Our massages and facials were amazing experiences! We loved Jasmine and Ava they were amazing. Such a comfortable, calm experience. We had a few issues with scheduling and pricing but they worked very hard to accommodate us as best as they could.

Jasmin did an Excellent job. Very professional, paid attention to how I wanted my massage and made sure I was in a relaxing setting. Thank you Jasmin for making my Birthday Massage a Great Experience 👍

My appointment was for 900 am. Arrived 5 minutes prior only to find out, my tech no longer works there ? A great business would have tried to accommodate me. I was offered only another time slot. Not good for a person Who is on a achedule

This is a review for Jessica Pierce who I went to for 7 years.I went in for a routine highlight about 6 weeks before my wedding in September and she gave me “hot root”. When I asked how we could fix it she was cagey and told me to come back the next day. After failing to fix it the next day she said there was nothing else she could do and basically shrugged it off. I had to talk with the salon manager who asked me why I was upset saying, “some people are after this look so tell me what’s wrong?”…. Other Mitchell’s stylists tried to help a week later but nothing really changed.I went to 3 different stylists to try to fix it (not from Mitchell’s) but was pretty much forced to go almost platinum to hide her mistake.I was lucky to have one stylist fix her work for the wedding but it’s still noticeable in some of my wedding pictures.Now, almost 6 months, 3 stylists and thousands of dollars later I am still struggling with a harsh gold band in my hair.These photos are of my hair before, after my appointment with Jessica and at my wedding.

Jackie is so talented. I showed her a photo of what I had in mind and she made recommendations based on my skin tone and hair texture. She showed me which products to use and how to style my new cut at home. She recommended which shade of blonde will look best with my skin tone.

Made appointment a few weeks prior, cleared my schedule. Day arrives and I took my dog to daycare, only to get a call an hour before my scheduled appointment that they are cancelling and cannot reschedule me until next week (I am out of town). I understand life happens but I’m sure if I cancelled with less than 24 hour notice I would be penalized. When they cancel with an hour notice: nothing.

See Jessica for professional, skilled and caring service. She listens. She did my color and cuts for years. Then I had to take care of sick parents and had to leave her. I went through HELL trying to find someone like her. They just can’t touch the staff at Mitchell’s. Pricey? Maybe- but what is more pricey? Paying for healthy, shiny hair, a precision cut and gorgeous color that actually stays in your hair and covers a few gray hairs OR having to go and get it redone over and over because of lack of skill. Below is what was razor cut out of my hair along w a photo of the after. I am 55 and had long hair that was super thick- I feel good about myself again! THANKS Jessica for making me realize having shorter hair can still be flattering!!!! Holding on to long unhealthy hair, at any age can be corrected if you have the right stylist.

I love my pedicures with Debbie. Not only does she do an amazing job, she is so personable and we always have a great conversation.

Mitchel’s Weill do African American a hair however they don’t have the proper products to finish the hair or styling tools. Stop offering this service if you don’t have the necessary tools.

Came in for appointment to have daughters hair cut and colored. We showed the stylist the picture of the haircut she wanted and the color of balayage she wanted. Stylist said fine no problem. When we get home we notice how much her hair is not what we asked for. She wanted face framing layers and curtain bangs and balayage that would be natural looking and able to grow out without having to touch it up all the time. She ended up with blunt cut bangs the length of her chin and no other layers and highlights done with foil that were blonde (which we said we didn’t want blonde) and a big line of noticeable streaks in the back of her hair pictured. I am so disappointed with this appointment and so is my daughter especially for paying as much as I did I shouldn’t have to worry about fixing her hair now myself. I also should have been brought back to the chair to see her hair and asked if it’s what we wanted instead of her just bringing her to the waiting room to me when she was done. My daughter also came in with her hair curly that day and the stylist cut her hair dry while it was curly and I don’t understand that. Her cut is all uneven on the ends from this technique.

Lauren was fantastic! I had the best facial and it was so refreshing and relaxing. She explained everything that she was using on my face which was very helpful. I hadn’t had a facial in over 10 years so it was definitely worth it. This was also my second facial ever. I will definitely be going back, and more regularly!

My wife booked an appointment for hair services. She loved the experience and how they gave full time and complete details to her hair cut and styling.

Amber is wonderful. Shes always on time, shes smart and has a great sense of humor, and she is a wizard at tinting my sparse eyebrows!

I don’t normally go to this location but got a reservation with Bree on short notice the day before. I have very thick, long curly hair and she styled it SO quickly and my hair feels and looks amazing. I was feeling sort of guilty since it was late on a Saturday and the salon was clearing out but she never made the appointment feel rushed at all and was just so delightful and lovely! Such a treat to have my hair done here!

Bree is so awesome!! I got exactly what I wanted. I feel like she totally got the vibe I was going for and asked me about different parts throughout the appointment and that really made the cut perfect. Definitely will be booking with her in the future! Best cut i’ve had in forever!

Ive been going to the Tri-County Mitchells for years. I took a break for quite some time due to my busy schedule, but recently Ive been able to add a mani-pedi to my schedule every six weeks. To my surprise, my favorite person was still there, Nicole. Shes awesome! Very skilled, personable and makes the experience very enjoyable. But overall my complete experience there has been very good. Everyone is very pleasant and professional.

I absolutely love love LOVE nina!! she did amazing on my nails. she’s so sweet and was an absolute pleasure to be around. she has a client for life! i recommend her to everyone i know.

I go to the stylist there by the name of Hanh, and she always does a wonderful job. She is awesome.

Plenty of salon services in convenient locations. You will get the full, relaxing spa services with massages and facials. Manis and pedis are really great and feel a little more luxurious than your run of the mill nail salon. Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is clean and sanitized. Great place to go for a spa day, girls day, or wedding prep.

I’ve always had a great experience at Mitchell’s salon. I go often for touch-up color and LOVE my time with Stacy at Tri-County. Stacy cares. That is the bottom line. She cares about the results, the best customer SERVICE, and about ME. The pedicures and massages I have had at Mitchell’s have also been great.

It was my first time going to Mitchells Salon. My husband bought me a gift card for Christmas. I was nervous about going in. Its a little out of my realm. Halina really made me feel comfortable. She did an amazing job on my hair!

Always enjoy visiting with Karlee at Tri County Mitchells. She is a master at color and cut. Very friendly, kind and professional. Listens to what you are want to do with your hair and will also provide suggestions.

REMY!!! She is AMAZING! I haven’t loved my hair in years and and she made sure I did. I cannot say enough about how much I love the color, the cut, everything!Also the products she suggested truly changed my life. I used to have to shower every day to keep my hair just looking OK. The wet/dry shampoo she gave me leaves my hair feeling fresh over 48 hours later and as someone with thin, fine hair that is so unheard of.Seriously. See Remy. You won’t be disappointed!

Not using this location ever again. I may have to get rid of Mitchells all together. This location cancelled my 8/27 appointment with colleen today at the last minute and of course didnt have any other openings available. I did not like the receptionist (black female, glasses, and blondish hair). she was dry and unhelpful. Thank goodness I have a family member that also does hair and will be able to help me with my hair for my event tonight.

I had an enjoyable experience with both Hanh and Lauren for my hair and makeup. I came in to get hair and makeup for my sisters wedding and the ladies did a phenomenal job. They listened to what I wanted and made me feel beautiful but not in a way I would overshadow the bride. My makeup lasted all day in the hot weather with no creasing, smudging or anything! Absolutely would recommend for anyone needing hair and makeup for any special occasion.

She was very knowledgeable about the best products for me and the process. She did an excellent job working with my long thick layered hair. She was able to do exactly what I had imagined in my mind for my hair. She was great to talk to and I would definitely recommend her and Mitchells to everyone I know. :)

So the woman who had taken care of my hair for 5 years absolutely lost her mind and kicked me out of her shop with my head half shaved. I have never been kicked out of anywhere. Ive worked in the service industry for 25 years, I make it a point to treat everyone who works with the public with the utmost respect. However, this girl messaged me the morning of my standing appointment telling me she was in a lot of pain from moving and could we do my color on my next appointment and move my haircut from 11:30 to 1. I said sure. I understand. I asked if she wanted me to find someone else to clean up my cut so she could rest, and even told her I would do my own color since my gray was coming through pretty bad. She proceeded to tell me if I did my own color then she wouldnt lift my hair anymore. I said ok. Ill just have to deal with the consequences since Ive went back to work full time and I am no longer as flexible as I used to be. From the moment I entered her shop, I just got a bad vibe. I tried to talk out the hair color situation and she proceeded to tell me how much pain shes in, cant feel her hands etc. Never really letting me speak. My answer to this maybe its time for a new line of work if youre in this much pain. She starts yelling at me about how Ive been rude to her before and tells me to get out of her chair and leave her shop. I was absolutely flabbergasted with her actions. I left, and after my heart stopped pounding, I called Mitchells. I explained a little of the situation. The reservationist was so warm and empathetic. She found me someone right away. The front desk team had me checked in within seconds, and Helaina, the stylist, went out of her way to make me feel welcome and comfortable after such a traumatic event. Id always went to this Mitchells before I decided to give a small independent a try and was happy to be back! I wont be leaving again! You just cant beat the level of skill and customer service! Thank you so much to everyone who turned that awful day around for me!!

The best part of my experience is always my stylist Maddie. I trust her suggestions, and have confidence that she will always have me walking out the door w a rad haircut. She’s honest when she thinks something might not work for me and what I am edgy enough to pull off. I’ve been w her for several yrs and she truly feels more like a friend than a stylist. She always goes the extra mile. I have fine, curly hair which some stylists can’t handle- Maddie has my hair looking the best it has in years!!

Madison did an excellent job on my mani-pedi service. Took her time. Made me feel at ease and comfortable. Professional service. Kind and sweet person. I plan to request her again. I could recommend her to any of my friends.

This was several years ago, but at this location. I am sure it will be for all locations - they discriminate against men. I called up to make a waxing appointment. It was for a Brazillian wax. It was for me. I had the appointment after the pool already opened. I waited for a while and then someone came in to tell me they dont do Brazillian waxes for men. They compensated me with products for the equivalent price of the waxing, but I came for a wax, not products that probably wont do me any real good. I just dont understand there is always a reason why women can discriminate against men. If a woman went in and they said, we need a special license for women, she would demand you find someone who has the license - even if women were a very small to non-existent customer base (I am talking about any service in general, not waxing). Mitchels didnt say that, but there was another spa where they made that excuse. I dont know if they are in business anymore. I wont talk about other businesses, but I just notice a lot of discrimination against men - even in this upscale area.

Absolutely loved what my stylist did with my hair as well as the product she recommended! Also that receptionist with the colorful hair was super sweet and attentive! She has a great smile too, will definitely be coming back!

Maddie always listens before I get my haircut and styled. Plus, she has her own thoughts about it because she’s the professional. I’m not a girlie girl so I need all the help I can get.I also think Mitchell’s nail service is the best in town. I’m never disappointed.

Hope at the Tri-County location is the best hair stylist ever! She has been doing mine and my sisters hair for years now. It doesn’t matter if I just want a dry cut or fun colors she will make you feel like you just had a makeover every time. Most of the times I go in unsure of what I want and I trust her suggestions because every time it’s even better then what I thought I might have wanted. She is very personable and if there was a such thing as a magic wand I would say she has it!

Ally T. did an excellent job with my highlights and cut. When booking an appointment I asked for a master stylist, and she definitely lives up to that title. She was very knowledgeable about the products and styling techniques that she used, and was super helpful and friendly. The receptionist was polite and the overall atmosphere seemed very professional and welcoming. The best part though is that I LOVE the way my hair came out. I will definitely be recommending Ally and this location to friends and family. Thanks for the great experience!

Hailey was my stylist. The best hair cut and color of my life!!! She went above and beyond to help me. Hailey will be the reason that I keep coming back. She also cut my mother’s hair the next day and she feels the same about Hailey. What a talent! Mitchell’s is lucky to have her!

I have been to this location multiple times, and have always had awesome results. The stylist who worked with me last time was a color genius! She did an amazing job, and gave me so many foils that my highlights looked natural and yet very bright. Mitchells has such a good reputation because they really work hard to offer an inspiring style experience.

Ive never had a facial before and was a little nervous going into my service. Sondra did a great job putting me at ease and I left feeling relaxed and my skin still feels great 4 days later.Colleen gave me an amazing cut & my hair feels great!I left feeling great and was glad that I took time to relax and take care of myself.

I got a CBD infused massage by Monique. It was so amazing and she was so nice! She knew exactly what I needed.I got a CBD infused facial from Sondra. She went above and beyond.They were both so professional and when I left I was so relaxed. I will definitely being going back to see them both!

After a couple of horrible experiences at other salons in the area, I was so excited to walk out of Mitchells feeling like I looked fabulous! Shay did an amazing job on my haircut and full highlight. I highly recommend her!

My friend and I had a mani/pedi and felt completely pampered. Our feet and hands looked wonderful and our nails were beautiful!

I wish I could leave two reviews. I came in for two different services that day with very opposite results. I had booked a 20 minute massage as well as a free hair consultation. I am getting married in September and simply wanted some ideas for styles.Sarah, my massage therapist, was very friendly. I will be going back for a second massage with her to try out the hot stone massage. If my ratings were based on my massage alone, this review would have been a five star.The hair consultation was, however, a complete waste of time. I asked the stylist to suggest a few styles that she thought might compliment my dress choice and hair texture. I had not even spoken with her for 3 minutes. She told me she could not help me. She did not have time to despite the fact this was a scheduled visit. She had no suggestions what-so-ever except go look online bring in the photos of the ones you like and for $40 they could test the styles. Why bother to set up a consultation if you arent going to CONSULT with me. Had she had a single useful idea or suggestion, I would have gladly come in and had the $40 styling done. Negative stars to this stylist. You just lost a potential customer.

Ms.Jordan was so friendly. Sweet person. Spoke over soft and calm. Never was in a hurry. We had a great conversation. She was very professional and very skilled at her job. I will come again and ask for Jordan

I am upset that I had a manicure on Friday with Shelly,and its Sunday, and my nail polish has cracked. I called Saturday when my nails began to crack, yet the salon was closed. Will be contacting first thing Monday morning.

Have only used their nail services. Consistently wonderful experience. Always relaxing and I never feel rushed, but most importantly it is sanitary!For those who balk at the price, 1. Different levels of experience charge different prices. Choose your provider based on price if you desire a lower cost. 2. They use high end polishes that last a long time and never stain my nails no matter how long I leave it on. 3. You are paying for the time it takes to ensure a high quality experience. The nail techs are not constantly prodded by management to turnover clients to make more money. No shortcuts here.

Made an appointment with a director. My daughter wanted a wash, style and trim and was walked back out to the lobby by the stylist. The director stated that she was not comfortable styling my daughters ethnic hair. I then asked if she could at least wash it and blow it out. I was told she just wasnt comfortable doing that. I asked for a top tier stylist when I scheduled the appointment. I would assume that if you are qualified to be called a director, you should be able to wash and blow out any hair type. Needless to say, my daughter was embarrassed and I was very upset. I canceled my appointment as well and walked out. We will not be back!

05/21/2018 So as a gift I had the head to toe spa package... It says around 6 hours and 45 minutes. Well I was there almost 9... Got there at 8:45 as requested and lunch at almost 3. The massage and facial was the best part of the first time experience by far. The hair cut is HORRIBLE! I asked for LONG LAYERS JUST ENOUGH TO GIVE MY HAIR SOME DEFINITION! What I got was a wide variety of layers and SHORT so now my hair looks just stupid. It has all this body on one side and its flat as a pancake on the other. The manicure and pedicure was just okay...The make up was good but the make up was just thrown in some drawer and looked like it was about 15 years old. The wait time in between each service was crazy, over all this wasnt the experience I had heard about or read about. Then as I was checking out they attempted to charge me for a hair treatment thats was listed on the website and the type of package THAT I NEVER EVEN GOT! I even asked about it after the hair session and was told they dont even do that its just a basic wash and dry and cut. This was horrible day! Ill never come back and now its get half my hair cut off to fix the layers or have more added. Very disappointed!!. However the attitudes of everyone was so awesome, very polite and energetic!05/22/2018 I just wanted to acknowledge the management from Mitchells reached out to me and we discussed my recent visit. She was very kind and understanding and made sure to correct it. Very pleased with the customer service provided to correct my experience, Thank you again :)

The greeting when you first arrived and the following of COVID safety protocols were phenomenal!!! The massage service the therapist Emma provided was calming and she focused on ensuring you received benefits from the massage experience. Just an overall great experience from entry to exit!

Christy has been my hairdresser for many years. Started with her at Northgate Mall then followed her to Tri-County location. Shes the best and such a sweet person too. The whole staff is very friendly! Salon is super clean and they have adopted very safe COVID protocols to keep everyone safe. I would highly recommend Mitchells Salon.

Cori is the best. I have long, think wavy hair that takes forever to dry, but she takes the time to do it properly. My cuts are incredible and lasted from January to May, growing out beautifully.

One of my favorite places on earth. The #1 place for hair, pedicures, etc. I have been going to Christy for 15 years, and she is always a mod boost. So kind, professional, and talented. If i am going thru a rough patch in life, she always, always cheers me up. Tammy & the rest of the front desk team are so kind, and help with all things big & small (schedules, tips, product info, etc. Just SO kind & professional. Shoutout to the scheduling team who run the phones. They are great. Pleasant and efficient. And again, Christy is the best, and most talented stylist i have ever had. I always get compliments on my cut & color. She is a Brilliant Designer. So efficient and fun and happy. Christy & the TriCounty team represent Mitchell’s well.

I have gone to this location numerous times over the years and purchased gift certificates. I attempted to do that recently and was told I had to sign a waiver in order to enter. I will never sign a blanket waiver. The idea that a person buying a gift certificate needs to sign a waiver, is ridiculous. None of my immediate family will be back. See a lawyer before you sign anything.

I felt very safe with the new procedures implemented post quarantine. Also, Morgan is amazing. Wouldn’t want anyone else to style my hair.
