I used to love their juice White Lotus. So much so I have recommended it to friends, however with recent changes to the flavor profile I am very disappointed and will no longer be telling anyone about it. Very sad

Everyone there every time I have ever been there knows their stuff. if you have a question they know the answer. they are friendly, helpful, even chit chat with you to make you feel like a friend and not a customer. all products are reasonably priced and all though everybody likes different flavors and brands and devices, the ones in particular I like are very high quality and taste very good. mt oak was the store my wife and I originally visited I dont even know how many years ago at least 6 years maybe more, and finally stopped smoking cancer sticks for good. if I could give 10 stars I would

Been buying ejuice from Mountain oak since before they had a brick and mortar store. Always been great service. Today was treated like costumer of the year. Great staff. Update been buying jiuice here for as long as I can remember. The prices unfortunately are now getting out of control. I dont know if I can justify driving out here again. Real shame. Since I have been a customer since the beginning.

I cant begin to tell you how happy I am I found this place. I just moved to the area and got lost and found it by chance. their e liquid it is the bomb and their prices are just as great. I drive 20 miles just to come see them when I need anything. The people who work behind the counter are always very courteous and even though they may be busy they make sure to acknowledge and take care of all the customers in the building no ones ever just standing in the background. love love love this place.

Been a regular for about 2 1/2 years now. Best place to get all your vape product needs. I like there rewards system and promotions they have. Every employee is always friendly and they help answer any questions you have. I live 2-3 towns over and I cant find any other vape store as awesome as them and has the products I need.

Great new store that keeps adding to there selections. Great prices on all their vapes and edibles. They are opening up a new fish store adjacent to their location. Looking forward to seeing it opening soon.

Nice people. Competitive prices on mods. Best place in town to buy coils. 5 stars for the prices and the very helpful employee that chitchatted with me and the wife about game of thrones. The ejuice wasnt for me but people have different tastes.

I drive out of town to shop here because of the prices and customer service. They really know how to take care of the customers. If you have questions theyre happy to answer in detail and explain. I highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable about the products and are always very welcoming. Like to go and try new flavors and just hang out with the staff. They are very friendly and never in a rush to get u out of there. They also stand behind their product and have great tasting juice

This place is awesome. Just a few fruity flavors and no candy flavors, more of the savory desert flavors, cereal, etc.. Still really good stuff. They said mostly vg with premium ingredients. Im all about that. Picked up a mod while i was there. Highly recommend the eGo one setup with tank included!! These guys are very knowledgeable, instructive, friendly, patient and gave me a great deal with discount. As a national truck driver you can imagine theres some really crappy places out there. This one was one of the best shops Ive been to. Great stuff guys thanks!!

Great staff, Quality e-juice. Not as wide a selection as some places, but VERY high quality. My local go-to place for juice and supplies. Stop in and you can try out the selection to find your favorites. Staff very helpful with advice for newbies.

Had left my battery in someone’s car found an old battery and went to Vape Authority Nick waited on me and sold me a really nice tank for under 20$. I leave get hone to install and tank didn’t fit. Go back told Nick “ I live the tank have already filled with juice and tank won’t fit” Nick goes and gets me anew battery and told me “it’s on me “ WHAT !! Hey Nick your the man!!Highly recommended been doing business there since it opened.

I have been using Mountain Oak Vapors since appx 2012/13. The staff there has always been friendly and knowledgeable. With their assistance I was able to completely stop smoking cigarettes. By using their products made on site I was also able to stop using nicotine. Now I am a non smoker and simply use the ecig for relaxation. I was in a medical facility for almost 8 weeks this year. Of course no smoking/vaping was allowed. I never missed it at all.2/18/2020I needed to add to this review. I tried ordering via their website, fluid and a new ecig. I ordered them on the 7th, they were mailed out on the 10th. When I hadnt received by the 14th I called them, my local store where the email concerning my order had come from. I was given the tracking number and asked to please call back to let them know. The USPS said my order had arrived and been placed on my front porch on 2/11/2020. I filed a formal complaint, this was the 3rd lost package in under 3 months. I forwarded Mountain Oak Vapors a copy of the complaint. Kyle, the store manager sent me an email the next day. He told me hed sent out a replacement order at no cost to me. This is only one of the reasons I remain a customer. There are now many vape shops in town, much closer to me, but none with the variety of products and the customer service I receive consistently from MOV. Its worth the drive and if I use the website again Im fairly certain after the investigation by the post office my mail will stop being misdirected. Thank you Kyle, Joey and the rest of the staff at MOV.

Best prices, hands down, of any brick & mortar vape shop. They dont sell clones at authentic price like most places. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that will make you feel comfortable browsing their extensive stock. They regularly run deals and promotions, they even have a money back rewards program for frequent shoppers. Really great place with a great line of premium, house-made juices. Every vape enthusiast owes themselves a visit to Mountain Oak.

Mountain Oak has a diverse selection of e-juices, lots of flavors, from fruits and desserts to pipe tobacco. I really like that you can get tobacco derived juices and that theyre mixed in house. I have tried several different juices from them and enjoyed all of them. Usually Ill pick up and Tennessee tobacco and a deal of the day for under $20.The customer service is great too. The store(s) are staffed with very courtesy and helpful folks who dont make you feel like an idiot if you dont know much about vaping.I have also ordered from them online and they are quick to ship. Once I did not receive my package (not sure if someone from my apartment complex got it accidentally or if the post office screwed up), and Mountain Oak resent my order the day I called them and explained the situation.5/5 would vape again.

Fair selection of products if you are just looking for hardware, nice staff. Unfortunately all of their juice is made in house and is terrible such as other places where juice is made in house. If you want juice that is actually good The Fix vapor shop sells authentic products and is the only store that carries name brand, award winning flavors. If you are buying in house juice just know you are paying about 6x more than what it would cost you to go buy your flavoring and oils and make it in house yourself. It is well and truly a scam and I advise boycotting in house juice. A law was also just passed that will go into effect soon where all vape shops can only sell name brand juice so that they dont get to charge 6-10 times more than what it took to make the product.

Best E liquids. hands down best staff. Dont listen to the other Johns Review of their e-liquid selection moutain oak vapors IS a premium e-liquid manufacturer. They are not just making house juice their eliquid is sold worldwide. And its good stuff too.

The staff was friendly. Some of their flavors were a bit pricey compared to some other vape shops in the area, but not all of them are pricey.They did throw in some free sample bottles of their house flavors which was cool.Their mods and tanks were priced about, on average, 2.5x higher than if you bought them directly from the manufacturers web sites. Comparatively speaking, other vape shops in the area charge around 1.5 - 2x manufacturers website.Coil prices on the other hand seem to be the lowest in town. Their coils were, on average, only $1 more than manufacturers web prices.Sampling flavors there is a bit tricky as the disposable tips they supply for sampling have a strong plastic chemical flavor/smell of their own. This can mask some of the great (or not so great) subtle flavors of their juice. To combat this they do offer water to help cleans your palat and they have a shaker of coffee beans you can smell. My suggestion... they need to get different disposable tips or you bring your own from another vape shop.

They had my coils, but I had bought juice here before and the guy that helped had no idea what I was talking about and sold me one of their brand. Its not horrible, but its not great either.

This was the 1st pl I had ever experienced vaping. The locationon Gunbarrel was the 1st one at the time & its been over 3yrs that I havent smoked cigarettes. Customer service is great they are very knowledgeable with a huge variety of products that are sold there. They showed me the ropes I went into their store a virgin & now Im an experienced vapor person Lol! Thanks Mt Oak Vapors for helping me to get off those nasty cigs & Im still spending less $$ on vaping compared to smoking

I know people who drive from villa rica GA to get this juice, probably the best juice I have gotten yet.If you don’t know what to try, try them all. I haven’t had one that I did not love.Some of my favorites are gambino, rangler, watermelone, strawberry breeze, white lotus, pom, satori, raiu( idk how to spell it, but it’s peanut butter and good).Some people I know work there, they love it and they’re really nice to everyone who comes in.The bathroom is clean and the back is VERY organized.I never have had any complaints while there.

My daughter turned me onto this place after my 2 places I usually use never had the items I used in stock. Ive been 3 times now and theyve had everything Ive went in for in stock.

The staff member (male) that I had the displeasure of talking with, was very very unprofessional, very rude, and very mouthy. Definitely wouldn’t recommend these people at all! Wish I could give it negative stars!
