Went in to buy an item from Baba Smoke N Vape. The owner was the rudest, most arrogant and prejudiced attitude with me only. I was shocked. Thats ok, there are many stores of its kind.

Got the best prices, everyones super helpful and patient. They usually have everything in stock that I need. Never had a bad experience.

I just recently found this shop a little over a month ago & I haven’t been to any other one since. They have any & everything you’re looking for, for real. Pretty decent prices all around.ONLY THING I DISLIKE ABOUT THIS SHOP IS THAT THEY NEVER OPEN WHEN YHEY ARE SUPPOSED TO. The sign says open at 9am and here it is 11:05 and they are still NOT open. :/ this is not the first time this has happened. Definitely unprofessional in my opinion.

I love loose leaf! This place is not a scam! Just make sure you stay in the store while testing your vapes out. I’ve watch a girl needing to change her vapes 6 times before leaving with one that worked. It’s not their fault they don’t make them lol. Definitely a dope store.

This is my favorite new smoke shop. It’s convenient to get to and one of the only ones with this selection to get to. The owner, Sam, will always match prices to make his customers happy. It’s clean, organized and well stocked. If they don’t have something, they’ll get it in for you. The prices are great and their selection is pretty vast. I’m greeted by name when I come in each time and always given the best customer service. Definitely one of the best smoke shops in the area.

Adam is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Not only did he know how to help me find what I was looking for, but he also let me know exactly what items fit my budget. Definitely my new go-to spot.

Im here out of town and left all my stuff at home because I didnt know how it would fare through bag claim. This was one of the highest rated shops in the area if our Airbnb and man does it show. Polite, professional, absolutely huge selection, I really wish we had a shop like this out by us. Stop in for all your needs you wont be disappointed.

I really liked this smoke shop because it has alot of choices ok tobacco, and vape pens and juices. They were really welcoming they have the best customer service. I was able to get what I wanted with the help of the employees help. They told me everything what I needed to know, I was able to get a discount on my purchases. Pluss I found something that i really liked but unfortunately didnt have enough money, so the employee told me that he will save it for me and will also give me another discount because I spend alot of money there. I honestly suggest everyone to visit this place and see it for yourself.

I love it here! every time i walk in i’m greeted by smiles and im always helped out right away. sam is who i normally see and he’s the best. i like that they let you try to the puff bars before you leave just in case it’s burnt. this store has everything you need and is always stocked with the coolest accessories for smoking. the prices here aren’t beat either. haven’t found a smoke shop that accommodates more than babas.10/10 recommend

Tried their disposable Hyppe max flow duo. One died after 6 to 10 hits. Tried their lucid flow, hit was congested and flow was not good. I have tried many lucid flows and I can tell these guys sell some knock offs or old merchandise. Will not be coming back and will stick to getting online. Guy at register even told me he had to throw boxes away and customers always complain.

They sell me very bad quality charcoal fir hookah, when I asked them changed it, I received refusal to return or change. So sad, good guys, but they dont understand anything about business. I used to buy everything for hookah from them all the time, and now they have lost a regular customer. congratulations!

Babas is just right around the corner from me. They are new shop that hasnt been here for not even quite a year. Ive noticed one of the reviews in here a very lengthy one and the only negetive review there is. They talked about how the owner lied but then said they have been giin to his shop fir years when the shop hasnt even Been open but maybe 1 year or less. So that kills their credibility right there for me and theres always 2 sudes to a story Thses two brighers that own this shop are great guys with grsat product. As you can see ither than that 1 review everyone else has given them 5 stars as they deserve.

I Love this place!! This is the only shop I come to , they always have the best deals in Sacramento and top customer service. Im so happy that they opened up close to my area.. they have so many varieties of Vapes and many other cool products. I hope they are around for a long time and i would love to see them have more shops like this one all around the Sacramento area. I highly recommend this smoke shop! I just bought a few disposable vapes from here and 1 of them stop working. I called the store spoke with a man he said ome and he will trade it. I went back they refused to trade but said they will give me a discount only. Its more then 6 miles. So I went down the street to Citrus Heights Smoke Shop at 6201 Greenback. Never go to BABAs its a SCAM!

Bought numerous disposable vape pens here and most of them did not work first hit out of the box. AVOID JOLLY PRO brand, Hyper max flow tank. Both are garbage and out of 6 pens I bought since going there 4 of them didnt work at all.. nice staff but horrible disposable vapes

Husband and I have exclusively gone to babas for all our smoking needs since moving to Sacramento. There are plenty of shops in the area but I have always liked building a rapport with my local shop as we are both smokers. Tonight we bought an ELF bar that hit fine in the store but didn’t even make it back home (a half mile away) before the battery started malfunctioning. The pen was still firing and burning product even after we finished a draw, even the light would stay on! My husband immediately turned around and they refused to replace it. It’s supposed to last 5000 hits and costs 30$. What a greedy guy. He insisted he sold us a working product and that we must have dropped it or swapped it. Do not waste your money on any vape stuff here! Buyers beware.

Theres so many options for smoke shops in this area, but honestly this is the best one I have been to. I have lived here for a very long time and I save the most here. Sam is the owner and he takes care of everyone that comes in. I am moving soon and I am sad to lose him! But when I return this will be the place I always go to.
