Good place when they are open.Frequently closed during posted business hours. Some times the door is locked with the open sign on, with lights on. Other time just all dark during business hours.

Bought a one-hitter and a metal pipe. Pipe does not fit the one-hitter. Where the pipe is suppose to go, it was lined with cheap glass. Why? I threw it out. Will not buy from them anymore.

This is my favorite smoke shop in the city! Great selection of products, good prices, but the staff is what really sets it apart and keeps me coming back. Everyone is awesome, Sam usually helps me find what I’m looking for, she knows everything in the shop and is down as heck! Honestly she’s probably the reason I keep coming back 😂 Most places the dude working there doesn’t care about you or what you’re looking for, the girls here are the best and will spend the time to show you the products and explain everything in detail!

Went in tonight seen a sign that offered a sale. When I purchase the items the cashier refused to honor the sign. The part that tipped me over the edge is the cashier was on a phone call at the time, and assumed I did understand the language he was speaking. I clearly heard the insult he spoke to the person. He was shocked when I confronted him about it and had nothing to say but stare at the ground.Very disappointed. Please be aware of the staff you employ and train the. To wait till the customer leaves before talking disrespectful

First time stopping at the shop. To say the least I am a noob when it comes to hookahs but Fred made my experience very easy. He showed me how to set the hookah up and gave very good advice. I had a number of questions since this is the first time I ever bought and owned a hookah. Fred was very patient and took his time to educate me today on how to properly care and maintain the product.Would definitely come back & highly recommend others to check out the beautiful smoke supplies and friendly service.

This place is amazing! I was super stoked when the place opened up around the corner from my house. The guys that work here are super helpful, especially Fred. He usually works the evenings, is super chill, and is always willing to help give suggestions. They also have tons of options for disposable vapes which you can’t find many other places tbh. Plus everything is reasonably priced considering you’re in Chicago. Definitely recommend!

I’m a local in the area. This place used to have good prices and service. Over charging 25$ for a 510 battery i ended up getting for 12$ elsewhere. I recommend Smoke Station on Milwaukee. Wish your business great success.

White couple walks in with no mask and They’re given no type of hassle for not having masks on. The woman that attended us tried charging us for masks and expecting us to wear masks. If you want us to wear mask so badly you should just give it to us not charge us more than what we came to spend. Don’t try to hold us accountable if you can’t even hold you’re own people accountable. Rubish.

Really good place, affordable prices!I will drive 20 3040 minutes versus paying three dollars for a pack of cigars. I rather come here first!All cigars are expensive in Chicago due to the taxes, but at least this place doesn’t try to rob you like everywhere else does.Only one other place in Chicago I go for my blunts, will two:-)but I don’t feel like driving that far :-)this place right here, is your best bet. And they got Delta..which I use to quit smoking weed which was pretty cool.Everyone have a blessed day and a beautiful magical night..

The guy was very accommodating even as these times go, let me look at everything I wanted. Luckily just a few things as he returned the items wiping them down and even let me exchange something after I left because of a mistake on my part will definitely be heading back for all my pipe and paper needs

Came in looking for a bong! Fred was very helpful gave me a good price on a minions bong that was super unique! They had all types of styles. There’s a huge selection of blunts and papers. I will be going back for more goodies

I have went to better smoke shop places and I bought the same product that I normally would pay $2.49 somewhere else. And in this place wanted to charge me $10 on the card since I didn’t have the card he charged me $8.80 cash. I call that overpricing.

Honestly whenever I come there’s consistency in the quality of customer service. I just came out from my 4th time shopping and even then I’m still asked if I need help with anything the moment they see me. Apart from a vide variety of glass, bowls, & papers they also answer any question ya have about the different pieces or even the different types of hookahs they have in stock. Everybody I’ve run into working there are pretty chill too.

The owner doesnt deserve even one star, but I had no other choice. He has sold me Juul vape pods that leak and are unusable. He exchanged a couple of single packages for me when I told him about it. However, I was also buying a box at a time with 8 packages in the box. After $150 purchase of a bad box (most were leaking), I paid him anyway. He lied and said the Bank did not pay him. Also, 2 days ago his employee confirmed that the Juul vapes often leak. I bought 2 packages and she assured me that she would replace them if leaking. I got one good vape out of 8 and paid $40 for the two packages. I called before dropping in tonight to exchange the defective product, and the owner refuses to replace them and hung up on me. I have spent a good $2,000 + in his store since moving to this new location a few months ago. He lied again, and told me I am the only person who has complained about the pods leaking -- his employee told me 2 days ago, that they leak regularly, but that the owner can return them to Juul and get a refund. I cannot do that, as Juul will not work with customers directly. The owner of the shop doesnt have an ounce of integrity in his baby finger -- dont take a chance here. He is a LIAR and a THIEF.

I used to love this smoke shop but they have changed employees so many times idk if the owner knows what they are doing. There used to be multiple people working there now only one guy and gives creepy vibes and pushes products that you have no interest in.

The shop had such a vast selection from bowls, bongs, etc. Fred, the worker there, was so helpful and had great customer service. 10/10 for sure would recommend (:
