Sunrise Vape & Smoke

Bought a new vape from this store 3 weeks ago. Before purchase confirmed with the gentleman that they would have replacement filters for this specific vape so I didnt run any into any issues come next time I needed one. He assured me that he would have replacement filters. I go in today and lo and behold guess what? They dont have replacement filters. Will never come to this shop again.

Prices are at LEAST 20% higher than all competitors in the area and customer service sucks. I was buying something that I normally get for $15, and they were selling it for $20. Tried to help him out and politely said “You know your competitors are selling this for $15” to which he responded sarcastically with “yeah, we’ll that’s them!” Clearly not interested in repeat business. Spend your money at places that respect you, not disrespect you.

I shop here all the time because it’s close to my house but today the guy working left his dog in the hot car with windows rolled up and yelled about that at us and on top of that yelled in my face in the store accusing me of having a fake ID despite the fact that he has served me before (and was just as rude then too). Most of the workers here are great, the owner is super kind but this guy kills the entire vibe

Noah is always hooking it up with quality glass and vapes. If theres an issue with any product he is willing to work with you to resolve the problem as best he can which is not very common for smoke shops. Always polite and respectful as well. Definitely my go-to shop for all my smoking needs.

They don’t replace defective coils even though these coils cost $8 each. Basically no refund policy.The guy told me to bring my vape so that he can take it apart and try to fit the coil in with his dirtу hands to make sure I’m not lying. His hands were so dirtу, it’s like he didn’t wash them for a few days. I have a Stick V8 and in order to replace a coil you need to take it apart and drain the liquid and only then you can take the coil. The tank was full, so…Anyway, even if it was an easy and quick process and his hands were clean, I wouldn’t allow it because I don’t want to spend my time. Just replace a coil like every other vape shop (or stop buying these specific coils from a manufacturer so that you don’t have deal with replacing them).

Such a welcoming and warm experience when at this shop, they take their time with each customer and give them a heads up when prices change. Noah and Nick always take care of their customers

Went on the longest journey the other evening trying to find either a SMOK RPM2 Vape or a new SMOK RPG Pod and Atomizers for it... Well after driving all around.. and around and around🙄 I ended up right by Sunrise Vape&Smoke and decided to try one more place. The girl who was working was really nice and clearly knew her stuff 🙂 she actually HAD the Pods I needed (and wanted) most!! Amazing! Thank you so much again, total lifesaver 😅 def will be back!

Sales associate greeted me hello young lady. Im 70. If that wasnt bad enough the next thing out of his mouth was are you sure youre old enough to buy here? All with a smile he thought he was so clever! So rude and classless. Ill take my money somewhere else.

Man. Nick and Noah were super helpful and honestly really nice. I didn’t really know what kind of vape I wanted and they explained pretty much everything to me. I left happy. Thanks guys!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!This is a sh#tty vape store. The main white guy that works there is cool but the owner is not so great. Away from it having nicotine, the juice from Sunrise vape @ 7601 Sunrise Blvd is awful. I bought a bottle not knowing it was cracked and it dumped half the bottle on my lap before I even noticed it was defective. I then brought it back thinking theyd take care of their customer but was told since he (OWNER) cant send it back to get a refund or replacement he can do nothing for me. Oh he did offer $5 off my bottle making it $55 for 60ml after he said hed sell it to me for 5 dollars off. I said if I can keep whats left in the defective bottle since he said its a lost for him Id do it. He said No!, because he was going to transfer the juice to another bottle and also I gave u a $5 discount . Unfortunately they have lost a customer due to the poor customer service. Dont waste your time on their shi#ty selection and possibly getting ripped off.

Pros: Decent selection and you walk out with your stuff.cons: you can find almost anything in the store for half the price online.(this will be the case with any retail vape store. They do have to pay the rent)You make the call!

This place is the worst..horrible customer service. All the employees have terrible, think they are better then you attitudes. I can go 1 block away to twisted and get better products, at cheaper prices and not feel like Ive inconvenienced them!

I go in at least once a week these guys are cool. Decent amount of vape and glass,carry all the good brands for reasonable price.

They sell stuff that breaks within a few weeks of using it and then they won’t even warranty nothing they don’t stick behind their word they lie to you they play games they say oh it’s not my fault it doesn’t work you pay for it I know warranty they’re not a good
