Stopped by on my way home from work for the first time. The place is clean and nice. Luckily I knew what I wanted in the store because the man behind the counter did not greet me nor said a word besides to ask for my ID. Weird enough, two young men walked in the store and the same guy greeted them. Usually other smoke shops are super friendly, greets you, and offer assistance. I wanted to give this place a shot but I will continue to go the other smoke shops I visit.

Very rude. I walked in and asked if I could buy incense from them if I’m 20. They got super upset and both of them talked over each other telling me to leave. I get it, you have to be 21 to enter the store, I was literally asking that exact question, why are you guys so mad?Really lame for a 10 second interaction.
Came In Today for a vape pen. Isaiah the clerk was friendly and helpful. He was able to quickly and concisely answer my questions about the different Delta variants. I left feeling extremely satisfied. Great place, would recommend.

I would give zero stars but since I am a fellow smoker I knew what I wanted and got it but with no help and no greeting.The more lightskinned guy who sits near the back didn’t help at all or say a word to me but once it was time to buy he ID’d me then double checked to look if I was who I was!On top of that he himself seemed really high and just out of it, his co worker is awesome and was helpful but has a broken leg so can only do so much

This place is ok, prices are ok. People are ehh, Be aware of the disposable pens. I had mine for a week and it stopped working. I went to talk to them show them its half full. They just told me that they have a one day policy. After one day they cant do anything about it. It kinda sucks. Other than that its an ok place.

I shop at this smoke shop almost every week , but yesterday I received the worst customer service ever ! I walked in to buy a disposable vape pen ( I know that we’re supposed to show our id or instagram following ) the manger/owner whoever he was was just completely rude speaking to me like I was one of his children or something ! I was disrespected I’ve been working around here for 5years and I never ever received such nasty distasteful customer service from any of the other shops/restaurants near by I don’t even leave google reviews but if you can SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSE WHERE
