I have nothing but great experiences at Beauty within! I had my lash extension done by Sandra. She made sure they are full and beautiful catered to my requests and made me feel so comfortable. She also took care of my eyebrows that desperately needed correction and she made them look full and perfectly shaped. (Believe me they had been far from full.)The staff is very nice and professional. This is my go to spot for any type of beauty service.

Wow! I used to get my brows done at Benefit and when I found Beauty Within I never went back. Sandra has transformed my brows and helped me step out of my comfort zone and try new trends like the brow lamination. Her staff is always friendly and you know youre going to walk out happy no matter what service you get. :)

My first time here and I will definitely be back. The customer service is superb. I’ve never gotten a massage before and I wanted to treat myself. This week is a hard week for me, it’s the 10 year anniversary of my father’s death and his birthday. So I wanted to do something nice for myself. Marilyn had me laughing and so relaxed. She was so curtsies and kind. Being a plus size woman I was a little anxious and she made me feel so comfortable. Thank you for making me feel good on such a hard week.

I just had my first appointment yesterday afternoon. This is a very cute and pretty spot with very kind employees. I came in for my first ever last lift and tint. Sarah did an amazing job from beginning to end. Im always a little shy but she was so friendly and sweet we talked the entire time. She was gentle and patient while doing my lashes. I really appreciated that.After she was done I was in love with my results and am so excited to apply mascara soon! Even in the high levels of humidity my lashes havent fallen down so I have a good feeling they will hold up well over time in the next month. Again, thank you Sarah! Id recommend her for anyone.

I went in for a massage today for the first time ever and WOW. The place is clean and cozy, and the masseuse knows what she’s doing. She took the time to understand my needs and make me feel comfortable. Best massage i have ever gotten. Will definitely be back! 10/10!!

Charming and clean space. Service is impeccable. Everyone is so sweet. I came in for a series of deep tissue massages with Marilyn, who helped to release all of the trigger points in my neck and shoulders. Shes professional, skillful, and very intuitive. I cannot recommend enough.

I and my daughters have been coming to see Sandra and the many valuable beauty technicians for a few years now and we love all the services providers. From facials to lash lifts and everything in between. It has taken me years to find someone that I can like and trust. Beauty Within is my go to place, hands down!

Walked-in as for an lash emergency and they were very flexible to take me in so I really appreciated it from them.The have lots of specials and the staff is super nice from the moment you walk in to your session!Tried waxing after on my lash appointment and they made me so comfortable that I’m already thinking of making them my go to place for all beauty hair facial and lashes care!

The place is always spotless and friendly atmosphere. Sandra and Maribel are very Attentive, great listeners, and communicators. I had the opportunity to work with them for facial, waxing, eyebrows, lashes, and cavitation. It has never failed to make me feel stunning each and every time! The receptions Karyme is always very friendly from the moment you walk in. She has always helped me schedule my appointments. Overall, they are all very professional. I would highly recommend them for any of their services.

Came here using a promo. I’ve had lash extensions before but was told about this place by a friend who had a good experience.Honestly from the beginning the experience was off. The girl doing my lashes kept tugging on my skin and there was a lot of pull on my lashes. It was painful and there was no care in how things were being removed, they were just tugged off. I showed pictures of what I wanted, which was not the end result, and I was being asked questions about length as if I would know measurements but not on the style or what I liked. I had to make sure I shared those things myself because those questions were not asked.They were kind enough to provide me with a makeup wipe since I forgot to not wear makeup but when my lashes were done, some were still flopping down and a couple fell out. I understand that there’s natural fallout but it made my eyes look uneven. There were also lots on individual lashes that were not actually done so those lashes stick out and it looks as if I’ve already had lots of fallout. There was no information given at the beginning or at the end about maintenance.I was really hoping I could have a new go to place and while the place is cute, I did not find the service I was hoping for. Got my lashes done for a wedding and some events I have coming up and ultimately feel as though I’ll still need to add lashes on my own since so many have fallen off on one eye and it’s barely been 24 hours.UPDATE: I was able to go back with Sandra who was very understanding and my lashes were redone. The experience was completely different and I am much more satisfied with the results. I still have lashes today so the retention is much better and she addressed some of my concerns from my previous visit. I highly recommend you get your service with Sandra, she doesn’t disappoint!

I love this place thanks to Sarahi! I moved to Chicago in June and after yearssss with the same aesthetician, I was nervous to find a new waxing spot, but Sarahí made this SO easy. Honestly, she’s the reason I come back every month. I had a rough start at the salon with price mix ups and what not, but this girl makes getting a wax so fun, she’s super professional, checks on how you’re feeling about your wax, leaves me feeling smooth, she’s constantly learning and training, and she’s is authentic and hilarious.Also, I had never been interested in lash treatments and she’s so passionate that she convinced me to get a lift. My wife and I love this place. My wife gets her facials there and I get my nose and ear wax with Sandra. Sandra and her staff are supberb. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I absolutely love this place I usually go to get my lashes done and I get my Brazilian waxes done here.I love Sandra every time she does my Brazilian wax is so smooth and the hair doesnt come back for so long of a time and she does it almost painless.Today I came in to get my eyelashes done she knows how to do my eyelashes so very well to the point where they are custom designed for me. She gives me this pretty cat eye with enough lashes that they last for three weeks and Im pretty rough on my eyes pretty rough guys lol.I will definitely recommend this place try out the waxing try the facials lashes This is a one-stop shop to get all your beauty needs come to beauty within you wont regret it!!!Everyones so nice as well very relaxing environment.:)

Yes! 5 Stars to Sandra. This was a last minute appointment I made and unfortunately due to the weather I was running late. They were kind enough to wait for me. I booked a full brazilian and let me tell you Ive gone thru my share of waxing salons and this by far was the best wax! She was so accommodating and welcoming. The place is nice and clean. Im very satisfied with the wax & for the 1st time, I am not irritated as usual. Cannot wait for my next appointment. Thank you Sandra!

Sandra is fantastic! One of the best eyelash extension applications Ive had and very reasonably priced. Some places rush or skimp on your lashes but she was so patient and thorough. Cant say enough good things. Thanks Sandra!

1000000% recommend. Sarahi made my Brazilian fast and with very little pain, idk how she did it lol. It took less than 20 minutes and she made my cookie (hehe) look perfect. She is so sweet and calming, definitely going back with her!

I’ve been here two times and both times after I scheduled my appointment online someone called me to see if I can come in earlier. The second time I agreed to come in earlier (almost an hour) and I ended up having to wait half an hour once I got there. No one apologized for long wait and my eyebrows weren’t as good as the first time. I thought I found someone I can come to regularly but I’ll take my business elsewhere if this is the norm.

Sandra is excellent with all waxing services, using the best wax for skin sensitivity. Always is friendly, personable and makes you feel comfortable!

I payed for four cavitation sessions and you suppose to get them every 3 days they scheduled my appointments 5 to 6 days apart never was on time I would go and no one would be there! Do NOT spend your money here please go to Groupon! This business is not professional at all it is a mess!

There was a bit of confusion at the start with what facial I got, but with that sorted everything turned out nicely. I would happily suggest someone visit this studio! I also got a lash lift and they look nice.
