The Spa at Ascend

Me and my partner had an absolutely fantastic experience at this spa. We are not from this town but travel here quite frequently. Neither of us had been given a facial before and decided to try it out here. From the time we arrived til the time we left we were treated above and beyond by the staff. Our service was done by Allison I believe and she was extremely kind, detailed and attentive. My partner is iffy about new experiences usually but he felt that this was absolutely a relaxing and enjoyable session. From the comfy relaxing rooms and robes to the refreshments and the service itself we would absolutely recommend visiting this spa and we will be back in the future!

Best massage by Halston if you need a deep tissue! Strong hands 🙌 - Also, the ladies at the front Hannah & Aaliyah were phenomenal. I’ll be telling other flight crew about this spot.

Amazing service from start to finish. My husband scheduled an 80 minute massage session for me after a rough week. Wonderful experience from reception and intake to a life changing massage session. Very friendly staff and I believe his name was Jafar- he was absolutely exceptional at what he does. He makes sure you’re comfortable and is truly a master in his craft. The effects of the massage can still be felt days after. Will definitely be back in the future

Very nice and relaxing! The staff are kind and helpful. They have a relaxation room if you have to wait at all. I had a pedicure and the technician was pleasant and professional.

Beautiful spa! We are staying at the Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Tower, and though we would check out the spa. I had an hour deep tissue massage with Halston, he was wonderful - worked on my tension headache & I feel great now! We also enjoyed the quiet tea room and steam room. Clean and modern showers and locker room. Great place, can’t wait to visit again! Thank you 😊

Chrissy is a magical nail tech! She was super fun to chat with, helped me find the perfect nail shade (even went above and beyond combining two), and my nails look amazing. The entire team at Ascend is warm and welcoming and the facility is a gem tucked inside Key Tower. (They also are mindful of time when you have lunchtime appointments). Highly recommend checking them out.

The massage I received at The Spa at Ascend was the best I have ever had! Jafar is a fantastic massage therapist and the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful!The spa is located on the 3rd floor of the Marriott hotel and is open to the public. They even validate parking! The spa is also very hygienic and smells wonderful!

A truly wonderful experience from beginning to end. We traveled in on a couples road trip and this was our treat before heading back. Everyone is friendly, helpful, professional and welcoming. Thank you Dre, Drew, Halston and Grace. Every part of the spa was calming and relaxing but the best part is the team. Highly recommend and we will certainly be coming back!

I give this Spa 5 Stars. I got the most AMAZING facial for my birthday. My esthetician was Cymbria.she was friendly, explained the products, and created an at-home regimen for me. This was literally the BEST facial I’ve ever had!!!!! My skin felt so soft and smooth after. I’m definitely coming back!!!

My massage with Acacia was amazing. I felt a lot of tightness in my left hip, she found so many knots all down my right side. She gave me really helpful tips that have helped me feel better for weeks after my last massage. So relaxing and cant wait to go back!

For someone who loves having her nails always done, I can say that I have had my nails done at many different salons, but no where is better than Trilogy Salon & Spa. My nails are perfect every time and I never want to get them done anywhere else. They have so many options and the nail techs really listen to me and make my nails exactly how I want them. Shape, color, designs, all of that. Added bonus, if I have an event or outing downtown, I dont have to go far into the suburbs to get my nails done and then come back downtown. The location is extremely convenient.

My wife and I had a great massage here. Lauren was fantastic at working out my trigger points and Jeremy was point on for my wife. We will definitely come back next time were in town. The overall atmosphere and steam room rounded out the experience. Glad we booked this!!

I have been to the spa at Ascend multiple times now and this is the best day spa I have been too! The staff is friendly and took great care of me. I highly recommend this spa if you are looking for a nice get away and luxury services.
