I went in to Windy City smokes asking some general questions, not intending to buy anything, and the store owner, Idrees showed me a variety of vapes, water pipes, as well as hookahs. I followed their Instagram account and he even gave me 10% off my first purchase. It was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back.

Amazing place, Idrees hussaini has phenomenal customer service, also they respond to all calls immediately which I appreciate a lot. If a product is missing and I need it the same day they will have it in.

This is the best vape/smoke shop in the Lincoln Park/Lakeview area. Idrees and Usman are knowledgeable on the products, they are friendly and have a great selection at the lowest prices in the area. A true vape/smoke shop, not just another generic vape storefront business.
