Woodhouse Spa - Cincinnati

My husband gifted me a facial and massage for my birthday, and this was my first time at Woodhouse! It was also my first ever facial + massage. I had a wonderful experience all around! The ambiance and atmosphere was so relaxing and welcoming, as well as the front desk - The complimentary drinks were a great addition. My facial from Georgia was perfect - she was professional, quiet but informative, and my skin feels amazing. My massage with Jamie was consistent with the rest - Professional, relaxing, and thorough! I will be back for sure, thanks for an amazing first experience!!

The parking was good!!!! ( the ONLY reason I gave 2 stars was bc of the great parking). But the shoes didn’t come close to fitting, nor did the robe. The massage was basicly I’m going to blow lavender scent on your extremities and then ask if you feel relaxed? ( an ant would have provided more pressure..) The exact opposite of the type of massage I wanted and needed.I’d be HAPPY to talk to you and give suggestions on how to provide an actual relaxing experience.

I will never come back here again. Months ago, I booked a manicure and pedicure that was supposed to come with exfoliation, oils, etc. and I received a rushed service with none of that. The manager called and explained there was a misunderstanding and gave me a credit for another manicure and pedicure which I appreciated. I booked another appointment and they just called saying they could no longer accommodate me the day of my appointment and every other day that would be before I leave for vacation is “fully committed”, weird because I thought my appointment was “fully committed” as well. I’m done with this spa, they overcharge for the level of service and care they provide.

My favorite spa! Love the ambiance so much, and the professionalism. I wanted to especially thank Georgia, she gave me one of the best facials Ive ever had!! She was soooo wonderful, and gave me the most relaxing neck and arm massage while I had a mask on my face. Cant wait to book her again! Thank you!

Very amazing experience!! It was my first time ever getting a massage and my therapist was LYDIA . She was amazing and comforting. I had the meditative mood soak and I felt so relaxed after . She’s very gentle ,sweet, and great conversation! Definitely will be seeing her again . Thanks guuuurll!

Just had the best experience here today. This place never disappoints. I’m working through some pretty rough health stuff and my body aches head to toe! I cried a little because the release felt so good. My massage therapist, Sophia, was kind, compassionate and provided an excellent massage. It also ended on time. I’ve had a few massages end early at other spots and that’s so frustrating, especially when your body desperately needs the help. I’ve booked a follow up appointment. 10/10 🥰

Went in for a sports massage a few weeks ago and quickly realized I needed more pressure so I returned today for a deep tissue. Sophia did an incredible job I couldn’t recommend her enough! Thanks!

This place is bliss and so far the only true day spa I’ve found in Cincinnati. Luxurious and relaxing, you feel like a VIP every moment. I went here for my birthday and did the Great Expectation Spa Service 2.5 hours. Every experience was wonderful. The massage was wonderful my massage therapist really worked the knots out my shoulders. Next was the facial that was lovely. Finally was the pedicure leaving my swollen pregnant feet feeling like I was walking on clouds. This was the best experience I left out feeling very light and refreshed!!

I love this place. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Missi at the front desk was very helpful and accommadating, I had the best pedicure from Rae and massage from Caitlyn.The quiet room is so zen, omg. I will be back here very soon, and I love the store there, got some great buys.

I came in for a birthday massage and mann this place blows any other massage place I been to out the water!! It is a bit pricey but it was worth it! I never felt more relaxed and used all my 5 senses in such a long time. The staff is excellent and polite, the drinks and snacks were healthy and refreshing, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. I felt like a pampered princess! Thank you so much. Lucy was awesome! I will be back !

Got a 80min deep tissue massage from Jen last week and she did an amazing job! She was very professional and courteous. She took her time hitting the right pressure points and she is very knowledgeable and skilled in her craft. She had a real cool vibe and overall the place is nice af ! It was my first time going! I had an amazing experience at The Woodhouse Day Spa. For my first massage ever it could not have been better. The atmosphere was quite simply peace on earth. The staff help guide me, and helped with any needs. The massage itself was simply amazing, and I cant wait to come here again!The only issue I had was getting to the parking garage. The entrance to the parking garage is actually on Main St. Google Maps lead me to the front door. I included a photo detailing where the entrance is and how to get there.

I had a Body Balance Massage from Samantha, and it was heavenly! I casually mentioned some troubled areas and she took the time to make sure she got them all!! She was amazing! I also loved the ambiance of the room they have you wait in before you are called back, so relaxing!

Was the last appointment of the day for Mani /Pedi. Felt a bit rushed though. Techs need to reaffirm if shellac is wanted or not. This will help to clear up any confusion from the website bookingUPDATE: 01/02/2024Was contacted by customer service and they worked with me to make my experience much better. Changed the rating to 4 stars just on the basis that the Spa is willing to go above and beyond to let you have the VERY BEST encounter possible.

Euphoric. Transcendent. The words that come to mind when I think of my spa experience at Woodhouse! My provider, Lucy, is an artist, and she brought me back to life with her skills and attention to detail. Thank you so much, Lucy! HIGHLY recommend the Meditative Mood Soak. I will be back soon for the exact same thing! :)

The pedicure it’s laughable honestly. I get more dead skin off my heals in the shower than the girl who is currently doing my pedicure. I had a service a few days ago and it was perfect I feel like I will come here at least once a month but like so many others have said SKIP THE NAIL SERVICES!

Love love this spa, the staff and getting facials! Highly recommend esthetician, Georgia. Had a great deep cleanse facial today - looking forward to soon trying the Hydra-facial that she sold me on instantly! If I could afford to go back tomorrow, I would! 😉One recommendation for the overall spa - more seasonal experiences (incorporating pumpkin etc maybe!?) + please please consider memberships! My daughter and I had a special day planned with massages prior to her wedding on Saturday. Our appointment was at 2:00. We walked in the door exactly at 2:02 due to difficulty finding parking. The person at the desk asked our name. We told her and she said we had already wasted 2 minutes of our massage time and if we changed into robes it would waste even more time. They took us to a room where we sat, in our clothes, for 6 minutes waiting for someone to come and get us. I’m assuming we wasted even more of our time waiting for those 6 minutes, in our clothes.We were not offered drinks and the service was extremely disappointing especially because it was for such a special occasion. On the bright side, the massages were great.

This place is everything from decor to staff and friendliness!! My deep massage was much needed!!! I also tried the hot stones and it was the best temperature and did not bother me at all. The masseuse Maria wanted to make sure I was comfy and accommodated my comfortability level for how she massaged my most tension areas!! I will be back!!!

Second experience now - be aware you don’t actually get the time you paid for on the massage table…. My first massage cut nearly 10 minutes and my second cut over 5 minute. Over 10% of the time you’ve paid for is ridiculous when you’re being charged over $100 per hour.The spa itself is clean, comfortable and relaxing.

I will start by saying i am a very easy going person so I didnt mind the hustle and bustle and was still able to enjoy my relaxation. I got their 20 minutes early and was able to park in their garage no problem. General feel of the place is soothing. Amber was wonderful. I got the luxury manicure. Amber was very helpful and told me right away she didnt recommend the French tips i requested due to my nail length, as it wouldnt have the results I wanted. This was very much a spa service. I also got the paraffin wax, the hot stones, and the cbd oil and hands were feeling very supple afterwards. I enjoyed Ambers chair-side manner. She was a good listener but also a good conversationalist herself so I didnt feel like I had to talk constantly. I didnt tip enough, but Im planning on tipping extra when I go back next week for my pedicure :) . (Side note I wouldnt recommend this if you only want perfect nails, this is more about the experience and ambiance. Nails were only 7/10, but service and care I give 10/10).

Lydia is a gifted massage therapist. I have been receiving massages for more than 25 years and shes the best. I left feeling relaxed, destressed and overall peaceful. I highly recommend Lydia. You will not be disappointed!

Molly is amazing! You can tell she truly takes pride in what she does and wants you to have an exceptional pampering experience. She’s very gentle and pays attention to all the little details. I got the Minkyti facial and it was so wonderful and relaxing that I nearly fell asleep. Highly recommend her!

Wife and i went for our anniversary... we both had pedicures. By far the best therapeutic experience Ive ever had! My wife agreed. Started by offering us robes and flips to wear, complimentary drinks, and a nice quiet place to chill and relax before we received our service. I WISH I can remember the ladies names but they were just amazing! Literally everything from start to finish. Perfect

I ordered a gift card for my daughter, and when I received it, my address was on the envelope, and it look like it had been written with a Crayon and my name was not on the envelope, and my ZIP Code was backwards. I don’t know how I ended up receiving it. I reported this to the office in Macgomery Ohio, and there was no apology. The only reason I called was so it wouldn’t happen to someone else.

Class A place. Friendly staff that is knowledgeable and completely professional. Meticulous clean facilities and well curated menu of options. We will for sure be back. This is easily the best spa in the city. I can see why they have been around for a decade.

I had big expectations because this spa was recommended by a friend who knows I like massages and also because their website says so many good things.I had a gift card for an 80-minute deep tissue massage and a 50-minute facial.The massage was just okay. I could say its been one of the worst ones that Ive had for two reasons: technique and it last 10 minutes less than what it should have.The facial was very good. I really enjoyed it. The facial therapist also had a very nice attitude.In general, I could say the spa is clean and cute, but nothing fancy or luxurious.In the end, I payed with the gift card, but I had to add 17.5% more (excluding tips) because the prices have increased in less than a year!This experience was completely disappointing.

Beautiful spa with a cute little shop and professional staff. I took a friend here for her birthday (facials!) and they even had a little gift for her when she left!

I love wood house Spa. I dont think there is any other Spa in Cincinnati Id rather go to. I love the calm and relaxing waiting area. They service tea and healthy snacks and provide great locker/shower rooms.

Fantastic boutique experience for anyone looking to be spoiled while relaxing at the spa. Exceptionally friendly staff greet you and offer a nice variety of beverages, the facilities are immaculate, the services are outstanding and they have a nice selection of items to purchase so you can pamper yourself at home. Highly recommend for a day or even just a half hour of true relaxation.

I had nothing but a great experience from the moment that I stepped into Woodhouse Day Spa. The lobby was clean and trendy, the staff was friendly and accommodating. I was offered a drink and robe and sandals and ushered to the quiet room where I was offered time to relax. I received a massage from Iris who was fantastic and took all of my desires into account. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and so happy I took the time to provide self-care to myself. I already have another appointment booked for August!

My appointment was booked via phone at 1pm. I took off of work for this appointment and once I arrived, was told that there was no appointment made. This is absolutely ridiculous and was a complete waste of a PTO day. I had intentions of scheduling bi-weekly prenatal massages but after this event and the horrible customer service, I will take my money elsewhere.

First, I want to thank my amazing doctors for such a fabulous day!!From the moment I walked into the spa, I was greeted with a smile and kindness from everyone. Rachel checked me in and brought me the robe and slippers. Kathleen was amazing and the facial was so relaxing! Then, Jessica brought me to the massage/aromatherapy bath room. The bath was very relaxing and then the four-handed massage with Jessica and Dave was awesome. I was then brought to a quiet room with wine and a delicious lunch and it made me wonder when the last time I had an hour for lunch to myself!! Ashley gave me a great manicure and pedicure with the seaweed wraps. The only thing that I thought could be improved are the slippers, as my feet are wide and they were a bit uncomfortable. I look forward to booking my next appointment and booking facials for my daughters! Thank you so much for such a relaxing pampered day.

Loved the service, ppl were great. I had a massage and a facial. I was disappointed because the massage I chose was supposed to have several parts to it, via the webpage. I was informed once I was brought back that they dont do the body scrub anymore.. they will do a dry scrub, that was the reason I chose that massage, so I was extremely disappointed.

I was so excited when my husband got me a Mother’s Day gift card to Woodhouse Day Spa. When I scheduled the appointment the scheduler sounded frustrated and in a rush, which I get, the service industry is having trouble right now.The ambiance of the spa is warm and welcoming upon entry and throughout. Sadly, the massage itself left little to be desired. I asked at least 3 times for the pressure to be increased. It would be increased momentarily then the therapist would go back to less than “deep tissue” as I had scheduled. The massage therapist told me that, “people who schedule deep tissue don’t usually want deep tissue so she goes light.” When the massage was over she asked if I wanted a drink then didn’t bring it saying that she “totally forgot what I had said.”Definitely not a 5 star experience

Purchased the full package for my wife. She didn’t receive half of the services that were listed in the package. Basically spent 400 for a massage. Would not recommend a package.

My husband and I came to Woodhouse for the first time after purchasing the couples package which was a massage, facial and pedicure. We could not have been happier with the services! We both felt that our deep tissue massages were the BEST we have ever had. We loved being able to have champagne and a quiet room to relax in between our services. We highly recommend Woodhouse and cannot wait to come back!

I got a mani pedi by Lauren C. She is absolutely AMAZING! She helped me pick out my color and answered any questions I had. The massage she gave me felt amazing and the way she painted my nails also look amazing! I have received many compliments on my nails already. All credits to Lauren and The Woodhouse. Highly recommend booking with her for the BEST experience. I will be coming back every month.

The service itself was fine. But the “quiet room” along with all of the other spaces were crowded and loud. The entire experience wasn’t as relaxing as I expected paying over $300. Employees were a big part of the noise and were rushing around, one almost knocking me over. The music playing in the room went from an EDM concert to an outdoor retreat and was also very disjointed and disruptive. I was generally disappointed and won’t be returning.

I visited the Woodhouse Spa for the first time for a facial treatment, and absolutely loved it. The salon is top notch, the employees were very friendly and professional, and my service was exceptional. Sarah did my facial, and she was wonderful. I really appreciated the time she took to educate me on each product she used and it’s purpose. I learned a lot about skincare from her! I can’t wait to go back for another service in the near future.

I have been to many day spas in the Cincinnati area, but none of them begin to compare with the quality and service offered by The Woodhouse Day Spa in Montgomery. From the moment I walked in the front door, I could feel my stress and tension melt away. The staff was professional, friendly and welcoming. The changing room was clean, peaceful and filled with amenities. The robes are to die for, and the massage room was quiet, dimly lit, and smelled wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised when I slipped into the sheets and realized the massage table was heated - it was heaven! I opted for a holiday scented specialty massage and it didnt disappoint. My masseuse was professional and provided one hour of pure bliss- just what I needed during this cold, Cincinnati winter! Ive also had an awesome hot stone massage at the Woodhouse Day Spa, and enjoyed it just as much. They even offer couples massages, which Ive heard are the best! You get your own room with peace, quiet and mimosas - what more could you want? I know what I want for Valentines Day, Mothers Day, my birthday, and any other special occasion. If you havent already, you really need to experience the difference at The Woodhouse Day Spa in Montgomery, Ohio.

Woodhouse Day Spa is great! The place is clean and relaxing. I feel so good after every time I leave there. The service is great and so nice/welcoming. I got my toes done recently and I almost feel asleep in the chair because it was so relaxing! Massage was with a male and I was nervous first time with a male but he was so great and very respectful! Thank you again for all and look forward to my next visit at woodhouse!

Great overall experience! Very friendly front desk. I had gift cards for a signature manicure, lavender sea salt pedicure, and hot stone massage. I called the day before to add gel to my pedicure, and unfortunately I wasnt told until halfway through my pedicure that I could only have the sea salt OR gel because both requires 90 minutes, so just got gel. She did a great job. Massage was nice. Manicure was substandard and chipping 2 days later so I wrote my review saying Id stop by that day. Everyone was so nice when I walked in and my nails were redone quickly and perfectly. I received a call the next day because of my review and I said everything was taken care of the day before. Again, great and friendly customer service. Will be back.

So relaxing. I will say that this is a great place for a massage and a facial but skip the nail services. I got the Great Expectations package for expecting mothers which included a pedicure and then added a gel manicure to my experience. The pedicure was nice but very basic and they dont have a very big selection of colors to choose from. The manicure I should have skipped because the gel is already chipping off after a week and even before I left I was not impressed. The people are very nice and welcoming though and I will definitely be going back but I will be getting my nails done somewhere else.

I have been to many spas all over the world, but the Woodhouse Spa in Montgomery is definitely one of my favorites! The staff was professional and the service was outstanding! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and very accommodating. The atmosphere is beautiful and very relaxing. The Swedish massage I received was just what I needed to relax after a stressful week. Cant wait to go back!

Received the deluxe Hydrofacial from Molly in Montgomery. She was beyond amazing and I haven’t been that relaxed in a very long time. I wouldn’t book the last appointment again only because I like to linger but I also didn’t feel rushed at all which was even more amazing. Bravo all around! Cannot wait to get back in soon.

Such a wonderful experience! I have had massages in the past at other places and never felt very comfortable. At Woodhouse, I felt very comfortable and able to enjoy my massage. Staff was very helpful and really made me love my spa experience. I won’t go anywhere else!

Once again, this is the ONLY option for a massage for me. I will never go anywhere else. My masseuse was amazing and focused on my issues and was extremely professional throughout the entire service as I preferred certain specifications. No where else is the service or aesthetic or care matched.

I was so disappointed in my service here. I had booked it with a girlfriend to celebrate my birthday. My male massage therapist had absolutely no bed side manner. His hands smelled of red onion. He tossed my limbs back under the sheets without ease at all. It was as if he was afraid to touch me being that I am a female. The seaweed soak was incredible and I did enjoy that. However upon exciting my bath he told me to change the bed sheets. What? $150 to be pampered for my birthday and I have to change my own sheets? The massage was rough and uncoordinated. I receive bi-weekly massages and they are light years better than what I received. In fact, it was like he had no training at all. I was so excited for months to come there and just so bummed that it went the way that it did. The facility is gorgeous, the rest of the staff were super professional and friendly. My friend had an incredible experience. I think I just got the new guy

I had an enzyme facial and clay mask with Katie and my face looks amazing next day. She was so knowledgeable and kind. Lauren gave me a phenomenal pedicure and Alaina did an amazing hot stone massage. Also the ladies at the front desk were very welcoming which is so important to make you feel comfortable :-) thanks ladies!!!

I always enjoy my spa experiences at Woodhouse...even during this pandemic. Actually, especially during this pandemic. I have had both a massage and facial and felt comfortable and safe. The services are some of the best I have ever received. I just booked my next massage. Time to relax. I highly recommend Woodhouse!

I have been to this place several times since 2016 ( for massages), and the service has always been consistent and excellent! The ambience is wonderful.. definitely relaxing! Everything from their entry area to their drinks choices to the lockers to the quiet area is well thought of. The staff are always nice, courteous and the massage therapists know what they are doing and they do it well!

I went into the woodhouse day spa in Montgomery, early top of the week to buy a few gift cards for faculty members of my school. I was greeted upon entry, since I wasn’t there to get a service I asked if it’s ok to look around for gifts, the young woman said sure. The place was nice inside had really good gift options.The spa was pretty busy and there were a lot of boxes in the way, which made it hard to navigate around with people checking out, one of the ladies stood in front of a fire place located inside the main area on her cell phone. I wanted to ask about the massage machine but I was hesitant because she was not aware I was near her or even try and engage as I am the customer. I moved toward the robes which I thought could be a cool gift but it being summer I thought it’s pretty hot.I continue to look, as I’m looking I walked to the counter and asked about the gift cards and packages. The girl at the at the counter was very helpful, there were a lot of options and she gave me some ideas. I stepped to the side to read the pamphlet.During this time I was debating on gift cards only or with a gift, I over hear the women who was at the fireplace talking about how “she was tired today and had to get all of her kids ready for school the children father’s isn’t any help and one is a deadbeat in jail. She has to leave early and can not stay a minute later. The other woman said yeah I was late today I don’t care, things will get done. The woman said girl I don’t know how you close, I told them I’m not closing or working weekends, I got babies and just had one, the other girls can do nights and weekends. “I immediately was taken aback, it was extremely unprofessional it was bold to speak about during any work hour. Not caring about how this may come off to customer’s it was like she didn’t care, I was turned completely off at this point, I did not want any of my coworkers to experience this. As a newly assistant principal professionalism means so much, awareness means so much. I looked for name tags but none of the women were wearing any. Which was very tasteless in a spa atmosphere.I waited for the young lady who helped with the information on the gift cards. I asked her if there was a manager around and she said the director isn’t here. I was looking to spend $800 in gift cards but after witnessing how you guys run your customer service team, I did not want any parts. There definitely needs to be some training on professionalism, attention to detail and overall appearance this is a luxury spa please teach and train your staff on great customer service, it would be a good idea to have name tags and your staff not look like they just rolled out of bed to come to work, this isn’t a good reflection as they are the first people customers interact with. They set the tone and I immediately did not want to spend my money here at least at this location. Hope you guys do better next time.Mrs.Sherri.B

I want to start off by saying that I run a few retail stores so customer service is paramount in my life. Also, I have visited this location only 3 times in nearly ten years so my experiences with spas are very limited. I bought a stone massage and agave pedicure service for two. I took my fellow peer after the holidays because I felt like we needed a few hours to escape. I paid beforehand. Customer service at the front of the house was superb. Our massage therapists were outstanding. Such a great vibe, however, when we were escorted back to the pedicure room the atmosphere changed. The two women assigned to us didnt seem there, to me anyways. The one was very frustrated for a moment about something not being stocked correctly. Just a little tense. My friend even asked her foot therapist a question and she was ignored. (Maybe she didnt hear?)My friend and I decided to remain quiet because it just felt so weird and we thought we were bothering them. Later when I got home, my right heel was hurting. Looked at it and I have a gash. I typically do my own feet so Im not sure if maybe my heel was dry and it split or if the tool she used to scrape my heel caused it - Im just not sure, however, I do know that the service in that room was lacking and that I wont go back to that location for my feet. All in all, enjoyed my time there and the massage was heavenly

Lovely place, friendly staff, great therapists and technicians. Ive had massages with a half dozen different therapists there over the past 9 years, all good. Some of them have been there that entire time, which speaks well for the company and overall environment. Not cheap, but not unreasonable in the realm of the high-end day spa.

I had the best massage I have ever had at Woodhouse. They were incredibly nice from the second I walked in. A nice puffy robe, a drink in hand, and a quiet room to wait. I felt like there was no one there but me. The massage was amazing...John is the best! I cant wait to go back...I booked my next massage before I even left!

From the moment you walk in until you leave, Woodhouse is a terrific spa. Even with the COVID-19 restrictions, it was sublime. When you enter, everyone is wearing a mask, there are sterilized hands, they give you a lovely shopping bag to put your clothes into, and take you to your first treatment room. I always have a fantastic massage, facial, pedicure there. It was great to be back.

This is my go to spot for relaxation and pampering! No other Cincinnati spa comes close to its quality. Ive tried the majority of the services offered and they are all phenomenal. Right now Im working through my series of Hydro Facials, and Ive got to say that the results are unbeatable. But the minkyti facial is the way to go if relaxation is your main agenda...I usually fall asleep towards the end of those. I make every effort to try all the different seasonal pedicures. They have all been wonderful. And the one time I felt like my nails chipped too soon, the staff immediately put a free pedicure on my account. The next time I came in I didnt have to pay a dime (except tip, of course!). Leave your cell phones in a locker and unwind in the quiet room. You wont regret it. I had a wonderful massage at Woodhouse! The front of the spa is very welcoming and has a cute selection of products that will help you relax at home. The facilities were also very clean and everyone was wearing a mask. I would recommend Woodhouse for a massage or an entire day at the spa.

Upon arrival, from the beginning to end- service was amazing. The front desk girls treated me like I was a model! I received the 80 minute Hydrofacial from Sarah and she was so amazing. Absolutely needed this after being quarantined. Left feeling relaxed and refreshed! Thank you to the best team around. Thankful to have you guys!

This place is absolutely AMAZING. The staff are so attentive and caring. The locker room was clean and as a first time spa day recipient, they gave me the ends and outs of everything. The quite rooms are an extra added touch of tranquility, and the service providers were gentle to the touch and let me know the benefits of what they were doing during my service. I WILL BE BACK. If you need a “free day” from the stressors of life, this is the place to be.

This was the first Woodhouse I had ever visited, and I have since visited other locations (Naples and Centerville at the Greene). This location in Montgomery is my favorite, and I have been going for more than 10 years. The massage therapists are some of the best I’ve encountered. I’ve also experienced some amazing facials and pedicures here. Private rooms, subdued lighting, and quality services. My favorite treat is the complimentary champagne or hot cinnamon tea they offer in the quiet rooms. I frequently buy family and friends gift cards here. It’s in a lovely area of downtown Montgomery with some quality boutique shopping and delicious food options after your appointment. Best spa in Cincy!

My experience was, and has always been, top-notch. Adam is beyond great! I come in once every 6 to 8 weeks and get nothing but the best deep-tissue massages, and have been doing so for almost a year and a half. They were so good, I went up from 50 minutes to 80 minutes. Adam is the reason I now experience little-to-no neck and shoulder issues. Ive brought friends to Woodhouse and they feel the same way as I do about the level of service, cleanliness, inviting staff, and overall guest experience. Thank you Adam and thank you Woodhouse.

I go every 4-6 months for a facial with Ranee - she is simply the best. Every time its tweaked perfectly for how my skin is doing and I am literally glowing for days afterward. The front staff is always friendly and helpful, and its nice to get there a little early and enjoy some quiet time with a tea or a drink! Ive gone to other spas in the area and none are quite as great as Woodhouse - especially Ranee!

My experience was incredible here! I’d been wanting to visit this location for a while when I received a gift card and finally booked an appointment for the Illuminating Facial -skincare is a top priority to me. My esthetician, Lauren, was wonderful, taking the time to explain each product she used and how I can improve my regimen at home as well. The environment was very peaceful and warm and the locker room was clean and organized. One unexpected detail was how messy my hair was after the facial, I obviously enjoyed the gentle massaging while my masks were setting, but in the locker room were some sterilized brushes and combs!! That was so smart of them and I really appreciated it! Definitely recommend 👌

My experience from start to finish was exceptional. My fitness facial was extremely relaxing and informative. I mostly appreciated the fact that products were recommended for my skin, but the staff was not at all pushy. While checking out, I did not feel pressured into buying, but when I did the staff offered helpful tips in applying the products I purchased. I will definitely be back!

This was my first visit to Woodhouse. The spa is beautiful and well maintained. The robes are so soft and cozy. Edward was my massage therapist. He gave me a fabulous deep tissue massage which I needed badly! The only one small issue is that after my massage I was taken back to the calming room. I assumed I was taken there to meet up with my aunt. I waited for about 15 minutes and finally came out to find her. She was done with her service,dressed and waiting in the lobby. Better coordination would have been appreciated. I am sure this was a fluke. I will be back.

The staff, service and ambiance of the Woodhouse are outstanding. Everyone is very friendly & helpful, the services are high quality, and the spa itself is beautiful & very relaxing. But what I remember the most about my visit to Woodhouse is... a few days after my service, my therapist sent me a handwritten thank you note. She thanked me for coming into the spa and recapped my services, and expressed how happy she was to help me. I thought that extra gesture really went above and beyond the already outstanding service. I look forward to my next visit to Woodhouse.

I have been to two professional massages before that were less than relaxing, first one was a dude that made me regret it immediately then the second was a girl that was cute but it was kind of a weird massage.I was put off of massages after those two till my wife signed us up for a couples massage at the Woodhouse Day Spa. Loved every second of it, they really make you feel like you are the most important person in the room and the massages are AMAZING. The wife and I love getting there a little early for our appointment and relax in one of the rooms and sip on wine or champagne. Have been twice already in one year and plan on going a lot more!!!!!!

Woodhouse Montgomery goes above and beyond. I love that you are welcome to spend as much time there as you’d like relaxing (and enjoying mimosas or tea) before or after your service. I had an amazing hot stone massage with Caitlin. Im not a regular spa goer, but I felt pretty comfortable there and enjoyed my time. Everything was clean and calming. I would highly recommend the hot stone massage treatment - especially in the chilly fall/winter months. I have described this treatment as the best hour of my life to my family and friends haha. I will definitely go back to the Woodhouse Day Spa for more treatments in the future.

What a great place to leave your phone in the car and block the world out for a few hours! Woodhouse attention to detail to help you feel relaxed and pampered is beyond compare. I personally love to buy packages of 5 and get 1 free. Try them - you wont be disappointed.

Had my first massage here today and the massage was AMAZING. I highly recommend Mary- she did a great job! (80min Swedish massage). I gave 4 stars however because although the ladies at the front desk were nice the one that led me back to the locker room didnt tell me where to go after I put my robe on and so I had to go ask someone and the same girl also offered me tea and then never brought it to me (I was in the relaxation area for 10 mins after I figured out where I was supposed to go which I think was more than enough time).

I always have trouble finding good gifts for my wife but decided to try a gift certificate to the Woodhouse Day Spa a few months back. She can be hard to please but was very happy with her experience there and thanked me more than for any other gift in recent memory. She has been back again and has recommended it to all her co-workers. I highly recommend Woodhouse as an ideal gift idea.

I LOVE this place. The moment you walk in you are greeted by a friendly face , then swept off to a relaxing area with tea, wine, water . Then your service is done in a private room by excellent staff and very chill experience. I only get pedicures there !!! Every time I go it is wonderful. Much better than the loud, noisy nail salons. The price is reasonable . Definitely 5 star service !

Came here with my best friend on a pre-wedding pampering package. We had a great time! Quite expensive, but amenities were up to par with price. Very clean, smells great. Nice variety of complimentary drinks. Pedicure was the highlight if our visit!

Our party of 7 had a wonderful morning at the spa. With mimosas served immediately and our very own room to sit in, we were in Heaven. From the attentiveness of the staff, to the quality of services, it was amazing. Not to mention they made us lunch reservations, and bought us an appetizer! I already made visits for my husband and I to return next week. I am hooked!

Receptionist was indifferent, and cranky upon checkout, as she was unpacking stock, the massages are only 50 minutes, and way over priced and rushed, and as for the facial, she left my lips and face heavily coated in lotion. ????. also, the establishment was heavily occupied, waiting rooms were to capacity, and the toilet that I was in was in need of cleaning.I apologize/not...in advance as Im sure my post will offend some folks, but I find being truthful is the only way.Have a blessed day! 😘💕

Google Maps was wrong on 3/17/21, and the directions given by employee were wrong when I called in after walking out of parking garage.. The parking garage is off of Main Street.

I received gift card for mothers day almost 2 years ago. Ive been trying to get in to use it. Not everyone can go during the day hours, which btw, are booked 6 or months out. I sent an email twice. Ive yet to hear any response back. also, their website states that giftcards EXPIRE. how can they keep money for services NOT RENDERED? Very disappointed in their customer service of not getting trying to reach out.

I typically have had great experiences with getting facials except recently. I had booked an illuminating facial and the aesthetician asked after looking at my skin if I wanted to add a microdermabrasion. She felt like it would help the other treatments. I asked how much it would be additionally and she told me maybe 10-20 so I said sure. The facial was great, but when I checked out and found it was 60 it left me feeling taken advantage of because I would not have chosen the treatment if I had known.

Ultimate relaxation and my masseuse did a good job. Although I was welcomed warmly upon entering, no one came back to the dressing room to escort me to the quiet roo like they said they would, so i awkwardly stood in the hall until i asked another worker randomly walking by where I was supposed to go while waiting for my massage. Just feel communication and delivery of what was communicated, was poorly executed.

Woodhouse Day Spa is the ultimate pampering experience. From the moment you walk in the door, you can tell that they are ready to help you relax and recharge. The ambiance, the refreshments, the robes (oh, heavens, the robes)...everything comes together for the most rejuvenating hour or two. Woodhouse is hands down the best high end spa experience in Cincinnati. They understand and can cater to very experienced spa-goers. The overall ambiance is really soothing, relaxing and premium (very nice plush robes and relaxation room). The massage therapists understand biology and are able to combine technique with relaxation successfully. The only room for improvement is the locker room, which is a bit small and would be nicer with more amenities (products to try).

Overall is was a disappointing experience. It didn’t at all feel like a spa experience, but more of a disjointed, “assembly line” experience that did not leave us feeling relaxed. And certainly was not worth the $460 (after tax) we spent for the Two’s Company package for my wife and I.The reservation process was easy. The reception staff was nice. The facility was great.The main problem was in the way the elements of the package came together. We waited for a while in the waiting room with a bunch of people talking loudly with each other or on their phones, coming in and out of the room, people talking loudly and laughing in the hallway…not a relaxing vibe at all.Then the masseuses come and got us. Both masseuses were nice and my wife and I received okay massages.Then we went back to the room to wait for our facials. Again, loud, lots of talking inside the room and in the hallway. Still not getting that relaxing vibe.My esthetician came first. She was great and I enjoyed my facial. My wife’s esthetician was way too rough and seemed to be in a rush. We were also disappointed that we were in separate rooms. After all, this was a Two’s Company package.Then back to the room again to wait for our pedicures. I sat there for almost 15 minutes waiting for my wife to come in from her facial. Same loud scenario in the waiting room….and again, a very disjointed experience for a couple’s package.We enjoyed our pedicures. The two technicians were awesome. Great conversation and they both did great jobs.We were anxious to just pay and get out of there when we were done. We walked out not feeling relaxed at all…and asking ourselves what just happened, and did we just pay that much for what we got?We definitely do not recommend coming for one of these packages.

I purchased a facial at the Woodhouse spa for myself in order to prepare for an upcoming “big” birthday. I have had a few facials before, but nothing compared to the service and treatment I received from my esthetician. She gave me a lot of tips for taking care of my skin at this stage in my life. I loved the products; they smelled wonderful and really helped improve the look of my skin. When I left, I felt so good about myself and my husband thought I looked years younger. Now that’s a birthday present to me! It will be hard to go anywhere else to get a facial after the results I got here. No comparison.

Dave was absolutely amazing!! I did the Woodhouse Escape, which was a variety of 7 different things. Each one was wonderful. I think he payed a lil extra attention to the areas I said I had some pain. He was firm, but not painful. I give him a 10/10! Thank you so much. Will be back for self care day soon!

I’ve been a long-time customer of Woodhouse Cincinnati, and go out of my way to buy my skincare products from them religiously. Drove all the way from Lebanon to buy a product I ran out of & arrived to find they had closed early. I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone, so it was a completely wasted trip for me. I’ll be ordering my products directly from the company that makes them from now on. Shameful, Woodhouse!

I really enjoy the wood house day spa. They offer a truly relaxing experience. When you arrive you are checked in and greeted by one of the staff. Once checked in they get you an amazing robe and sandles to wear for you treatments. You are then taken to a quite waiting room and offered a beverage. Everything is beautifully decorated and comfortable. All the technicians I have had have been great. I typically get a message service. I also have had a facial and mani/pedi services. For the money I would not get a mani/pedi here again. However, i do enjoy the facial and messages and find the whole experience well worth the money. You can often get discounted spa finder gift cards at Costco. They also offer a discount if you buy a serious of 6 messages. So there are ways to get discounted services.

I just booked services for my Mothers Day Spa package, a gift from my boys. I was really disappointed with all of the services I received. The massage was okay, but nothing top notch which I was really looking forward to and expect from a place that gives off an impression to be a higher quality spa and for the prices of their services. My manicure and pedicure experience was not what I was expecting and I did not get what the description was for those two services. I also thought this would be a great way to celebrate my 12th wedding anniversary with my husband, so I made a swedish massage apt. for him as well to do a couples massage and after the massage, he was not impressed with his massage either. This is frustrating since we splurged more than normal thinking we would get higher quality services, but didnt. My experience ended very frustrating as well. When I arrived for my apt. I asked the gal who checked my husband and I in if I could get a gel manicure and pedicure instead and if there would be an extra cost and if so, how much. The gal said there was no problem for me to get the gel instead and said we will take care of it. Then while the nail tech was taking my current polish off I asked her if she was told that I had asked for a gel mani & pedi and she said, no they didnt tell me, but no problem. After my main & pedi was done I went to check out and the gal (different from the one that checked me in) gave me a really high total balance due. I showed her my gift certificate for my package and the balance was still way too high. So, I had to ask her to explain to me each of the charges (which was very embarrassing to do in front of other customers). After 15 minutes of talking to this gal and trying to figure out why my balance was so high, it turned out that because I changed my package to a gel mani & pedi; those services were no longer included in my package, so I had to pay for them separately and was told I was unable to use my gift certificate. I was in shock and confused and very frustrated for many reasons. The first gal should have explained the way the package worked if I changed to the gel mani & pedi. She also should have told me the price difference, especially since I had asked her. Second, come to find out afterwards from the gal up front checking me out, the nail tech had come up front while doing my nails asking what the up charge was so she could tell me. Well, she never told me that there would be an upcharge and or how much it was. I felt very deceived and couldnt believe that I was expected to pay this extra $350 because their employees didnt communicate the information to me. I explained that if I knew ahead of time that my services would be billed separate and the expense of the gel upgrade I would NOT have done the gel mani & pedi.The front desk manager who I was talking with said, well you did receive your services already implying I should still pay this outrageous amount. I had to explain how I felt very deceived and frustrated with all of that miscommunication with their employees and finally she said she would accept my certificate for the services. When I got home I took a better look at my nails and they were not done well. I made the apt. specifically to get my nails done before our trip, so this was just another disappointment. This was my second or 3rd time visiting The Woodhouse for these services and my first massage was okay (I actually had the same masseuse) but with this last experience, I dont think I would pay the extra money for the less than average services and to avoid any kind of hassle and embarrassment again.

My daughter and I got to experience a day at the spa, 5 different services over 6 hours with a lunch break. Best day ever, from the bath thru the pedicure everything was absolutely wonderful. My daughter and I plan to treat ourselves once per year by having a day at the woodhouse day spa!

Intrigue and atmosphere are the words that comes to mind when I recall my experience at the Woodhouse Day Spa. I think of the progression of my experience. First, it was seeing it from the outside and wondering is it really as good as I hear? Can a company really deliver on all the promises that have been rumored they keep? Then, I got a gift certificate and thought what a great opportunity to put my wonder to rest.The intrigue continued as I pulled into the parking garage, got on the elevator, and walked into the spa. The Woodhouses reputation had already created anticipation, and from the moment I walked through their doors, there was no disappointment.I was there for a manicure, but I was greeted as if I was there for a full day treatment. Everything was first class. There was not a detail unaddressed from the staff to the decor. Everything contributed to a sense of calm. I was brought tea as I sat in their peaceful waiting area and the anticipation built more. The young lady who did my manicure was pleasant, conversational, very helpful in helping me with every aspect of my manicure as well as helping me pick out which massage to give to my friend, who had never had one before.The true testimony for the Woodhouse occurred in the waiting area as I sat sipping tea waiting for my manicure to dry. A mother and daughter came in after having a facial and massage done. They were the picture of relaxation mixed with someone who had jumped into a puddle of happy giddiness. They couldnt stop talking about their experience and how they felt and how they wanted to come back. It made me want to come back.So, the verdict is in; yes, the rumors are true. The anticipation will not disappoint, but rather leave you taken care of and wanting more at the same time. I challenge anyone to go for yourself if youve ever wondered; youll leave happy that you did and wondering when can i come back.

Woodhouse is my go to for spa services. I have had almost everything they offer here from massages to facials to pedicures...I even did the mom-to-be package when I was pregnant. Most of my experiences have been what I would categorize as 5 star, however, I suggest when booking you call to ask about the massage therapists or get a recommendation because Ive had one or two visits where the masseuse was not very good or seemed distracted, etc. I would highly recommend going here for any spa service or just a relaxing day.

I love this spa! Clean, serene, and luxurious atmosphere. The staff adhere to spa etiquette - whisper level talking, very little conversation etc. Massage therapists are professional and well trained. I highly recommend and Woodhouse Spa!

The massage was good, BUT you pay for 50 minutes and 10 of it is you changing if you book your appointment at 9 since they dont open the doors until 9. And they stopped promptly at 10 till 10 even though that puts the massage at 40 minutes. Would not recommend going here.

Ed W. is a fabulous masseuse. The spa itself promises a lot but doesnt deliver. I was told someone would bring me water prior to my massage and escort me somewhere. No one came. I ventured out and found Ed waiting for me. Asked me if I filled out some form and if I had something do drink-of which I had neither. The 3 women behind the registers warmly welcomed me and then nothing. A concierge ? supposedly would bring me face cream after my shower but was non-existent. Wouldnt go back.

My wife love being pampered at Woodhouse, for birthdays or anniversary gifts she asks for a GC to come enjoy a great massage or facial. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a hour, few hours or day of relaxation.

Okay..... got my wife a gift certificate for valentines day.Told the young lady over the phone about the surprise. ..... then 4 days later she calls my wife to confirm the appointment. ....ughhhh.Got her # off the old data from a few years ago.Then .... they did not follow my request regarding her massage.No transition time between the massage and facial. ...rush rush rush...Hmmmmmmm......... kinda a waste of money and time in my opinion.She did not feel special on her spa day.Oh well.....

No place compares! If you are going to spend money for a massage, your wasting your time and money if you go anywhere else. Starting with a mimosa before your massage to warm cinnamon tea after. The whole experience is wonderful and relaxing.

Had a phenomenal experience with my first ever facial. Everyone was very kind and gracious. The space was relaxing, luxurious, and extremally clean.

I had a wonderful and relaxing facial with microdermabrasion. After the facial my skin was glowing and gone were the small bumps of collected debris. I highly recommend this spa as the best and most relaxing atmosphere.

Woodhouse is a great place to go and relax. They offer many spa services that I have taken advantage of such as manicure, pedicure, and massage. I have had nothing but a positive experience.

It is a pricey spot but it is a spa. I received a proper deep pressure/trigger point massage. Ive been to spas before that didnt really give that. They say they do but they dont.

My massage therapist was very nice, however I was not very impressed with my massage and was disappointed especially because I felt as if my money had been wasted. I had a great facial experience however!

I took a scalp massage @ Cincinnati center on 9th Oct. i was asked if i am interested in future appointments. I said yes and was told My Appointment was booked for next day (Monday) 6 pm. When i visited on Monday, yet again i was told there is no appointment @ 6 pm by my name (Prasad Kumbhare) .. This is second time happening with me.. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.... I take time off from my work week schedule and they shamelessly say no appointment booked.. shame.. i will never ever visit any woodhouse spa in my rest of life.. and will not recommend anyone i know of..

A gem right here at home. Luxury hotel experience. Facials are state of the Art and at my last appointment every precaution was taken and the experience was still relaxing.
