Seriously the best $59 I’ve spent in a long time! Was referred. Spent $$ several messages high end multiple different places. Hand down the best. Amazing technique and no pluses. But rash on my back from the oil there :( I will return!! ..with my own oil hopefully they again to use.

I took my mom in for a couples massage. It was great! Ive never had such an intense massage. The massage therapists really put all their energy into it. The facility was clean and relaxing. It was just what my sore back needed. Ill be back again.

Amazing deep tissue massage. Very professional and they go above and beyond to give you the best massage. I agree, be sure to give more than $20 tip as they deserve it. Also, they make it so easy to book online and will also work with you at the front desk to pick out the best for you!!!

I made a triumphant return to Sunnys Foot Spa in Parma Heights. It had been far too long since I had been there. I noticed that theres a gym next door and the parking lot was full of a bunch of Parma bell ends revving their engines like idiots. As soon as I walked in the door of Sunnys, it was peaceful. The employee at the front desk was so friendly and helped me pick out the 30 min feet/30 min body massage I wanted. I always prefer over the clothes.They have a nice new couch in the lobby and the massage room is separated. The beds have branded linens and it was such a nice atmosphere. The female massage therapist did such a great job. It was the best one Ive ever had there and probably in my top five total Chinese reflexology massages. I loved all the time she spent on my head, neck, and shoulders. She did a really good job on my back, too. Excellent pressure. It was never too much for me to handle, but also not too light. Im definitely going back next month. Such good value in the pricing. Always tip at least $20! They work hard and deserve a good tip!

I like that they are affordable and very easy to get in even on short notice. Ive only every gone for full body massages and every time I left feeling like they worked the knots out of my muscles and less tense then when I came in. Ive been to quite a few different places for massages and this has been my go to lately. Its not a chain so they arent trying to upsell you on any products or other services. I will continue my business here.

Im a regular here & it’s my fave place to go for a massage! Super clean, great prices, workers are very professional, and I always leave feeling great.! I enjoy the deep tissue massage, they are supposed to be a bit harder, but If you feel the masseuse is going to soft/hard, all you have to do is communicate to get to the pressure you would like!

Excellent service and very professional. If you like a strong deep tissue massage, this is your place. Just make sure to communicate with your therapist and let them know how it feels and they will adjust. Will definitely be back soon.

I went today for a foot massage! I been there several times this was the worst massage I ever had from there. The only thing the masseuse technician did was rubbed sanitizer on my feet and massages when, I normally get my foot put in with hot water & rocks/stones massage and a half body massage which that did not happen this time. I will have to find another place to go to worst service ever.

This was my third visit here. My first visit I had a great massage the last 2 were somewhat disappointing. All 3 massages were relaxing and nice atmosphere but the last 2 massages were barely a rub. My friend said hers was also very light and not great but has had many good ones here. So maybe it’s hit or miss on who you get.It’s very affordable so if not a great massage you will get a hour of relaxation which I suppose is worth the money.

The very large sign at the front door says $29.99 for a foot massage. My credit card was charged $30. Its not about the penny, its about being honest.A sign at their checkout desk suggests how much to tip. $10 for a $29.99 foot massage, and the masseuse stands right behind you to pressure you into tipping.A $10 tip on $30 service is a 33% tip. My guess is the workers live on tips and do not get paid an hourly wage by the shop owner.The foot massage was strange, a guy started it and was very hard and aggressive on my feet and to my liking. Somewhere in the middle of the massage a woman took over but I could hardly feel her massaging my feet.First time here but because of the penny overcharge and the pressure to tip a suggested amount and the switching of masseuse Im not liking it.

Had a couples combo A massage. Booking was a little confusing online, and I wasn’t even sure what the combo was but it was a great massage for both of us. Combo A ended up being a general massage, then oil, then hot stones. Will definitely be going back.

This place offers decent foot massages with reasonable prices! Although it could be a hit or miss based on who is giving you the massage! There is a communication gap as well!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!!!!Im on my feet a lot and when I get a pedicure Im always wishing I could just get a foot massage. We found this place by accident and let me tell you, its the best kept secret. I didnt even know it was there and Im across the street from it twice a week for 6 yrs now. I want to tell everyone about it and keep it to myself at the same time!Fantastic and affordable you can go back time and time again! I would tell you about the inside but....... Id rather you be more then pleasantly surprised for your first time, like like I was.

I took my boyfriend here for a 90 min couples massage. Not only was it insanely affordable, but it was AMAZING. Youd think you were getting a $500 60 min massage based on the experience. We will 100% be back we feel like we are melting I dont remember the last time my neck and back didnt hurt I dont even feel them in like jelly 🥴🫠🥰

The worst place I’ve been to for a massage! They did okay on the feet but my back felt attacked I’m small compared to the man that did me. Up until now my back hurts it hurts to take a deep breath and feels like fire going up and down my shoulders. So unprofessional I don’t think they are licensed. I told him he was being rough but he didn’t stop or bother to listen to what I was saying.

Went there with an appointment and they said to come back tomorrow. Very confusing since the guy was very casual about it. A text or something to say that my appointment can no longer be granted would be a good idea as opposed to just showing up and finding out.

It was my first time going there.The guy who did the massage was very firm and I like itHe helped me release many areas of my feet, hands, and shoulder blades.After the feet massage, the back massage was warmed up with a straight massage and then used the warm oil and hot stones and heat towel.Would definitely will be back.

The lead up: We ran 6-7 minutes late because of the construction on York so we received a sharp phone call asking if we were coming for our appointment or not. When I said that we were caught in construction but would be there in a minute, the gentlemans tone changed and he was very understanding. They must have quite a few no-shows.The service: we did the 1 hour foot and body massage It was great. So relaxing. The pressure was the kind of heavy that is two notches from painful, but I enjoy that. Definitely not light by any means. I would assume that you could ask them to lighten the pressure if needed. It wasnt weird at all to share the large room with others. No other guests made any noises except for the occasional entry or gathering of things to exit. My masseuse and the one next to me knew the client in the next bed so they whispered and giggled for a few minutes which was frustrating, but was over shortly.Pro tip: since the massage is over your clothes, wear pants that can be rolled to knee height and a shirt/ sweater that isnt too thick. Also, Id recommend removing any necklaces or rings in advance. They will work around your jewelry for the hand and neck massages, but it would have made it easier if Id just left it at home or put it in my purse ahead of time.TLDR: hard pressure massage; wear athletic clothes and no jewelry; have realistic ambient noise expectations for possibly sharing a room with others.

Purchased 4 Groupon deals for this place, $800 total, and the owner claimed he shut down his groupon account and will not honor it with its expiration date, although I notice theyre still selling on Groupon. So Ive never stepped foot in the place, but you better believe I never will. Id think twice about spending money at a place that will not honor what they sold.

My boyfriend took me here for a couples massage because of how stressed we both had been over the last several months. I don’t know the last time I felt so relaxed and refreshed, they did an excellent job! So much weight felt lifted off my body after. This was my first massage experience and I plan on coming back here because of how great I felt.

Ive been a customer here before and normally when they arent busy have done walk-in as they advertise on website and door. Service is normally fantastic.Today I went with myself and 3 others as a walk-in hoping we would be able to get in on our day off. The man who greeted us wasnt very friendly which is the first time Ive had that. He told us he couldnt do walk-ins today and then said Saturday or Sunday and then changed it to where there would be availability to take us. When he took the appointment he only took my phone number no name to reference by. So I am hoping our experience this Sunday will be a bit better. I will be mad if the way the appointment was set up was botched.

Oh man this place was amazing!!!! My fiance and I went bc I had a really rough day at work. I heard about this place up in Parma Heights and found out today that they opened up a place down in North Canton! I just had to check it out!!! The atmosphere was amazing, massage was extrodinary, and I totally want to go back!My only advice is if you could offer water after the service and also have a English speaking receptionist! I definitely think this place will thrive in North Canton! Coming back soon bc I walked out feeling amazing!

We booked a couples massage and it was quite honestly terrible. I told the lady that she was being too rough with me but she still continued with the same pace. I get terrible headaches so when she got to my face I told her she was hurting me but again, she did not go any gentler. I nearly left in tears and then the man at the front had an attitude and told me to tip them before we left ( I paid beforehand with Groupon ). It was a terrible experience and then feeling like I didn’t have a choice about tipping was just icing on the cake.

Incredible experience! Calm and serene. The staff are accommodating and extremely friendly. Relaxing is an understatement! I have never been to a spa with so much intention. The location is super convenient and the prices are so much lower than they deserve. Definitely worth going to a couple times a month for self-care!

The foot soak was ok. Did not receive a foot massage. My friend and I did receive a full body massage. I had a guy but he was intensely rough. Ive had deep tissue massages before but this was not relaxing at all. It was very painful. There is a communication gap as well. I will not be returning as I woke up 10 times worse this morning. I am in so much pain I can barely move.

The best around! Got a couples massage today, my wife type of thing, I am so glad I went!!! I hurt my knee a couple of years ago. I did therapy and wore a brace. The lady was massaging the back of my leg and my knee popped! I didn’t realize it needed to and that it was causing me so much discomfort!!! I’m so glad my wife had me go!!

This is the first time my husband and I have had a professional massage done. We opted in for the couples massage... IT WAS AMAZING! I HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I would give them 6 stars if I could. I had a masseuse named Jim. Their setup is a little different than I expected, but it ended up being really comfortable. More specifically, you walk in and it is one open room. Most people are having massages with their feet soaking in fancy water and laying back with clothes on in a very casual way. They cover your eyes and your body with a towel, and do a combination of massaging your core body through the towel and your arms, feet, and neck directly. I recommend wearing short sleeves or halter top and shorts. This style is nice because if you are shy of showing skin you dont have to get naked at all. It just an AMAZING massage in your own comfy clothes. They have both male and female masseuse. They can do 4+ people group massages too. The best part is their prices are unbelievable for the service they provide. A+. You dont need an appointment, just drop in. And dont be confused that it says Foot Spa, they do full body massage. :)

Terrible time management. I have made two appointments in the past 2 months. Both times I have arrived they have told me I have to wait 30 minutes. It is ridiculous. Why make an appointment? Why doesn’t the receptionist call and say can you come in later? I would suggest going to RG foot spa instead.

I went for a couples massage and my partner says his was okay but my experience was aweful. Firstly there is a huge language barrier so when they were going way too hard and in spots it was painful I said this and they just giggled and continued as if I had made a joke. Secondly the level of professionalism was terrible. They spoke in another language and giggled the entire massage. It was not relaxing it was super uncomfortable. I was unable to ask questions or understand what I was supposed to do and I was unable to have a relaxing experience because it was so painful and when I said so I was laughed at. I spent $140 to feel like I have knots and bruises all over.

I took a deep tissue full body massage. Its felt more of swedish than deep tissue as they hardly press or removed any knots in my back. But the concerning fact over here is, I had taken a coupon from Groupon and I ended up to this store instead of the other one. Before coming here, I took an appointment and even asked to confirm my coupon code but the receptionist said I can do it later once I come. Then when I went there, they directly took me to the massage instead of checking my Groupon code. I thought I came to the right place since. I had called and confirmed an appointment. After the massage, I showed my code and he said this is not the place I took coupon for but it is owned by the same person. I then asked if he could use my coupon but that did not work. Now I am stuck with an extra coupon while I ended up paying more. Its my fault I did not check the address correctly, but the receptionist should have also checked the coupon before giving me the massage or when I had called to book the appointment. This place is definitely shady and people are not honest. Also go for foot massage since its cheaper and they give you full body in that as well. Deep tissue is not worth your time and money.Edit 1- I already mentioned I should have paid attention to but this is your everyday job, dont you think you should verify coupon before giving the massage.In Google search , no other sunny foot spa shows up so add the other store also. I already asked you to confirm my coupon but you postponed it until the massage was done. I told you I had an appointment , clearly if this was another suny foot spa then you should have told that we do not have you scheduled and this would have resolved the issue. Yes I did pay you the required charges for deep tissue and also a tip while your massagers were standing near the counters to see how much we gave the tip! Your team doesnt understand English so how do we talk with them? I dont usually mind the language barrier but you sound way more rude so please better work on your team communication, you will go a long way Thank you!

I have passed this place so many times without knowing what was inside. I had the most amazing experience. The only downside was another client talking too much, but the man working on me shushed him. I am certain he noticed my irritation. It was soon forgotten as I went back to heaven as he continued his work. This mans hands were heavenly. If I knew his name, I would be sure to request him every time I come back in town. Although I am sure it doesnt matter who is performing the work, everyone seemed quite comfortable. I will definitely be back. My suggestion, let us know the staffs name. Also, I feel like this is a hidden gem. I cant imagine how busy it would be if more clearly advertised.

This was an absolutely amazing experience.....especially for the price. I could not believe the service that I received under the title of foot massage. It was basically a full body massage with the focus on feet. One full hour! The masseuse was very nice. I will definitely be going back and recommending it to friends.

I got some unexpected free time and was excited to try this place out. I went on the website and booked a combo massage for later the same day. I arrived and when I went to check in I was told they didnt have a reservation with my name. Thankfully I took a screenshot of my reservation confirmation and was told they couldnt see me because I still wasnt in the system. They offered to book me for later in the night but I didnt have availabilty. It was a bit of a disappointment and probably wont be a place I try to visit again

I was feeling some pain, but after the deep tissue massage, all the pain disappeared, the masseur said it was a relaxation of muscles and bones, I will definitely come back, it was so professional!

Ive had reflexology massages and this is not... I was so excited because I love a good foot massage. I dont know if they even are following a certain training or what. Not relaxing at all. Sat me back flat on a bed with my feet hanging over. My lower back was killing me by the time I was done. Kept slapping and hitting my feet, then would do a super quick massage. There was no joy in this.

Unfortunately I need to change my previous 5 star review to a 4 star review. WARNING to anyone looking forward to coming to this location!!!! If you are coming in because your neck, back, or shoulder area ache/hurt DO NOT TELL THE GUY AT THE FRONT DESK!!! If you do they will completely avoid touching the area altogether!!!!!! I told him I specifically was coming in for lower back pain & that I definitely wanted that area to be worked on and he told my technician (in their language, not English) to not work on it. I left very disappointed this time. Normally I tip at least 20. Today only 15 even though it was the man at the front desks fault, not my technician.Previous 5 star review from a year ago: Ill be 34, and have only ever had 3 professional massages in my life. I didnt really know what to expect from a foot soak place but they definitely surpassed any expectations I had! Im not sure why they call it foot spa that name would lead someone to believe that their work focuses only on the feet/legs. I received a full body massage head to toe. The only thing that wasnt massaged was my face lol! He took his time and was very thorough. Easily the best massage I have ever gotten from anyone! I regret not asking their names as they didnt introduce themselves. They didnt speak very much at all or ask what I like/dont like, which soak I wanted to try or explain any of the different kinds of benefits the soak might provide. I would definitely go back again. Anywhere else Im sure would pale in comparison to them now. :)Things you might want to know: 1) The service takes place in the same open room as everyone else there (so please put your cell phone on silent before you hang up your coat) 2) There wasnt a space *tip* line on the credit card slip to leave a tip (so bring cash, I was glad I just happened to have some with me!)

Thee absolute worst experience ever, please stay away from this place!! Ok so I called today 30 minutes before they opened and I asked could I make a reservation and If they were busy today, he says no and takes all my information for my reservation for 4pm. I get there at 3:45pm and it’s a lobby full of people, I go to the front desk and said hey I’m here for my reservation at 4pm. He’s checking his phone and his notes but can’t find my reservation 😡. I gave him my name, number, time of my reservation EVERYTHING that was used to setup my reservation earlier. The guy at the front counter had the nerve to tell me that he can’t find my reservation so come back at 6pm. There was a couple before us that had the same problem, really everybody in the lobby seemed to have an attitude about there reservations. I stormed out angry and I wasn’t going to return. I wound up returning at 5:45pm just to see If they would honor the mess up since I live about 12 minutes away, and the couple I stated earlier came in about a minute after us. The guy at the counter told both of us to return at 6pm earlier even though we had reservations. I guess since I beat him there by a minute I had priority. As we sat down, the couple and the guy at the front desk began to argue! As I sat there listening to them argue, I found out that the guy from the front desk told them to come back 3 different times today, it went from 2:15pm to 4:30pm then 6pm. Here is the sad part, the guy at the front desk told the couple that he never told them to come back at 6pm(even though we were told the same time and he remembered me) and that it was his fault because he kept changing his reservation. After the couple cussed the front desk guy out they left, and he actually tried to explain how he was right when I knew he was dead wrong on everything. Ok so back to me, after the shouting match happened It was about 5:50pm I sat there and didn’t get my full body massage started until 6:35pm!! I had to wait an additional 45 minutes, the actual massage was pretty good but what I had to go through to get it was unbelievable. They need to keep track of and honor there reservations, come up with a better system and stop lying and playing/wasting peoples time!! They lost at least 6 customers while I was there today!! Needless to say I will never return here ever again!!

Had a 60 minute full body deep tissue massage. Fantastic. Absolutely relaxed my tight shoulders and upper back.

Quick in and out service. Full body and in depth foot massage were relaxing. I was initially put off by the room being open-concept (i.e. other customers were getting massages in the same room), but they space you out quite a bit to create some sort of privacy. Eric was great! Time well spent.

I will never go back to this place! Massage was very rough and when asked (three times) to go softer they still did not! Not knowing that hot stones would be used I was shocked when they placed them on me, rubbing the hot stones between each toe was painful and I even pulled my foot back and said “that hurts.” When leaving after paying the lady at the counter hounded us for a tip, very unprofessional and rude. I was not relaxed the whole time there.

Sagamore hills I do not recommend. They pressure you to leave a tip like they make you , stand behind you keep saying she message for and hour your going to leave at least a $10 tip right …. They also took my Apple Watch off while massaging my arms than as I’m leaving they run outside chasing after my car saying see I return watch I deserve nother tip….. never again must find a new place to go to…..2 women very unprofessional

Went to use a Groupon here and was told it wasnt the right place... even though the phone number and the address was the same! Person at the desk was not at all helpful and would not honor Groupon. Thank goodness Groupon gave me a refund for my 2 coupons!

My all time favorite place for spa treatments. They are so cheap. The massage professionals are excellent. 20% is not enough of a tip! If you go, make sure you take care of your massager.

I made an online reservation for 11 and got multiple emails saying my reservation was for 11, so I showed up a few minutes before 11. There were two people waiting so I sat down. 20 minutes passed and I was asked if I was ok waiting in a specific room or if I wanted to wait in a different room. I then asked what was the hold up as my appointment was at 11. The guy seemed confused. I then asked if I would need to wait an hour for the other people to be done and he said probably. Why would you send me multiple emails saying my appointment was at 11 if it really wasn’t? He replied “I don’t know”. He then asked if I wanted to come back in an hour! I said no, my appointment was at 11 and then I left. I’m not sure what the mixup was. Needless to say, I wasn’t impressed. I’ve read a lot of good reviews about this place so it was disappointing that my experience was the it was.

I was so pleased after todays visit that I high fived my massuse twice. Ive been 3 times now and each experience is exactly what I needed. They happily take direction based on need but also are intuitively gifted. Highly recommend. A great value in a clean honest place. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Weird place. Called on the speaker phone for a party of two and booked for an 8 pm appointment same day. (Never asked for our phone number.) Party of two went there, was asked for a phone number and then said they did not have any appointments available without a phone number in the book. Wasted our time, poor communication and unprofessional. Would never go back. Yuck. Go somewhere else!Per the response, we did not speak to a female, we spoke to a male on the phone and male in-person at the appointment!

Good cheap massage place, I got a foot massage with the added body massage for just $30. They have some nice/cute girls but I got this guy who really knew how to give a deep muscle massage. I think Ill chose him over the girls next time I go.

Wow - the replies state dont come back are enough to keep me FAR away. The front desk worker could barely tell me anything - how can you survive with such service and attitude towards customers & prospects? Good luck, but youll get none of my money, Sunny!Waaaaay too much competition out there.

Amazing! Regarding to whomever said they dont answer their phones.. I was wondering that too..but its a small place and it would be annoying if the phone was ringing during the massage.. Just walk in.. they take care of you! I will definately recommend and be back!

Went here for Fathers Day to get a massage and they pressure you to give it to it my massage was painful and uncomfortable usually when I go get a massage they ask you what area do you want to be massage they didnt ask here and they have my bottle mode also they ran outside for a two which I spent $150 for the massage so I just didnt feel like they deserve to feel

Today my friend and I came in we always went before the lockdown, on a regular basis actually at least once a week,today was the worst by far we just wanted to relax,they had both doors open so the light was coming in and you could hear the shopping carts and all sorts of noises our techs would not stop talking,its bad enough you have to wear masks I understand its just hard to relax and breathe in the first place, so I guess I expected them to go over and above a little oh and the gentleman that came in also to get his half hour was loud and belching,they should have asked him please be quiet I dropped $100[ between service and tips no water was given to us today either very very disappointed no point in complaining at that time they dont understand you and you really need to not have the techs stand and WAIT for a tip its rude,the massage itself was good,but you also need atmosphere too.

The place is wonderful, we’ve been there a few times but yesterday we went & the guy was so rough on my back, I had to tell him twice that it hurt & lift my head up. Today my back hurts so bad I can’t put it against my chair at work. Not happy about that visit!!

After a terrible “massage” they chased my girlfriend and I put the front door for a tip. The place was ghetto and the communication is almost impossible

My wife and I stopped in for a foot massage and the guy and girl working there were excellent and it was really relaxing. Well worth the time and money!

It was okay but they were a little rough and actually hurt my husbands foot so now he has to make an appointment with the foot doctor.

My friend and i have been loyal customers to them and every time we call and schedule an appointment they are always booked. horrible and unprofessional place to go to never going to them again.

I did not like that the directions were not clear on their website and also with the Groupon I tried to use it said that I had already used the Groupon for the appointment and I didnt they refused to give me my money back and refuse to give me service and if I would have took the service it would have been 8:00 to 10:00 at night to get a massage and then on top of that they were rude I dont want to ever go back that was my first time going as well sent me to a different location thats why I was late for the appointment and the first place to another Sunny foot spa

Went for a couples massage, very professional and the atmosphere was so relaxing, my massage was more of a deep tissue massag, my back feels amazing, we have decided we will be returning monthly, especially with the amazing deals on groupon, truthfully I wasnt expecting much from the outside but very clean and relaxing and the staff was nice....

The massage was so incredibly rough that I was in pain afterwards instead of being relaxed. Maybe some people like a deeper massage, but Im just not one of them.

Literally blocked the door trying to force us to tip back massages were to rough my boyfriends back hurts and has been sore since we got the massages now this place is really terrible I would not recommend this place to no one or massages were supposed to be an hour and we only got 30 mins never again

Made an appointment arrived on time and they told us to come back 30 minutes later due to somebody else being late that person shouldn’t have been taken if they were late ... instead they tell us regular customers to come back after I drive all the way from Strongsville... then laughing ..unprofessional
