I had such a wonderful appointment with Bianca, she made me feel so cared for and really took her time. For the future, she knew immediately the skin treatment I should try for my particular issues. She is such an amazing and professional esthetician!

Hector is AMAZING! His attention to detail is unmatched. My hair has never looked and felt so incredible. I cant say enough good things about his work!

You have a lovely salon, but the quality of my manicure and pedicure was quite sub-par. My gel manicure looks streaky and thin and I had very few choices for my color. Same with my pedicure. I felt like the services were expensive and took a very long time (I finished my appointment 40 min later than scheduled).

Kate provided one of the best Facials I have ever experienced ; fusing old world European technique with modern red light and sonic applications . You won’t find this anywhere else in Chicagoland. Her knowledge and care about my skin came from a lifetime of experience- that is certainly found few and far between. The salon is gorgeous and welcoming. I cannot recommend her and House 22 highly enough!

I have been coming here for hair services since it opened on Elm. The staff is always helpful and cheerful. Leonora is the best! I wouldnt let anyone else give me a haircut.

Anna is an exceptional massage therapist. I work in the industry and have had the opportunity to experience many services and therapist. I feel the most relief from her technique. And the incorporation of stretching hurts so good but makes the results last longer. Спасибо Anna ☺️

Lana’s professional and painless bikini wax was amazing! She explained the process, made me feel comfortable, and was approachable with all the questions I had during the service. I plan to return for not only for this same service but eyebrow waxing and tint. I highly recommend her with your beauty needs.

Very friendly staff and easy to schedule appointments. Usually good facial and hair services. The last time was encouraged to try a facial peel. Ended up with a few now permanent face burn marks (appointment was in mid December) Early on, I contacted the site for recommendations to help with the healing process. Months later, there still has not been a response. Perhaps if you have sensitive skin, take the necessary precautions prior to trying any facial peels.

I was quite disappointed today. I had an appointment scheduled since March, I received a reminder text a few days before reminding of my appointment, I drove 35 mins to get there and called to let them know I was 9mims away. I was told my hairdresser was on vacation or out of town. I was told to wait 45 mins to get someone to take care of me. The front desk person was trying to find a solution but if they knew my hairdresser was out why did they not prepare in advance. I would not book again.

Maria was wonderful! Very nice and welcoming and made sure she got every necessary spot for laser hair removal. I definitely recommend coming to Dita Day Spa to see her!

Accessibility needs improvement; back entry is cluttered with lots of stuff including sheets of glass, bathroom does not have grab bars. Both these issues violate legal requirements.

I finally got to experience the Rich Girl facial with Bianca. It was worth the wait. You are greeted by the kindest receptionist then taken downstairs to a relaxing waiting room. Bianca is so personable and so good at what she does. I was so relaxed and my skin is glowing.Next I had a haircut with Sam. He is the best hairstylist I have found in the city. He gives a blow dry that last for days, he has been cutting my hair and given me a straightening treatment. MY hair has never looked better and it is very healthy. I cant wait to go back to House 22.

Sam did an amazing job with my blowout today. He also layered and gave me a treatment made my hair silky smooth. I 100% recommend him. If you are in hurry he would fit you in with short notice. Thank you Sam.

While they were friendly, they were totally not prepared to take us in. We were a walk-in, and they could have easily said no. They rushed us through the process and didn’t know how to treat my curly hair. They clearly didn’t have time to tend to us and multiple people worked on it randomly. My hair was ripped out (not to say my hair was in perfect condition, but that’s the whole point of a hair spa- to treat your hair kindly). By the end, I had to go back and reset my hair. They seemed like wonderful people but should have clearly not entertained us.

I’ve been to House22 twice and both times I have my hair cut by Hector. He actively listens to what I want and I feel and look amazing everytime I leave. It’s a super positive experience, and they are great at fitting me in on the fly, which is much appreciated.

My girlfriends treated me to a spa day and let me just say “ Luxury Relaxation Station”. The massage I got was exactly what momma needed. The facial made my skin glow and I ended up getting a few of the skin care items recommended by Bianca. There is a little peaceful oasis downstairs where you can chill in between services. I just turned 21 so I wanted to do something special for my birthday. I saw this spa had good ratings so I decided to try it! My best friend and I each scheduled one of the spa packages for a Monday. They arent open on Mondays but since I called so early in advance they had some of the workers come in for my special occasion! I was so nervous to go because I had never been to a spa before, but they made me feel SO comfortable! My friend and I both had a great time, and we felt so relaxed and so comfortable. All of the workers were VERY polite and professional, which was very important to me. The rooms were also very clean and nicely decorated. I will definitely go back, and I am recommending my friends and family to go here if they want a spa day. My best friend and I have decided to make this a yearly ritual where we spend the day at this spa for our birthdays. Such a great first experience at a spa, Im so happy with my decision! And I appreciate Dita Day Spa for making my birthday special!

My one guilty pleasure is having my hair blown out every week. House 22 is my go to place. My stylist, Sam Tanbour does an amazing job. It’s all so efficient! From the time I get into the salon to the time I leave it’s 35 minutes. He has magic hands when he gives you a shampoo! Tell him what you want just once, and you’ll get GREAT blow-out EVERY time. Whenever I leave the salon, I get comments from everyone on how fabulous my hair looks. And best of all, my blow-out lasts a long time and requires no maintenance on my part.

Paul Vee is Great! I got the best haircut today. He does the best hair styles. I highly recommend House 22 and Paul Vee.

I went to this spa to get my nails done when I visited Chicago a few weeks ago. The Spa is beautiful! It is family-owned, so that warm and welcomed feeling is there (I love family-owned business).The pedicure & manicure was the best Ive ever had. When you go, ask for Corrie. She did a superb job, and was very knowledgeable about an issue I had with my nails, and she was actually able to help me fix my problem. Cleanliness is important to me, too. And everything was sterilized. I could tell that they really care about that sort of thing there, and I like that.I wish I could find a spa that good in Atlanta!

Mirela always provides superior service and is one of the kindest people I know. I have been her client for years and she is one of the people I depend on year after year.

Fantashia has been the best for my blow outs !!!! I have course thick hair with some curl and she blows them out so beautifully and within 35 min!!! I can honestly say they defiantly last a week!!!!

Booked a couples massage for my girlfriend and Is vacation. Location was a bit hard to find but that made it a bit more of a surprise for her. Worth it too. Arrived on time and I dont think we waited more than 3 minutes. Id say the massages were excellent. I think this was only the second professional massage Ive ever had, so maybe Im no judge, but my girlfriend has had quite a few and confirmed it was wonderful. Great price and location, definitely worth it as part of a nice romantic outing.

Steer clear of this place at all costs! My boyfriend and I had a Groupon for a couples massage and decided to take advantage of it over Valentines Day weekend. I called the spa ahead of time to request two female massage therapists for us and was assured we would be accommodated. However, once we showed up we were greeted by a male and female therapist. The place was rammed given that it was Valentines Day so we brushed it off and went ahead with the massage. The therapists were very nice and professional, but one of them was clearly very, very ill and spent the entire 60 minute massage coughing, sneezing, and blowing her nose while continuing to give me the massage. As you can imagine, in a time when COVID-19 was starting to make waves in Chicago this is just about the most nightmare massage situation I could imagine. I felt bad for the woman and raised my concerns to the front desk, as she clearly should not have been working that day. The staff briefly apologized but did not offer us anything to make up for the most unrelaxing spa day I have ever experienced. Will not be returning.

I went there with my mom and had an excellent experience! the place is so nice and clean, there is a private waiting area. We both got facials, our skin looks amazing! I couldnt be happier with the quality of the service and the atmosphere at this spa! highly recommended!

After reading reviews, I decided to schedule 2 massages and 2 pedicures for myself and my daughter. She had been having a really rough week at work and was under a lot of stress. The owner/manager?? booked our appointments and told me that our pedicures would immediately follow our massages. Perfect! When arrived the day of pur appointments, the same person (I recognized his voice) informed me that he was short staffed and didnt have anyone to do our pedicures. He was so nonchalant about it. I was upset because I chose this location 1. Because of reviews and 2. Because they could complete both services. I had cancelled our massages at Mario Tricoci because of it. We really wanted to get it all done on the same day. He couldve called me ahead of time so I could have found somewhere else for the pedicures. But telling me at the last minute left no availabilities at any decent nail salon. Grrr... Regarding the massages, mine was good. Very nice massage and relaxing. But my daughters masseure placed the eye patch over her eyes and then dropped essential oils on them...which then dripped down her face causing it to burn and swell. This happened at the beginning of her massage. So she was in pain and unable to enjoy the rest of massage. It took about an hour for the swelling to go down. Afterwards, the manager was apologetic but didnt make any effort to offer us a discount or anything. We will definitely will not be back.
