Camara is wonderful! She did a great job asking about my problem areas and checking-in on pressure amount and my comfort throughout the massage. She was very accommodating and the massage was very relaxing and helped relive the tension I carry. I would highly recommend Camara!

I strongly urge anyone with any connective tissue disorders such as Ehlers Danlos Syndrome to run from this establishment. I received a massage and I could barely walk after. I was assured by the assistant manager Brooke that the massage therapist Camara was familiar with these issues however when I got into the room she had no idea. I was in awful pain for days after. If someone is in this type of field they need to be familiar with conditions people have that effect the body.

I love this place and everyone here is very friendly and remembers my name. I have had no issues at all here and was even able to book an appointment the next day when I was hurting. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a professional setting with friendly staff. Ill admit it can become pricey but it is worth it.

I have seen a few masseuses here. All have been great. They listen and give you what you ask for. The front desk staff is pretty amazing too. Very friendly and helpful.

When today for my very first time and it was amazing I felt so relaxed My therapist hit on several pressure points it really helped me get rid of anxiety and some tension and muscle pain that Ive been having will definitely be back

The front desk has been very accommodating (helpful) with arranging appointments and requested changes to schedule.They are friendly and treat you with courtesy and make you feel likea special customer.

10/10 + experience. I went in yesterday for my first time. I had a raging terrible migraine. I had Joe and he specialized and solely focused on my migraine. By the end of the 60 minutes my migraine was gone! I was truly amazed and extremely grateful. He is highly talented and I am now booked for my next. Everyone should see Joe!

I have been going to Elements for years and will never give this up. Last night Cindy gave me a 90 minute massage that was amazing. I slept better than I have in weeks, thanks for being my massage therapist and friend. Love this place from the receptionist through the entire experience

Do not get a membership at Elements. So far, they have taken $1,500 (yes one thousand five hundred dollars) out of my bank account for zero services rendered for that amount. In other words, I have paid enough to make a down payment on a car for NOTHING. moreover, they wont refund you anything even though theyre taking money from you for nothing every month even when its impossible for you to book a massage based on your schedule or their availability. In fact, theyll simply charge even more ten days before Christmas! How sweet they are at Elements. They charged me a $91.00 fee today (more than the price of a 60 minute massage) because I accidentally booked at the wrong location and did not realize my mistake until it was too late. I typically book at the West Chester location, but because I have had so many bad experiences there with bad massages (or experiences paying for 90 minute massages, arriving on time, the therapist taking 10 minutes to come out to get me, leaving me in the room after Ive already undressed for another 5-10 and only actually giving me a 60 minute massage instead while still charging me for a 90 minute), that the last time I had a massage, I decided to try the next closest location to me - Anderson. that was a huge mistake, and I had a worse experience than West Chester. the therapist talked the. entire. time. without. stopping. even when it was clear that I wanted him to be quiet. what kind of massage therapist doesnt understand that people are trying to relax when paying for a massage, and dont want to be talked at for an hour? I was furious, but as usual, I didnt say a word. I just thought Ill book at West Chester next time. well, when I went to book this time, I forgot about going to Anderson last so I used a link in my calendar to rebook, which took me straight to the Anderson location website and I rebooked there without realizing it. The day of my massage I got a 20 minute alarm notification on my phone reminding me that I had a massage at 2:45 p.m. at Anderson. I was already nearly to West Chester, and I realized my mistake. I called Anderson to let them know, and this is the first and only time that I have ever missed or cancelled a massage that I have booked, and Melanie told me that they would still likely charge me a $75 fee for cancelling my appointment. I was furious beyond words and wanted to cancel my membership, because they had already taken $116 from my bank account on the first of the month for NOTHING, and a total of around $1,400 from my bank account since I started my membership for NOTHING. she informed me that she could not cancel my account, and that I would need to call West Chester. well, since I was hysterically crying due to losing EVEN MORE MONEY right before Christmas, I wasnt able to call West Chester just then. I checked my bank account just now, and Elements took $91 from me today, NOT the $75 fee I was quoted on top of the $116 they took for nothing at the start of the month. I am not rich, and I pay for massage because I am disabled, like many people who get massages, and I am just looking for anything that might help me find relief. Elements is pure evil for doing what they did to me today, and pure evil for NEVER telling me that I could pause payment on my account while keeping my membership until I was upset on the phone about missing my first appointment ever with them over a simple mistake that anyone could make. I hope that every single employee working at Anderson also has to chose whether they will buy Christmas presents for their parents, or their kids. I worked 10 days in a row and today was my first day off after 10 days because I desperately needed the extra money to afford Christmas presents for my loved ones, and Anderson just took nearly $100 of that from me today, when they could have chosen kindness instead, and I hope that some day, each and every one of the managers at Anderson will be faced with the same terrible choice that I now have to face because of their unbelievable greed. Have a Merry Christmas Elements Anderson.

Cant comment on how the massage once since they cancelled on me 2 hours before my massage. Here is their cancellation policy... Dont hesitate to contact us if you have any questions, need to reschedule, or cancel your appointment. We would just need to receive that call at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee (based on your session length) for the time we have set aside just for you.

Beautiful spa-like atmosphere with a pleasant staff. My massage therapist, Jeff, did such a good job, I signed up for a membership!

The staff was helpful, the space was clean and relaxing, but you need to price based on experience level. The therapist I had was really inexperienced which is okay, but I would have expected to pay A LOT less. After tip, this was an over $90 experience that I would not have paid more than $50 for. I have received a lot of massages over the years, I used to go twice/month and paid $90 for a highly experienced therapist.

Cant say anything on services. However a physical therapy care center is in the same building. For one that has had knee surgeries and around family and friends thats had knee and hip replacements. This building does have only TWO handicap parking spots to SERVE BOTH businesses Taking patients back and forth I find these spots full frequently and have had to park at buffalo wild wings.I find it difficult to understand how they are justified to mark FOUR spots just on the other side of the handicap parking for their costumers ONLY to get massages over those needing walkers, wheel chairs ect.This kind of business says a lot for how they look at disabled Americans and disrespect physical limitations over their own costumers conveniences.In response to business reply about being first. Up till now the marked spots are for anyone thats your customers only putting anyone there first over someone that is your own disabled customer. Wouldnt the fair thing to do is mart them all disabled and give a patient on a busy day the ability to park closer then next door at Buffalo wild wings.Maybe I should word it this way. Im a disabled vet with spine and knee issues. And say my doctor advised your services. i pulled up to see a healthy customer can and did park in your marked spots and the only two handicap spots for both businesses were full leaving me to have to walk from Buffalo wild wings I would feel the need to tell my doctor to send me somewhere else that cares about my wellbeing. I just wonder how many patients you really have with mobility issues. It makes me mad to see handicap spaces abuse too. Seen many teens use mom or dads pass when borrowing the car so they dont have to walk.

Elements Massage Anderson has been a perfectly fine spot to get a massage. They have wonderful customer service and its in a quiet location despite being next to Beechmont Ave.Today my massage therapist Camara(sp?) was out of this world WONDERFUL!!!!! When trying new massage therapists it can be anxiety inducing bc of explaining how broken or weird your body can be. Camara was WONDERFUL and listened and didnt make me repeat myself or go into any embarrassing details. She found all my tight spots and her hands didnt feel like hands. They felt like magic, breaking and releasing every tense muscle and tendon.She was kind and gentle and has a graceful attitude. I wish every massage therapist was like her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I will be making appointments with her again and You should too!

Booking/pricing was easy and straightforward. Staff was very nice. Massage was good, but not great. What got to me was towards the end of the massage and the checkout process where the LMT and the front desk try to drum up business and upsell me. Ruined the relaxing mood for me to have to politely decline the subscription, and the add-ons for next time, etc.

The massage was precisely what I requested. The consultation before my service was efficient and addressed my specific wants and even outlined areas I did not need/wanted to be touched. Amanda’s pressure was consistent and she frequently made sure I was comfortable. The front desk was genuinely friendly and made sure they answered all of my questions before and after my appointment. Overall a wonderful experience.

I love going to Elements!! The staff are very friendly and courteous. My therapist, Jeff, is wonderful. He’s very knowledgeable and helps me with the care of my muscles. If I have any aches and pains, Jeff is attentive to those and helps guide me with how I need to follow up.

Everything about this place was comforting and relaxing. I am not a habitual massage receiver, and I can be awkward in intimate situations. The staff made me feel right at home from the start. They provide a small tour and a book with masseuse bios at reception that made me feel much more informed and more in touch with my massage therapist. My masseuse was a delight-- very professional, respectful of my boundaries, and affable. There is a sales pitch for a package deal when you check out, but I wasnt upset about it. I would love to go to Elements again.

My experience with Elements has always been great! They do their best to match you with the perfect therapist for you and will often bend over backwards to accommodate you if they can. The front desk staff are always very friendly and helpful. The price is comparable to other quality massage studios but the level of knowledge and expertise in both their Anderson and Mason locations are unparalleled. For whats included this is a steal, you just cant get the kind of individualized care that you get here. Far far better than Envy and best of all the membership Ive read in some of these reviews makes getting massage even more affordable and theres no forced long term commitment, no year long contract as they explained to me its just month to month. I will continue to go here for the foreseeable future.

With small kids and a busy job, it is nice to have a peaceful, quiet, relaxing hour to myself. I leave there, so relaxed that I want to go home and take a nap. Everyone is very professional. Highly recommended!

I would recommend taking your money elsewhere. My therapist told me as she went in, Ill try my best not to cough. - but she did. Couldnt tell for sure, but sometimes it seemed like she was coughing into her hand. My massage was only 50 minutes, while I paid for an hour.

Overall this experience was lackluster. My therapist was supposed to be able to do a firm massage. They didnt get past light pressure even though I repeatedly ask for more pressure. Every massage I have ever had up until this point I have always asked for less pressure than the therapist here could do (which should hopefully give you an idea of the scale I like). Also, for what ever reason my therapist didnt massage my neck, or front of my legs. It just felt incomplete.The space is clean and the staff is friendly. This is why they get the extra star.

Whenever I go to Elements Massage, I start to relax as soon as I enter. The massage therapists and front desk staff are very professional and make me feel welcome and valued.

I have always had good experiences ay Elements Massage in Anderson Twp. The front desk staff is helpful, friendly, and they create a no-pressure environment when it comes to booking future appointments or purchasing more visits. I absolutely love my massages from David Oakes! His deep tissue massages are the best. I always leave feeling way more relaxed than when I arrived. I appreciate other things, such as the bathroom being clean, receiving bottled water, and the relaxing music. I have no complaints at all. I highly recommend visiting David Oakes at Elements massage in Anderson!

Elements Massage publicly disclosed my wifes email address to hundreds of people. Their carelessness with something so important clearly demonstrates that they should not be trusted to protect your privacy. Now I am concerned because I entered my credit card on their website. Will they be careless with that too? It is 2016... almost 2017. Are you seriously still manually creating emails to your clients instead of using a professional service or software that would prevent this sort of breach in privacy? Obviously the person responsible for the event needs proper training on responsibly handling email addresses and other sensitive data. Now I must be concerned with the digital hygiene of strangers to make sure the disclosed email address is not further abused. Needless to say (well, obviously not since Elements proved my assumptions wrong already), protecting an email address in the hands of hundreds of individuals is impossible. So...Thank You Elements Massage for being so naive and unprofessional with my data!

Got a discount for being a first time customer, gave a 20% tip, they took the 20% from the original price instead of the price i paid. Just seems like kind of a grimy thing to do without letting you know. Great massage though would probably have been back, just left a bad taste in my mouth.

The receptionist were friendly and willing to answer questions. Cindy, my masseuse, was great. I felt comfortable and enjoyed hearing her recommendations. I will be back next month.

Ian is the best! He consistently checked in on how the pressure was and made sure to spend time on the areas that were really bothering me.

Elements in Anderson was great! Nolie is AMAZING and I highly suggest you get to her as soon as possible. She does fantastic, knowledgable body work and knows how to address underlying problems that manifest as pain and tension.
