My boyfriend and I have been coming here regularly for about a year. Pricing and inventory is always spot on.Unfortunately the employee with black and red hair has been the most inconvenienced person in the room any time she is asked about product availability/options/or opinion. I hate walking in there because, I know that as soon as I ask a question, she is going to give me a blank stare me and nod or shake her head. -- Non verbal answers only.I used to defend her actions whenever my boyfriend complained to me about her demeanor. But she is just as impersonal and standoffish after a year of coming for our vape juice and cartridges as she was the first time we walked in. She sits, perched on her stool, ready to stare down and not respond.Well be going to Leftys down the street. I have found the folks at Leftys to be incredibly helpful and personable.Too many vape places around to get treated like a 9 eyed alien everytime I walk in.Black and red haired chick needs a different job.

Everytime I call this location there is this lady who answers the phone with such an attitude it’s so rude! I think her name is Haley but she makes me NEVER want to come to this location. Horrible customer service skills.

I love that they have a discount program, so I earn points every time I shop here. They also usually always have what I want in stock. Never usually have to wait either, always a quick trip, and the people that work there are really nice.

Advertise vape products, but if you call and ask about multiple brands and theyll say No so flatly youll wanna hang up.....

I love having this smoke shop so close to my house! The employees are excellent, and are willing to help you with anything. They have 20-30 juice flavors on display that you can sample. The lounge area is really nice, they have a nice couch and LCD television. Really cool place to hang out, check it out!

Great shop. Great business. When customers ask for something they dont have they will send the customers over to my store, and I do the same with them. I highly recommend visiting if your in the area!

Great selection of juice*UPDATE*Updating my review for 4 to 5 stars. Went in yesterday afternoon at lunch to pick up a bottle of juice. There was only one gentleman working and several people waiting. He was doing everything he could to help everyone and was literally hustling to help everyone and apologized several times for the inconvenience, which there was none. Their customer service proved to be over and above.Also highly recommend this flavor. Tastes like a sweet cinnamon roll with icing. Bought on a whim and was not disappointed. Made by a Dayton Ohio company. Support your local businesses!

Really friendly place to go. The employees really try to help you out, in a little fast paced way, but they are nice and polite.The prices and not jacked up, of course online you will find them cheaper, but $3-$5 dollars extra is not that bad.On hardware (mods tanks ) don’t but them in stores, just in general, the prices goes bananas sometimes(got a prince tank on a very expensive price ) go online and buy them there, for ejuice and coils this place is great.

I currently commute 75 miles just to visit the Cincinnati, Ohio location because I prefer shopping at a brick and mortar store more than I do online shopping.Upon my first visit to AltSmoke, I was pleasantly surprised with how much commitment and expertise all employees have, not only with their products, but more importantly with their level of outstanding customer service. On any given day that I visit the store in person, I am immediately greeted once I open the door. Throughout my visit, I am given respect, attention, and knowledge. It has been very few and far between since I have had such a welcoming experience from any company, and I am very grateful this company exercises the importance of such customer service!This location has a wonderful flavor ejuice bar, that is extremely well kept, as well as very sanitary. They also have a wide variety hardware and accessories.The only suggestion I could possibly give to AltSmoke is to continue to expand. When the Cincinnati location is busy, it is hard for the large group of staff to keep up, though they certainly try their best! While in a perfect world, we do expect to be waited on hand and foot, its not always possible, and I hope to see many more locations soon!

This place is pretty good, they have a wide variety of juices and mods. If I could change anything about the place the atmosphere, the employees here are very short, seem easily aggravated if you ask questions. Its convenient because I work close by but even convenience isnt enough for me to go in unless I absolutely have an emergency.

Went in recently. Associate seemed disinterested in talking to me or helping me. Like I was bothering him with my questions. I was trying to start vape to quit smoking. I found another store happy to help.

Great Place, Great Atmosphere.Staff is very attentive and knowledgeable.I got setup by Steve a few weeks ago and from the get go hewas very friendly and outgoing.He talked me through several options for the beginners and was very helpfulin helping me set up and understand the device of my choice.I walked out a very satisfied customer and since then have been back several times.A week after my purchase my wife decided she wanted to take a stab at this and Lynn wason top of things helping her with the selection and set up.She had an issue with her setup a few days later and upon arrival a nice young lady helped her out and got Jeff involved and tested a few things and when it was all done and said my wife walked out with a new battery/base and walked away from the experience a happy camper :)Every time I have been in there the people (customers) are happy and seem to be having a good time.Long Story short I highly recommend anyone starting out (or otherwise) to stop in and give these guys and gals a shot, I do not think you will be disappointed.

My experiences at the Eastgate Store have been almost all positive. When a person starts vaping things take time. Picking your favorite vaping equipment and flavored liquids will take time, but the folks at Alt Vape are very helpful and patient. I believe your shopping experience at Alt Vape will be well above your average stores and shopping experiences. (I dont work there and I didnt know anyone who did, before I started shopping there).

This place is great! A little hard to find if its your first time stopping in, but the staff is fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and have no problem taking the time to show you their product. You also get to try the product. Wonderful! Stop in here, just be prepared to spend a little time, and a little cash. Dont worry: theyre quick, and inexpensive! Its just that youll WANT to spend time here, and youll feel a deep, overwhelming desire to buy super-cool toys or flavors.

I have been going to this place for a while now and every time I come in everybody is just sitting down not paying attention to anything or anybody seems extremely unprofessional , but when I went in a few weeks ago there was one guy who seemed actually care about his job and help anybody and everybody around him I believe his name was Matt. Glad you guys finally got an employee who cares about customers. He made me feel like I wasn’t a bother like the other employees usually do. In my opinion if you wanted to make this place better, get better staff like Matt. Other than below average staff, the facility was clean and they have good stock of supplies and vapes. Also a large selection of vape juice.

Great selection and prices, great knowledgeable staff.EDIT: I am taking My rating from 5 stars down to 4 because when I bought the IPV V2 (a $100.00 battery) I was not informed that it didnt come with the battery cell. Still great place, and they probably forgot, but Im not looking forward to the 30 minute one way drive early tomorrow morning before work.

We came into the shop at the recommendation of several of our friends who had recently switched to vapor set ups. The staff are all friendly, helpful and welcoming. The manager was very helpful when I wasnt able to do a promotion then and there.We will be returning for all of our juice and future needs!

Good shop nice workers. Last two juices I bought were very steeped like they have been sitting around for a while so it burns. Other than that I would recommend this shop because they always have the vaping equipment I need for decent prices also the location is amazing.

Dear Frank,I went to Alt Smoke the second day they opened and had a great experience. Since then theyve stocked the place with subpar help. Management seems to still be good and they have a lot of juice, but most of the general associates seem to hate their job and treat you like they are doing you a favor being behind the counter. Not that dealing with the public is an easy task, but thats what you sign up for when you choose to work in a retail space.

Clean Store, Nice People, Decent Prices. Although they sold me Batteries that Didnt go to my Wattage and OHMs I needed. Overall Good Service.

Much more than your typical vape shop. It really lives up to being a vape lounge. The atmosphere is laid back. You can pull up to the bar and sample or relax on a couch or in a chair. They are staffed well for keep your wait time minimal and have been extremely helpful and friendly. I prefer this place so much that I drive from the west side to visit them. Stock of hardware and accessories is top-notch and the prices are reasonable. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars at this time is that there is lack of e-juice stock. If you like to have a lot of different flavors and do not want to by a 30ml bottle of juice, you may have difficulty finding what you want. I have been informed that they are working to rectify the current situation with their distributors. If that gets fixed, 5 stars all the way!

Great store and Im happy Cincinnati has a vaping store like this. Nice atmosphere and a relaxing place to try new flavors when the shop isnt slammed with people. Try to go during weekday hours if you want to ask questions and try a lot of flavors. If you go in the evening hours or weekend, expect the store to be full and the line to the register to be long.Thats their only downside; they never seem to have more than one register open at any time. Checking out can take a while. Why they havent made the process easier on their employees is beyond me. The store only going to get busier as more people switch to vaping. Stay fully staffed and open more registers if you want to keep people coming back. Sooner or later a competitor will come along and do it all the right way.

This is by far the best vape experience in town. A shop that not only cares about quality but about the safety of its customers and advocacy. Yes they sell PREMIUM E-Liquid at 22 a bottle. Thats not outrageous for what youre getting. If youre paying 7 dollars a bottle for 30ml of liquid, I would bet my life that its not 3rd party tested and filled with potentially harmful chemicals. Keep up the great work guys!!!

Thought this place was great. spent several hundred dollars in this store. accumulating 7 unused ten dollar coupons. then 2 weeks later they dissapeared. these were old coupons without an expiration date unlike the new ones which dissapear within 30days. so basically i feel that the store sotle 70 bucks in credit from me. and that is going to keep me from comming back and I will certainly spread the bad word. shame on you all. i will tell everyone I know in every single way that i can about this experiance. SHOP ELSEWHERE

Ive been to a couple of Vape shops before and AltSmoke has been by far the best place to shop. Employees are attentive, the atmosphere is relaxing and they carry a great selection of everything a new and experienced vaper needs. This is THE place to do all of your shopping, and a great source of knowledge if you are questionable about buying stuff online. My husband and I have been to multiple vape shops in our area and I can honestly say that AltSmoke is the best one to visit.First and foremost, you are greeted by friendly staff upon entering their store and they immediately ask if they can help you find anything or answer any questions. Every person that works there that I have personally come into contact with is very helpful. They answer your questions about anything to do with vaping. I often ask questions like, Do you prefer this one or that one? or Which has the best flavor?, and I get their honest answer. Which is important because I dont want to buy a vaping device based upon a selling point that isnt true.Secondly, the environment is just... chill! Its ultra relaxing as soon as you hit the inside of the door. Theres people sitting and chatting at the vape bar and there are tables set up so you can bring your laptop or tablet and do some work or homework from college.The inside of the store, as well as immediately outside, is very clean and it smells good. The bathrooms are clean, as well! Its a beautiful store in how they have it set up, the flooring, everything in general.Also, I would just like to add.. There were a couple times when it was almost closing time and I didnt have time to run my 7 year old daughter home first. Now, I know this isnt an ideal place to take children BUT.. I took my daughter in there and I didnt feel out of place or unwanted. Its never like, SUPER VAPEY (if thats a word) in there so I didnt feel that she was in any real type of danger being in that type of environment.And last, but DEFINITELY not least, is their pricing. Like I said in previous paragraphs, I have been to MULTIPLE vape shops in our local area. I can honestly say that I have compared prices between all the different shops and AltSmoke is the cheapest on most items that you will find there. In the past when vaping was new and the store was new to our area, they were a little expensive. But since then they have leveled out and they offer great rates on the best items! They usually have a good stock of current items. If they happen to not have it they will take your name and number and call you when their shipment comes in and put aside the items you want.I have to give this store an A+ for their all-around customer service, the conditions of their store, and their fair pricing on the latest vape products! They come with a variety of vape juices, that’s good. But the price is good too (their favor). If they happen to have your coil they’ll make sure they charge you 2x more than anywhere else. Here’s the thing, if you know of a different store that has your vape supplies/needs GO THERE RUN THERE!

First of all those pictures are not of the Eastgate store. The people that work there absolutely act like they are doing you a favor when you ask for something. They NEVER have what you want/need either. To many times to count Ive heard we are all out of that. There are way too many places to buy their overpriced stuff online for them to be acting the way they do. The best reason to go there is if they actually have a sample of a flavor youd like to try & then order online, cuz they wont have it & if they did youd pay an extra ten bucks for it from them. Time to step up your game guys.

The Cincinnati AltSmoke location is a relaxed and comfortable environment. The staff in here is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Today Kelsea helped me out. They seem to focus on high-quality fluids (perhaps the core of the vaping business,) and entry-level gear, but also have a good selection of rebuildables and higher-end stuff. These quality products with reasonable prices and most importantly the knowledge and low-pressure demeanor of the staff are what makes this noteworthy.

Good atmosphere. chill environment good service and an even better selection. from the novice or brand new vapor to the veteran most experienced vapor, there is everything you need here under one roof. everyone is treated the same and all staff is happy to educate and answer questions truthfully. and if they dont know the answers they will find them out with little to no trouble. the staff members here have been a tremendous help in taking my vaping to a whole new level. vaping is not just a tool to stop smoking its a lifestyle!

This is a really great place for people looking to get into vaping and quit smoking cigarettes. Very knowledgeable they will teach you all you need to know and can show you how to set up the products you are buying. Excellent customer service. I just wish they were open a little bit later. I was shopping for electronic cigarettes and was able to find what I was looking for. If you are looking for the brands like Smok, Vaperisso, Drag Voopoo they have them and more. They also have big collection of nicotine and nicotine-less juices. The young lady who works there knows it all, just ask her. Great location on the left side of Jungle Jim with plenty of parking.

Very nice and helpful i went in there knowing very little about vapeing ect but the staff really helped especially the manager/owner i like him the best he and the rest of the staff will educate you on different models and how to use it. You can even bring your vape in and they will fill it and change the coil for you.

Had a chance to stop into the east gate store, just to pick up some replacement heads and juice. First person I made eye contact with was Mike. He remembered me, (I dont think he ever forgets a customer) and immediately smiled, (he always smiles) and offered to help me. I noticed he was using the itaste VTR. I have a friend that had been raving on about it, so I asked Mike to swap tanks and I tried it out. Because the unit is made from stainless steel, the first thing I noticed was the heft this thing has. To say this mod is substantial, is a slight understatement. The finish glistens like the chrome on a Rolls Royce. It just seemed to fit my hand perfectly, and my finger fell right on the firing button, like second nature. WOW, you can feel the quality, instant tactile gratification! The firing button is big enough to really feel, and has enough throw to let you know its depressed, with precision firing synchronization. On top of the unit is a coin edged wheel with a button in the center. Depress the center button and it will give you an ohms reading, v/v, and v/w reading, displayed in a silver screen that looks like you could engrave initials on it, until the crisp blue led displays the data. Dial the wheel while the display is lit, and you can change your v/v, v/w settings. This is sooo easy! I really like the protected tank bay, in the upper right quadrant of the unit. The tank sits indented into the unit, almost as if it were one piece. On the bottom of the tank bay is another wheel that spins so you can use it to screw the tank onto the unit. I found if I rotated the tank instead, there is just enough drag on the wheel to start moving, the second the tank is securely seated. This helps to overcome any tendencies to over tighten the tank. There is also an extender tube you can use to raise the tank above the unit if you prefer. Changing the battery is a snap. Just push back a little spring loaded latch, and the hatch pops open, battery slides right out. I really love this thing, I can keep batteries on ready. Its super simple to adjust settings, very durable, eye catching, and very satisfying to vape. Needless to say Im making clouds as I type, from my itaste VTR. Went in to the eastgate store ..... to put it best. I got scammed by another customer. Telling me he was a vendor. I bought a vapor i cant even use. Not happy. And will never buy anything from this company ever again.

I have been to AltSmoke four times now and have sent everyone else I know who smokes there as well--Their customer service and knowledge of their products is second to none. The first time was to find a replacement cartridge for my el cheapo ecig, which cost me all of $2.99 without the ecig liquid, and the subsequent times were to replace the same $2.99 atomizer which has broken on me several times. EACH TIME they have replaced the broken part without question and at no charge. Today I went in there for the fourth time with the same part, broken again (my fault, its a delicate piece of equipment) and they not only replaced it for free A FOURTH TIME but they upgraded me to a more sturdy model! Dont go to any other ecig or vapor shop--these guys are the cream of the crop.

Very cool smoke bar my friend recommended. Went there 12/20/2013 in Christmas traffic and rain on a Friday night almost an hour of stressful driving. Welcomed with smiles immediately and tons of knowledge. I bought my 1st e-cig. The itaste VV and 3 bottles of juice for little under $100. Going back tonight to re-supply with some new flavors. So exciting! I HAVENT HAD A REAL CIG SINCE!!! WHOOHOOOOOO, after 30 years I never thought it was possible!! I went from a pack a day or $145 a month smoking cigs, to around $7.00 a month. Still have full unopened pack of real cigs in my car. -- The staff from start to finish were excellent and will open and assemble your new e-cig, fill it for you, etc. making sure you know exactly how it works, how to charge it, clean it, etc. Now if yall would just open one on my side of town!! :D Thank you AltSmoke!!!!!!!!

Great experience every time Ive been into this store and everyone has been extremely helpful with whatever questions I have and the selection of juices is by far the best Ive found and altsmoke is the only place around town that lets you sample the different flavors before you buy them, Thanks again altsmoke ....just upgraded my vaping experience to the VTR today and couldnt be happier with it

53 cents per sample...thats just freaking redicouls. Any othe vape shop Ive been to has never charged for a sample...I mean how are you supposed to find a new flavor you like to vape on if you have to spend that much for 2 drops
