I visited Savannahs Hyde Away a little over a year ago now. I was amazed at the way i felt completely pampered & given little tips of the trade on overall body care & different skin treatments! Great clean & relaxing environment! I defiantly will book again on my next visit !! Worth every minute !!

Savannah is the best! Ive been going to her for many years now. She offers amazing discounted rates for first-time guests. Every time I visit, I leave feeling so much better. She is the best deep tissue massage therapist Ive found in the Cincinnati area. On my last visit, she used ice therapy on my back after a hot stone massage, which was a nice treat. I know she also offers cupping and stretching therapy. Highly recommend her to everyone.

I am not one to leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I felt like I should share this to save someone else a headache. I cannot get over the unprofessionalism of Savannahs Hyde Away Massage. I scheduled a massage weeks in advance as a thoughtful Mother’s Day gift for my mom, only to arrive early for the appointment and find no one there to open the door. When I called to inquire, the person on the phone was not only rude but had the audacity to blame me for their own mistake/faulty scheduling system. She was snappy and said the masseuse for the appointment “had been out for weeks” and she had “no idea how I could have scheduled the appointment.” I scheduled through their direct website… She then said she would call me back to schedule me for an appointment later the same day and instead of calling, she texted me that they could not fit me in and I could reschedule online! What a joke! So embarrassing to try to treat your mother, and this is how they treat their customers. Instead of offering a sincere apology, she nonchalantly texted me about a free add-on for a future appointment. Their attempt to compensate with a free add-on for a future appointment falls short of addressing the inconvenience caused and time wasted. Overall, a disappointing and unprofessional experience. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this unprofessional establishment at all costs.

After reaching out a year in advance and being told we were “on the calendar” for a spa party for my best friend’s bachelorette party, we were told at 10:30 the night before that they had nothing scheduled for us.This was after calling Savannah’s mom Linda multiple times (on March 5th, 7th and 11th) and attempting to get her to send me a firm confirmation of what she was telling me over the phone (“yes you’re good to go, we’re going to take great care of you”), she never sent anything. But over the phone she insisted that I was on the books, and good to go — I felt I was bothering her at that point, so I believed her.This is so incredibly disappointing and completely has blown up our party due to their disorganization and lack of communication. I don’t know what else I could’ve done when I was told via email “you’re on the calendar” and “we’re going to take care of you” over the phone. They then tried to blame me for “not confirming” when I did multiple times over phone and text. So unprofessional.

The place to go if you want a great massage in a relaxing atmosphere. You will leave feeling calm, relaxed and refreshed.

I have always had extremely good treatment from all the therapists who work here. I’ve never left wishing they would have done something more — I highly recommend Savannah’s! It’s the only massage place you’ll ever want to go to.

I just had my first massage at Savannahs Hyde Away, and I had an absolutely fantastic time. I felt like Jess really listened to what my problems were, and her pressure was just what I needed. I will definitely be booking with her in the future, as I left feeling 10 times better than when I walked in. Im so happy Ive found this place! Savannah and staff are great! I had my first massage by Allyson yesterday and she was phenomenal. She really made it a point to focus on my problem areas — I left feeling so rejuvenated!

I had a 90 minute massage with Savannah and it was AMAZING!!! Ive hadneck and lower back pain for weeks. She focused on all of my sore spots with perfect pressure and was able to work out the knots. I booked a 90 minute hot stone massage with Savannah and am so glad I did! I have been having neck and shoulder tightness for quite some time, probably from my not so great work from home set up, and so she focused on those areas during my appointment. I was so relaxed afterwards that I had to take a moment in my car to drink some water and wake back up so I could drive. A few days later and my shoulders and neck feel much more relaxed. I will definitely consider Savannah when I am inevitably needing another massage in the future!

My partner was given this as a Valentine’s Day surprise. He didn’t know what he was getting for the reservation. They didn’t give him everything promised in the package I reserved. I tried calling to get a solution but they didn’t answer. I HIGHLY recommend literally any other place.

I was traveling in from out of town and the reviews seems good.Good massage but not great. The masseuse seemed like she was going through the paces. The actual location wasn’t pleasant either. Maybe for regulars this would be a good place, I wouldn’t recommend it for out of towners.
