapor bar so you can try them to see what you like. Best customer service Ive ever seen. Cannot wait to go back to buy more when i run out!

First and only Vape shop Ive been to and as long as Im in driving distance, the only one I will need to go to. Friendly, helpful, courteousness staff, new to vaping here and they explained everything and more importantly, you get to sample everything as well. Was a pack and a half a day smoker, got my vape about a month ago and have yet to buy a pack of cigarettes. can already feel some of the changes associated with quitting smoking.

Good atmosphere, but more importantly Ive tried every e-cig on the market and nothing seemed to work so i was skeptical of trying another one. after speaking with some of the staff they educated me thoroughly on why the 2nd and 3rd gen e-cigs are better. I expressed my concerns with them of e-cigs and they actually explained to me why those things were happening rather than buying them in a box from a convenience store or just ordering one online and hoping for the best.From skeptic to another, give it a try!

Have purchased several pieces of equipment here. Staff is very knowledgeable. This is the only store that I know of who will replace the glass on your tank. Extremely reasonable.

Good selection of products and flavors, only issue is they will stop carrying a product or flavor even if its a decent seller or popular item, witch can be annoying for those of us that have a hard time finding a flavor we can stick with, other than that its good.

I was not overly impressed. Nice people, but very generic. This store needs more flare something that makes it different from the rest of the vape shops.

My go to vape shop. Most other vape shops Ive been to have an unwelcoming vibe, but not Firehouse. This is by far my favorite shop Ive found. Great selection of e juices and the best/ most helpful staff.

I went in as a new vaper. They set me up with exactly what I wanted, walked me through how to use it, and were patient while I found the exact flavor juice I wanted.

Always get helped promptly when I walk in.Nelson is very knowledgeable about everything the store sells and will try to find whats best for you rather than making a large sell.
